|19.47km from city centerI took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip!

The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the sweet lady working in the breakfast area, Ana, was such a warm charismatic individual. She checked the room card with a smile and a kind word, asked us several times if there was anything else we needed and was just altogether pleasant. When I mentioned to my family how nice she was, my sister-n-law, who has been to this hotel 4 times this year, made the comment that every time she has been here Ana was working and she always is incredibly nice to everyone. This hotel is super clean, comfortable, and the facilities are modern. We will definitely be back.

|18.57km from city centerI booked a 2 night stay and arrived at 11pm ,as soon as I got to my room 638B there was a problem I was given a connecting room. the unit 638A is a 2 bedroom unit, together the units makes a 3 bed room, the guest next door most likely didn’t want a 3 bed room so the resort rented out the 3rd bed room to me( unacceptable ). I booked a studio and was given a 3rd bed room in someone else’s unit ,the lock connecting the rooms was open it was basically 1 door just like the ones in your home it’s like I was in the kids room and my neighbors were in my living room I could hear everything and vise Versa. Security had to come up to lock the connecting door I seen my neighbors when security opened the connecting door so very uncomfortable, I told security I did not feel safe and wanted to move and was told to speak to a manager I went to front desk and asked for a supervisor and (Ryan) stated he was the supervisor I explained the room was horrible and was told why didn’t I say something sooner. No help what so ever did not change my room ,refund me he just put a note in the computer system saying I did not like the room given to me .On top of that maintenance had to come up to fix the balcony door and bathroom door I checked in at 11pm ,room is supposed to be ready at 4pm and they fixing all this stuff now ? Next morning I was told I can use the amenities at the sister property Westgate resort and spa I drove 30 mins and was told I could not use the amenities. When I got back to my resort to tell (Ryan) I was asked if I was given an amenities card I said no when he was the one who told me I can use the sister property’s amenities. My room was freezing I shut my AC off but since I’m actually in a 3rd bed room my neighbors AC is connected to my room I’m receiving the cold air from unit 638A what a horrible stay the room was dirty staff doesn’t care about you once they’ve received your money,and on top of all the maintenance and security coming to my room and me wasting 30 mins driving to a sister property and getting denied, I asked if I could do a late check out and was told (NO) on top of all these problems I’ve had. I will never give any Westgate brand a penny of my money ,my family’s money, my friends ,coworkers ,anyone that’s willing to listen money , stay away these are horrible people that run this place.

We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

Literally a few easy minutes to Disney Parks, Celebration, Old Town, international drive or the i4 for Universal, Outlet Malls etc etc... Rooms are spotlessly clean, hot water, massive comfortable beds, evan a small pool area to relax by that didn't feel busy and a basic but filling breakfast... perfect as a crash pad with free.. easy parking. Only thing we'd add is ask for the quiet side if you struggle with road noise we didn't and no issues but some say it's a pain.. loved our stay.

|6.51km from city centerI booked a room for 1 night because I never stayed here before, so I don't book more than 1 night when I don't know what they property is like. I knew there was some kind of corruption going on with this place because they have a huge sign that promotes the rates start at $29.95, I know there are no rates this low at this location because I have checked online and with the tool free number, the do not include the resort fee, which is more than the price that they are advertising. This is a scam to start with but I wanted to check it out anyway. I arrived to check in and there was the usual sign on the door that they want people to wear a diaper on their face. I do not wear these things because I am disabled, I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the area and nobody (except the Motel 6) had a problem. In fact asking people to use a medical device in order to use their services is not legal in the USA, a person who asks someone to use a medical device must be qualified to do this (e.g. M.D. etc.) and they must do an individual assessment, and finally even if these are done the medical device can be rejected and they still must provide everyone with equal service. I also have a disability and can not use these things. When I walked in the office immediately the clerk said I needed to wear a diaper on my face, I told her to just your job and check me in, then she immediately told me that she is going to cancel my reservation and that she was calling the police to trespass me, I know the police would not come because this happened to me before but I decided to avoid this hotel and leave because at this point a business that doesn't follow the laws of the country and denies my rights is not a place where I will give my hard earned money to. Avoid this hotel at all cost they are corrupt, they have fraudulent advertising practices and they deny people their rights.

Came across this property and mostly had good reviews other than complaining the noise levels were loud. I thought how bad could it really be? Yeah, walls are SUPER thin. We were three doors away from the elevator and a good distance in our room from the door with the AC blasting and still heard every noise,scream,conversation, elevator ding etc. not much sleeping for sure. The rooms are good decor wise, but we also didn’t have hot water. The water is comparable to pool water at its hottest. Breakfast, there are pre-plated items to pick from each morning. You pick your item (breakfast sandwich,banana, and wafer cookies) and they grab it from the fridge in the back. They had drink choices displayed but were told those weren’t options and drinks were juice or milk. Now this resort has tried to update, and I could tell they’re working on it. However, in our 4 days, we never seen someone clean the hallways, elevator, floor boards etc. so cleaning is definitely not a priority. As far as distance to anything, it’s quite out of the way. It says its 10 miles from Disney, but with traffic, its roughly 20 minutes. Food around the resort however has options close by. I’m not to picky when it comes to rentals, but being without hot water, the distance, and the uncleanliness we won’t stay again.

|19.14km from city centerSurprisingly nice!. This resort is actually really nice, clean, and lots of amenities and activities. We live on the road, per se, staying in different resorts. We stayed at all of the Diamond Resorts in Orlando, and Mystic Dunes I think is the best one. Although Diamond (or most of their top resorts) is now part of Hilton Grand Vacations, and we stayed at a good sample of Hilton resorts I would still rank Mystic Dunes in the top 15%. We stayed for 2-weeks back to back in a 2-bedroom unit overlooking the pool in the newest building (#30?), the one beside the registration office, and fitness room. The gym is super large, one of the biggest gyms in all the resorts we stayed in, lots of machines, weights, etc... The resort also has shuttles or golf carts that runs every 15 min everywhere to take you to the different pools, tennis courts, mini-golf course, or where ever you want to go. We tried almost every activity at the main pool which is absolutely awesome. The waterfall is relaxing, massage. The slide is actually decent, and there are plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and a really nice tiki bar... You can also ride bikes, you can rent them all day for free! The 2-bedroom condo has a lot of space, very open, and the balcony is screened with tremendous views of the golf courses. I think maybe the only down side that I recall was that there were no jacuzzis.... other than that, this place is a must visit.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Oneeph at the front desk. He went above and beyond to help us find the hotel ( we had been driving for 5 hours and got lost in Kissimmee). He helped us with our luggage and was a very friendly face in a stressful time. Very helpful and professional The hotel is older and could use a bit of renovation. Several things did not work in our room and I had to spend a lot of time with staff to get everything working. During the storm, our room, the elevators, and the first floor all had water coming in. We were on the 5th floor. Windows and doors should be upgraded. They gave us another room and it was fine. Difficut times difficult situation but we all got thru it. Thank you.

We’re languishing this time because this one had high points and some that missed the mark for us. If anyone asked us if we’d recommend it, we think our answer would be to read some reviews, do your own research, consider your own preferences and make the choice you think is right for you. We made a 2 night reservation at 4 am on the day of check in for a queen, pool view room, as our preference (king) was sold out. No big deal. It was the pool view and balcony we were really after anyway. The website said we would receive an email confirmation, which never arrived. (Yep, checked the spam and found we missed many unique and one of a kind money making opportunities, but nothing from Margaritaville). When I called the reservation number to inquire, I found they opened at 8 am. Odd there was no 24 hour reservation help, but okay. Screen shot with confirmation number is what it is. When I called at 8 am, our reservation was verified (yay!). There was no offer to email the reservation but an offer was made to transfer us to the cabana rental staff so we could secure a cabana for the next day. Yes- Sign us up! No one answered and we rang back to the desk who apologized and gave us the number to call. Gave it some time and called at about 8:30. This time we were able to leave a voice mail. We also sent an email to the email address left on the voice mail. We like options. Finally, midmorning, we called and someone answered. It was no problem to get a cabana. We were asked what type of location we preferred and selected the landlocked option, which was indeed the best choice for us. One should note that “On The Water” and “Stars on the Water” are literally 100% poolside. Like hang-on-the-edge-of-the-pool-and-almost-have-an-arm-in-your-cabana on the water. If privacy is your goal, these might not be for you. If you want to step right into the pool, this is your spot. After we made the reservation, we received an email invitation to enroll in the Perks program, and were asked to select 2 perks. We selected 2 free drinks and some type of welcome snacky box. While it could have been our error, we did see in another review where these things were presented to the guest upon check in. In our case, it was never acknowledged or obtained. We arrived for check in. When we pulled into the parking lot, we received a push notification that we could check in using the app (yay! We love this option), which we had downloaded before we left home. Still, there was no way to link our reservation or anything (oh no, we don’t like this!). The app was basically static information with no functions that we were able to unlock for the entire duration of our stay. The lobby was gorgeous and smelled really nice like...something…we are not sure what, but we liked it. We were not greeted with a complimentary drink as advertised. Check in was smooth for the

The staff is overly friendly and great at trying to make thing's right just feel that Hilton can be doing more by putting more back intontheir hotels for upkeep and upgrades for the amount that are being charged. The curtains did not shut all the way for privacy due to them being broken, the refrigerator leg/hinge was broken, so did not close properly and the trash had not been emptied upon arrival to the room. The pro to this entry is, the front desk staff was more than gracious and friendly. I give them kudos! Have been a longtime Hilton honors member, but sadly becoming let down in the last couple of years. Please don't use the pandemic as an excuse! They need to start putting money back into their resorts and hotels!

When we arrived at the hotel we were delighted, we thought the golf course was beautiful, the room was super spacious, we loved it, our room was 206. But we closed for 3 nights, on the last day we agreed to go to Universal and pack our bags to go back to Miami. We were late and left the hotel at 11 am, when we saw that there would be no time, we thought of extending one more night. We got back to the hotel at 9pm and to our surprise there was someone else in our room. When talking to the receptionist she told us that we should have checked out by 10am and that our things were collected and placed in security. I wondered, why no one called if they had our phone details, when they saw that it was 11 am and we were still in the apartment, why no one called us?? Why weren't we alerted? I went to get our luggage together with one of their employees, when I got there our things were all placed in bags, all thrown away. I started to check things out, but I felt super coerced with 3 security guards looking at me, with clothes and panties thrown everywhere. I ended up saying that I would check better when I arrived at the other hotel, as I felt pressured to open my things in front of three men. Arriving at my other hotel, I went to check things out and found that several things were missing, my personal hygiene, my lamer creams, my AirPods Apple, my Chanel perfume, my hairdryer, my curling iron. I called the hotel and they said no. couldn't do anything, they didn't even try to look, they just said it wasn't there. Honestly, I was completely displeased with the hotel, I felt super ashamed, because they treated me like a criminal, the way they treated it looked like I hadn't paid the hotel bill, and on the contrary I wanted to close one more night. I wanted you to know what happened, because the way you treated your customers is very sad, I will certainly never stay at your hotel again and I don't recommend it to anyone else. I'm taking legal action in this regard.

We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, high quality rooms, nice pool and outdoor hot tub area. We were a short skip and uber ride away from disney and it was nice to take advantage of the shuttle to go to the magic kingdom. I had planned to leave an entirely positive review. However, we did have one incident that left a bad taste in my mouth. My wife has health issues and cannot have breakfast early in the morning due to needing to take medication. So, I went down to breakfast early in the morning and brought breakfast up to her to enjoy when she was able. I did this for two mornings. At the end of the second morning I went down for breakfast I was told to ”please do not bring breakfast back to my room”. I responded ”no problem. I was not aware of this policy.” the very next morning I was greeted by a lobby and breakfast area litterally wall papered with signs stating ”do not bring breakfast up to your room.” Wow!! Signs were all over the front desk, elevators, and all over the breakfast area. I could not turn my head without seeing these signs. I have to say I was really put off and felt insulted by this. It is very easy to make a clear and understood policy regarding breakfast on site at the hotel without humiliating your hotel guests. If is very Rude to put 20 signs in your lobby area after already explaining the policy to a guest. You can simply have one clear sign as you enter the breakfast area. Or list the policy and state it to guests upon arrival to the hotel. Every hotel has different breakfast policies and in fact due to covid 19 many hotels still do not allow guests to eat together in indoor dining settings. It is not unreasonable to believe breakfast that is part of your hotel rate can be brought up to your room and enjoyed privately. Based on this incident we will have to consider staying elsewhere on future trips to Orlando/ Disney.

The interior decor, and welcoming scent was uplifting. The condition of the walkways, and rooms was perfect! The free breakfast and it's superb selections, rivaled many of the best breakfast restaurants in the area. While I was disappointed in the $15 self parking daily rate, the property and kindness of the staff exceeded my expectations. I would like to compliment all, especially the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Attention to detail is everything, and this property appears to focus on that firsthand. I am looking forward to returning back soon. Thank you for a great experience!

I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

That being said, I DO expect clean and maintained. This motel was neither! Fortunately we were only there for one night; if we had needed to stay longer, I would have packed up and looked for someplace else. Pictures should speak for themselves but the lack of attention here has clearly been going on for some time. Dirty, paint-chipped walls/doors, rusted fixtures, burned sheets and carpet, broken lamps, torn curtains that were only partially attached to the rod, disgustingly dirty and torn shower curtain, dirty outlet covers...even the sill of the tub and the floor around it was dirty making one wonder what kind of cleaning takes place here if any at all. We had to leave a $10 deposit to have the TV remote. That, too, we believe, says something about the overall condition/management of the place.
