Hotels Near Opp Blk 336 In Singapore
8.19km from Opp Blk 336Good aspects: clean environment, good host service and good sanitation;
Disadvantages: The public areas in the villa are relatively cluttered. They are located in the industrial area, there are buses and restaurants within 300 meters of walking, and shopping is about 1.5 kilometers on foot.
If you are working near the Woodlands area, you can consider it. After all, it is farther away than coming from the urban area. Living here can save time and fares. If you are really traveling, it is not recommended.
8.41km from Opp Blk 336Hotel location, very good, convenient travel around, and very convenient to eat, very close to the beach, the hotel service attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful and meticulous service quality
8.42km from Opp Blk 336The room was small, the suitcases could only be placed at the door after putting down a bed, but the bathroom was not crowded, and there was no problem living alone for a day or two.
Long time from NUS, there are 7-11 and restaurants downstairs, eating is more convenient, the room is located on the small road, relatively quiet, Chinese service.

8.44km from Opp Blk 336Thank to you to Firdaus, Mariam and Zuraidah ( not sure whether I got the name right) for making my 1 week work-stay trip very pleasant. They are the nicest front desk people that I’ve met and ensure my request are being met. Thank you Firdaus for arranging me to a better room for my prayer necessity upon check in. Your help is greatly appreciated by me and husband.
Thanks a lot once again everybody. Ibis should be blessed to have you people serving the customers with all the helpful thoughts.

8.56km from Opp Blk 336The hotel is located in a business park, and the subway station is just downstairs. The transportation is convenient, but most shops are closed on weekends, and they are closed very early on weekdays. The rooms are located on the 17th to 19th floors. The south-facing rooms are better, and you can see the sea view of the west coast. The room types are all LOFT, but there is no twin room, the large bed is 1.5 meters, and it is a bit squeezed to sleep if the couple is with a baby. There are washing machines and microwave ovens, you can do laundry and cooking, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores downstairs to buy things. Maybe the room is older, the facilities look a bit old, the carpets upstairs are blackened, and there are little ants in the bathroom.
10.23km from Opp Blk 336Hotel location is relatively quiet, there are bus stops and subway stations nearby, the traffic is very convenient, after all, Singapore is not very big, it is very convenient everywhere, the hotel's breakfast is OK, can eat and comfort, the restaurant has a curry fish The first dish, the taste is very good, we are eating two meals.
10.24km from Opp Blk 336The room is clean and washroom as well. The food for breakfast is nice. Overall, our stay with my mother was great.
10.32km from Opp Blk 336The four of us stayed here on our visit to singapore. The front desk lady charged or room deposit instead of merely taking a credit card number to charge later in case of damages (this was against policy I discovered later). We stayed in a room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, plus a small balcony. The room was clean and comfortable - all features functioned properly. The location is far from the main areas of the city and on the other side of singapore from the airport. A subway station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. A bus stop is directly in front of the guesthouse. It's a solid 30 minute trip away from little india or little china. Being a hostel we had concerns about noise at night but were not bothered by any. We did not utilize the breakfast option but did eat at the restaurant across the street and found it acceptable. On checkout I found that they could not refund the deposit. After working with the manager over the next several days she refunded the deposit to me via paypal instead of a credit to my original card. That was not desirable at all, but was the best she said she could do. On the whole this was a nice stay, I only advise you to be cautious about your room deposit.
10.41km from Opp Blk 336The service was impeccable.
My husband and I arent aware that during Covid, all hotels with attached balconies have to be locked.
The main reason for our stay is to stargaze and catch the moon that at that particular night.
It was upsetting and it was beyond anyones control due to the circumstances, however the Indian Lady that served us, managed to upgrade and swap our rooms.
The room we got exceeded our expectations, we were still able to do what we wanted.
And it was the highlight of my birthday as well.
All in all we had a great experience, the rooms were well maintained, service is amazing and will come back again! (Hopefully next time round we are able to use the balcony!)
10.59km from Opp Blk 336Great service and hospitality! Went there with my parents as a getaway and was greeted with a beautiful room and large balcony. Extra bed has been set up and we love the complimentary chocolates and wine. Only setback for the whole trip was the water pipes - somehow, the water turns cloudy every time we turn on the taps at the sink, and this made it difficult for us to even use the tea-making facilities. We got the housekeeping team to look into it but the only advice they could really give was that it's the pipes, let the water run before consuming it - we weren't comfortable with the whole idea and so gave out on it. Other than this, room service was good as well.
Would definitely return in the near future for our staycation again, hopefully with fixed pipes!
10.9km from Opp Blk 336It was everything I expected when I looked through their photos and reviews. They had a complimentary butler service and a garment pressing. The room itself is huge and they really made use of the space they have for seating. I’m not sure if it’s just me but i had no idea of the charging points by the bed that was hidden in the bedside table.
However similar to those that I’ve read, their tv was a lil bit boring for me. If you had a cable to your laptop, probably that would be fun but otherwise you don’t get much. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and definitely would go again.
10.97km from Opp Blk 336Lovely Staycation with family. Kids love the pool. I had a wonderful breakfast at the clubhouse. Their services were awesome. Special shootout to the staff named Sofia. She is a gem to the hotel industry. Always gave her best and ensure all my needs were fulfilled. Making sure I was served with my dietary special needs. Keep up the great service Orchard Rendezvous.
Hotels Near Opp Blk 336 In Singapore Review
I first stayed at the SEA Hotel back in 2014 as it was recommended by my aunt and uncle who always stay here when in Singapore. I love the place. It’s old and rustic (a throwback to another time) but for $100 SGD a night with a fabulous vegetarian buffet breakfast included (Kwan Im restaurant) and prime location in Bugis you couldn’t ask for anything more. Also when booking the staff are excellent in replying to queries and give very detailed information about getting to the hotel and airport transport options and nearby attractions. Free wifi was included and it was fast and reliable. The staff on the front desk were friendly especially the girl who checked me in. Bugis+ shopping mall (10 levels with cinemas, food/retail options galore and taxi rank) is less than 5 mins walk. I use this as a taxi pick up/drop off point to various attractions from the hotel. Bugis MRT Station is 5-10 mins walk and is on the airport line (10th station from the airport, with 1 change at Tanah Merah, cost only SGD 2.50) The Kwan Im Temple is right next door and worth checking out (it gets very busy with local worshippers). Directly outside is a pedestrian mall with a flurry of activity with market stalls and street vendors. The hotel is simple and rooms unadorned with only the basics but it’s all there and excellent value for money. They do request you leave your key if you go out and recollect (24 hour reception) but I conveniently forgot to do this most of the time and it was never a problem. Oh and don’t even think about bringing durians to the hotel!
The hotel is very close to Wenqing subway station, walk 5.6 minutes. The youth hostel is very small. It has a lot of capsule beds in one room, but the capsule room is well designed. It is very spacious to sleep alone. The closed door is your own private space. Bedding, lighting, safe, charging plug, usb, and mirror are all available in the capsule. The access to the card is safe, and the bathroom is clean. Although there are many people, this is still in place. With breakfast, it is simple cereal. And toast bread, coffee milk variety. The front desk attitude is very good, that is, one of the lights in my room is broken and cannot be turned off. The Indian brother first said that the light in each room could not be turned off. He lied. Actually, it was not. Later, he let him think of a solution. In short, the overall is a good hostel, you can choose this next time you go to Singapore, it is recommended ~~~~~~
I stay in this hotel the 2nd time. I stayed because I'm taking my pfizer vaccination at Raffles Medical Clinic which is located at Raffles City, which is beside the hotel. I know bout the side effects and I feel I needed a rest so I book this hotel.
Everything from check in, room service, check out, was perfect. I did not ask for house keeping as I did not need anything to top up or make my bed.
The room service food is excellent! Payment can be make directly upon delivery too. Poolside is a great place to chill and the air con is working very well.
I requested for a Seaview room and it's done. It is also a pool view room.
I'll definitely come back for my staycation again.
Because I need to apply for a visa, I stayed here for 18 days and stayed at other hotels for two nights. This is a co-living hotel, so there is no private bathroom, but in reality, my experience did not feel inconvenient, and I rarely encountered other customers . The traffic location is very good. It is opposite to Chinatown Food Street. When you go out, there is a traffic light. There is a Maxwell Food Center on the left. The food inside is affordable and delicious. I often go to China Street Food to finish my meal and then go to Hailan Panmian. Fried fish noodles. It is also very close to the Chinatown interchange station of the NE and DT subway lines. It is very convenient to go to Sentosa or Sands or Merlion. Auntie Cong, who is in charge of cleaning, is also super nice and enthusiastic, serious and responsible. Next time I go to Singapore, I would prefer to stay here. The decoration style is also very simple and fashionable, and some romantic, very suitable for young people. Sign-in and sign-out are also very convenient, simple and convenient. If you don’t speak English, it’s okay to live here. In short, five-star praise, highly recommended.
This is by far the best hotel that we have stayed in. All the staff in Barracks Hotel have a keen sense to details, which make our stay extremely comfortable and amazing.
We have booked this stay to mark a special milestone in our lives. And thanks to JS, the coordination with the decoration team went without a hitch. Not forgetting the amazing coffee serves at the Living Room, and the staff there (especially Emily) makes everything better.
We had a wonderful stay at Barracks Hotel and we certainty look forward to another refreshing getaway in the near further.
The hotel is very clean and tidy. Staff are very firendly polite. The cafe Lodge in the hotel have alot of variety of foods. Asian/Western/foods. A lot of nice promotions foods. I have a take away breadfast is very good. Miss Erica working the cafe. She is very friendly and helpful person. In ordering my food for take away. I bought a box of mooncake from the cafe. Is very nice taste and have alots of flavour.. The room inthe hotel is spacious and clean. Nice vacation in Ywca stay. Thank 😊 to the staffs and management.
This place has very, very good customer service which i must first commend in the first sentence of this review. I was there for 3 days and two nights and there was the same staff throughout my stay, day and night. But he was friendly, helpful and jovian. It actually seemed like he was the one who did absolutely everything in the hotel. Be aware that this hotel IS in the red light district of Singapore. My room was a single bed room, and the only single bed room in the already small hotel. It was unfortunately crawling with ants along the wall, a tile or two had chipped or fell off. The wall hiding behind the toilet door wasn't to die for either, the room didn't feel complete, but it was livable. I did get the opportunity to go into the other rooms, the double bed room and family room. Those were definitely more decent, they felt cleaner and were better maintained. They even had a cosy feel to them. It comes with breakfast in the vicinity's small kitchen. Don't expect a wide spread or a 4 star hotel breakfast, but it was pretty decent for it's standard. Bread, a fruit, protein (eggs, tuna or others), rice or porridge. There are plenty of food around the area, hawkers mostly. But there are three mrt stations within walking distance, and Paya Lebar Square is about 900m (12 - 18min walk) from the hotel. In all, it isn't a place for fussy stayers. But if you're pretty easy going, don't want to pay premium prices for an accommodation and get your own room and toilet, then one can definitely consider this place.
Room size is small, TV is small with only local channels. Only 3 power sockets in the room, which 2 of them is used by TV and it’s box. Shower is ok.
Food wise, downstairs has bistro and food, but run out of food early. Need to settle your dinner before 8pm. Else, you can walk down to Changi Road where there are more food choices.
Clean.. comfort... water preassure is very good.😋. Room is quite spacious... if you travel with a family like me and on budget... this is my kind of place... will come here again and next time i will extra comforter.
It wasn’t too bad with the location near Arab street being the major plus. But having stayed at Nuve Heritage and Nuve Urbane I found the experience at this one underwhelming. There was also no mini fridge in this room. Service staff were very friendly. Overall, it’s good enough for a short and basic stay.
Arrived at the hotel more than 1 pm, the staff checked me in. The geographical location is superior. The hotel turns left and goes a few hundred meters to go to Fanglin Pasar. The laksa on Renlong store on the second floor is expensive. It costs 10 coins and it tastes good. The Fujian Bak Kut Teh on the 1st floor is very good. The 4 bowls of coins are good. The soup and ribs taste good, but the herbs taste a little heavier. Turn right at the hotel and turn right for more than ten minutes. There is the Maxwell Food Center on the street. Every day, Hainan Chicken Rice is inside. Unfortunately, the day I went there was not open. I switched to Xingxing Hainan Chicken Rice. I walked about twenty minutes from the hotel to Merlion Park, and only five minutes' walk to Ya Kun for breakfast and coconut toast. It was very convenient to use Google navigation. In the alley near the hotel, there are still some murals of the early Tang people living in Nanyang. You can take a look if you have time.
Its very nice and have big bed room its good for money. Down step the hotel have eating house very convenient. Its Also near to like orchard road and other Shopping ctr too. And the room price is very enconomical. Pls call up the hotel and ask more.
Went for the single loft and it’s true to pictures. However the theme of the hotel is dark brown to black so it looks very dark. And for a female staying alone for the night it was quite quiet and I think I was the only one in that level.
After living for so long, I have become familiar with it, and I am very comfortable with it. The hotel has good service attitude, good hygiene, good environment, and convenient to go everywhere. By the way, I have forgotten to write it down. You can cook your own rice here. It's very convenient. You can buy and cook what you want.
Well located, really nice staff for everything, including informations. Bed was comfortable, good shower, breakfast simple but ok. The 2 biggest problems are the travellers who don't respect the sharing room after 23h00 (need a corfu or to be advise) and the room on the street side with a restaurant open 24/24, are to to noisy. You just get little sleep. Coming from Airport, with MRT get off at Jelan Besar exit B, turn right, walk to Dickson Road. To take the bus via Malaysia, walk via Jelan Besar, turn left and right on Weld Road, it will be on your right (3.5MYR)
The location is very good. It is located near the government office building in the city, opposite to Clarke Quay Bar Street, and there is a subway station. The traffic is very convenient. There is also a famous Bak Kut Teh restaurant nearby, the room is very clean, and the counter service It’s also very good, you can store your luggage
Very friendly staff, they will answer any questions you have and will greet you with a smile. The location is suitable, there is a bus stop located very close which is convenient. The breakfast is simple but some toast, cereal and coffee it good for me. The bathrooms are always clean, and there is always hot water. The rooms are clean with convenient storage. If traveling to Singapore by yourself specially for my ladies this is a good place to stay. Oh and there is an amazing ice cream shop close bya and may restaurants.

Everything was good but the bed abit dirty and the room is super small toilet too. When bathing ur clothes in the toilet will get wet as they didn’t have anything to separate toilet and bathroom so I would recommend people to put their clothes outside the Toilet if you don’t want it to get wet. Their service is very good they would help you solve your issues that you are having right away! TV is internet TV so can watch Disney+ and HBO etc but sadly no Netflix app. So overall I would rate 7/10
There is no parking lot, no extra bed, and the hotel does not have breakfast. The hotel commissions the small county liver skewers to make breakfast. Guests need to take the hotel room card to the hotel front desk to exchange breakfast vouchers and then go to the small county liver hotel for breakfast. Chicken, sausages, boiled eggs, canola, broccoli, watermelon pieces, toast, jam, instant coffee, mixed fruit juice. Breakfast is almost the same every day, and the taste is ok. However, the location of the hotel is very good, that is, the room is too small, only a large bed can be put down, no free water, only two bags of instant coffee, boiling water must be picked up in a room on the second floor of the hotel. It is not suitable for bringing children, and the sound insulation is not good. There are windows that cannot be opened.
Stayed here during my trip, booked a family room for 4 (2 adults and kids). I booked using goibibo and they have an option for free breakfast and Dinner or lunch. What is good: at the center of little India, good number of Indian hotels and restaurants, staff's behavior / support is also good. Wifi Works with reasonable speed, they did provide an early check in. Cons: The rooms are small ( i guess this applies for most of the Singapore hotels), AC is slow (especially it takes lot of time to cool , though it works ), No room service provided. The hotel is very small may be around 12 - 15 rooms, so don't expect any extras. Bad: The hotel as such doesn't have a restaurant, they provide coupon (worth SGD 3) that can be redeemed for neighboring Hotel, where for dinner, they don't have VEG Option and break fast u won't get much items other than either dosa / parota with tea / coffee. Its quite misleading to say free breakfast / dinner. Rooms can be maintained well, rooms are so small that you really can't have much space to walk as well. Recommendation: Overall its an average hotel, in prime location near Little india.
very nice place, it’s my second time booking and the rooms have always been done up nicely ☺️ although i’d say the tv quality isn’t the best— it makes any latest shows look old but other than that the toilets are spacious, bed is huge, and the air con can be super cold 🥶 10/10
Was upgraded to club room and the staff prepared a sweet surprise for our anniversary, which I did not expect. Thanks a lot! Gym was great as you have to pre book it, but you get the entire space to yourself. The hotel could open more treadmills since it's a private booking. A qualm is that cause we were upgraded to club room, we were not able to use the infinity pool, which honestly was a huge disappointment. I feel that the hotel could exercise some flexibility here as we don't see the pool being used much (we can see the pool directly from our room), aside from peak hours in the evening. There are plenty of areas to lounge in the hotel. Also, plenty of food options around the area so it was a very enjoyable stay, other than the pool situation. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly.
The four of us stayed here on our visit to singapore. The front desk lady charged or room deposit instead of merely taking a credit card number to charge later in case of damages (this was against policy I discovered later). That was not desirable at all, but was the best she said she could do. On the whole this was a nice stay, I only advise you to be cautious about your room deposit.
The price is cheap, the location is good, the transportation is more convenient, there are a lot of food around, there are supermarkets, business travel is still a good choice, mainly economic.
Very good, full-text service, very convenient, there are many places to eat near the hotel, it is very convenient to go to the airport, the subway is direct, the bus is also very much, the hotel is relatively new
Very good, this price is very good.
Stayed there for a night fully paid using cash (not using singapore rediscover voucher) the boutique hotel is located just behind LKY Oxley home. Walking distance was 10 mins away from Orchard Central. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. The hotel provides toiletries and we had our breakfast using the hotel voucher at Artisan Boulangerie Co located at Killiney Road which is 3 mins Walking distance with a choice of pastry and offered a top up of drink to large size at $1.05. The hotel is only a 2 storey property. Front desk staff was polite except that they were rushing through telling us the T&C and house rules of the hotel and there was a $100 deposit charged to my credit card which may take some time for the refund. Sound proof isn't that good as we keep hearing sounds of slamming door whenever someone opens their room door. Unfortunately the neighbour beside my room keeps singing like a crow and as the outerside of the showing area is partially enclosed, so we can hear it loud and clear in our room. Didn't get to use the pool due to the location as it is just right underneath the walkway to the lobby. There is no privacy as whoever enter or exit the hotel is able to just look down and that is where the pool is. Although it is clean and spacious but given the location and the condition of the hotel not being sound proof, I will not patronise again.
Great service and hospitality! Went there with my parents as a getaway and was greeted with a beautiful room and large balcony. The check-in services was short and simple.
Hence, the facilities are all satisfying and welcoming.
Thank you for the expecting services and looking forward for more days there :)
