I used a standard type room, but the cost performance is very good. For that reason, the location is quite good with Ginza and it is easy to go to various parts of Tokyo. In addition, the room is clean. The rooms are simple and do not have a great view, but they are fully equipped with amenities and are luxurious for the price. This is the hotel I want to use again.

The room was not big but for Tokyo it's above average and was comfortable. Service was great, all the staff was very kind and helpful, if only check in time wasn't very strict, it could've been perfect. I know for a fact that my room was available before check in time but they just don't want to give you simply because it's before 3pm. Location is probably the best you could find in ginza, you can enter ginza line tunnel infront of the hotel which connected to mrt and underground walkway to some malls in ginza.

The interior and facilities are fashionable and the atmosphere is better than that of a business hotel. We also had coffee and tea as welcome drinks. The reception was very nice with a calm response. One night is not so expensive, but I think it is a good hotel where you can spend a comfortable time in Ginza.

The best location few meters from Ginza Higashi metro station. lots of restaurants, stores, Family Mart, Matsukaya Dept. Store, bakeries, Steakhouses and most of all walking distance to Access Narita Shuttle Bus Ginza Terminal for only 1000 Yen. Rooms are very clean with equipped kitchen, ensuite bathroom and in-room washer dryer. Mizuno at reception is always pleasant and very helpful.Pick lots of free amenities at lobby e.g. bath salts, lotion, hair gels, gourmet teas, head bands...loved it! We just hated the set breakfast ( buffet suspended due to COV 19) cold and tasteless - sorry. Breakfast just has to improve!

The hotel is in a good location. Ginza is extremely convenient for shopping. You can put back your shopping bags at any time and start after a short rest ... The room is average in size, and the 2 large boxes are basically full when spread out. Facilities are old but tolerable. Breakfast is not much but enough, the bus directly to the airport, convenient. It is said that the new museum will open in June this year, and I am looking forward to it.

Based on the concept of [TSUKIJI's exquisiteness and Ginza elegance], a Japanese modern will be produced in COOL.As you step into the hotel, you will be greeted with a relaxed lobby where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city and the healing smile of the hotel staff.A 3-minute walk from Exit 6 of Higashi-Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Asakusa Line. About 40 minutes by direct train from Haneda Airport. "Tsukiji Outer Market", "Kabukiza" and "Shimbashi Dancing Hall" are within walking distance. It boasts excellent access to Ginza walks and sightseeing spots.

From 11.12 to 11.20, the hotel is in a great location, two minutes walk from Higashi-Ginza subway station. There are many convenience stores and small restaurants near the downstairs, and it is also very close to the Ginza shopping street (did not go because of the tight schedule). There is a big country medicine makeup two kilometers away, and later there is a Don Quixote in Google Navigation . Every time I enter or leave the hotel, the front desk will say hello very politely, and I will send two bottles of water (perhaps because it is a double room, so two bottles). The younger brother and sister at the front desk are very friendly! After checking out on the last day, we wanted to store our luggage for dinner. They happily agreed to check the amount of luggage and register for us, and fill out the storage card for us. Later we returned after dinner. The lady at the front desk also took the initiative to help us stick, very caring ... I bought dumplings from convenience stores around during the stay and forgot to heat the convenience store, so I went downstairs and asked the hotel staff if they could help to heat up. A waitress at the front desk ( (Looking a bit like a supervisor) gladly agreed, and asked very politely if she could take it to the kitchen to heat it up. She also specifically informed that the packaging bag had been cut aside and be careful to burn it, it was really meticulous! The housekeeping staff are very kind and kind. Here, I want to remind you that if you need to clean, you must label the door. The room is cleaned every day! Even one spare cotton swab in the toilet will be replaced by the service staff! Praise! I will consider staying at this hotel next time I come to Tokyo!

Could not have had a better experience. The hotel is in a perfect location for Ginza and surrounding areas like Tokyo Station. The staff was incredibly nice and spoke English enough to be helpful. Held onto our bags at no charge. Stay out of the hotel from 11-3 if you want your room cleaned, otherwise they leave you a little with toothbrush, razor, towel and bottled water, such a classy touch. Wifi is very good and there is a great breakfast place down the street on the 2nd floor called Cafe and Bakery, short walk, good food. Rooms were small, but the AC was easy to control, the TV worked, and we had a tiny little fridge. Laundry service was convenient, and spa area was great. Awesome Ramen place within a block or two called Genraku. Nissan Crossing is cool and a good marker to get back on foot to the hotel. Great place, would stay again, clean and simple.

The hotel is located strategically, neighbouring with the sophisticated Ginza and the classic Tsukiji Market. I have stayed Higashi Ginza twice (previously in another nearby hotel) and found that this is one of the best areas to stay if you want to explore Tokyo by train or bus. The hotel serves decent breakfast at 6.30 am, supply you with iron and iron board on request, and I even asked for extra hangers. Don't be surprised about the size, yes the room is just big enough for me and my stuff. The room has mini refrigerator/cooler, kettle, room slippers, slippers, robe, towels and basic toiletries. What I love is they practice the environmental friendly campaign too. The receptionist, the room service, the guard, the kitchen staff are indeed very helpful and tried their best to serve you every day! If you stay here, you have Tsukiji Metro station, Higashi-Ginza station or Ginza. If you are seafood enthusiast (freshest tuna of course), staying here gives you a bonus to jump out of bed and be at the renown Sushizanmai as early as 5.30 am (I did it!). The bus stop is just in front of the hotel, with Lawson convenient stores around, Daiso, Kachidoki Bridge, Ginza, Kabuki Theater and other attractions reachable by Metro. 14 days here made me misses Tokyo so much! Thank you Keio Presso!

If you loves omakase breakfast at Toyosu market, shopping at Venus Fort, Diver City, Aqua City, visiting the TeamLab Borderless and TeamLab Planets, and hot-spring at Ooedo Onsen, that's the perfect location. Even gives you quick access to Disney resort and Haneda Airport! Small rooms as usual but the one with twin double beds is excellent for parents with two young children. The only downside is no car-rental nearby.

this hotel is always my favourite. the location is very convenient for shopping, for food & for transport. However, it took me over 45minutes to check in hotel because they couldn't find my booking although I provided the Trip.com's confirmation number but I had no hotel confirmation number. Owing to the super typhoon which I must stay in the hotel, the hotel staff provided quality services & very good food. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Check in was a breeze, efficient and high tech. Godzilla head is an interesting feature of the hotel (esp. for fans), and location is great, right in the middle of the happening area. room size is good, can even be bigger if the toilet is joined with the bathing area. can bring the 2 single beds together to form a large bed.

Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome
Their service is nothing short of excellent. They have staff who are fluent in English (and other languages as well, I suspect). Me and my friend came thinking that we would be staying in a Single Room with Extra Bed since that was what we booked as we attempted to be more economic. However, to our pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded to a much much bigger room for free. We are very thankful to the helpful staff for making our stay pleasant and extremely comfortable. The location is great as it in located somewhere in between Iidabashi and Suidobashi which is pretty much close to the geographical center of Tokyo. Head east you will be able to visit Akihabara and Asakusa quick. Head west, you will be able to hit Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and the Tokyo Dome is just a 10-15 minute stroll away. If I am coming back to visit Japan, this hotel will be a clear top choice for me. Haven't had the opportunity to have the breakfast at this hotel, but I will certainly try it out on my next stay here.

Good hotel. Location is great and convenient, pretty much inside Sunshine city mall. There’s also a 24/7 family mart as well. Didn’t encounter any elevator problems in regards to having to wait long queue times.
