The room was large and very comfortable. Super clean. The toilet and the shower are separated. They provide coffee, tea and water bottles in the room. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast is very fresh and of quality, personally I would have preferred more sweet choice as well as bread. I loved the public bath because there are also single tubs that give you more privacy than the traditional one (which is also there), at least you are not facing a stranger while naked.. There are also hot beverages and face lotions/masks (a girl's dream). Men and women baths are separate but you can go together in the hot stone room because they provide specific clothes to wear (shirt and pants).

I used it for about a week from the end of March. Because it was under such a situation, I was very sorry, and I asked for a little bit of self-help about the cleaning of the room, but the front desk was not particularly able to explain anything I accepted it (there is a hygiene relationship, so I wanted to clean it once a day even if I stayed for three nights). We stayed here for a night and chose this place mainly because it was within walking distance to Osaka station. The hotel is situated in a small alley, but with many eateries nearby, and also convenience stores. It is about 10 minutes walk from Osaka station / Umeda station. Reception was friendly, quick and efficient, and check in check out was really smooth. The room was standard size of a Japan hotel room but the bath was very spacious. Unlike normal Japan hotels, the toilet bowl area, sink, and bathtub area were all separated. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again given the good location!

We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

The hotel is checked in on the second floor. There is no check-in machine at the front desk. It will give a gate password and bed number. Remember to take a photo. The kitchen of the public bathroom toilet seating area is on the third floor. The advantage is that you can cook. There are two large supermarkets nearby. After nine o'clock, the price is half. 50 RMB to eat and cattle is not a dream! The disadvantage is that people live too much and sleep well at night.

Terrific accomodation in Osaka. Clean, spacious and relatively quiet. Apartments are very well set out and thoughtfully equipped. Love the washing machine and the heat room in the bathroom to dry clothing and towels. Nice touch that one of the beds can be closed off by sliding doors. Cooking equipment useful, especially to make simple meals like and egg or to heat up food in the microwave. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Close to the train stations and once you get the hang of the complex set up at Osaka/ Umeda it’s relatively easy to get around. Only complaints are beds and pillows are a little hard but I think this is normal in Japan. Umeda is a thriving area. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.

Advantages: Newly renovated hotel, rooms above the 18th floor of the building can enjoy the night view. The hotel is located in the embassy district of Osaka, surrounded by the Swiss Consulate and the American Consulate. It is one subway station away from Umeda (but you have to walk a few hundred meters before and after), and there are three buses to Osaka Kansai Airport at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient. There is another open-air SPA on the 31st floor, which is quite chic. Disadvantages: The reservation system is confusing. I booked two adults and one child on Ctrip, and they asked to pay the difference for one child when checking in. We argued with them and showed them the Ctrip reservation. A responsible Japanese beauty found a young lady from Northeast China to coordinate. The first plan was for me to coordinate with Ctrip. I said, do you want me to make an international call to coordinate now? My reservation did not conceal the fact that I have a child. If you want to coordinate, you should go to Ctrip, why should I do it? I know that Japanese hotels charge per person. I did not conceal or deceive, and I am not responsible. Seeing that I spoke English all the time, the Japanese beauty compromised and did not charge extra. But it feels really bad, as if we are deliberately trying to get the wool. There are few breakfast options. Imagine people of all colors queuing for two miles to wait for a coffee machine. Can't they make several pots of coffee and pour them for the guests? Or just add another machine. The breakfast ends early, from 9:15 to 10 minutes, the breakfast counter will be removed. Doesn't it say 10 o'clock on the meal ticket? Is this the standard of Japanese service? I don't understand. There are also non-Japanese service staff. They look like South Asians. Their English is not very good. I asked him to add a quilt, but he didn't understand quilt and duvet. In the end, he gave me a blanket. I was really embarrassed. Some Japanese front desk staff are not very friendly to Chinese people, but they are very enthusiastic to Koreans. If the guests don't specifically ask for a comprehensive cleaning of the room, it is basically not cleaned. They only change towels and add bottled water. If you want to earn money from Chinese people, you should show some serious service awareness. Otherwise, just honestly collect money from Koreans. That's all!

Love this rustic, quaint hotel. A nice stroll from a Yodoyabashi train station. Hotel staff was warm, friendly and considerate. Room was a tad small to open up both our luggages at the same time but that’s generally most hotels in Japan. The comfy bed and amazing breakfast made up for that. Nice little touch of microwaves and vending machines on selected levels. Might have found my favourite hotel in Osaka now. Would stay there again for sure.

Overall quite ok to stay here. But the bath towel has some smell although they changed towel daily. Check in and check out by using robot is easier and faster. The hotel was actually okay. The rooms were small as you know from Japan. All was clean. The rooms were cleaned if you wanted this with a sign at the door. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. Right dead smack next to Shinsaibachi for the shopping and Dotonburi for delicious food. The hotel is very new and can easily be found by the shrine on the first floor. There is also a lot of construction going on the hotel street so arriving to the hotel can be tricky to navigate especially since it's generally a crowded area. The facilities is amazing and the TV provides live statuses to the laundry and onsen. The onsen is separated by sex and has an indoor and outdoor one. There is also a small, cold outdoor pool right next to the warm bath. Overall an easy choice to come back! Glad to have picked this place!

My wife and I each had a room as we were traveling with friends. As Diamond, one of the rooms was upgraded to a huge suite, and the other to a castle view. The front desk and lounge staff were both extremely helpful. Every request was attended to promptly and with a positive attitude. Hotel is easy walking distance from a subway line. The lounge offerings are good, and the views up there are great. We loved hanging out there after our day as it was quite hot outside. Would definitely stay again as it is a good value.

I am a frequent traveller and highly spoiled normally staying in Four Seasons but on Tripadvisor i noticed this hotel and the super reviews and looking at prices it was interesting to try and happy I did! Quick review: -top housekeeping, big compliment for this team -super clean rooms -spacious room with huge balcony and this is a huge bonus to the room also the amazing view -very silent rooms, no noise from other rooms, alley or street -very complete room with everything you need -great bed! -friendly staff although English is not very good and surprised me especially in reception Location is the keyword, I walked around a lot and found this hotel is superb to visit Osaka, everything important within walking distance. Some minor points I think the hotel should improve: -concierge service and English language i really missed -slippery bathtub, improvement needed as they don’t have a seperate shower, very dangerous so input a towel in the tub. -there is no bar! I can highly recommend this fine hotel and would return without any doubt. To be improved in my view: - bathtub is too slippery and dangerous so needs improvement - language skills of reception is poor and concierge service would be good to have -there is no bar but they have a great outdoor terrace so use it for drinks!

We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

I made this hotel for the introduction of the topic of the miracle shower now. The miraculous shower is comfortable, the ladies plan, so the amenities are substantial, and the legglift and nanosteamer that I wanted to use were sufficient, and the bed was large and very good I thought it was a little cold? I thought it was satisfactory that the heating could be set and there was an air cleaner, so the room was clean and warm and I could set it myself. It walks a little from the station, but it is not bitter because there is a color 々 on the way. Despite arriving earlier than the check-in schedule, the front desk responded gently. I would like to use it if I come to Osaka again.
