I cannot say enough good things about this spot! The staff were relaxed but very helpful and recommended free parking nearby. This hotel is dog friendly - we have a large dog, and the owner didn't blink when we walked in the door! Check in and out was simple and quick, and the location was great. The included breakfast was also delicious and a TON of food, complete with local pastries! I will definitely stay here again.

Had a really fantastic stay in Siena with these guys. The hotel room are great very modern clean and comfortable. We were able to park directly across the road free of charge. Breakfast is included but we payed an additional €4 each for breakfast upgrade There was fruit ,cereals ,cheese hams and meats toast etc. We were offered scrambled eggs every day they were super. The hotel is about 20 mins walk to the centre. It’s quite a steep hill but it will keep you fit. After two days we found a set of escalators that take a lot of the hills out of play. Sheer pleasure Very pleasant staff. Made the stay very enjoyable. Really good value for the money 👍😊

From Rome to here, the navigation took us through the ZOL area. Scared that we exited from the ZOL area and walked 1.5 km to the hotel. It was later discovered that the hotel was also outside the ZOL area, just just diagonally opposite to our parking location in the ZOL area. Fortunately, the police station is 200 meters from the hotel. We ran to the police station and eliminated the illegal record. The hotel is still quite clean and tidy.

We went to Siena for a few days city tour without the children and found it to be one of the nicest places we had ever been to. The hotel was exceptional and great value for a 3 star. The room had the most amazing terrace which had fabulous views of the city and was only a 10min walk to the Palio centre which was stunning. The staff at the hotel were great and the breakfast varied and fresh. We would go back again as we love Italy. Thanks Ps, we travelled in June 2018 and forgot to write a review

Quiet town, apartment hotel, old-fashioned European residential building, located in the forbidden area of the attraction, the car needs to stop outside the no-go zone. I stopped at the side of the road and dragged the box, about 10 minutes, because it was a mountain road, so I was working out. The room is large, the bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom, the dining room, the bedroom is like a few years ago, when the owner of the apartment was young, the photo was a little cautious at night... Suitable for a few nights, cleaning fee 40 euros, I only live for one night and feel blood loss. Overall very comfortable, the place to come next time.

In the small town of Sienna, I don't think it would be too far to live in the old city. After the hotel exits the train station, go forward and pass the escalator tunnel uphill (this is the road from the train station to the ancient city, so please rest assured) If you are successful, you will arrive within 15 minutes (because you have to take the escalator instead of walking). After getting to the top of the flat road, go to the right and arrive in about 8 minutes. Although the whole room is somewhat old, it is clean and comfortable, and it is a very large-scale hotel. The manager at the counter is very kind and kind, and that kind of person who sends out the heart. Breakfast is OK, you can use it yourself, it is a good choice for travelers who want to eat enough. Because I am a business guest, the single room is a bit simple. In addition, this bathroom has been specially designed, which is very different from other homes. It can be seen that the management of the heart is very reasonable. But overall, this is worth recommending. I will come back next time. Responsibility Assessment Chiu

First things first, the location of this B&B is perfect; short walking distance to the historic city centre. That, combined with the low price, would be the main argument to stay here. The villa itself is in our opinion outdated and, frankly, has a bit of a creepy ambience due to the oldfashioned furniture, creaking floor boards, and weird art. The breakfast was OK (one sweet croissant, nice, fresh omelet, nice, stale bread, not so nice). It was served outside in the garden. The garden has great potential, but is not very well maintained. A last point of annoyance was that the owner indicated the B&B has its own parking; it hasn’t and you have to park in the streets behind the B&B. This is not a big deal when communicated clearly, but the unclearity was annoying because we had to circle the block multiple times searching for the B&B’s parking. All in all, Villa Fiorita is a beautiful building with great potential as a B&B, if it were better maintained.

We didn't have particular high expectations for our visit to Casa di Osio. This stemed from our original booking whereby we were unintentionally charged twice and upon requesting a refund and chasing this up it took nearly 2 months for the refund to occur, even with the help of hostelworld whom we made the booking through. We followed every instruction by emailing 2 days before we arrived with our expected time of arrival into Siena and on the day we arrived 5 minutes after this. However, upon arrival at the b&b no-one was there. In the key secure box there was not a key with our name on it as it said there would be and reception was shut. The only people who were present were some builders working on one of the rooms. Under there instruction we decided to wait and in the mean time rang and texted the number we had been given on the booking information only to find the number was incorrect. We also emailed and received no reply to those either. After 30 minutes one builder took pity on us and rang the owners, and subsequently the builder let us in telling us the owner was 20 minutes away. After waiting over an hour we decided to go and explore Siena (a beautiful place). Upon relaxing in our room at around 5pm later that afternoon (we arrived at 11.50am) the owner eventually showed up. When I asked what time breakfast was she replied that our room didn't include breakfast which came as a surprise to us, especially as it is advertised as a B&B. Looking at the small print it does state that only standard rooms receive breakfast and the basic room we were staying in did not, but we didn't feel this was particularly clear on booking. To their credit we were provided with free use of the kitchenette which was much appreciated and a pleasant surprise. All in all, it is safe to say we felt rather neglected during our stay. On the basis of the above things, being supplied with only 1 toilet roll and no spares and so having to purchase our own, just made things worse. In all honesty I wonder that they just weren't expecting us, as another group of people seemed to get a very different reception. The actual room and general facilities were brilliant, as was the location, hence the 3 stars. We are aware that the more that went wrong, the more frustrated we became, but heed warning from this review before you decide to book.

We were blown away by this perfect little apartment. Even though we looked over the back of the El Campo we loved watching the happenings in the street. Service doesn’t come better and our whole family said the same making this a wonderful place to stay in Tuscany. Incredible recommendations for winery lunches and visits and dinners and even at breakfast- one more cappuccino or coffee with a spoonful of hot chocolate was always greeted with a warm smile and the buffet was excellent. Even with all the new covid rules it felt the most welcoming place. The lunches were brilliant and our two deluxe rooms perfect. Recommend hiring the electric bikes which are great models. We drove into sienna most nights ( a few minutes away) and came back for drinks under the magically lit trees to listen to music. We loved our stay here and thank you Michelle for your tireless energy it is fantastic to have such a team looking after you.

The hotel is warm and has a rich breakfast. It is suitable for self-driving outside the ancient city and has a parking lot. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the ancient city attractions. The room can see the Siena Stadium, but there is no competition, the stadium is under maintenance and the stadium is small.

A beautiful hotel with brilliant views of the tuscany region. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Lucho. The breakfast was excellent and all you can eat. Parking is convenient and very safe which was ideal for us. The hotel is situated just outside the old town, a lovely walk in. The only potential issue was the air conditioning which could have gone lower. Will absolutely recommend to everybody else. My favourite hotel during my trip to Italy.

When we looked for a hotel Siena, we had only one real requirement, ie it had to be very close to the centre because we only had 1 night. This hotel was perfect for us. It is only a couple of min walk away from the main square, Piazza del Campo and less than 10 min walk to the Duomo. I was so pleased with the location - we couldn't have had a better located hotel for a short stay. ROOMS - The rooms are quite plain and simple but the price is very reasonable (esp for its location) and I think the décor and size of the rooms is appropriate for the price. SERVICE - We were warmly welcomed on arrival and they gave us a couple of great recommendations for restaurants, all within walking distance (we had a lovely meal at Taverna di Cecco). The next morning, they helped us out by holding our bag after check-out while we went off sight-seeing. GETTING THERE: The hotel is in the heart of the historic area, which is a ZTL zone and cars are restricted inside this area. This can be tricky if you have a car and come unprepared. We parked our car outside the city walls and walked in to the hotel. This is by far the easiest way to do it. A friend had suggested that we leave our big suitcases in the boot of our car and just take in a small overnight bag. This was a great tip and made life a lot simpler and easier - no struggling with heavy cases over cobblestones. We parked underground in the Santa Caterina public carpark so we felt that our luggage was pretty secure.

Having travelled over 100km on my bike. Part of a cycle tour of tuscany. This hotel did not look enticing. But thanks to the incredibly friendly staff, Silvia in particular. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay. Aircon room a real bonus after 35+degrees all day on the road. The hotel dont cater for evening meals...but Silvia ordered me a meal from a local restaurant to enjoy on the veranda. The hotel is clean and although situated out of Siena on a very busy road junction. Noise from traffic was minimal. Direct bus route outside the hotel into Siena. Really enjoy stay. Big thanks to Silvia and the other staff.

It can be regarded as the best hotel in Siena, the location is opposite the old Siena Bank, the town is not big, this is also a relatively central area, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel itself is also a 17th-century building with a retro style. Breakfast is not bad, children can use the existing bed free of charge, everyone pays attention to the age of children, the breakfast for children to pay 26 euros a day, this price can only be said to look at the environment and service, do not consider the word cost Haha. Excellent hygiene and a safe stay. From the Siena train station, don't go around the road, go through the shopping mall facing the train station, go upstairs, there will be an extra long escalator to help us climb the hillside, then take a short walk to see Siena The old town gate, you can reach the hotel all the way. Nice stay experience!

Where do I start. This is simply an excellent place to stay, it has the most amazing outlook, we opened the shutters in our room and looked out the the Duomo. The Host Filippo, could not have done more to make our visit to Siena more enjoyable, telling us the good places to visit, the best Gelateria, and just making us welcome. The room was large, comfortable and airy, just perfect. It is located in the old town, so don't take a car, we used the train, and it was a simple 20 minute walk. It was just minutes to the Duomo and the Tower in the main plaza of the town. Plenty of places to eat, and you can also walk the streets before and after the crowds have gone. If I was coming back to Tuscany I would definitely stay again.

Free parking, plenty of parking spaces ... a little distance from the old town. The front desk operation was unskilled. It took 20 minutes to check in. It looked embarrassing to see that the service staff was busy before and after busy. He was embarrassed to say that he did n’t know whether it was intentional or not. The door was loud because breakfast started at half past six. Of course ... it also contradicts the sound insulation.

This was a great deal, probably because my wife and I went in late Oct, early November. We arrived only to learn that we had been evacuated from our home in California because of wildland fires. We were fine. This is an older hotel, but we had a great view looking north into the countryside. The accommodations were excellent, and with breakfast. Plus we were able to park in the hotel's parking lot inside the walls of the city. We were within walking distance of everything. The staff was very pleasant and professional. This is a great place to stay. Much better than a large impersonal hotel as Il Battistero is full of character & history. The hotel is located at the back of the Bapistery and about 3 minutes walk from the Piazza del Campo. It is a very old building entered either through the wine shop or a large wooden door off the square. We stayed in a suite of 2 bedrooms & a bathroom on the first floor overlooking the Piazza San Giovanni. The rooms were large, clean & comfortable. There was very little noise from the square even on weekend evenings. Although part of a palace the finish is more shabby chic than antique. The inclusion of a comfortable arm chair in one or both rooms would have been good. All the staff at the hotel & bistro were marvellous. Rita, the hotel manager was very efficient, speaks many languages & will organise trips for you if you wish. She also showed us the underground tunnel used for wine tasting which was fascinating . The bistro staff were friendly and very hard working. During our 5 day stay, we enjoyed breakfasts In the square and many delicious lunch platters. We enjoyed our stay in Siena, even with the high temperatures of 35 degrees and the corona virus regulations but it was made extra special by the hotel & the bistro.

What a wonderful hotel! Wow!!! We really, really enjoyed our three night stay with Camp Region Relais. Due to it being off season, we were the only guests at the hotel, and the two front desk gals (Maria Luisa and Anna) were so wonderful! I had several questions before our stay and they were very helpful answering them and also making restaurant reservations. During our stay, both helped us with all questions and were really friendly and polite! Our room was #5, was large, had a balcony and the most gorgeous view of Siena! So beautiful! They also were very kind to accommodate me by using unscented soap for the linens and towels since I am allergic to several scented things. We also used their laundry service which was great. The breakfast was great and they had a big assortment of foods, even though it was just the two of us during the stay. A truly great place to stay in the heart of a beautiful medieval city. I was well cared for by the wonderful and professional hosts, Hamza especially was attentive and thoughtful. I travelled to Siena for the August Palio di Siena and wanted accommodation as close as possible to the Piazza del Campo to see as much of the pageantry and race as I could – I was not disappointed! Hamza made sure I had a room with a direct view of the Piazza, and with the front door of the property located on the street where the pageant, horses and racers walk down to access the Piazza I was truly in the middle of this wonderful and historic event - perfect! I could not have asked for a better way to experience the electric atmosphere up close. If you are travelling for the Palio I strongly recommend staying here to experience (whilst enjoying beautiful Tuscan wine) this event without being packed in confined areas with tens of thousands of spectators! Hamza made this once in a lifetime experience an amazing one! A few Palio tips…. (1) on the day of the race cars are prohibited from entering the city so you will need to walk from the city gates – travel light as the walk will take you a good 30 mins in +30 degree heat. (2) definitely communicate with Hamza or Edmundo ahead of your arrival to book a table for dinner (post-race) - all of the good restaurants get booked up early and very quickly! The rooms are exceptionally clean with great comfy beds and private bathrooms. 24hr access to tea and coffee alongside an honesty bar with a great selection of Italian wines– the space has been well designed and thought out. Located in a beautiful building, access is up 2 flights of stairs (as is normal for these types of buildings) so travel light. Breakfast is taken in a lovely café based in Piazza del Campo which is delightful and so much better than having a breakfast in your room. Overall highly recommend. Siena is a wonderful city with great buildings, history, restaurants and shopping – easily could fill a day or two definitely worth putting this city on your Tuscan itinerary. Very easy to get to by train if you are staying in Florence.

My husband and had stayed here in 2009 and when we were returning to Siena this April with another couple we decided to return. This small hotel has undergone some major updating and our room this time was not real large but the storage was amazing - best in any of our hotels - so you never felt crowded. You are about 1 km walk from the old walls but this is wonderful after a large dinner and allows for some fresh air. Parking is free and plentiful. Access to Chianti trail is pretty easy. Staff is great - helpful and attentive. Would be happy to supply wine glasses and some snacks when we would return with our latest chianti find. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay here again when we are in Siena!
