Was a bit disappointed that I wasn’t told beforehand that Swissotel is currently a quarantine hotel. Lucky for me when I booked grab, the driver sent us straight to Fairmont Hotel which is located directly beside Swissotel. The bellboy who I unfortunately did not managed to get the name was quick to assist me. He told me about Swissotel being a quarantine hotel and brought my sister and I to the lobby. Then on, the front desk man assured me that my name would be in their system as Swissotel moved all their guests to Fairmont. Was a bit sad that I couldn’t get a room in Swissotel but Fairmont blew my mind. Love the room and the view I got. Additionally, my sister and I received a complimentary cake for our bdea. It definitely made my mood better upon checking in. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the names of the hotel staffs who were very accommodating and was very assuring. Thumbs up. Definitely planning to stay here again. Thank u all and stay safe during this hard time

Booked this hotel for my partner’s bday, called the hotel 5days earlier to enquire about decorating the room. The initial response was swift and I really appreciate it. They sent over the price listing for the cost of decor. But when I finally decided and emailed back there were no response, so I called the hotel, initially there were no pick after calling a few times. After finally getting through and explaining to the customer service lady, she tried to transfer me to the relevant department.. there was again no answer so she took down my enquiry and number for them to call me back. But I didn’t hear from them.. until the morning of my check in date… which is too late, I choose the option of printing out photos.. with just a few hours to spare plus I am at another staycation I didn’t have the time nor source to send them the photos plus it was supposed to be a surprise but due to the huge disappointment with the service, my partner has already found out about my plan. Honestly if it’s not for my partner who really want to stay at this hotel, I would have just forgo it and let the room go to waste, that was how pissed i was. I had wanted to make a video of the walk to the room, the decor and the surprise look on her face and the intro as a second gift for her and it’s all down the drain. I definitely didn’t expect this from a supposedly 5 stars hotel. I have not felt so utterly disappointed in a hotel.. before and trust me We stay in a lot of hotels, at least once a month.. ranging from lower end boutiques hotel to Ascotts, The Clan and Intercontinental, as much as we have our fair share of bad service, I definitely didn’t expect Capitol to be top on the list. They did try to do service recovery by offering us early check-in at 1pm and also a complimentary 5 course afternoon tea at their lobby lounge. Honestly all these doesn’t change the fact that our experience was ruin even before we stepped into the hotel but my partner mention that I should meet them in the middle since they did try to do a service recovery. They also did the decor I initially requested minus the photos.. but somehow that felt like a slap in the face for me. But I do have to say.. that despite all this, the service from the people there was great, from checking in to the lobby lounge it was good. So to the room, it was spacious, the bathroom is huge, a tv in-front of the tub is a plus. Our room comes with a covered balcony.. nice place but not much of a view the fan was wonky, made noise whenever we turn it on.. wished there was a coffee table there since the tea and drinks cabinet was there. Not sure if it’s just the room I’m in.. the aircon wasn’t very cold, we have to set it at 15 and close the balcony door in order to keep the room cold and the speaker attached to the tv had problems, when we tried to connect to chrome cast, seems like the speaker Dust cap is torn.. so we aren’t able to use it. All in all, room was ok, Location is good, service of the staff is good but I doubt I’ll ever go back again.

We have travelled all around the world only to discover the best hotel is actually in our own country. The Raffles Hotel has topped all our expectations. An iconic building in Singapore with a long history. The hotel gives a rustic colonial feeling at the same time the ne wowners have restored it to provide all the modern amenities a traveller would require and more. Rooms are large and comfortable. Very well thought out amenities. From something as simple as the hot water mixer is set in a way that you would never end up scaling yourself. The way the master switch works with the night lights makes it all so convenient to use and switch off the lights in the room and yet have lights in the toilet on in case one needs a late night visit. The service is second to none. Staff remember your name and address you by name. They remember your preferences. I called the butler one evening because I couldn't load the meun of the Butcher's Block from the website. The next morning they had the menu delivered to the room. You may say you pay for what you get. I've been to places where I've paid and not get. Had a lovely time at the Raffles Hotel with the wife. I would definitely recommend it to the decerning traveller any time.

We checked in at around 3.30pm and the check in was fast and smooth. The room was great and quite spacious, if only our room is facing the city, that would be better. One thing I love about the room is that the bathtub and showering area are together in a space away from the basin and toilet bowl which is less messy. Bathtub was great. Was able to connect HDMI device to the TV (bring your own cable!!). Got 2 complimentary carpark tickets per day for 1 registered vehicle. Location is super good, directly opposite Raffles City and Chjimes, can walk to Suntec City, City Hall MRT easily. Self service buffet breakfast, there was a lot of variety. Check out time is at 12pm, tried to ask for extension but is already fully booked. Overall, love the room and facilities, and accessibility to the nearby malls. Would definitely come back again. Booked for 5N6D trip. After read the reviews from other reviewers, make sure our room is ready by the time we arrived to hotel. I wrote email to them in advance to inform our arrival time. However the room was not ready when we arrive to hotel at 2:50pm. The front desk staff asked us to wait for the room, we asked for how long we had to wait , but the staff said he also not sure himself, for when it can be ready. I was surprised by his answer. we were tired and hungry as we had not eaten lunch yet. so we wanted to know if it’s going to take long, we will go out for lunch and come back. But the staff cannot confirm the time. After we complained, the manager attended to us and said it will be ready within 5 mins. after first night, the next day we went out around 10:30am and we informed to front desk that we wanted to make up our room. However it was not clean yet until we’re back at 5:30pm. We had to call the front desks many times but line was not pick up as the staffs were so busy. We had to go down and asked to make our room for cleaning. Also the roof top bar is only opened weekends and they didn’t sell any drinks during weekdays. We were not aware that and we went up to enjoy swimming and chills. But the staff told us to go to lobby and order our drinks and bring up by ourselves. Not convenient as we were already in the pool with our swimsuits. Then on Friday night we went up to swimming pool again to chill, but that time the bar is operating. We thought it was the same as last time, so we brought out bottle of wine from our room. But that time we were told that outside drinks were not allowed as they rent the pool bar 😢. So we were not able to enjoy our drinks. Though we are hotel guests, we not allow to enjoy our drinks. The only good thing about the hotel is location. It is very close to a lot of bars and shopping malls. air-con is cold. The vanity counter is island type, design wise looking great but the water tap is always dripping water and at night it has noise. 6 out of 10 for my experience.

Our stay at JW Marriotts was fantastic. Staff service was excellent. The hotel has several art installations infused into its premises like elevators. The premier king room was huge and had a great view of the city. We used the pool very often with the relaxed safe measures. It is sheltered, so bad weather won't ruin your swim plans. The pool is more for lounging rather than swimming and is often very cold due to the winds. The hotel is very accessible, connecting you to 3 MRT lines and 3 huge shopping malls with many eateries.

The room may be small but it has every basic thing you need. I forgot to take any pictures of the room.. Pros - 10mins walk from Bugis. So obviously food, cafes and entertainment are all within walking distance - A big 7-11 is just right next to it. Bras Basah & Shine Korea is opposite it - The Hotel is above a cafe. So if you're feeling lazy to go out for food, you can just go down and eat or call room service and get discounts for some items since you're a hotel guest. - Shampoo and Body Soap are provided in full sized bottles instead of the mini ones which is always a plus for me. - Can also rent the Projector Lights to make your room even nicer at nights Cons - The entrance is through a cafe. So it can be quite awkward to enter or exit the hotel especially during peak hours cause you're walking past people who are sitting down and eating. - The room is not soundproof so you can hear conversations or noises outside or from other rooms Overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights stay. We may come back to try the bigger rooms!

There is almost no hotel service, except for the waiter at the front desk. Stayed for four days and only had one room service. Even though the door said to clean up the room, there was no staff to clean up. The air conditioner aligns with the bed, and even if it is adjusted to 26 degrees, it is shivering. The mattress is super hard, which is not suitable for travelers who are used to soft mattresses. It doesn't make any difference whether the door curtain is opened or not because the window is close to the opposite building, and there is no sunlight when it is opened. There is no wardrobe in the room, only three hangers. The bathroom is also pitifully small. On the whole it is not worth more than HK$800.

Breakfast was ok. Hashbrown was oily , coffee didnt taste good. I was hoping to get a parking voucher for staying there but there were charges. Was really looking forward to use the gym and Pool , however i saw the sign that was put saying the area was under renovation. I didnt see any renovation being done at the gym or pool during my stay and it was closed all the way. The service staff were very friendly. They even help me to heat up my food. Appreciate that. Had to call room service multiple times. They did pick up the call 3 times. We try to call the operator and inform that room service is not picking up the call , they just transfered the line to room service and same thing happen and no one picked up again.

Booked the Junior Suite, unfortunately, the room does not come with a bathtub, I mean it is still a suite, right? Overall, I do not recommend this hotel, with the price that you are paying, please stay in other nearby properties, such as Swissotel and Fairmont. I will just list down the issues faced: 1. Hygiene issue, in the first room we got, there was a toothpaste mark left by the previous occupant, it is obvious that the housekeeping does not do the cleaning properly. 2. There was a mosquito in the room 3. The service and lack of communication is the most annoying part of the stay. The room that I booked came with lounge access, with afternoon tea, evening cocktail, and breakfast. We went to have afternoon tea at 320pm, the staff took our orders, we ordered ice tea, and 20 minutes later, they served us ice coffee. We were the only few in the lounge, is it that hard to remember our order? The afternoon tea was a set, is not even buffet style, guess how long they took to prepare? 40 minutes, we check with them a few times, and every time we were told that it will be ready in a few minutes' time. 40 minutes just for a small set of pastries that were prepared in advance, this is how "efficient" the hotel is. The staff that took our order did not apologize. 4. Feedback the experience to the front desk manager about our experience and request to change a room. It is nice for her to change a new room for us and extend our check-out timing. We also requested to deliver the evening cocktail to the room as we do not wish to experience the efficiency again. We were told that we will be compensated with a free flow of food and drinks for the evening cocktail. However, when we requested the second portion, we were been told that the snacks is only 1 serving. Hello? this is the type of communication the hotel has? 5. We checked out at 4 pm the next day, and we requested showering amenities and tissue at 1 pm, as we wish to get a shower before checking out. Guess what? We were told that someone will be delivering the items soon. Called to check again at 2 pm, and the staff apologized and said will send someone to deliver again. In the end, the items that we requested were never delivered. This is the level of efficiency and communication the hotel has. Please think carefully if you would like to experience such things.

we understand the cheap rate - it goes with it the tiny room, dirty and peeled off wallpapers, dusty tissue dispenser, fluctuating wifi, unchanged linens/towels and unkempt floor/toilet for three consecutive nights that we stayed there. the complimentary bottled water was never replenished. what we don't understand was the rudeness the receptionist displayed when i could not access their wifi. he blamed my fone right away and offered an unsolicited advice to have it checked at a nearby service station. it turned out he mispronounced the password and even snatched back the minute piece of paper where the password was written but was supposedly given to their guests anyway. there was no other staff to help us out in bringing our stuff to the third floor. there was no elevator. a helper would have compensated for the trouble. i should have noted the reviews for this hotel before i clicked that confirmation button.

It was the most relaxing staycation I’ve ever had! Check-in was smooth and they even served us iced tea and cooling towels. The rooms were massive and I love the decor! The food was absolutely delicious from Bedrock Origin! Don’t get me started on the spa which absolutely relaxing and luxurious. Everything here was different from what you get from most hotels that I’ve stayed in Singapore. There’s lots to do within the resort with free wellness activities from Aqua Zumba, Tai-chi, Bath Bomb making, yoga and many more! Definitely a stand out is that the hotel staff were extremely professional, helpful and really went the extra mile.

The hotel is being renovated so facilities like swimming pool is unavailable. There is a makeshift gym I tried which cannot compare to the original set up. The previous gym was huge and well equipped; I hope after the renovation the gym will be just as good. Room size was decent and clean. Love the monogram tea provided and even the mini bar was complimentary which I find was a nice touch. Overall a very enjoyable stay and hope to come back again soon!

I first stayed at the SEA Hotel back in 2014 as it was recommended by my aunt and uncle who always stay here when in Singapore. I love the place. It’s old and rustic (a throwback to another time) but for $100 SGD a night with a fabulous vegetarian buffet breakfast included (Kwan Im restaurant) and prime location in Bugis you couldn’t ask for anything more. Also when booking the staff are excellent in replying to queries and give very detailed information about getting to the hotel and airport transport options and nearby attractions. Free wifi was included and it was fast and reliable. The staff on the front desk were friendly especially the girl who checked me in. Bugis+ shopping mall (10 levels with cinemas, food/retail options galore and taxi rank) is less than 5 mins walk. I use this as a taxi pick up/drop off point to various attractions from the hotel. Bugis MRT Station is 5-10 mins walk and is on the airport line (10th station from the airport, with 1 change at Tanah Merah, cost only SGD 2.50) The Kwan Im Temple is right next door and worth checking out (it gets very busy with local worshippers). Directly outside is a pedestrian mall with a flurry of activity with market stalls and street vendors. The hotel is simple and rooms unadorned with only the basics but it’s all there and excellent value for money. They do request you leave your key if you go out and recollect (24 hour reception) but I conveniently forgot to do this most of the time and it was never a problem. Oh and don’t even think about bringing durians to the hotel!

Booked a Good King room for 3d2n. Check-in process was relatively fast as the crowd hasn't come in yet. More crowds came in the next few days, and the hotel got even busier at night. The service is commendable though, as they try their best to accommodate to our requests despite the rush hours. Overall, a good spot for short stays, their bed is quite comfy although the room is on the smaller side and cleanliness can be improved.

I arrived at Hotel about 03:35 AM. It was the time that all the people are sleeping. I was a little bit confused about my check-in because when I arrived at the counter he didn't ask me about my check in information. He just only asked me that I was paid or not and I said I've paid already then he showed me my room without asking to show my passport or check in information. Did he know me that I'm the girl who booked at 19th and arrived at 20th?? Maybe!!!🧐🧐 Never mind! The room is very fantastic and comfortable. I felt like I was in an spaceship🚀😅🥰. Second time back here! this time round we booked their Loft. It’s my partner’s birthday and they were kind enough to decorate the room and gave my partner a nice gift set. The staff that were doing the night shift was really good. We had a guest in our room so she came up to our room to inform us that she Has to go to the washroom for awhile so if we were to call the recep to open the door there might be nobody to pick up the phone. She took the extra effort to come up to inform us when she didn’t have to. Truly appreciate it a lot it’s the little things that makes their service impeccable. We were a group of 12 and opted to stay in this hostel booking the whole 12 beds room, which we were very glad to have as it was the room at the top floor of the hostel, meaning the less noisy and more isolated one from the rest of the chaos. Let's start with the room: we had bunk beds with everything you may need: sheets, pillows, curtains to close them at night (great stuff for privacy this!) and personal lockers (you need to bring your own padlock). In the 12 beds room there was a private bathroom too with 2 toilets and a shower, which was very handy as it gave us some privacy. There are also more showers and toilets in the other floors that we could use. Breakfast was provided in a weird way: the first night we arrived we noticed a big plastic box in the room. The surprise was they have left us "the breakfast" for the following 2 days in there, which consisted of bread, jam, tea and coffee. Not what we expected, but it did the job. And now let's move to the worse bit of the hostel: the common areas. There is way too much people hosted in the hostel for the size of the common living space they have. The kitchen is tiny, and there is a sofa at the entrance that is always busy and with lots of people sleeping on it, so you can't really use it. The people staying in the common areas (not sure if they were guests of the hostel or not) was a bit peculiar, so we were glad to have our own space. The front desk is not very friendly but the check-in and out was smooth and easy (beware check-in is not allowed before 3pm). Overall it's a very basic hostel but the location is good.

Was given room 1313 initially and decided to change to another room cos I went with my elderly mother, who is abit pangtang about the number. Was given 0819. Was told by staff there’s no other higher floor room. We said ok but upon entering, there was a gas smell. Cleaning staff from hotel said the rooms on this side of the hotel had not been used for a long time, therefore maybe the smell. Went down to lobby to change room and was given 1616 by another front counter staff. Room was ok but maybe shower area abit small for someone who might be bigger sized. Bkfast was buffet style, so u tick on the menu and a staff will go collect for u. Variety not a lot though. On second day, we decided to ‘tabao’ back to room to eat. We requested to separate the nasi lemak from fried noodles as we don’t want them to lump everything into the box. Upon hearing this, one of the non Chinese staff seem displeased and hinted we are supposed to dine in. When we went back to the room, we realised that they forgot some items and we went dwn again. Happen to see the same staff (who was with another Chinese colleague). I told the staff politely that they might have overlooked packing some items. She jz stared at me while her colleague apologised. I said it’s ok, I will just re-tick the menu list. Whilst doing so, that same staff brought back my earlier menu. I then highlighted what was missing and she went off ( I assume to pick up the missing items). In the end, it was the Chinese colleague who passed me the missing items, apologising again for the oversight. So, plus point for this Chinese lady and minus point for the other one ( who gave the vibes of being ‘buay song’ (displeased attitude). Managed to get late check out at 1pm on the last day. So overall, guess stay was ok.

Stayed in Pasir Panjang for the second time. To be honest, I will still choose to stay at the hotel next time I come to Singapore for the following reasons: 1. The price is relatively cheap. 2. Convenient transportation: Many buses pass by, and the station is 10 meters away; the Lion City subway ring line (yellow line) is closer. 3. Spacious, bright, and sanitary: Although the facilities are older, the rooms are spacious and there are windows in the room. The light and ventilation are very good, and they are clean and hygienic. Finally, the key point comes. Manager Cai of Pasir Panjang is very nice. I feel like I'm home when I stay here. This stay was during the period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. Manager Cai was very concerned about the guests. When I returned to China, I learned that I did not buy a mask. I sent a mask and disinfected wipes to protect me on the way. Really moved, thank you! Thank you Manager Cai!

As an Ascott group member, there are decent expectations of an Ascott experience in all the properties in which I had once stayed (Ascott, Somerset, Citadines). Citadines Rocher (recently opened in 2020) was one of my top choices in having a local staycation because of its location and price range. However, it was an overall disappointing experience, and here’s why: 1. No daily housekeeping service 2. Our bathroom door could not close. It was completely off the ledge. 3. Reception is busy all the time. Phone calls are often not answered 4. This hotel was most probably a designated hotel used for both Malaysian citizens who were unable to return home due to locked borders, as well as returning Singaporeans to serve their mandatory 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). There were confirmed COVID-19 cases within my period of stay. We were notified by a letter from the management. The least the management could do was to provide a mask or sanitizers to guests. We also chanced upon 2 medical workers fully donned in PPE escorted a guest to the ambulance. Scary stuff. 5. We took our own trash out of the room since day 1 of check-in. It was not cleared even upon checking out. Dear Citadines Rocher, please review your services. I had absolute faith and would like to continue giving my support to Ascott despite this awful stay.

The location of this hotel is definitely not as accessible as all other hotels I went before. It is only easier if you go via car for the first time. Subsequently when you explore the area a bit more, then you can try the path via the UBS building itself. This information perhaps should be made known on the hotel's website. In terms of cleanliness, one of the cups in my room was not washed cleanly. I can see the lipstick mark of a previous user, with some coffee dripping down that lip mark. Had to manually wash it. I would have been more prepared if I brought some detergent along. In terms of service, you must know that they do not provide additional towels for you, even upon request. You can only go and exchange with what you already have. Example, if you need an extra towel to wrap your hair, it is not possible. One room, if 2 pax, they will only give u 2 towels and one floor carpet. I think this is not a good point. The cafe lodge is nicely decorated, just that food have to wait at least 30mins, even if it is a simple set. And not all food are available. But can just chitchat while waiting, or maybe next time just order in advance. The good thing is that at least there is no insect in the room and bed sheets are pretty clean.

Little to what I know, there is no TV channels available in the room. Checked with reception, due to upgrading works, no channels are available. A little disappointed. As currently have to take away and dine in, there is no extra big bins to throw rubbish. Toilet is not equipped with bidets, so use toilet paper only. What i like about here is the rain shower and shampoo is provided. Towel and toothbrush is provided too. Complimentary mini-bar for drinks and consumables. Aircon is cold enough to let me wanting to stay indoor than going outdoor. Bed is comfortable with 2 pillow. Location wise is close to any eateries. Middle of 3 MRT station (Bugis, Lavender, Nicoll Highway). Definitely recommend for a stay. Most importantly, strong wifi. So no TV its okay. Too bad your home Chromecast doesn't work here.

Bilingual receptionist is really a plus point. Adding on, she is polite and well-mannered! Great stay! :) Only downside is that I have to wait for half an hour although the checkin time is way earlier than the time I arrive. Was told that an intern is cleaning the room and the intern will take slightly longer as he/she just started interning.

Chinatown
Love the location - near to Chinatown and Tanjong Pagar! Only one regret is that I do not have the suitable outfit for photo taking...Cheongsam/Peranakan style. View from balcony is gooood and also great for photo taking. Prewar shophouse with modern facilities - my dream home since young. So I m actually thrilled to stay here. Pros: Shiok to shower with strong water flow. Hairdryer provided - great for ladies. Toothbrush & toothpaste, big towel & all-in-one body soap/shampoo provided. They have tissue box, safe, flask & coffee/tea. WiFi connection is good so can surf Internet / Facebook. Big space in front of bed so can put big luggage. Bed is King/ Queen type. Have small chairs and table. Bigger TV. Near to lift. Security here is better as guests can enter by tapping with key card. Cons: Fridge is mouldy. Not sure when it was last cleaned. 😅 At night, music from pubs nearby can be heard. (I booked 2 room types - XLtwin & balcony). Please note that $100 deposit is required.

Orchard Road
Booked a 2 night stay here for a Valentine's getaway. Initially thought we definitely had a tub, but found out upon entering the room that not all rooms had tubs. Front desk offered free breakfast throughout the stay as there was no available room for a switch. Breakfast was provided for by Kith Cafe and was delicious. The kitchen was fully functional, and we utilised it, even the washing machine and dishwasher. Air conditioning system was a bit faulty so the bedroom was quite warm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Extra pillows were provided as well. The bathroom was huge with a large shower area (rainfall) and luxury toiletries. Service was awesome and staff members would always greet us. Pool was beautiful though there were only 2 sunbeds. Had an enjoyable stay!

Was there ard 2:10pm after the check in time. Was been served at 2:30. It took a while for check in as the counter staff was limited. But overall the experience was great! Was hesitated to book and try out this hotel as first time I came across this hotel. Was thinking that it meant for apartment. To my surprise the hotel turn out to be excellent. Booked a Deluxe room and was surprised that the room was so spacious, so does the bathroom. Only thing no bidet. Nearby Star Vista and mrt station. So not a hassle for me to get dinner and snacks. Well recommended to stay at this hotel and will be coming back for more. Well done to the Park Avenue staff.

Checking in was fuss free and easy, staffs were friendly and very helpful. Location was pretty easy to access via public transport or own vehicle. Venturing there to several places of interest was also very convenient. The jacuzzi pool was enjoyable and soothing, the main pool wasn’t that big but good enough since there wasn’t much crowd. Ample big towels was provided before entering the pool area is a huge plus point. Room was well furnished and spacious albeit it’s old and outdated compared to several 5stars hotel. The breakfast was splendid as it should be and the crews were putting lots of effort to hold it up. Overall it was a good stay at a great price point. Nothing much to shout about but also not shabby at all.

We may come back to try the bigger rooms!

booked this trip with my boyfriend. stafff was friendly and accommodating, the room was like how it is shown in the pictures. we got lucky with the early check-in as the room was ready. everything was clean when we got in, the tv had netflix which is cool, we just watched movies on there. the tv would sometimes hang due to the wifi (?) location wise: pretty good, few minutes walk to food stores, shopping malls, theres a 7 11 nearby. only complaint was that the road is noisy and loud. got woken up a few times. my room was on the 2nd floor. overall, a good stay.

Service was excellent. When we step in to the front desk we received warm n cheerful welcome by the front desk staff name Mr Sadi with a happy friendly smiles. He is very cheerful all the time eventhough we grumble n a bit disappointed about our booking the small 6 men room with window & about the health declaration form .Due to our booking with trip.com there's indicate has window. He steadily calm us n nego with our request to change to a larger room that is a 8 men room with window. Thankfully all of us agreed. We happily stayed for the 3 days 2 nights there. Everytime when walk out of the hotel Mr Sadi n Mr Iman will smile at us n sometimes help exlpained us about some places we want to go. It was a perfect staycation there... Oh before I forget, this Mr Iman also was very helpful, he also offer his service carrying some of our stuff to our room eventhough that was not part of his job there... Last but not least, kudos to hotel staff Mr Sadi n Mr Iman and also with the best facilities eventhough its just a hotel cum hostel ....
