1.07km from Papa Joe's Sub ShopI have reservation to check in on 02/14/20 and check out 02/17/2020. when we have arrived, 2 lady at front Desk ( Kim and Denise) were very short and disrespectful to us. we have reservation for 2 queens bed and they said they have no room but king size bed for us. I tried to get reservation at another hotel but it was long weekend and every hotels at the area was sold out. they promised to send us rolling bed while we are out, when we back to the room was 11.445 PM and they did not do anything about additional bed. during check in , I asked if they can help us next day if room with queens bed available, both lady without even looking at computer they said they not gone have any room available till Monday ( even they had 266 rooms, some how they know in their mind nothing will be available), I had to scaled my issues to Hotel general manager, but I am not sure that even will help. Furthermore, our room was next to the highway and. while we were at the room feel like cars passing by our beds, the noise from highway was annoying and un present and I could not sleep for 3 nights straight . This is the worst hotel accommodation I had for last 30 years of my traveling time, I have never thought I will see the hotel so low class, uncomfortable any where. I have no idea how Marriott company allow such place as a part of their properties and how allowed such employee working for them.I will never go back to this hotel, even if they offer me life time free stay.
