The biggest plus of the hotel is its location. Two stops at the metro and we are in the center of Nevsky. Station right in the hotel building. Breakfasts are delicious but not hot. No heating. In the room everything is available. Why is that only 19 channels on TV. Bed and towels are snowy. Pillows, blankets. Cleaning in 3 days was never once, twice had to ask the maid to pick up the garbage. Question to the hotel administration: Why are the slugs fenced the parking place opposite the main entrance and do not pass the taxi. With heavy baggage you have to go to the slugs. Please correct this misunderstanding. Response issues are resolved quickly. The view from the room to Neva, who is unlucky - to the inner courtyard. The hotel is huge, the corridors are long. Great thanks to the specialist Maria for the ability to find ways out of unpleasant situations!!! On January 9, 2022, I booked a room at the Kravt Nevsky Hotel& Spa through the Trip.com service, where I saw stunning photos of the spa center of the hotel. I come to Peter for one day. The purpose of my visit for one day from 12 to 13 January 2022 is to rest in the spa before further tour to Karelia. After booking, I call the SPA Center to register for massage, where I am told that the admission of the residents of the hotel is possible only on the day of departure on January 13 from 9 to 12am (at this time I will no longer be in the hotel). (On the official website of the hotel such information is true there!!) I wrote in support of Trip.ru to cancel the booking. Instantly received a response from the manager Maria that the refund is impossible, but they will do everything possible to fix the situation. The next day, Maria called me personally and reported that the hotel administration is ready to go to the meeting in such a negative situation and to provide an opportunity to visit the SPA complex on the day of arrival until the evening! The impression is completely corrected! I thank all the specialists for professionalism! I will use the app and further! )

Under it I mean the full set necessary for comfortable accommodation (and remote work): air conditioner, heating, refrigerator, good Wi-Fi, PC space, sufficiently spacious for two rooms, excellent street noise insulation, spacious and convenient for use of the sauna, cleanliness, excellent location, etc. In the general kitchen a large choice of dishes, you can heat food; Respension 24/7; elevator in the house is (hotel on 3rd floor). I will note separately the equipment of the bathroom: here there is (important!) a separate source of light above the shelves, a separate cosmetic mirror, hooks and shelves everywhere you can reach - for this huge plus hotel!! . And a towel dryer, which can be turned on and off, and a spacious shower cabin, which will not be close even very high and large. At the same time it does not flow and closes closely with a glass door, not a terrible plastic curtain. From the downsides: very hot batteries (if you like me can't live without fresh air and at temperatures more than 22 degrees Celsius, you don't need to), tough pillows but it's purely individual and quite strange mattress: it's like those, that with the memory effect (pretty unexpected for this price category hotel), and is not suitable for all. But it is also from the subjective category. In general, for its price, the option is practically perfect. Of course, there is no comparison with modern network hotels or expensive design mini-hotels (so I will never put ”five”), but also to be objectively especially to anything.

The administrator is a nice girl, very attentive. The room was huge. A luxurious big bed, in which you instantly fall into a strong sleep. All necessary for a comfortable accommodation is: TV, WI-FI, coats, towels and other necessary things. Big windows at us went out to a nice yard. The food in the hotel is also good, it was delicious and diverse. And the most important thing is that on the taxi from the station to go minutes 4-5, and on foot we reached for 11 minutes with suitcases. In general, we remained satisfied with everything 100%. It is necessary that our choice in subsequent trips will remain on this hotel!

A wonderful hotel! They were in the Northern Capital from February 12 to February 13 and paid attention to a high-ranking hotel but a small (compared to other similar hotels) number of reviews. I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - ”уставшая” мебель

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. Сейчас перечитываю отзывы и понимаю, что похоже реал

This hotel is the second stay, the first time was in August 2917. It was also a free trip, and that time it was with Wabao. This hotel is just off the Neva River, not far from the East Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Naval Library, etc. The hotel's changing streets are north of the Navy's office facilities. The police are 24 hours patrolling and it is safe to go to the hotel. Good to find. The hotel is not big, the price is reasonable, the breakfast room is very small but the quality is good, just by location, in short, it is good value for money. From the airport by bus to two cars a person 100 rubles, if the taxi (the Yandrx taxi app downloads the order) about 650–700 rubles. Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is not air conditioned and is a city with moisture, for the summer they put up fans. In conclusion, for a few days and a low cost trip is acceptable. It doesn't give more than that.

When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.
