Ordered here for the second time. Just for the convenience of seeing the exhibition, the last time I visited the Huntington Gardens, this time I went to the Norton Simon Museum very close. It is also convenient to eat in the Chinese area. But the sound insulation effect doesn't want to vomit, and that bed is too uncomfortable.

This hotel is very new, there is nothing inconvenient, I am on a business trip, the location is very good. There is no bathtub and the amount of water in the bath is too small. Breakfast has fruit bread yoghurt, and American business hotel breakfast has it all. The attitude at the front desk is also very good. There is an underground parking garage that is large and convenient. I was stolen in a hotel in the United States, not this hotel, but everyone still has to be careful, it is better to use a safe!

Pasadena is a good community. Near the California Institute of Technology, residents are of higher quality. All aspects of the hotel are justified in the Hilton system. The only thing that is slightly inadequate is that Self Parking is a bit far from the hotel.

Very good location, walking distance to the old city of Pasadena, easy to go to Los Angeles and the airport, but parking is more expensive, 19 days, each time you pick up the car to give a 5-10 yuan tip, self-parking is more expensive, 14 times, The room is not bad, the shower head is relatively thin, the housekeeping did not give the bottled water on the first day, the next day did not give the towel and toiletries

With its own parking lot, the location is good, compared to the observatory cover a little bit, the Los Angeles is too big. It is said that this place is safer, but it did not go out at night. The room is quite big, the bed is big, but the mattress is not good, the spring is squeaking, the butt is stuck, the support is not good, not very comfortable, and the night is really noisy, car motorcycle The car rumbling and whistling, the sleep is not practical. The same is true for breakfast. The meat is only red sausage white sausage, salty and salty, scrambled eggs and quiche, bread, waffles, orange apples, yogurt juice, if you don't pay attention to it. The front desk didn't seem to be particularly skilled or what happened. I had already paid in advance, saying that I didn't receive a credit card and I still haven't refunded the amount.

I like it very much, and I am worthy of being an old brand hotel with quality assurance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding is of a quality. The area is relatively safe, not far from the high speed, it can perfectly avoid the traffic jam the next morning. There are small fat sheep in the next few minutes, it is very convenient, very good! It is the parking lot to the hotel lobby that needs some way.

Come to Los Angeles to visit relatives, and my mom went to her favorite hotel residen, how do I know to give a room opposite the laundry room and gym? ? ? The footsteps of the afternoon, the door switch sound, then my mother went to complain and said to change the room, but I had already gone out so I did not change. After breakfast at 9:30 the next day, when I contacted my family, the staff of the housekeeping department knocked on the door and asked when to leave. I also tried to force an answer. I really don’t like this kind of service like I’m in the hotel. My staff is brave enough to be taken home by me. There are unpleasant situations in using Ctrip to book foreign hotels twice. The location of the room is not ideal. Maybe Ctrip can try to understand and try to get a better room for our long-term users! Hotel rooms, equipment, breakfast are very good, that is, artificial The factors make the trip less pleasant.

Living on the 8th floor of the executive floor, the scenery is pleasant and the environment is beautiful. The hotel service is superb and the service can't fault it. A Chinese speaking staff member at the reception desk called Gray helped a lot and made the whole check-in process very convenient. The food on the executive floor is very good, and there are not many varieties, which cannot be compared with domestic ones, but it is already sincere compared with American hotels.    Originally hesitated to live in the villa or the executive floor, but now I think the executive floor is more suitable for the elderly: they can sit and eat at any time.   Will stay again next time.

A very beautiful big house, it feels more like an airbnb homestay, not like a hotel, but it feels very special. The house is located in the wealthy area on the mountain. It is very luxurious. It is said that this house has a history of nearly 50 years, and the floor is covered. The patina is out. Usually when there are no guests, there will be a lot of sexy internet celebrities to pose for photos. The owner of the grandfather was very nice. He prepared breakfast for us in the morning. He knew that we were Chinese and would help us cook dumplings, watch TV on the cctv channel, recommend tourist routes, etc. He was very very enthusiastic and made us all embarrassed, toilet The two rooms are shared, but there is no one next door on the day we stayed, so it is equivalent to a private toilet. It's really great 👍

Clean and comfortable basic Motel with great staff, free parking, free wifi,a/c, fridge & microwave, flat screen tv. Missing:No washcloths, hand towels, bath mats or shampoo. No outlet in bathroom & no hairdryer. No closet,no place to hang clothed,no drawers,no lamps. (Just 1 over head fluorescent bulb). No coffee maker& ice costs 50cents a bucket. Would stay again for Rose Bowl functions as it's a nice walk (little over a mile),and staff makes sure you know the way. Would definately stay again and just bring things they don't have that we need.

The room is quite clean, the facilities are quite complete, the room Wi-Fi is not very good, the hotel is at the end of Colorado Avenue, there is no big shopping center, there is a 7-11 around, walking about three minutes, next to There is a Japanese restaurant, and there are still places to eat. Breakfast is very simple, guests can eat at the in-house, so there is no room for meals.

We stayed one night just to explore around. Check in was simple and the manager was very nice. Parking was fine. The room was a good size (large/long bathroom?). The bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge. Table and chair. Large TV with DirecTV. Everything was clean and organized. Location was good, old town to the west, shops/etc just a little NE. A nice old LA type neighborhood behind motel. We didn’t realize this was on Route 66.

This hotel was great. I originally booked online so when I called them to make sure they go my reservation they hadnt :( but the gentlemen on the line told me he can still hold my rooms for the online price! when I arrived he was so helpful & had amazing costumer service skills, I wish I wouldve go his name I give him much props! So anyway we arrived to our rooms and they were beyound amazing very clean & updated not to mention the beds were super comfy & the shower head AMAZING There is a store right across the street and many food & gas near by, easy to access the freeway as well. I would absolutely reccoment this hotel. The only thing that I really didn't like was that it seemed if there was prostitues trying to do buisness there.. Other than that we felt safe & welcomed, Thank you GUYS!!
