We are a family with a child, stayed in a two-room room for 5 nights. We met at the resepchn hospitality, but the kitchen workers are not different in positive and joyful. Most rooms with tired repair and melting on windows, they are not completely cleaned carpets and sofas. It is much better to take a room with bamboo furniture, here is the price/quality ratio. For a good breakfast in the non-season it is not worth counting. But an egg with a delicious sausage, a raspberry, vegetables and a raspberry are offered. There is no teapot in the room, but it is allowed to go to the ”kitchen” and pour the boiler to whomever needs. Bed, towels - everything is, clean. The biggest minus - saw mice in a room with a red couch at night, after which we were asked to move. No wish to return to this hotel.

We've stayed in this Hotel in February 2020 (it's not letting me to choose that year anymore). We checked in late as we arrived from the airport around midnight. There were accommodating and even informed us where we can get some food. Unfortunately for us, most places were already closed. The room was large with a view of the port and balcony. It looked a bit ran dawn, but still comfortable. The best part was the terrace on top of the building with breakfast. The food was surprisingly very tasty and even though we are not usually up for breakfast we actually made the effort to go as we enjoyed it that much. There were very polite to us at all times and even though the rooms looked banged up and in need of some TLC, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel.

The hotel is located on the edge of the old town in the middle of the usual small streets. In the immediate vicinity you can find restaurants, cafes, supermarket and small shops. The cable station is five, the beach is a little more than ten minutes walk. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. On the photos the house looks larger than it is. Very small lobby. But the rooms and bathrooms booked by us were sufficiently large, friendly and clean. The room was very clean and the room was very clean and the room was very clean. Friends who book a room, this hotel has only 5 floors, and the first floor is like living in a basement. I stayed for 3 nights in a row, I was given the first floor, and it was fine to change to the 5th floor. Breakfast is 66 lari per person. The service staff was very nice, they helped us move the bed in case my son would fall off the bed. The coffee and juice on the first floor are delicious. The spa is different from domestic ones, very comfortable, around 500. Opposite is the coastline. I go to see the sea and take a bath after breakfast every day. It is very close to McDonald's. After the hotel turns right, there is a well-known local restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The location is very good, but the room is not enough for five stars, but the service can be five stars!

Worst experience thus far in Georgia. Staff unwilling and incapable of assisting us to locate which tower we were supposed to be in. Room not ready after check in time and absolutely FILTHY even after cleaning. We were told to occupy our two very young children in the road (a construction site) outside the premises while they cleaned. Surfaces clearly haven’t been cleaned or sanitised properly after previous guests once we returned, staff have not a care for any kind of COVID safety, no masks etc so a very real concern. Both buildings are still under heavy construction. Zero available parking despite checking that this would be available for us. Attitude of staff is probably the worst, we have your money so we don’t care

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach. Affordable stay, strong wifi, sea view, everything worked. However, there was only one socket in a convenient space, the others were next to the floor or in the kitchen. The check in is a bit hard to find and there are no signs to tell you that it is on the 16th floor, had to double check the address. Overall, good hotel especially for the price you’re paying.

Hotel Aisi worked well for me for two weeks. My room was clean, quiet, very spacious, and comfortable. Decent wifi. Nice balcony. The decor is tasteful, though somewhat dated. Newer hotels in Batumi tend to have bizarre decor with garish colors I can't stand, and less comfortable furniture. Their restaurant has a nice view with a balcony. Big breakfast buffet, always delicious. I had some nice dinners too. I found all their staff to be very friendly and helpful. Many speak English. I'm not a perpetual beachcomber, so it didn't matter that it is a short walk to the beach. Good central location handy to most of the city. It was a good base for my work and for enjoying Batumi. I have stayed at many hotels in Batumi. Believe me, you can pay a lot more, and get a lot less than at Hotel Aisi.

Карнизы для штор поломаны, грязные шторы висят кое-как. На основании кровати засохшие красные пятна, то ли вино, то ли что похуже. В ванной поломано почти всё: зеркало для макияжа, кнопка смыва в унитазе, вешалка для полотенец, подставка для мочалки в душе, лейка душа… Причем всё это поломанное лежит тут же, в шкафчике. Стиральной машины из описания в номере нет, из косметических принадлежностей только шампунь и кусочек мыла. Полотенце только одно, большое. Тапочек нет. Кухня есть, но посуды не хватит даже для двоих. Очень шумно! Под окнами стройка со всех сторон. Окна пропускают шум, холод и свет от соседних зданий, шторы не защищают. Двери тонкие, под ними щель сантиметра 3, звукоизоляции нет никакой, стоны соседей слышит весь этаж.

Everything the location the Mountain View was perfect next to Europe square the breakfast was amazing the best breakfast in the whole world variety of foods and changing every day and everything was delicious. ❤️ also I want to say that there are very good people on the staff and special thanks to Giorgi who is in the bar and knows English very good, his English is American and I liked it very much. I was friends with him with my family He's a very good bartender, he's always at the bar and good barista. I will even come to this hotel and hopefully meet Giorgi. The good is the location and view of the sea. But, frankly, the coastline is so long that it is easy to choose another option with no less good location. The apartment is very sad. The furniture is as cheap as possible. For 3 nights, two people left on a large towel and a small one. Seriously? There is a laundry machine in the apartment, but there is not even one pill for it. There are dishes, but there is no means to wash it. Again, for 3 nights, 2 people left on 1 tiny tube of shampoo and on the same tiny shower gel. Cleaning is not provided. I wonder, and if the family is settled for a week, they will not clean up and change their towels during this time too? The electricity is a separate song. Early or later, there will be a fire in this apartment and it will start with a lamp in the bathroom. The bathroom does not close the door because the lock is broken. I don't understand why it isn't possible to fix everything before people are set? When evicted, we were told to wait 10 minutes until we checked out whether the apartment is OK. I understand that this is a normal requirement, but can you somehow warn about it in advance? People can be late at the airport. There is a Sunset restaurant nearby from where the music is grinning at midnight. If you are hard to sleep, it will be a serious test for you. We were in room 2218 and I don 't advise anyone.
