My husband and I spent 2 nights at Domaine Les Crayeres. It exceeded our expectations and more than lived up to its reputation. The property is gorgeous and full of art and character with top notch amenities. We arrived early and enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne in their handsome lounge while our room was prepared. Our room was luxurious with a supremely comfortable bed and an enormous well-equipped bathroom. The views were breathtaking encompassing the estate and vineyards, and even the Reims Cathedral in the distance. We watched the most spectacular sunset one evening. The team at the chateau is exceedingly gracious and helpful. They were very proactive before our visit as well to assure us the best experience. Breakfasts were excellent with a serene atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, high quality of food and good selection. We wish we could have had dinner at Le Parc, but it was closed on the nights we stayed. The Brasserie is good with a fun, casual atmosphere, though food and service could be improved a bit. The location is ideal, in a quiet location yet walking distance to the heart of town. It’s expensive, but worth the splurge.

The location is very good! It is close to the sights of Reims and can be reached on foot. There is a large supermarket downstairs, foods such as meat, eggs, and vegetables can be bought. Fabulous spot right next to the cathedral so beautiful & definitely recommend a balcony room facing out to the cathedral. Loved this quirky hotel which was once a fire station very modern but with touches of old features towards its former use. The staff went above and beyond to make are break perfect (to booking a restaurant for us to valet parking and just being friendly and helpful)We sipped champagne at the front of the hotel restaurant outside with a back drop of the cathedral. Must just mention the delicious breakfast too.

Great location. Comfy bed, lovely shower room. Basic soap dispenser and nothing else provided. No fridge in the room or bottled water. Lift floor was dirty on arrival and bar was not as big as expected. That said, the room was clean and comfortable for one night with a good shower. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, the hot food was inedible. We tried it and left everything, only had fruit. When I mentioned it was poor when checking out, the receptionist clearly did not believe me, went into the restaurant to look and came back to say it was fine. It was not! I asked to only pay for one and she refused and charged me for two. It was only £10 per person but it was of poor quality and I resented her attitude. Poor customer service. Unlikely to return and we travel through Reims at least six times a year. Shame, the receptionist when we checked in last night was lovely.

We stayed in a ”triple room”, not a ”four person room.” This is a relatively old, old hotel with a small space, no elevators, heavy boxes, and a small staircase with children. The location is very good, the health is not bad, the breakfast is very general or very poor (additional charge, 9.5 euros / person, which is very expensive), there is nothing to eat (quantitative, not self-service) ), but the staff is very enthusiastic. The cost is ”95 euros for the room, 28.5 euros for breakfast, 1.8 euros for the city construction fee. A total of 125.3 euros”, this price, living in such a hotel, in this small and remote city, is worthless. In addition, there is only one cathedral in the city to see, and there is almost nothing else, so it is not recommended to travel.

A truly fun family hotel, we stayed here for two nights in august 2023. We arrived early at 11.30am and our rooms were already ready, so we were able to get in our room and start our adventure. Our two rooms were interconnecting which was brilliant with the kids, the beds were very comfortable and the whole of the hotel was very clean. The main area downstairs has lots of fun bits, like the Photo Booth, lots of games for everyone to play and comfortable seating. You could see the staff during the day, giving certain areas a deep clean. WiFi was good throughout the hotel. The pool was cold but that didn’t stop the children going in and enjoying it and most of the time they had it to themselves. The lunch menu was reduced as August is not their busy time, but we all still managed to eat (even me being a vegetarian) The evening menu was larger and also offered pizzas (which were very tasty). BK (a member of staff) was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. When we paid our bill to check out the children were given a bag with colouring, pencils and sweets, which is a lovely gesture to remember their stay.

Stayed here for two nights, is sufficient for basically just sleeping over and cleaning up, I did not expect more. The rooms are small but very clean the bed is large and very comfortable, but pillows are quite thin. The bathrooms are small but efficient and very clean, glass door shower with plenty of hot water. Thin towels, one only per person, no hairdryer but they can be borrowed from the front desk.

The hotel is very good in the old town and is easy to find . The spa does not appear to be the hotel but is located in the same house and at 14:00 so we could not use it. Reception so friendly professional fast. We haven't used breakfast because you can immediately get a French breakfast in the street cafe. There is a parking space unusable for us because we arrived. But the hotel reception has made it possible to find another. Overall we have very well sleeped the air conditioning was also well set.

Great location! & parking available but they only have ~8 separate garages with doors, in a secure building(they give you the remote control access) 13€/24 hr with “in & out”. I booked ours the day of check in & got the last spot. You can pull up in front of hotel & check in & they will give you the remote & a map of where the garage is(1-2 blocks). Booked the “superior” room with air con & it was the individual type that is mounted high on the wall. It worked fabulous mid sept!! It did not have a coffee maker or frig, but the reception can loan you an ice bucket & the Monoprix (3 blocks) sells bags of ice(3€45). The bathroom was wonderful! Super clean. Common space (when reception closes for the evening) is only a vending machine with drinks/snacks with a small bench & chair right inside the entrance door. The lady that works FD was super helpful & friendly & her English was perfect. -Downside: the reception desk, tiny lobby with books, microwave & the awesome back outdoor terrace with tables & chairs is only accessible when the reception desk is open! We stayed on a wed & thurs when their website said open until 8:30pm so we hoped to enjoy the outdoor terrace in the evenings after sightseeing, so it was disappointing that we could not since they closed it at 7pm (2 nights in Reims will keep you busy & lots of sights don’t close until 7p) *the FD lady DID text us the day of check in to let us know..& would have text us codes to get in & room key if we arrived after 7p*

As an absolute Champagne lover it made our first experience in the famed region all the more special to stay in an authentic Belle Epoque styled boutique hotel. Everything was absolutely outstanding: from the hospitality, service, cleanliness and Covid-19 precautions, this hotel went beyond and above the definition of excellent customer service. Both Francois and his wife (who run the hotel) were personable, courteous and extremely caring. From arrival until departure, we were treated like honored guests - a royal treatment. The hotel was immaculate inside and out. The room was nicely appointed and the bathroom was spotless. We will most definitely return to Reims and will without the shadow of a doubt be staying at Grand Hotel des Templiers. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop on our return to the UK. We had driven up from Nimes en route to Calais and after about 8 hours travelling Reims was the perfect location. The hotel is very close to the motorway junction and there is a massive L'Eclerc to fill the car up or grab any food/supplies. We had a family room which was excellent and perfect for our needs. The hotel is very new and has everything that you expect from Hotel B&B. The location is great if you want to get the tram into Reims or catch the TGV as the station is a few minutes walk away. We have used a number of Hotel B&B around France and always find them convenient and good value for money, despite the Euro-Pound exchange rate!

An essential journey through France before the latest lockdown, we were confident that the staff would provide a safe environment based on our experience in the summer. There was a curfew from 21.00 so it was very quiet. Breakfast was good with fresh bread and croissants etc. With fewer tradesmen staying the disabled parking spaces were left free, unlike in August. If you need a disabled space you might need to speak to reception to get the white vans moved.

Charming and accommodating staff. Property was very well looked after. Spacious well appointed room and immaculate bathroom. Breakfast was taken in the annexe, wide choice and friendly service. Wish I’d had time to enjoy the lovely little pool, but at least I could take my first coffee of the day on the pool terrace. Parking available but it is a little chaotic as the logis is in a residential area - still, free parking a definite bonus. Terrific little Chinese restaurant around the corner and Uber eats delivery available. Would recommend without hesitation and would love to revisit for pleasure rather than work ! Thoroughly lovely stay - thank you to all the charming staff !

We have only positive things to say about our one-night stay at Best Western Hotel de la Paix. The location is right in the very center of Reims, 50 meters from the pedestrian area. We used the hotel’s underground car park (15€) which offered easy access to the reception. The welcome was professional and friendly, and our check-in took less than a minute. Quintin at the front desk recommended Excelsior Brasserie for our dinner – a perfect recommendation. The room was excellent, the beds very comfortable, the breakfast delicious – and all around we were surrounded by helpful, smiling members of the staff. Indeed, Hotel de la Paix is a hotel to revisit.

Modern, purpose-built, apartments with breakfast room, but no restaurant, conveniently located near to motorway in an open-vista industrial zone with distant views of countryside (from the 3rd floor through a smallish window). The room was very clean, quite spacious, well designed and decorated, with good sound insulation, so surprisingly quiet. We were only missing a kettle and a second chair (expected for a self-catering double room). The receptionists were friendly. It seems the desk is only staffed during periods of check-in and check-out. There is spacious, gated parking, which was free at this time. The gate code is e-mailed before arrival. Busses into town pass nearby. Bear in mind that there are no restaurants or food shops in the vicinity. All in all, it served its purpose well for us.

Good morning, I wouldn't come to this hotel First Class of Tinqueux West!! The rooms are soundproofed, from 5 a.m. on the morning, a person makes household and makes noise!!! The staff who are working is not aware of the fact that people want to sleep! I wanted to go back to this hotel to try again but I see it won't change! If you want to sleep, pass your way and don't come to this hotel there's much better than that with a better price. Not a lot to talk to the staff of this hotel because I've already spoken about it and I've been told that they're going to do the necessary but I see it doesn't seem to change and understand, I still have a horrible night to spend!!! Good courage for others who spend their stay!

Not for me or my wife. The location was excellent as it was right in the centre, the staff were also nice and friendly and that is why I have given it 2 points. The rooms were small and I would say the cleaning standards were questionable as we found hair everywhere, we have a non shedding dog. Beware of the parking if you have a roof box as we could not get in the car park which was not a problem as cheap close parking was available, free on Saturday and Sunday.

Alleen de badkamer was bij ons nog versleten, ik veronderstel dat dat hun volgende project zal zijn. Op wandelafstand van de promenade met restaurantjes (10min, park doorsteken). The location of the hotel is very good, just beside the downtown square. When we went to the city government square, we were repairing and sealing the road, so we drove around a lot of circles. If it is not closed, it is very convenient. The hotel is clean and the bathroom is dry and wet, very good. It is also very quiet. The elevator is very small.

Great location just outside the centre. We walked through the train station which is round the corner and entered the centre of Reims. Didn’t feel comfortable doing this walk in the evening so chose to taxi to and from the centre. Good convenient hotel with a decent breakfast provided. No other meals available though so find alternatives. Snacks and drinks can be purchased at reception.

When I checked in due to trouble, I was told that I didn't pay for it, and I was told that I couldn't confirm that day due to system trouble. I contacted trip.com and found out that I had paid, so there was no problem after that. The walls are thin, so I was frustrated to hear the stupid black voice talking loudly in the next voice. The location is good. The staff is also very friendly.

One side of the hotel is close to the train track, and it is very noisy to have a train to the station or to drive out. The hotel does not have air conditioning, and Lance in August is still stuffy. Without opening the window, the room was too hot to sleep. The room on the first floor couldn't open the window after check-in. People could easily jump in from the parking lot and it was not safe. Across the path, it is a police station, walking ten minutes through the grass from the center of Reims.

The hotel is outside the train station, we had come from London on the Eurostar changed in Paris to Reims so it was great to just get off the train & be in the hotel. Checkin was easy, they also have a carpark if you drive there (I think extra charge for that) The room is small, but this is Europe so we are used to it, the bed was comfy & there were English channels on the TV (just like a bit of background noise) We were in a room not facing the train tracks so it was extremely quiet… the main town is a 5-10 min walk away so it’s nice to close but not in all the huddle & bustle. The breakfast in the morning was exceptionally good for France…. More than enough to keep you going and they had teapots. (I know that sounds ridiculous but I don’t drink coffee so this is a welcomed added bonus) There aren’t amenities to make hot drinks in the room but I believe you can use the machine in the lobby at anytime. There is a bar and restaurant on site, I didn’t utilised these facilities but it’s handy to have if you arrive late. Would definitely stay here again.
