The hotel has both types of rooms but we chose one of the Japanese style (with futons) as they look out onto the lovely Japanese garden at the back - an entrancing morning greeting - so can't comment on the Western-style rooms. The family are so welcoming; the owner (Shuji-san?) will collect and return you to the railway station, which is a couple of miles away, if requested, he speaks good English and his wife prepares the most amazing Japanese breakfasts we have ever seen; impressively, she took great care to ensure that what she served for me was gluten-free - rare in Japan - while my wife was able to partake of the true Japanese fare. Western-style breakfast is available - you can choose on the previous day - but we always took the Japanese option so can't comment on the Western fare. Special mention must go to their nephew Seigi (I hope I spelled that correctly) and his brothers who having spent their childhood in France with their parents are fluent in French, English and Japanese and were extremely helpful with information about the Kanazawa area. They also run a bar downtown - Furansu (France in Japanese!) - well worth a visit. Finally, the hotel have bicycles for hire (¥500/day), which are very useful as the place is a little way out of town, it's easy cycling as the area is very flat and you can cycle down the nearby riverbank into town if you wish; alternatively, you can catch the bus into town - fare is ¥280 at the time of writing.

Tick it, there is no Chinese service at the front desk, and if the hotel has parking spaces, let me park in the paid parking lot on the side of the road. Caused by poor communication! The hotel has a very large room, which is larger than the same hotel in Tokyo and Osaka. There is no problem for a family of three, and the bed is large. Clean and tidy and quite quiet, that is, the room is so hot, the baby is so hot, I sleep in the window at night. Without breakfast, I walked to Kanazawa Station for 7 minutes. It belongs to the distance that can be reached by tram. I ordered no instant breakfast and bought a bunch of instant noodles, which was quite delicious & # 128523; & # 128523; & # 128523; & # 128523;

Cai Zhi Ting is a great recommendation! The location is very close to the train station and it is very convenient to travel. The front desk service and attitude belong to the whole Kanazawa no.1 and will not make you feel any discomfort and separation. Go out and take an umbrella, remember the name, and ask if you need to clean. Cai Zhiting's soaked soup is the reason that attracted me to come again. Breakfast is varied and refined. The dining location is large and bright, with a scenic location early or late. The bathrooms are full of POLA. The great thing is that their water pressure is very large and very large. The Trend is brand-new (since December 2018) and has a good location about a 5-10 minute walk from the station (depending on your age, walking speed, amount of luggage, etc.). We booked a Twin, non-smoking room. Good things: along with the hotel location, beds were large and comfortable and everything was scrupulously clean. OK things: Room size, though small, was standard for Japanese hotels in this price range. Staff was bipolar - some staffers were kind and accommodating, others operated "by the book." Breakfast was reasonably priced, but only Japanese food was available - might not suit all visitors. We didn't like: the bathroom size - ridiculously small - or the check-out policy - 10 am, with an extra charge to check out an hour later. TIP: for those who don't want the hotel breakfast, the Family Mart half a block to the left and just around the corner has drinkable coffee at a reasonable price, the usual convenience store snacks, and tables to sit at.

This is a newly-opened hotel in Kanazawa, very close to the JR station. The main sightseeing spots are about half an hour away by walk, but easily accessible by local transportation. Most importantly, Kanazawa is best suited as a base for a day trip of the Japanese Alps, and the Alpine villages such as Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. The room is quite spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. The room and the linens are absolutely clean and spotless. The basic amenities, including water bottles and Nespresso coffee / tea, are furnished in the room, and additional amenities are available in the lobby. One of the days was rainy, and the staff were helpful to provide us umbrellas for our use. I would be remiss if I did not mention the hotel staff. They were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel does host a restaurant, but we did not have the opportunity to partake of the local cuisine served at this restaurant. Without reservations, I would state that this is the best hotel in Kanazawa.

The hotel is actually very close to the station. But in a little winding path, after finding it once, it is very easy to find. Ctrip really has a bit of pit. When booking, I wrote some pictures of Ctrip to show the room type that can choose two beds. The result is to the hotel. The front desk gives a small room with a bed. After communication, if it is a double bed, it is necessary to add Money. Really a little speechless, if you can't choose Twin Ctrip, don't you put a picture of a double bed on the room picture? In addition, it is one of the bed of the room type. The hotel itself is ok, before I read the comments saying that it was very noisy, the result was very quiet, and the hot springs were great! There is also a kind of outdoor kind of soaking very cool, after the run, the vending machine and milk outside, very good.

I am very pleased with their accommodating and very trustworthy front desk personnel. They really assist you with all your needs and answers all your queries even beyond hotel matters. With regards, to the location, this is very accessible to Kanazawa station which is around 15 minutes walk. Talking about the capsule hotel itself, it is very cozy at affordable price. Hotel is very modern. They provide towels and bathrobes on your daily stay. I really really love this capsule hotel. You should consider this when you plan to go in Kanazawa or nearby places.

The hotel is modern in decoration and in a good location, walking distance to the Omi-machi seafood market. After arriving at Kanazawa JR Station, I bought a one-day coupon for Kanazawa Transportation (500 yen). In addition to the blue bus, the rest of the color bus can be just taken. Take the green bus two stops to the hotel (next to Mitsui Trust Bank), there are two bus stops near the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to the six parks, Kanazawa Castle, art museum, big excavation hall and other red spots. . The Omi-machi market must go, don't miss the seafood. The hotel's large baths are great and the views are very good. The price/performance ratio of a few hundred dollars a night is too high!

This is the kind of homestay where many people live together. There is only a separate space for three people, and the rest are public facilities. The hotel’s location is about 10-15 minutes away from the station. In a street full of restaurants, the convenience store is far away, but the izakaya next to it is very characteristic. There are more locals, the owner is very enthusiastic, and a large conch is also presented. . The owner of the hotel is very nice and enthusiastic, and patiently help us guide the way. It may be that we are used to living in an environment with a separate bathroom, but feel that the private space is too small and inconvenient. There is nothing in the room except the quilt. We are not used to it and can only go out and stroll around. If you don’t mind these, language communication is barrier-free, and those willing to interact with locals, you can choose here.

To the right of the drum gate in front of JR Kanazawa Station, it will take 3 minutes to get out. Five-star quality. When booking, it was 2 large and 1 small double bed. No extra bed service was noted. It was unexpectedly found that extra beds had been placed in the room. Everyday cleaning is in place. There is a sleep advantage service in the room. Pillow replacement, steam eye masks, bath salts, morning and night tea are provided free of charge, which is impressive. Near the Kanazawa Station, it is very convenient to go to Kanazawa Station by bus or JR. Hotel front desk service is very good, but Japanese English sometimes does not understand. Breakfast is a Japanese-style meal. The dishes are slightly different every day. It is very delicate. It is recommended to try it. We wanted to experience one traditional ryokan during our month in Japan, and we could not have made a better choice than Asadaya. Our welcome was gracious and following a tea service we were shown to our tatami room. We had just spent a week in a western-style hotel in Tokyo, and this room could not have been more different. When the door closed, we sat on the floor staring at each other in our simple suite, and my husband said "Are you sure this was a good idea?" At that moment, I wasn't sure. Neither of us had experienced such simple accommodations before and we're not bed and breakfast types. But we changed our minds quickly when we allowed the peaceful zen of the place to take over. We fell in love with every single thing about our experience: our beautiful and simple suite, the comfortable beds (made extra long for two tall guys), wearing yukatas, enjoying the family bath (we never even used the in-room shower), afternoon tea, and the over-the-top kaiseke meals served on the most gorgeous dinnerware you'll ever see. It's hard to put into words the level of personal and respectful service we experienced throughout our three night stay. By the time we checked out, we felt like honored guests and close family, both at the same time. As we continued our travels through Japan, we met several natives of Kanazawa who live in other cities. Each of them knew of Asadaya by reputation, and each said the same thing: "Asadaya is famous in Japan. Asadaya is well-known as one of the finest ryokans. You're so lucky to have stayed there." Indeed, we were fortunate to experience this traditional ryokan experience. We'll be forever be grateful to sixteenth generation owner Qta, his mom Mrs. Asada, and everyone who hosted and cared for us. We're happy to have made their friendships and to experienced Japan through their hospitality. Tips: Don't miss the D.T. Suzuki Museum, one of the finest pieces of contemporary architecture on the planet and an equal of Mies' Barcelona Pavilion. If you're in town long enough, be sure to visit one of Qta's restaurants. We enjoyed phenomenal teppanyaki at Rokkakudo. Kanazawa is a wonderful small city. We highly recommend a multi-night stay to have the time to relax into it and enjoy all it has to offer.

Once you arrive, you would be impressed by the charming little hotel by the river. It is renewed from a old house, into a chic, minimalistic, cozy hotel. It has only 8 rooms, so you are greeted and taken care of personally by Yuki and his team. The rooms are nicely furnished, the beddings are exceptionally comfortable (because they are brand new). Be sure to reserve time for Yuki san's breakfast. He used to be a professional cook, and he design simple japanese breakfast that is both tasty, healthy and pretty. The ground floor cafe and reception area is stunning beautiful. Take your time to relax because the huge glass windows of the cafe can see the river day and night. Take time to read a book, drink some tea or coffee made by Yuki san. I love the river, so each morning, I either ride the bike (booked from the hotel) or jog. There is a 7km stretch of riverside lanes for exercise. I love it. The location has its pros and cons. Yes, it is a bit far away from Kanazawa JR station, but take a taxi and 2000 yen you arrive. make sure to give the address to the taxi driver. You can also do bus, with a bit of walking. I arrive from komatsu airport, take the limosine bus to Kanazawa downtown (which costs may be 1130 yen) to Kanazawa JR station or Korinbo (the shopping area nearby), then change with Taxi or bus. The airprt bus takes 45 minute, then extra 15 minute by Taxi. So, if you book this hotel, you can enjoy the quietness and serenity of the river (you wake up every morning seeing the pretty river!) you can see local people walking dogs jogging by the river, with huge green lawn stretch like carpet. You have to see by yourself. One piece of advice is, the cheapest room (standard single room) is a bit too small even for one person, I would advice booking the standard twin room even if you are one person, especially if you stay for a few days. Afterall, the room rates are really reasonable compare to other hotels in the area. Yes, the area may be not very near to a lot of restaurant, but there are a couple of cozy nice restaurant to have dinner in. and with no other tourists. Be adventurous. If you like quiet, peace of mind, avoiding the crowd, and don't mind walking a bit more, this is your choice.

The location is excellent, above the west exit of Kanazawa Train Station, the door is inside the train station. Go in and out without sunning. The hotel lobby is on the third floor, and the second floor is a fresh supermarket, but the hotel can't pass. Go to the lobby on the first floor of the train station and take the elevator. There are a lot of delicious food at the train station, and almost every restaurant is lined up. Hotel breakfast is not good. A coffee shop on the first floor of the train station is a set meal, a small bowl of vegetable salad, two toasts or waffles, two small breakfast sausages, an omelet, and a cup of coffee. The hotel is located in the relaxed and beautiful Asano River area of Kanazawa, a Japanese-style courtyard-style hotel. With a history of more than one hundred years, the price is more expensive than that of Kyoto, and it is also a must in Kanazawa. There are not many people to stay in. The Ryokusone is the former residence of the mayor of Kanazawa and is set up on a hill, not far from the Kanazawa University Hospital. It is a little out of the way and you should have the address, in Japanese, ready for your taxi driver because it can be a challenge to get there. It is set in a lush and quiet neighborhood, across the street from a shrine. We were greeted by Toku, one of the only English-speaking staff members there. We had a corner room upstairs, as well as a room on the main floor towards the back. Both rooms were elegantly appointed. We were struck with the design details of the place, especially the black “lacquer” floor (I’m sure it’s just painted a shiny black, but it is gorgeous). The upstairs room had a sitting room and an elevated loft area for the futon. This was exceptionally nice as we could either sit at the table on the floor, or on the stairs leading up to the bed. The room on the main floor was smaller and the sitting area was modified to fit the foutons, which stayed down for our entire stay. In other words, there really wasn't a place to sit, other than on the foutons. The bathrooms are large, beautifully designed, and loaded with amenities. The bath tubs were huge, and deep with hot water a plenty. Our room package included dinner and breakfast. The first night we had an amazing fish dinner (many courses), and the second night it was all beef. All beautifully executed and prepared. Breakfast for the two days varied slightly and included fish, pickles, miso and rice. No Western options for breakfast that we were aware of. The place is very quiet. There is really no common space for guests to mingle other than the small dining room. It was very relaxing to stay there. Kanazawa is an amazing town and we can’t wait to return.

I used a twin room for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, not to mention the inside of the hotel. The washroom and toilet are sliding doors that close quietly, and the bathtub is very large and the bathtub is the size of a normal home, so I put it in comfortably. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were low-resilience and soft, and it was nice to be able to adjust them to my liking. I went by car, but the parking lot was convenient because the Times behind the hotel was close and the price was as low as 770 yen for 24 hours. Although it is within walking distance from the station, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and If you take a bus to the station, you can get on from the bus stop on the other side of the road, and the number of buses is reasonable, so it was convenient. What a wonderful, kind host who really made this guesthouse extra special. While our room was small, the guesthouse was lovely and there was a cosy communal area where we prepared our breakfast and spoke to other guests. The location was fantastic, down a quiet street and very close to the old geisha area of Kanazawa. The highlight of the guesthouse though was the owner - who was so kind and gentle throughout our stay. He immediately welcomed us and had already drawn out a fully annotated map for us, advising us on where to go. ・ Location It is convenient as it is about 5-6 minutes walk from the station. However, I couldn't find a convenience store near the hotel. ・ Meals It was a plate dish probably because of corona measures. The plate contained oden, fried food, salad, scrambled eggs, etc., and rice, bread drinks, desserts, etc. were buffet style. The taste is like that. ·room It was a standard twin. The area was relatively small, and it seemed that there would be no place to walk if a suitcase for two people was placed. Also, the bath was quite small, probably because there was a large public bath. However, except for the size of the room and the size of the bath, it is reasonably comfortable. ·Facility The large communal bath was not so large, the washing area was limited, and the lockers at the dressing room were packed in one space, so people were crowded during times of congestion. To be honest, it was scary at this time that people who took off their masks when undressing gathered in one space. If possible, I wanted you to take measures such as displaying the congestion level of the large communal bath and limiting the number of people. ・ Others I was not dissatisfied with the service.

This hotel is easy walking distance from all the best attractions, including the Omicho market and the Kanazawa Castle and gardens. One of the highlights of this gleaming city are its phenomenal restaurants, and several of them are very close to the Intergate, namely Aguri and Kourin.
