I stayed in this hotel for 5 days in August 2018. It was an overall awful experience since the beginning. As soon as I arrived at the hotel I was told that they had to swap my room with another one which wasn't A/C cooled, even if I EXPLICITLY asked for a room with A/C. I overlooked that since they offered me a discount on check out, which they actually didn't deliver. The room was absolutely DREADFUL: I think that the last time they renewed this building was eventually in the 1960s because everything screams OLD and CRUMMY-LOOKING. The morning after my check-in, I woke up on time for breakfast and I arrived in the dining room only 10 minutes after breakfast’s start time and yet I was told that I was late and they couldn't serve me breakfast. At this point, I was tired of being teased as if I was a totally stupid person, which I'm not. I asked for a partial refund and I told them that I was going to leave in the afternoon. They refused to give me a full refund, so I asked if they could, at least, refund me the missing 4 days, and they blatantly disagreed. I had to contact Booking.com to solve that problem, which never happened to me before. It was a totally bad experience and I advise any clever person to ABSOLUTELY avoid this hotel.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the train station and a ten minute walk to the beach. The swimming pool is small but very clean and usually quiet. It is a very family-friendly hotel with a special time at the pool for children around 5pm. We were able to rent bikes there and the rooms are very clean. It is an unusual building as it was a convent but this adds to the charm. There is air-conditioning in the rooms. It is close to the station so you can hear trains sometimes. However when windows are shut this is not a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Superb location, close to nice restaurants, cafes and shops. Stone throw away from the beach. We stayed in room 2 with private garden, which was great. The internet router needs an improvement because the signal is dodgy, yet the internet is actually fast when close to the router.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days on a vacation/work trip. It's needless to say that the stay was fantastic. The hotel is owned by a family who's running it since the early 90s and has accumulated a ton of experience. They are very kind to their customers and they seem to care a lot about the quality of the stay, especially from a stranger's viewpoint. I was staying there alone but I asked for a double-bed room anyway so that I would have felt a little bit more comfortable when sleeping. The room was very clean and it was large enough to comfortably fit all my travel gear. Also, the kitchen quality is very high, and the hotel's chef-prepared meals were always fantastic and well balanced. There's also a 24/7 reception/bar service and the hotel is equipped with a pretty fast Free WiFi connection that was good enough to stream HD content from Netflix. The hotel provides a free bike room to stow bikes in a secure place and a basement garage, which is paid and offers 6 places for the hotel's customers. The building offers an internal garden equipped with tables and a garden umbrella, a small dehors in front of the main entrance and panoramic rooftop. Also, the price for an 8-day stay was very honest considering the quality of the service and the kindness of the hotel's personnel. Good work!

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

Camere davvero belle e personale gentilissimo. Personale gentilissimo anche allo Spice. Nel complesso giudizio molto positivo.

The elevator in the hotel was really small and could only go in for two people. The front desk service was good. We arranged a large room on the first floor. It was heavy. No haha breakfast is rich, but it ’s been for three days. The hotel location is very good. There are a lot of sculptures in the subway station next to the subway station. It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. At noon, many foreigners buy that ice cream.

The hotel location is very good, only 7 minutes walk from the cathedral. If you want to get up early to take a picture of the church, do not miss this hotel. Each room has a separate small balcony. This is very good as an Italian chain of five stars. It has reached the international five-star standard. The entrance to the elevator has free sparkling water and mineral water every day. The hotel lobby is very artistic and the breakfast is relatively rich, but the European breakfast is not used to eating. Haha Hotel's capsule coffee machine is also very good. Characteristics of many five-star hotels in Europe are also good

I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

At 9 o'clock in the evening, I went to Milan to check in. The wind is light and telling me that a double booking has occurred. The hotel has no room. When I came up, I came to a waiter to take us to another home. Even the introduction did not, and there was no advance mail. The focus is on the Europeans coming in and out. So what is the meaning of your hotel without a room :)

The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

Can only say that the lot is better than everything. The room facilities are average. It feels like a homestay. Although it is large, it has few sofas, no coffee tables, no place to drink wine, simple decoration, and lighting is not comfortable enough. The inexplicable move of a cabinet after the first day of staying is not understandable, and the clothes racks in the wardrobe are relatively simple. The lobby is small, but the staff are very good. The courtesy of a highly civilized country makes people feel comfortable. The use of various paintings is a bit overwhelming, which makes people visually mixed. With the checkered carpet in the hallway, it loses the sense of quality.

The hotel is one metro stop away from the exhibition, clean and sanitary, and the price of dinner is expensive. Take their car to the nearest subway exit and take a stroll. There will be two Chinese restaurants, one is pizza, the boss is a young guy and parents, very enthusiastic, the bulk wine in it is very delicious, and the other is Chinese In the restaurant, the boss spoke a little discriminatory to the Chinese. Although he was Chinese, he asked the boss to recommend red wine. The boss had a lot of guts: "Of course, the most expensive wine is the best." The hardware is not very good, that is, the domestic fast chain looks like it. However, it is very good in terms of geographical location. The opposite is the railway station subway station, which is invincible. Going to Milan Cathedral and taking the subway station at the 3rd station is the square. Buffet breakfast can be eaten for two days a day, and long-term stay may not be able to stand. The service is not bad. What do you say to the Chinese? It will not take the initiative to serve, but if there is no obstacle in language communication, it is good. The door is like a person who is really welcoming.

The location was near the station and there were many trains so there was no problem getting out into town. The hotel faces a residential area, and it seems like even a single girl is not as dangerous. The appearance was cute and I was excited to stay in Europe. The room was retro and cute as shown in the photo. There are no slippers and bathrobes, and you need to bring a toothbrush. The unfortunate point was that I prepared coffee and tea so that I could boil the water myself and drink it, but the pot was broken and I couldn't use it. When I asked the front desk if I could replace my cold body with warmth, I asked him to ask him to raise something he had come to see. I was told that I would give hot water when I wanted to drink, but I was told to come down to get it and decided that it was troublesome. After that, there was often a timing where Wi-Fi was difficult to enter when it was a room.

Great location directly across from the train station making it super convenient to checkout and an easy walk with luggage to catch the train from Milan to the other cities. The hotel is modern and extremely big. Convenient location with many retailers within walking distance. If you get a room with a balcony facing the train station the view is amazing!! The hotel also offers free chauffeur services in luxury sedans to close by areas. Kinda far-ish from the duomo cathedral and the shopping areas. Big buffet breakfast area with a huge selection, however breakfast attendant service lacks quality, food is good though, unfortunately this doesn’t go for all the food ordered via room service, hands down the most scariest tasting pizza I have ever eaten, bad, so bad. Rooftop bar and restaurant not so impressive surprisingly really small. The whole hotel is just really big a good walk to get from room to room. Bonus is if you arrive early before check in time or have time to kill after check out, the hotel offers free facilities to shower and rest on the under ground level.

If you are very concerned about breakfast during your trip, Hilton Milan Hotel is worth a stay. Rich and warm service. The croissant is very delicious. Raw ham is very delicious and coffee is very delicious. However, the porridge for East Asians is not delicious, but one heart is better than nothing. There are egg fried rice and fried spring rolls. The rooms are not small and fully equipped. They have a kettle, disposable slippers, no plastic slippers, and the bathroom is dry and wet. The room was quiet and suitable for those who had just taken a long-haul plane. It's very close to Milan Central Station, walk straight for 300 meters. The airport bus stops next to Milan train station. Tucao front desk, cold attitude at check-in, I feel very unfriendly to people with poor English. OK when checking out, although the smile exaggerated a little bit, it is a smile, luggage storage service is good.

It only takes a few steps from Milan Cathedral, Milan wakes up very late, so when you come to the Cathedral at 8 or 9 in the morning, you will experience the unique feeling of the Cathedral. You can also easily reach the subway by going to other places, but in the end I still choose to take a taxi for about ten euros to the train station. There are too many people in the subway! The efficiency of the front desk is a bit low. We waited at the front desk for a long time to check in and check out. There have been constant phone calls and other things to do.
