The hotel is very close to the city centre and can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The room was large and we booked two triple rooms, one for the double sofa bed and the other for the single sofa bed. Although the hotel is close to the road but above the road, it is quite quiet. The breakfast is plentiful and the environment is good, with a small garden.

The hotel itself is in a great location and decent for what you can expect for the price (everything that can be cleaned is clean, but there is visible wear-and-tear on the walls and carpets). However, there were several issues during my stay. Firstly, I was given a different room from what was booked. The booking was made by my work and they payed in full for a single room with two single beds, while I was given a single room with one bed. I saw on the website that the price is the same for both types of rooms, so likely a mistake, but I still wanted to talk to the front desk about it. When I did, I came to the second issue, which was the most unpleasant experience I ever had in a hotel, and I've traveled most of the Northern hemisphere. The person working was impolite, insulting and trying to argue with me - he refused to look at my booking and kept telling me how cheap the room is and that I shouldn't expect anything better, being so unpleasant that even when I just left (realizing there is no use in talking to him) I felt uncomfortable in my room knowing this person knows my room number and is the only one at the hotel at that time (in the evening). In the morning I told another clerk about the experience and she seemed kind and understanding and I did not see this man at the front desk for the rest of my stay. Still, I felt uneasy and my original concern was thus never resolved. I write this in case the hotel does not make any changes - just so you know you will not be getting two beds for the price of one, and that if there is an older male clerk at the front desk (he seemed to have been the only one, I unfortunately did not get his name) do not expect any help from him.

Opposite the river at the entrance of the Central Railway Station, there are more bars and restaurants downstairs, and there is a bit of noisy at night, but it does not hinder sleep like a pig. There is a Chinese restaurant behind the downstairs called chopsticks. Maybe he should remember him in this life. He ordered two cooking dishes and spent nearly 500 yuan, but the taste is still very good.

A terrible hotel stay, because I stayed in Zurich for one night, the map is convenient to be next to the train station, but in fact not close (compared to the hotel after staying in the hotel), but also boarded the board, the environment is really dirty The room is small, living in a small attic, I think it’s terrible now. The elevator of the hotel is the original one to pull the door by itself. It is quite amazing to come to Europe for the first time... There is only one place to say the highlights. We have no breakfast, but the front desk lady said that the customers who stayed at the hotel can enjoy breakfast, which is very gratifying.

The Limmathof was in the perfect location for me. It was less than four minutes’ walk to the main station, and steps from the trams (Central stop). I stayed in a single room with a single bed. It was adequate for my needs. The room also has a desk and chair and ample closet space. There is also a bathroom with shower. The hotel is very old fashioned. This is not a bad point unless you’re looking for mod comms. There is a power point where the tv is and one also under the bedside table. The rooms are very clean and there is maid service everyday. You can have breakfast if you want for extra money, although I didn’t partake. There is a luggage room, and restaurant inside the front door of the hotel. 24 hour main desk and Andreas was very helpful. The Coop supermarket is two minutes’ walk away which is very handy. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station. The train station is across the road from the famous shopping street. Crossing the river is the area where the hotel is located. Hotel room is small, very new, very clean, but there is no air conditioning, although the fan is given, it will still be stuffy at night, if the summer is estimated to sleep uncomfortable, breakfast in the lobby side restaurant, food is delicious, high quality, smoke Smoked salmon is served, and the honey with the beehive looks quite appetizing. Fruit and prunes are also available. Drinks are free in the lobby and minibar, and fruit is available for guests to use. The front desk service is also very patient, we arrived late, the hotel has already prepared the room in advance.

Alexander Guesthoue is in a great location, one street back from the lively pedestrian and restaurant area, but very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. There were no tea and coffee making facilities but the staff provided them upon request. The staff were lovely and really helpful. The breakfast was delicious - fruit, cereals, breads, croissant, eggs, bacon etc. in a nice breakfast room. We highly recommend this as a great value place to stay.

All-in-all, the hotel was okay. The reason I have such a disagreeable feeling with this hotel is how rude the staff treated me. I booked my hotel for three nights, but after the first night, I had to leave because of all the drama with the coronavirus and border closures at Houston (my final destination) and flight cancellations. I went to the front desk and asked to see if I could get a refund for the other two nights, and the front desk person just shrugged. After getting home, I contacted the hotel about a refund. I received this insulting response from I guess the manager about he couldn't give me a refund and how my facts weren't straight and how "it was understandable that I was scared of catching the coronavirus." Uh, no, actually, I wanted to get home before my airport border was shut down; my flight was canceled (for the fourth time), and I was stuck in Europe. This has nothing to do with fear of the coronavirus. This only proves how they treat their customers at this hotel. I'm not one of those people that is nitpicky, but when someone is blatantly rude, it's hard not to respond.

A very nice hotel, just across the bridge from the railway station, the lakeside, the city center, the supermarket, and a very nice Chinese restaurant called Chopsticks. I stayed for 3 nights this time. It may be due to the fact that there are few people and the price is good. I got a 2 upgrade. The decoration is also very new. Will come next time.

There is a odor that can't be removed, and opening the window doesn't work. I don't bother to change the room. When I first got the room, I wondered why the door was open so that the guests could not smell it when they first entered. Come on! Breakfast is great!

First, the advantages: 1. There are 10 trams at the door, you can directly reach the Zurich airport, it is very convenient, it is recommended to use as the hotel on the last day of the trip. 2. It is close to the Zurich Railway Station. It is more convenient to visit the University of Zurich. If you are shopping, it is recommended to walk to the train station. 3. The bathroom is quite big. Disadvantages: 1. The front desk service is relatively cool, can not say bad, is relatively cold, the service is worse than the hotels in the Jungfrau region, may be the reason for the big city. 2. If you are going to the hotel from the train station to checkin, if there is more baggage, it is recommended not to walk because there are many uphill roads and the suitcase is very tired. It is recommended to take the transportation, don't believe that Google Maps walks for 6 minutes! !

This hotel is still very good in general, and you can walk to the luxury street in the city center. Of course, you can take a tram at the door, which is super convenient and the rooms are large. I like the service of delivering breakfast to the room, it is especially warm and really like home The rooms are keyed to open the elevator, so the security is very high, of course, the country itself is particularly safe. It is also very convenient to check in and leave the hotel. The staff at the front desk are very well trained. The Marriott Hotel is not far from the hotel. This is one of the three best hotels in the area. There are road signs directly on the way.

Just off the train station in Zurich, the hotel is ideally located on the Bahnhofstrasse. I arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning. Free orange juice or drinks at check-in, unlimited free fruit on each floor, complimentary yogurt and chocolate delivery every evening. The room facilities are very good and the toiletries are of a good grade. On the birthday, there is a surprise cake from the hotel, plus a card with a congratulatory letter. The hotel is very human. The breakfast is extremely rich and can be ordered free of charge, highly recommended!

Amazing hotel in the centre of Zurich! The hotel has a great charm with the combination of the 'old' outside building and the new, modern interior. The staff is very helpful and attentive, the room was large and super clean, there are two 'public' rooms/options on the ground floor where you can work (incl. free coffee and tea), there is even a little terrace at the back of the hotel overlooking the river 'Sihl' - you feel like being in a secluded little 'paradise' in the middle of a busy city! Also, there is a restaurant inside the hotel serving great meals - lunch, dinner as well as breakfast. I will definitely consider staying at Boutique Hotel Helvetia Zurich again.

Firstly I must point out that many of the reviews for these apartments are totally erroneous, I think because there are several Swiss Star properties in Zurich and there is also a Hotel California, so there must have been some confusion. The Correct name for these apartments is Swiss Star California and Booking.com gives the address as 125 Asylstrasse and the picture on their web site is definitely of the property I stayed at. There is no reception and there is no owner/manager. The only staff member I encountered during my stay was a female cleaner. The entrance to the apartments is at the side of the building, you will be emailed a code that operates both the key pad to the door and to your room shortly before arrival Each code is unique so it is essential you memorize it or write it down. Confusingly there are two two key pads but only the smaller one on the right is operational. Once inside there is no reception, a short flight of stairs leads up to a door leading into the ground floor restaurant, however the restaurant operates independently of the apartments and cannot help with any queries or problems. Continuing up the stairs you see a vending machine and a coffee machine, very handy I thought, but unfortunately neither worked. Not a good start. The room however was fine with double aspect windows making it bright and sunny. The French windows led onto a balcony with a table and two chairs. It is equipped with a small kitchen unit with hob, microwave and kettle all in working order, low on cutlery and crockery though. Our bed was comfortable, the WIFI was excellent and the bathroom, though small, had an efficient shower and hot water was constant, good sized telly too. A fair bit of noise unfortunately both from other guests and the main road outside, though the trams don't operate all night. Biggest problem though is the restaurant downstairs that attracts a youthful clientele and music carries on way past midnight. Location is good in a residential area with frequent tram services to both the city centre and the main railway station. There is a Coop supermarket a short walk away where you can buy very nice ready meals to eat in the apartment. The downstairs restaurant is reasonable in price and the food is not at all bad there Main drawback would be lack of staff in case of emergency and it's worth noting that I ran into several guests encountering problems getting into the building, if you lose your code you're in trouble. Still consider this a good choice for people on a budget though.

Ctrip.com has already paid the room rate to the front desk and we have to pay it again. It has been confirmed for more than 20 minutes and it has not been resolved. I can only contact Ctrip for help, and I will stay for the time being. The next morning, I asked us to pay the room rate and said that they had not received the room rate. It was really dizzy. I don't know if it is a problem with Ctrip or if there is a problem with the hotel's system, breakfast is very simple. Maybe in Switzerland it can only be like this!

The hotel location is quite good, right by the Limmat River, the Zurich Cathedral on the doorstep, and the Notre Dame Cathedral opposite the Limmat River. I stayed the day before to go to the airport in Zurich! When looking at the picture It was a little bad but it was good to go. It wasn't really good and it was better than I thought. We stayed in a quadruple room because it was a family trip. Simply looking for a place to stay I think it's okay for those who are close to Zurich, and the restaurants are close by. It's nice to be close to the train station, but when I pulled the carrier there were a lot of crosswalks, so I struggled a little. I stayed a good day though !! There are croissants in the morning I have all the fruit cereal, but I had a good breakfast!

On the last night in Zurich, we decided to change rooms and try to choose #Acasa Suites Zurich#, which is ten minutes from the city. It is called the second-ranked popular hotel in Zurich. It is said that this hotel does not affect us for ten minutes from the city. It is very convenient to drive. Room 2000 is the first time RMB can be added. The hotel is very practical. The hotel is very suitable for couples. There is a gym and a spa. If you are traveling with your husband and children, this is our first choice. ❤️ Room 28 square meters, I think OK, but if you want to compare with the apartment hotel, you will think that it is more cost-effective. The hotel has its own choices. Some hotels that you like are too windy. We don’t have any plans. Kind of cockroach

The guest house is situated in a network of side streets about 20 minutes walk from the main railway station. The area is quite lively, with a good selection of restaurants. Pictures of the 210 on this platform show it with a side entrance so it can be confusing to see, on arrival, that this has been blocked off. Access to the guest house is through the shop on the ground floor and reception formalities are conducted at the shop counter. Access to the accommodation is then through a door at the rear and up the stairs. (There is no lift). It is a 24-hour convenience store which means you can buy what you want for breakfast, including fresh bakery products. Guests have complimentary access to the hot drinks machine near the counter. I was given a comfortable single room on the third floor at the rear. It had a nice little balcony which caught the morning sun. As well as the usual fridge, kettle and TV, it had a safe and a microwave cooker, with a sink and food preparation space if you wanted to do your own basic catering. There was a supply of crockery and cutlery under the sink top. The bathroom was clean and modern and the WiFi worked well. It could have done with a couple more electrical sockets as the only ones were next to the kettle and one thing to be aware of, Swiss electric sockets are a different shape to the rest of Europe and don't fit European adaptors. So, in order to charge the phone and laptop, I had to rush out and buy an adaptor adaptor - there is a very good store in the sub-basement of the railway station. In all, I enjoyed my stay at Gasthaus 210 and it complemented my first visit to Zurich nicely.

Railway station 6 Road, 10 Road, two stations, the underground car arrived, the bus station is too convenient at the hotel entrance, 10 can go to the airport, about 30 minutes. Close to the city, the cathedral is just a short walk away. At the time of check-out, the front desk also helped us to exchange coins for the ticket. It was really good service. Here is the last night we stayed in Switzerland. Although the room was small but the price was cheap, everything was good.
