The boss and the staff are very enthusiastic and smiling. Everyone is nice. Although the room equipment is a bit rude, and every time I come back into the room, I will smell some acrid smell. So we called to the front desk again and they said no more room available.Nevertheless, the second room still better than the first room, because there was a cockroach in the bathroom of the first room we had. And dark mold around the basin. Room facilities need to be improveded. Only perfect thing is the Location.

      The service of this hotel is super good and very friendly. My girlfriend and family chose this hotel. I also secretly booked this hotel myself, and contacted the hotel in advance to give my girlfriend a surprise to propose to her. I set up a dining table next to the pool and it was beautifully furnished, and the price of the dinner was absolutely reasonable. It was even good value for me. I felt embarrassed and gave them extra tips afterwards. During the proposal process, I also asked a lot of staff to help and cooperate with my request, and even helped me iron my clothes. The pool omg is sooooooo disgusting dirty with mold in the grout, at one point the pools Was sooooo disgusting that I got a bacterial infection that took serious antibiotics for me to get rid of!! I say the staff was amazing yes yet however I have to say that I had my $500 dollar necklace sitting on my desk that vanished and I’m 90% sure I know who stole it!! I approached the manager and they just starred at me like I was a ghost!! I was appreciative of the cost of my stay there since I was involved in a tragic accident that I had to spend 3 months recovering from. I approached the manager several times about the pool issue btw and their solution was to shock the pool with a massive dose of Chlorine and didn’t even have the curtesy to shut the pool down for a few days like you’re supposed to when you shock it!! I went in unaware of this and had chemical burns on my underwear area and my under arms! Blisters!! I was grateful for the cost of My stay yet hugely disappointed in so many other ways !! Great location but come on owners stop being so cheap and invest in some upgrades

      As we all know the pictures on the internet do not always reflect reality but in the case of this hotel I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, how fresh it was and the amount of light coming from the large windows. I am travelling on a budget so booked a reasonably cheap room and hoped for the best. Good location for shops and cafes but quite a distance from the airport so take note of yr transport and transfer costs when looking at staying in Phuket. Beach across the road. No lift but friendly staff and always someone to help.

A dreamy pool and just a idyllic small lake with ances and warans - and then a swan swims through the picture. It is hardly possible, so full score. Who wants it wousy and with a lot of trouble or even girly bars, has to go elsewhere.       To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay.       We stayed here mainly for the location. It was a short walk to the beach and down a quiet street not far from the hustle and bustle of Patong, everything was close to walk to. The staff were friendly, particularly the young bellboy, can’t remember his name. He was very helpful delivering our bags and showing us the rooms amenities. The room was nice and clean, with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was huge and comfortable, the mini bar was stocked and the beer price quite reasonable. The bathroom had a shower & bath with a window between the bathroom and sleeping area. The only negative I could give was the shower didn’t drain properly, the bottom of the shower filled up quickly and was unpleasant not knowing what was coming back up out of the drain. We mentioned this to concierge on checking out, so may have been fixed by now. Overall a pleasant stay for a reasonable price.

      My wife and I stay at six pack cottage every time we visit Phuket, and for good reasons. Our lifestyle in Phuket is very simple. We wake up, we train Muay Thai, we shower, we eat, go swimming, get work done, train again sometimes, shower eat, get work done, relax, sleep and repeat haha. Once in a while, we will go out for drinks or explore other parts of Phuket, but our lifestyle here is mostly focused on training and this schedule. In addition, we don’t need much. As long as we have a good clean room, at a low price, near a pool and close to all the schools and restaurants on the Soi, we are happy. And if this is what you are looking for, this place may be a good fit for you. We saved money by staying here, so we could focus on training. They also offer cleaning and laundry service which saves you so much time. The rooms are minimal, but clean and nice. There is also a small fridge in each room to store your food and water. There are two desks and a flat screen tv. If you don’t want to go out to eat, you can cook in the shared kitchen which also has a blender which is nice. Some people complained about the slow internet, but that can be very easily solved by getting a SIM card and buying a plan, where you could use your phone as a hotspot, and with this, we had no issues with slow internet. We worked, streamed movies, etc with ease. And finally, two homes would not be what it is without Elle and Nina. Not only are they professional and helpful, they make it feel like home. As well as the rest of the staff, they are so sweet. Make sure to say hello to them everyday and give them a smile. We love six pack cottage and we will be back every time we visit Phuket. It’s become our second home.

      Experienced by my wife (Santi) as solo traveller: I arrived late at the hotel but already told by calling in the afternoon that I will arrive late and they said it's ok as they open 24 hours. When I came finally the receptionist asked me to speak with the ”manager” by phone and she was asking from which application I booked the hotel (Traveloka). Then she told me to wait a while. After that, the receptionist asked me to follow him. He brought me to the backside street to Ekkamon Apartment and there was someone who just gave me room key without even smiling and the receptionist of ”Sleep at Phuket” just left me. I tried to reach him but he was already gone, so I didn't have any choice but to stay at Ekkamon Apartment in a room which was not ready for guest. The pillow was yellow and not covered, there was rolling messy cable near the TV, some part of furniture were rotten. I just feel it was not fair at all from ”Sleep at Phuket” by moving me like that without asking if I agreed or not, and they didn't tell apologize because they didn't have the room that I already booked.

      First of all, friends who are not good at English, like hilarious, and have cleanliness, please skip this hotel after seeing my review, because the hotel guests are all foreigners, and the service staff ca n’t speak Chinese; Most day trips require extra money or refusal to pick up and drop off, and there is no takeaway nearby. Even if it is willing to take out the food, it is more expensive than meals. At night, there are many geckos crawling around the house. . If you don't mind the above buddies, I highly recommend this hotel. Along the coast, with its own beach, almost every house is a sea view room. Dining in the hotel restaurant in the morning and evening is particularly beautiful. The scenery is very good and the attitude of the service staff is very good. The garden has a large area with various flowers, fruits and trees. There is a tire swing near the beach, and there is a wizarding place like Harry Potter on the ground. It's leisurely, and it feels like a paradise, so I strongly encourage couples to stay.

      Hotel location is OK, in the alley in the bustling street of Karen, seven or eight minutes walk from the beach and the main street, there is a family at the door. The room was originally booked as a normal terrace room, the room and the view are very poor, then add money to upgrade to the pool room, you can go straight to the pool. The final price is about 600 RMB, and the price is good. The front desk service is very good, although it does not speak Chinese, English is not too standard, but very seriously understand our demands and help change rooms. The overall environment of the hotel, gardens, swimming pools and the like are also good. I have lived in several hotels in Phuket. Comprehensive room price, I feel that if you bring your child later, you may choose this hotel.

      Had a good stay at this hotel. The sea view room we booked had one of the best views we have ever experienced. The pool was a great place to relax and have a few drinks, also a big fan of the decor and hotel layout. Our main area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the rooms. We had dirty beadsheets when we arrived, and upon closer inspection of the room, we feel the cleaning team could’ve done a better job overall.

      Hotel very calm,small but functional bedrooms.clear.small terraces have shared for 3 rooms.There are also apartments with kitchens for families.The hotel rents scooters and offers excursions in the islands.The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The only blame for the rooms is the lack of ventilation and as you can't leave the doors open with the common terrace it feels a little humidity.but this only for the rooms on the floor, The others have a personal terrace.
