I opened my first experience of sleeping in a hostel and was very impressed. The price is not high. There is a secure keycard system inside. And there are security cameras installed all around. The hotel is not too big but very convenient for transportation. It was very close to Ladphao MRT about 3mns walking and very comfortable to travel which can change from the station to go to other places. The staff was very friendly and was kind. They let us late check out. The room was small but was clean. However, my little point was the noisy from the next door room or outside conversation. If you did not think to much with the noise outside of that was excellent. 8/10

The room is not very sound proof. You can hear everyone stomping their feet very loudly. Close the door very loudly It was as if they had done it on purpose. The TV is good and has many channels. There is Nexfix to watch for free and many other channels. The air conditioning is very cool. There is a very good washing machine. Still new, there is free WiFi, there is a hair dryer, check out before noon, the electricity will be cut off around 11.40-50, there is a keycard for the elevator. I took Cathay Air to Bangkok - the trip had a good start (but really, my plane caught fire halfway up the road, wasting eight hours of my return to London). Because of this I missed the hotel I booked at the beginning. When I arrived, I found that there was a general meeting (November 17th understand 25th), and all the hotels were full. After looking hopelessly for an hour, I returned to the hotel and went to a government travel agency to try it out. He arranged us to the travelers Tourists Hotel (or, this is what you read). When you arrive at the hotel, you will feel like a dirty area. The agent let me pay 1250 baht, and in fact if booked online, the price should be nearly 1100. It's close to a subway station, but it's still a long way to go (if you change, it takes about half an hour to get on the subway and air train). My first impression of the room: 1) There was a lot of water in the toilet and the toilet couldn't flush it. 2) There were a lot of stains and burn marks on the carpet. 3) The window lock was broken and could only be forced to close it the noise was particularly loud and the traffic was running. 4) The door next door was not locked. 5) The safe was placed in a cupboard and stuck to wood. 6) There was a stain on the bed sheet with food, but it looked clean. I couldn't think of more. Poor sound insulation - mainly because only single-layer glass. The refrigerator will make strange noises at night and the air conditioner will not be quiet. The elevator is particularly unpleasant I have named the elevator on the right as a ”smelling elevator”, I would rather climb the stairs than take this elevator. There is basically no sound insulation between the rooms and the floors. If you are standing in the hallway you can hear the sound of ”sky bar” (a standard restaurant on the first floor facing a shabby place with no view...) I talked to the front desk for a long time hoping to change rooms - the only room they have had and smelling smoke Taste, especially heavy, I can't stand it. The hotel needs decoration. And the breakfast is not enough. I can't evaluate the Thai food here I'm sure it's OK (rice, prawns, cucumber slices, tea not the kind I want). But American food made me meet Americans It includes two slices of toast, a small glass of orange juice (if you're lucky), unlimited water, a cup of coffee or tea or something similar to coffee, a very dry and over-cooked bacon, two boiled eggs, a small slice of ham and a cut hot dog underneath. The meal was hot, but not a quarter of everything added up to the plate.Other guests thought (I quote) ”extraordinary disappointment”, ”pathetic”, ”not what I expected” and ”is real dinner food going to come up soon” All in all, this is a place to sleep. You probably won't care much as long as you wear headphones and jet lag. Staffs are friendly but no staff speak English. I really wouldn't recommend it - you can find much better and cheaper places if you don't want to take a bath (Two people I met on the train found a place without a bathroom for just £4 a night, much smaller but much cleaner.

The place is very basic, no elevator. Location is pretty good with about 10 minutes to new Yellow Line station which has not been updated on any booking site. New Yellow Line connects with MRT Blue Line at Lat Pharaoh and BTS at Samrong. That should be definitely a plus for those who enjoy public transportation in Bangkok. Room lighting is excellent. AC is powerful and hot water is supplied by an electric heater in shower room so there is no hot water issue as mentioned in some previous reviews (its own website also says hot water is not supplied 24 hours a day...lol). Little confusion about daily room cleaning. But if you ask them to do it they will. But you have to be very specific...I only asked them provide fresh towels and free water first day and that's exactly what they did although the shampoo/conditioner and body wash were gone, so was the toilet paper. To be fair, the second time I made a list of things I want, they did provide all. The bed is probably the worst, hard and with very low pillows. The mattress either has a non breathable material or has a plastic cover, and there is nothing between the mattress and the sheet. So my body is constantly sticky to the sheet. If the bedding issue could be improved, I would return to that place for sure. BTW, two cleaning ladies were very kind, offering me to move my heavy bag when they saw my injured toe. I managed to move my own but truly appreciated their kind offer.

Great stay with awesome location for me. It’s my usual area in Bangkapi where I have always stayed. Lat Phrao 101 BTS station is 8 mins walking distance about but taxi and motorbike all there as well so for my travel and business events it’s perfect location This is the newer hotel with convenient shops like 7-11, lotus supermarket, and many restaurant options within the area. Free parking if you drive or get dropped off, the parking lot has plenty of space. I’ll be staying there again for sure.

Very quiet airconditioning in the room, no ( working) airco in the corridors. Decent breakfast. The hotel consists of two towers. Only one elevator per tower is not handy, with 9 floors. Marvelous swimming pool at the 9th floor of tower 1 with view over Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

The hotel staff is wellcoming and helpful .The hotel is located close to the night market and many massage parlors. There is also 7-11 next to hotel. We have booked room Club-10，This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ，the bed is huge and comfortable ，the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

The three people stayed in a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. The room was clean and hygienic. Convenient transit, 15 minutes walk to the airport. I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. They are all in the village next to the airport, and it is very convenient to eat.

The hotel is situated not far from BKK airport and good for early flight or late arrival. Lat Krabang is the nearest station on the airport express. For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Both are across the main road. Good value for money.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. Although the night guard brother can’t speak English, there are twists and turns, but I can feel their enthusiasm. I really like the staff here Most importantly the store is super clean! ! ! ! I don't think my home is so spotless, this location, this environment, this price! So worth it! My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Location - nearby Phra Khanong BTS station (approx 5mins walking distance). But hotel do provide free transportation to this station, but u have to liaise with the receptionist. There is one 7-11 store nearby (approx 1mins walk). Mostly local street foods nearby this hotel. Transportation - I took DMK airport taxi to this hotel (40mins drive) and cost me THB370 (inclusive of THB50 airport surcharge and THB50 toll fee). It’s very convenient to take BTS to siam, pratunam or chilom area (about 20mins train ride. You may buy a one day BTS pass which offer unlimited ride in a day. Breakfast - good variety come with various fruits, drinks and dishes. Overall - highly recommended.
