Holidays and family trips, booked the Royal Vienna Hotel, it seems to be right, because this is the center of the tourist center, the tourist area is outside the door, as some people have said, this hotel customer service is rarely smiling, is the local characteristics of Austria ? There are many celebrities in the lobby and restaurant. The room is not small, the layout is reasonable, there is Austrian character, the bed is a combination of two single beds, it is suitable for us. Personally feel full of character, full of luxury, even the keys to the room are old-fashioned room keys. If you don't need an extra bed with your child, it's okay to sleep on the sofa. We are the children who live on the sofa. I am very happy. That is, all other hotels have no convenience items. Only one coffee machine can be used for making tea (self-contained, because all the items in the room are charged). The water is going to the toilet, and the hot water must not be drunk. The reason is a bit disgusting. I won't say it, remember not to drink~ We stayed for three days, there were welcome chocolates for two days, and the cotton swabs for the bathroom were gone on the third day. The restaurant food is good in the hotel we have stayed in. The bread is fresh, the waiters are very busy, and there is a pot of coffee on each table. If you want special coffee, there is a waiter on the spot. It is worth mentioning that there is China's fruit, the price is really expensive, but the location and facilities are there, Vienna is a pleasant trip. A little unpleasant is that the waiter ran to our room to give them 50 euros a day. After looking for Ctrip customer service to solve. Be careful when you go out

Listed as a charming historic hotel, management delivers with charming historic service. How about a warm greeting, a plate of Christmas cookies on the table, a different chocolate pillow treat each turn down and a minibar with three sets of glassware? The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. Breakfast includes the standard euro buffet and eggs to order (especially good omelets). Then there are the “historic” touches: an antique key fob, an inviting glass roofed atrium with bar, a small elevator, a spacious tub, and one of the biggest beds we’ve seen in Europe (two firm queen mattresses pushed together). Décor includes a wall of small deer antler trophies, a hallway of framed historic documents and in the room, cloth wall coverings and roundels of 18th Century popular motifs. And as we’ve discovered all over Vienna, the heating is generous. Best of all, however, is the location just a block from St. Stephens, the upscale shopping of Graben Street, two blocks to the underground and a short walk to Café Central. With a moderate price (less than 200 euros/night), it’s hard to argue there’s anything much better.

I’ll start with the positives: Great central location, functional spacious and clean room with high ceilings, breakfast buffet was decent. The front desk staff were generally nice and helpful. Now the weaker points. I noticed the servers at breakfast were slightly nicer and more attentive to “certain guests.” If you’re not Caucasian, and you are shy, or easily triggered, you may not be comfortable here. The front desk staff were generally nice, but the manager, Mr Pour, and his staff, Mr Garofalo, did not handle their mistake in a professional customer oriented manner. I was given a quote for a car to take me and 6 other people to the airport at 5:00am. When I made my inquiry, I was clear that the 6 other people were to be picked up approx one mile away at their AirBnB. I wrote the address on the email to be absolutely clear. Mr Pour confirmed the price of €68 for the van as well the pickup address for my travel mates. This was all documented on the email. When the driver picked me up, he didn’t know about the 6 people and different pickup, so he charged me €22 extra for the pickup. I was flabbergasted because I didn’t have time to call for an Uber. Since I didn’t want to be late for our flight, I ended up paying €90 plus tip for an extra one mile pickup. Unbelievable. The next day, I asked to speak with Mr Pour about the issue. He was not available. After I returned to the States, I finally received an email from another person on behalf of Mr Pour. They stated they spoke with the driver about the matter. Just them speaking to the driver and the email showed they knew I was taken advantage of. They reiterated the €68 was for pickup at the hotel only. And the additional pickup was the cause for the extra charge. BUT I was clear about the pickup arrangement when I inquired about the price. This was written in black and white on the confirmation email. Then they added insult by saying I was 15 minutes late for pickup and my other guests were 15 minutes for the pickup. Wrong. I was texting my son while all this rapid exchange was going on. I can document what time I met the driver and what time my guests were picked up. Someone was lying, and it wasn’t me. Bottom line, the low level customer service was ver disappointing. In their eyes “the customer is always wrong.” I would NOT recommend this hotel. There are plenty of nicer hotels nearby that I will stay at when I return to Vienna.

Best things about the place is it location. At the very center of the city, in the 1st district where all the things for a tourist or just a visitor in the city needs. The second thing is the wonderful hotel staff! So kind and polite and gives you that personal attention that you don't see too much these days. Other than that, the dining room if fairly good with a nice variety and the room and the whole place is generally clean and cozy. The only thing I found a bit irritating is the squeaky floor in the room... As I said, overall, I would totally recommend staying here and want to thank again for the great staff!

We booked the prestige room type & accommodate at room 23 for 5 nights. ROOM: Very spacious & well designed (exactly as presented in the photos) with nice ambiance. 👎Our room had 2 adjacent twin beds instead of 1 double and we found it very uncomfortable. Mattresses were soft (but I must admit- surprisingly didn't cause any back pains) and the pillows were soooo soft and uncomfortable for us. We didn't mention it to hotel staff and somehow managed. BATHROOM: Spacious- both room & shower with great water pressure. Basic amenities provided (Ladies- bring a shower cap with you as the hotel doesn't provide it) BREAKFAST: Nice & intimate dining room with rich and wide products selection, generously served to the table (no buffet due to COVID) in fine plates. Whatever is your favorite breakfast style, I guess you will find it here. SERVICE: Absolutely 💯. Both reception and dining staff were sooo kind and attentive, willing to please and assist you to make your stay wonderful & enjoyable. A room welcome present was prepared for us upon arrival, included wine and wafers. LOCATION: 👌 as mentioned in all other reviews. From/to the airport- by train takes 21 minutes to Wien mitte station. From there you can either take a walk of 10 minutes to the hotel or by Uban ( U3 one stop to Stephansatz and then another 3 minutes walk to the hotel) *** Wunderbar gastfreundschaft- Dankeschon 💜***

Pension Neuer Markt Slip up Seilergasse from the Pension Neuer Markt about half a block, past the wurst stand and there you are in the shadow of the Stephansdom, Vienna’s premier cathedral dedicated to the martyr St Stephen. Neur Markt’s location in the inner city of Vienna cries convenience which is the biggest asset of this modest pension. In a huge older building, the Pension occupies three floors of six. To enter one must press a buzzer on the outside door and the main desk on second floor will buzz you into the dark lobby where there is thankfully a lift. Inside the Pension is under renovation however our third floor spacious room has been completed. Our bathroom is large, clean and contains a huge tub and shower. Lofty windows on the outer wall overlook Seilergasse and provide lots of light. A comfy double bed is on one wall and matching couch on the other. A huge closet hugs next to bed. At breakfast in a lovely parlor we are pleased to see the great selection of bread, cold cuts, cheese, and fresh fruit. Of course, hard boiled eggs are by request and tea or coffee. Around the corner is Kartner Strasse the main shopping district of Vienna complete with a large restaurant population. If you are hungry after hours the Pension has a supermarket inside and you get a discount.

The location is very close to Hofburg, Graben Street, and the Museum District. It is within a 20-minute walk and is very convenient! In Vienna, we mainly rely on our legs! Really tired, just take Uber home, less than 10 euros! Take Uber to WIEN HBF, 5.85 Euro, within about 10 minutes! The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy, the waiter is very Nice! A laundry bag can hold more than ten pieces of T, 10 euros, handed to the House keeping in the morning, and sent back in the afternoon to be clean and neatly stacked! Putting Candy on the pillow every day, I was moved to go out and put a tip on the pillow every day! Old-fashioned elevator, very tasteful! The restaurant next to the hotel is also very good, very romantic! Good hotel in the middle of noisy! ◕‿◕

The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood close to Schönbrunn Palace and the bus to the inner city stops right in front of the door. The room itself was overall clean even if a little bit worn. The bed was comfortable (maybe the pillows were a little bit too soft for me), the bathroom clean and spacious, they cleaned the room every day. On thing I was missing was another chair at the table in the double bed room so we had to sit on the beds which didn't have bed covers. Also the darkening curtains didn't go all the way to the end of the windows and light came in at night right into my face which made sleep a bit more difficult. In the end I found the room satisfactory and was alright for the three nights we had spent there.

I decided to travel to Vienna. I feel that the environment is very good. Vienna is also great. The environment is also very clean. It has no drawbacks. I arrived in the middle of the night. There is no water seller around. I can only buy water from the hotel reception. I remember it is quite expensive.

Stayed for 3 nights in room 8 To check in, it turns out you need to go to another building 2 minutes down the same street at Boutiquehotel Stadthalle. Pretty straightforward checking in as I'd already booked online. The reception staff friendly, welcoming and could not have been nicer. Pension Stadhalle seems to be former apartments converted into hotel rooms. The bathroom looked like one of those cabins you see on a ship. The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom with a curtain. I’m not that big, but even I thought the shower was cramped. I could not move without touching the shower curtain. A bit small, but functional and everything worked fine. The room came with a double bed, but it wasn't a real double bed. It was two singles placed together. There’s a very obvious gap in the middle which made sleeping there impossible. Even then I had the treat the bed as a single anyway because the duvet was for a single and there was only one pillow. I slept fine using only one side of the bed, but it really begs the question why there’s a double bed in the first place. All the toiletries were provided except soap and shampoo. Okay I understand that there’s a drive to be eco friendly and stop providing those miniature bottles. Considering that Pension Stadhalle is hardly at the bottom end of the budget market, surely dispensers for liquid soap or shampoo can be provided. Even some hostels do that. The room didn’t have much in the way of amenities either, no coffee, tea, kettle; normal things provided hotels in this sector of the market. I’ve stayed in Vienna before and pretty sure these are provided as standard in hotel rooms. The double bed took up pretty much the entire room. There was a chair, but no table to work on. The cleaning staff did a fine job of cleaning the room and bathroom every day, so kudos for that. Location wise, the hotel is not in the tourist district. That’s not really a problem because it’s close to several tram or metro stations, and then only a short journey into the centre. There’s several supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by. The supermarket option doesn’t work that well if there’s no way to heat food though. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay, the staff were great, but I really do think that the hotel should rethinks the bed and amenities in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located between the train stations between MID and HBF. There are several routes to choose from in 5 minutes walk. You can buy Vienna traffic tickets for a very high price! The hotel can store luggage, has a refrigerator, a blower, the room is more spacious, the bed is very soft, there is air conditioning and heating. There are also many restaurants nearby. It is convenient to go to attractions. The shoe-shoe machine on the first floor of the lobby is good.

We stayed here for a night. Though the room was decent, the hostel fares poorly on the basics. For instance: 1) The wifi didn't work for the whole day. The technician had "gone home". The reception desk was arrogant about it, shrugging it off. 2) The kitchen refused tap water and asked us to go back up 6 floors to our room and get it. 3)The housekeeping isn't responsible for your bedding. You have a buy bed linen separately and make the whole bed yourself! 4) The guys at the reception didn't know a thing about Vienna. For a hostel, this was a huge let down. We had to go back to the main station (hauptbahnof) information desk to get all details. A big NO, especially for experienced travellers.

The breakfast is very rich, with a variety of high-quality meals. The croissant is the best made in the hotel I stayed in this trip. It is not greasy with a touch of milk. I didn't ask if it could be an extra bed. We ordered three people. 1288 with breakfast, duplex loft apartment, one big bed and one small bed, the big bed upstairs can sleep three people no problem. Compared with the price of this accommodation, the facilities are a bit simple, and the tourist off-season, the price of European hotels in this season is not high. Expensive, this price is high, others are good, self-service luggage storage is a password locker, very convenient, the location is less than ten minutes walk from the exit of Vienna Central Station (hbf railway station), the place to get on the train is closer just walk past

Let me offer some compliments first. The neighborhood is wonderful, as central as could be, and it is a wonderful old Viennese building from the 1700s. I was greeted by a very kind man when I arrived on Sunday. When I got to my room, I noticed that the WiFi was not working and he quickly moved to another where I was able to get my phone to pick up the signal. Unfortunately, after that I was never able to get reliable WiFi. To make matters worse, Whatsapp calls would drop out every minute or so. I finally had friends call me directly through the switchboard, which worked pretty well but shouldn't have been necessary. The hotel has just gone through a terrible period of quarantine and it is seriously understaffed right now -- I only saw staffers there two or three times in my whole time at the hotel. That said, there was one "deskman" who just sat in the back and made it clear that any inquiries were a terrible bother to him. The air-conditioning was minimal on some hot nights and so I slept poorly. This is one of the great cities in the world, and this could be a wonderful hotel. Right now, it is frustrating and uncomfortable and I would urge customers to stay away until you hear that it is under new management.

- Raucherlokal direkt nebenan (schließt um 4Uhr), der Rauch zieht nachts ins Zimmer (wir hätten bei der Wärme gerne mit offenem Fenster geschlafen), es wird laut auf der Straße (auch durch Bus und Müllabfuhr) - Andere Gäste und Bauarbeiter rauchen im Zimmer - Während des Frühstücks wird gesaugt und gefeudelt - Nach zweimaliger Erwähnung wird laktose- und fruktosefreies, veganes Frühstück gestellt - no three-star Hotel, as implied on the booking site of their homepage - no privacy (cleaning staff comes into the room although "do not disturb" sign is on door) - lift broken twice in 8 days of stay (stroller doesn't fit inside) - sometimes cold water in shower - the room next door has been renovated, because of that we had unannounced 30 minutes power failure. also the corridor was full of dirt and junk - our room (#10) was way too small, the stroller didnt fit inside, also there was no luggage rack, no hook to leave towels, no toilet in our room, the closet doesnt have space to leave clothes, shower very small (we are slim people, i dont know how others would manage to go in and out?) - smoking pub right next to the hotel (closes at 4am) smoke draws into the room (with the summer heat we would have liked to sleep with the window open) the street is really noisy (also because of bus and cleaning trucks) - other guests and workers smoke in rooms - during the breakfast the staff is cleaning the floor with a noisy vacuum cleaner - after asking for it twice, they offered lactose- and fructose free, vegan breakfast

1. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 5 minutes walk from the central railway station, the surrounding environment is very quiet, almost no tramp or refugees, very safe! It is very convenient to eat and shop at the station. It is very cheap to recommend a supermarket. 2. The room facilities are very new, the room photos are much better than some of the four stars in the country, and the decoration is also very elegant. Staying at this price is very cost-effective! 3. The front desk service is also very patient, and there are train schedules to facilitate everyone to hurry. There are also free fruit breads to eat. 4. The TV and air conditioning in the room are very new, the TV is extraordinarily large, and the channels are very good! The toilet and bathroom are separate and very convenient, which is rare in hotels at this price in Europe. 5. The hotel can swipe the card up and down the elevator, very safe! 6. If you go to Vienna, it is highly recommended that everyone stay at this hotel! Absolutely the most cost-effective.

I spent a few nights at the Westbahn hotel. As the name says it's situated right next to the Westbahnhof station, 2 minutes walking distance to the excellent Vienna public transportation that gets you everywhere with ease. Cross another street and you're on the famous Mariahilferstrasse with all the shopping and some nice places to go out for a beer or to eat. The room I had was nice and warm, with a comfortable double bed, tv, storage space and bathroom (separate toilet room). I didn't hear noise from outside traffic or from adjacent rooms. The staff was welcoming and professional. Also there's free coffee and tea in the lobby which is great when you're in a hurry and have no time to sit for breakfast.

I was really disappointed for absolutely no reaction of the hotel to the booking change request (proposed shift by 2 weeks). One member of our travel group fell sick and the chances were high that she suffers the Covid-19. This was a no-go for the rest of the group as well due to we have been in close contact and wanted to act responsibly and move our stay. There was not a single reaction whatsoever. Not even a simple “not-possible” answer. We tried both and direct contact on their site. After the movement request placement on the the complete previous communication we had with the hotel over the was deleted! Our credit card was charged and that was pretty much about it. Astonishing ignorance and shamefulness to say the least. Finally 2 weeks later we booked the Marriot hotel in Vienna and were very much pleased by both stay and the level of communication. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our recommendation is to protect your money and stay away from Hotel Am Schubertring!

Our stay in this hotel was just perfect. Micaiah checked us in. He was really helpful and available throughout our stay for any questions we had. He managed to get us a table at a restaurant that was booked up... We did not expect the Ritz to be so family friendly, we were really impressed. Our son received his little activity pack at check in and other treats during our stay, he also loved the pool. Salomé was particularly kind to our son...The Spa/ pool area is very pleasant. We had a bottle of champagne and cakes waiting for us in the room on our first day as we were after getting married. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We loved the beautiful cocktails in the bar and our son his mocktail. Simon and the rest of the bar staff were very friendly too. Everything in this hotel is done to make you feel welcome and special.

For me, I really enjoyed my stay here. I was a solo traveller so I really appreciated the efforts that the reception desk helped me with to book airport transports, locate areas around the hotel etc as this made my stay so much more easier. The location of the hotel was great and I was able to walk around the city center for my whole trip without needing to take any public transport. The room is kitted out with a full free-of-charge mini bar (which was a nice touch) and has high quality toiletries. My bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep here. I found the hotel itself quite quiet although this may had been because I had arrived on a Sunday evening. I would really recommend a visit to the Mermaid's Cove too which is their spa. I asked the reception desk for access and they provided me with keys to open the area and also a bag with a robe, slippers and towel. When I arrived, there was no one using the facilities so I had a very relaxing time! Would definitely recommend visiting this before you leave!!

I will be very polite to thank you. I am very enthusiastic. I can’t beat the water. I also took the initiative to help me. I asked him where he ironed his clothes. He suggested that he would take the initiative to help me iron the iron. I found that he only had four fingers in one hand, and he decided to take a tip. Wow, there is also a waiter to get in and out of the hotel. Vienna will still live here! Five-star praise

Location: The hotel is right next to the Belvedere Palace. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the Central Railway Station. You can also take the trams 18 and 0 on the train station square, 2 stops. The railway station is very convenient for transportation. There is a subway u1. There is a tram line D next to the hotel directly to the downtown Hofburg Palace, Heroes Square. Opposite the hotel is the Swiss Garden, which has a family name and tastes good. There are also some restaurants nearby. Room: We stayed in the smart room 610. The room was really small, and two 28-inch tiles could not walk. I saw the next room, although the room type is the same, but the area will be larger. The ceiling is not renovated, all are bare, I don’t know if it is industrial wind. The shower is completely transparent, and it would be embarrassing if it weren't for a couple. The bathroom is a separate room. The room has heating, the quilt and pillows are comfortable and clean, and the cleaning is very clean. We went out during the day, the box was unlocked, and there were passports, bank cards and euro cash. Back to the hotel things are in good condition. The bed is 1.5 meters, and the place is small and there is absolutely no extra bed. Because it is close to the road and there is a construction site nearby, it has been very noisy, and the other side may be better. Breakfast was not enjoyed, not seen in the downstairs, it is quite rich. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant and the food looks good. Service: Very good, we are in Vienna at 11 o'clock in the morning, it is generally 2 o'clock in the afternoon, then the hotel arranged for us to stay directly. Because my mother had a accident at the train station, she needed to go to the hospital for treatment. After telling the hotel, I checked the nearby hospital and set a taxi for me. Because the forehead is swollen, the doctor said that as long as it is cold, I will go to the restaurant several times a day for ice. Service ecology is very good, give me a towel, really intimate In short, it is highly recommended.

This hotel is in a great location. It serves well as a comfortable bed and clean room. Which was all we were looking for on our short break. It is well kept but tired looking. It is on a third floor, the lift can only be accessed after going up a flight of stairs. Not suitable for people with poor mobility. There are no staff on the premises after seven pm so if you arrive after that you call a number (on the door) and your key is in a safety box outside the entrance which they give you the code for. The buffet breakfast is basic but sufficient, coffee really not nice. The hotel is expensive and the bottled water in the room is expensive also. The staff were few and pleasant enough. I'd asked for an extra pillow but they weren't able to help me and they left their cleaning sponge on the bathroom floor. Small things that didn't make much difference but would have been nicer not to have.

The Bristol offered convenience to the Vienna State Opera, Musikverein and other major sights. The Wi-Fi connection and business center made communications very easy. The main dining room and bar were very elegant and offered great service. The turn down service and nightly kugeln candy were nice touches. Best of all was the emergency sewing done on my pants by housekeeping. However, I felt that the Covid pandemic has reduced services. There was no concierge at the concierge desk. All concierge inquiries had to be made at reception, which usually had only one staff member on duty. My complimentary shoe shine looked like the dust and grime were removed, but I could not detect any polish on the shoes. Also, it is an old hotel that could use some renovation. The raised threshold between the bathroom to the hallway in room 377 is dangerous without a ramp. I almost tripped when I stubbed my toe on the threshold. More variety of coffee and tea for the Julius Meinl Inspresso machine is needed. There were only two types of coffee and two types of tea offered. Further, the writing desk was too small. The Inspresso machine and telephone took up too much space on the desk. The telephone was antiquated: There was no button to set my own wake-up call, I had to call the front desk to wake me. There was also no USB port to plug in my computer or smartphone. I also had to use the outlet in the bedroom to dry my hair. Why can't a compatible hair dryer outlet be in the bathroom? From a branding perspective, I was tired of being reminded that the Bristol is a "Luxury Collection Hotel." Luxury is to be experienced; it is not to be repeatedly advertised. Overall, the hotel is a great 19th century treasure, but in a 21st century world. It has great service and a special fin de siècle charm.

I was staying at this hotel for a business trip and was totally surprised by how good the stay was. It took me a while to find this hotel in the many business hotels in Vienna, but I am glad I did find it after all. This hotel is not the classic business hotel, so if you don’t like design and for example black hallways, this hotel might not be for you. I on the other hand loved the design and theme of this hotel. I would always come back! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good as well. They had a reasonable number of choices and I had a very good start of the day. The room was quite spacious and very clean. If you stay in the hotel as two guests in a room, be aware that the shower is a glass shower in the center of the room. (Also see on my pictures) All in all, I had an excellent time here and would come back when back in Vienna.

As many have said, the big selling point of this hotel is its location - turning right out of the entrance and up a nice set of stone stairs leads you to a large shopping street with many of the usual brands you are accustomed to. Shortly down this street is an underground stop. Perfect. The hotel itself is like an another time period - very old and dated - its like walking into a care home in terms of decor. Check in was easy enough, pleasant staff at reception throughout. The rooms are basic - squeaky beds, terrible pillows, TV, an actual modern looking bathroom (with hairdryer), TV and decent amount of wardrobe space. One interesting addition ive not come across before is an outdoor shutter you can control from inside which comes down and provides complete darkness thus you aren't woken by the sun in the morning. A nice touch. A thing to remember when checking out is that there isn't much storage space for luggage and if you think the station has lots of lockers you'd be mistaken - get your bag in early if you're on a late flight out. Overall, a nice place to stay, supported really by its great location.

Warning! Read all before you book a room at this hotel! We were given a used and dirty room, dishes in the sink, hairs in the bath and on the bed and a horrible smell. I immediately called "customer service" and they kept me on the line for more than twenty minutes. I was told they would compensate us with twenty euros, I explained to them that I did not want money, I only need a clean room! They sent a cleaning lady who started cleaning quickly and carelessly, cleaned the floor with the towels, worked without gloves and without a mask. After I asked again for a new room I was told that they are not a hotel just apartments for rent and that I can't do nothing about it. Not for nothing are they cheap and not for nothing they don't offer an option to cancel a deal. Just trying to capture the customers and take their money. The hotel has no employees at all, only a really badly functional self check-in device that causes a huge queue at the entrance to the hotel. On the phone it takes a quarter of an hour to catch someone, we got there earlier before it all happened and asked to pay extra for early check-in or for luggage storage and they also did not agree to that. On top of all that, and in addition to the fact that they do not respect the rules of the covid they also dare to be rude, yell at the customers and also finally cut off the conversation for me. Eventually we had to leave the hotel because we are afraid for our health and we are not interested in compensation of twenty euros. So we also lost that money and also had to pay for another hotel! (Also booking com are not replying our messages and not refunded our money back yet) I recommend you guys to read also other reviews about them!!

Complimentary shampoo, body wash, conditioner and body lotion are provided. The breakfast is very rich and the dining environment is elegant and comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice. After a tiring day of shopping in the city, the free fitness room and sauna provide double protection for relaxation. highly recommended.

Visited Vienna a for a short city break. The hotel is situated in a little cobbled square where bars/restaurants are situated. Our room looked over the front of the hotel and was very noisy at night, so ear plugs are a must. The reception staff were amazing and spoke very good English, they were very helpful and could not do enough for you. Its a shame we couldn’t say the same about the breakfast staff. I felt because we were English we were ignored. The first morning all other couples that arrived at the same time were dealt with very quickly. We were seated and ignored, we even had to go and find our own cutlery so we could eat our breakfast. The second morning we had to ask to be served hot drinks as again we were ignored. I asked for a pot of hot water as I had my own tea bags. Eventually the waitress came over with it and she then was extremely shocked when I asked for a cup. ( I don’t know how she thought I would drink out of a teapot!) Over she came with a cup, no saucer as other guests had and no spoon!! I gave up asking for anything else and left shortly after. I would advise to eat breakfast out in the many good cafes in the vicinity. The best thing about the hotel was the free walking tour offered on a Saturday morning. It took around 2 hours and the guide was extremely engaging and very knowledgeable on local history. Make sure you give it a go if you want to see places you wouldn’t know about as a normal tourist. Standard room was small but adequate, pillows very flat and soft but bed comfy. Bathroom was not overly clean (dusty) and towels were not replaced leaving us with 1 large and 1 small towel between us. I cannot say we would stay here again.

The room is large, the front desk service is super good, and the waiter took the initiative to send luggage to the room. As we just walked, the car just picked up did not get navigation. Thanks to an Asian-looking waiter at the front desk to help set up and adjust, I recommend staying! All attractions are within walking distance

We visited hotel just before the 2022 Vienna Marathon festival. I was amazed from the information I received from the reception (thank you Stefen) how to get in the places of our interest. The hotel has a mini guide of the nearby places of interest which I found to be very helpful since it was our first time we visited Vienna. The room was cosy with a spacious double bed and a very nice bathroom. The daily cleaning service was very good and the ladies were discreet. The breakfast buffet was nice with the ladies that served beverages very helpful fulfilling requests from our children. In general the hotel is an excellent choice and that we will make again in our next visit in Vienna. Thank you Harmonie for all the good memories you offered.

Hotel service is super good, as always, your reasonable requirements are met as much as possible The hotel has a swimming pool. We are a riverside bed room. The cost is very high. The room is very large. There is a writing desk, a sofa area and a window. You can see the river view in winter. The river view is a bit dull in summer. Two steps to almost no one shopping environment is very good and cheap & # 128514; supplement daily necessities is not a problem The hotel is located a few steps away on the bridge & # 127542; ️ You can walk along the path just like there is a very good supermarket Many local grandpas and grandmothers went to buy them and daily necessities. As you can imagine, they are very affordable.

Booked this hotel early on in the year for a 4 night Christmas Market break. Arrived earlier than expected but we were able to book into room which was great. Friendly reception staff and we were taken to our room (17) on 1st floor via a Quirky little lift which we loved! Arrived at the room, which as did all the rooms in hotel, had a double door on entry... Again a quirky feature!! However on entering the room the look of disappointment on my face told my hubby that I was not impressed... He wasn't wrong and after an in depth discussion went down to reception to ask if a better room could be provided. It was more like a hostel type room with en suite facilities, small in need of decoration and a very dated bathroom. The huge water stain on the ceiling directly over the bed was the deciding factor to ask for a different room along with the view from window of a rooftop scattered with cigarette butt's! However another room was allocated on the 3rd floor which was more acceptable, although still small but bathroom was very modern. Only problem was the shower which had the dual shower heads which didn't really work properly at all! We chose not to eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Visited Cafe Motzart twice situated just behind the hotel for fabulous food and service. All in all an enjoyable few days in Vienna but would not stay here again in this particular hotel.
