So don't or start ... it was the shortest stay I could have done in a hotel. Already when you arrive, you realize that the location although ideally located qie is very dirty ... rats and dust everywhere at the entrance ... check in no problem.. mounted in the lift? My God a more unpleasant qie smell, arrived at the floor a smoke smell, dust, sweating all mixed with a spray deodorant to vomit! Once in the room all-compliant, home hardly done ... draps with socks, the ground joined with socks and sticks sticks ... checked ... the store did not close ... the toilets had brown socks ... the shower shower like unknown sticks ... the walls had brown sticks like very strange and reluctant dirt drops ... and the cake on the cherry, and looking behind the white and brown polystyrene toilets (surely accumulated dirt) And who was over completely dead? A cafard ... even the cafard prefers to die rather than stay in such a dirty place, before a small cafard this time living down, cut off the road and flee under the bed. After 10 minutes of room inspection we were down .... and even if another room was offered when you saw everything I saw in the previous room impossible to sleep in this hotel. We are very disgusting and horrible for anyone with a ”normal” hygiene when we leave, we ask for the refund that the receptionist made us without even asking questions so much she has the habit. 1 out of 4 clients arrive ... and go back immediately.

The hotel was renovated, well maintained, clean. late arrival, the gentleman at the reception was very friendly and laughing. We had a room in the clam, far from the lifts as requested. There was room on the parking. The place seemed safe. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable.

L hôtel est extrêmement bruyant. Les chambres sont bruyantes, on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins. De plus l hôtel est organisé autour d un immense hall sur plusieurs étages. Dans ce hall se passe le petit déjeuner. Et chose sympathique, celui qui prépare le petit déjeuner met de la musique à 6h45 dans ce hall, faisant profiter toutes les chambres de la musique. Sympa pour un dimanche. La conception des chambres subit ce même problème de bruit. Une partie centrale qui fait office de sanitaires/cuisine qui se ferme avec des portes coulissantes sans aucune isolation. Impossible de prendre une douche ou d aller aux toilettes sans réveiller tout le monde. De plus chambre donne sur ce hall avec une fenêtre fixe seulement protégé par un store vénitien en état très moyen donc lumière et manque d intimité. La seule chose qui sauve l hôtel c est le petit déjeuner , il est bien sans plus mais complet…au final nous avons peu dormi et d un sommeil assez perturbé surtout qu il faisait très chaud dans les chambres.

Boss immediately engages in the problems, meticulously vertyfing if a customer is satisfied after she has seen to a problem reported. The boss does not let it go until the problem is sovled. 5. Good quality of breakfast Room for improvement: 1. Cleanliness of exterior. I found the door and walls below the window not clean. This could be simply managed with a cloth. I would recommend to prepare a chacklist and the schedule when something needs to be cleaned (if not implemented) 2. Cleanliness of interior. a. What was reported to the boss: - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of walls. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accomondation) - Hair on the walls in the bathroom (not solved during the accommotation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of radiators both in the bathroom and in the room. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accommodation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of curtains (partially solved during accommodation but this was explained why this was solved like that) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of switches ( solved by myself) - My colleague, to whom another room was rented did not faced the same troubles - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of the middle bed. It seemed to me as if somebody was lying that full in sweat (the boss did not comfirmed my feelings, however I had been persistant in telling that the problem has not been solved. I think this need to be rechecked by sniffing deply the pillow and the mattress, in particular. I think that taking off a pillowcase and a bedsheet will help to see it better.) b. Not reported to the boss: - Cleanliness of the mirrors. My general impression was that the same cloth has been used for every surfaces cleaned. - Cleanliness of the TV set (both rooms) - I have poured hot water in to a tea cup and I found that the edge of the coup no clean. Hôtel vieillot, pas très propre, qui mériterait d’être refait. Quartier douteux… Accueil agréable. Nous avons été mis dans une chambre fumeur (et insectes sur la porte), une horreur… car check-in à 21h30. Les chambres réservées à l’avance sont attribuées si check-in avant 18h. Il faut le savoir. L’hôtel affiche complet alors nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre de 2 personnes (réservée et payée pour 3). Le personnel de l’accueil, arrangeant, nous a apporté un matelas supplémentaire pour éviter de dormir à 3 dans un lit de 2. Changement de chambre le lendemain. Petit déjeuner correct mais un peu léger en quantité. La salle est toute petite, pas évident quand l’hôtel est complet. Idem pour le parking. Celui est censé fermer à 22h, arrivés à 21h30 il était déjà fermé. Heureusement qu’une voiture était devant nous, car sans code de chambre, pas évident de rentrer.

Last Thursday 15//12/2022 I suffered the worst hotel experience of my entire life, I wouldn't wish it on any human being. And yes, I'm venting because the hotel chain Hotel B&B HOTEL Cergy Saint Christophe treated me miserably. I was assigned to a project in Paris, and I was traveling from Berlin. My flight was arriving at 23:30. I had made my reservation through Booking.com and tried to pay with the digital debit card assigned by my company, Hotel B&B informs me that I don't need to pay in advance that I will pay at the hotel. Then, by messaging them I told them that my card is a digital debit card, and I ask if that would be a problem on my arrival. No one ever responded and I decide to travel. Then, I find myself two days later, at 0:40 in an industrial zone at -5°C with a thermal sensation of -8°C, the taxi drops me off and I realize that there is nothing around the hotel. There began all my tragedy, there was no reception or staff, only an automatic machine which asked me to pay everything with a physical credit card. Right next to the machine is an emergency button to call the hotel staff, I called by pressing the button, and I was answered by the most ruthless person in the world. Grossly he said ”I can't do anything for you, credit card or nothing”, I insisted explaining, grossly he said - ”Don't you understand? I insisted explaining, he rudely said ”-Don't you understand, credit card or nothing, otherwise you must leave, because I can't open the door for you”. I panicked when I tried to ask for an Uber back to the center of Paris and realized that no Uber would come because the area is so remote. I called again and begged him to at least let me go to the reception that I was freezing to death, that when I found a taxi I would go. Indifferent he said ”it's not my problem, I can't talk to you anymore because I have to talk to other callers”. After calming down myself and, after 45 minutes in the bitter cold, I tried the machine again with my personal debit card and was approved for one night only. So I managed to get into my room. The next day, I cancelled my entire reservation for the next days at the reception and I checked out of that hotel. Well, the last straw, 3 days after I checked out my email and the hotel charged my stay for 7 days to the digital card of my company... The worst manager of a hotel attended me, and promised to give me my money back. He does not do it in the time he promised and I went back to the hotel directly to solve this problem. The manager didn't even say good morning, and yelled at me ”what the hell are you doing here?, I told you I was going to solve it... Then we argued, I kept calm, he gave me a refund invoice, and told me it's not the hotel's fault that you arrive at night. It was all your fault, here is your bill. Au revoir!!! How can you Hotel B&B hire such persons to work in hospitality? and how can you Hotel B&B let them abuse and humiliate your customers?
