|1.2km from city centerPerfect in everyday. Book this last minute. Perfect location 2 minutes walk to Soi Buakhow. The staff very helpful and friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they came within 10 minutes of asking . Very comfortable bed and brilliant housekeeping. If I had one little crumble I was with my girlfriend and we often do different things in the day . We asked for 2 room keys but they only had 1 ( old key on a fob) system. So we had to leave and pick up the key from reception everytime which wasn't to much of a bind. We were that impressed we tried to extend our stay by a day but unfortunately it was full. For a cheap clean no frills hotel you can't go far wrong with Nalanta hotel

Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

But you can choose either giving 1,000baht deposit or let them have your ID card. Room is well furnished and clean. There's family mart nearby and also a local Thai restaurant. Wifi periodically gets slow and i had to re sign-in. Having said that, its speed is ok and one password can be used with 2 devices.

The internet was fast enough to have quality online calls and there were ample spaces that provided work stations. The kids play room was great as the kids were entertained for many hours while we worked.
The breakfast had a good selection of western, Thai, Indian and other asian options. The only issue we had was other guests who would eat with their hand and then go touch all the serving utensils. Very unsanitary.
Overall we had a very good experience

I just did n’t receive the Ctrip mail and it took more than 20 minutes. But the sister of the customer service in this apartment is very good from Thailand. They will help us store our luggage and tell us some interesting places in Pattaya. The attitude is very good. The location of the apartment is also good. Pattaya Beach can be seen from the window. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There are also many restaurants. Overall, it is very satisfactory.

The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

It should not say hello like this Even to book a promotion That is a sales offer Ask the staff in front of the lobby, he said. Your brother is a GM. The high-level management level should be a good example or model for the staff to follow. Not doing this If there are many people, we feel embarrassed. If you book a promotion or not a promotion, you can ask to see Reservatoin first. Because I don't know which room to be in, which building If you encounter a question like this, the first step into your house. How do you feel it? It's not a heavy matter, but it's absolutely unworthy thing. Please consider it.

Minibar is not in the room. The refrigerator is empty, very small. Breakfasts, just like the hotel itself, are more targeted at Indians, but the chickens, eggs of all kinds, milk, fruit, vegetables, cruisances in abundance. Location-on amateur. The serious shortcomings - related rooms - between the door numbers. Hearing 100% if the neighbouring room is settled. We were lucky that some of the weekends were neighbors, but quiet, the rest of the days, related rooms were settled.

Hotel location is very conveniet and east to go back to pattaya beach area.Rooms are large and confortable as payment level and its rate. Bathrooms are clean and normal standards. Regularly per day rooms beds, sheets are changing, cleaning everyday. The biggest shopping Mall (BIG C) just 150meter walking distance away. excellent staff. Highly Recommended to stay. Not disappointed.

Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

|0.61km from city centerI have serious questions on the integrity culture of this hotel. When I was checking out they said “everything is complete” without returning my security deposit money. When I reminded them about it, they asked for the receipt. Unfortunately, I left the receipt in the room. They innocently said that they don’t have a copy of it! (That means if I fake a receipt for any money they would just give it to me!)
Unbelievably unprofessional attitude.
Rest of the things in the hotel was alright. Except, their bathroom comes in 3 parts. Toilet is a clumsy room, bathroom is a little glass square and bathroom sink is in the room.
I will never return to this hotel only because of their unprofessional behavior.

There are two restaurants in the hotel. One with Indian cuisine and other one western. Since lot of Indian tourists come to this hotel that explains the Indian restaurant, but they can definitely improve the spread. Location of the hotel is good with bif shopping mall near by, beach road 8-10 mins walk, the main road (2nd Rd) is just at a 5 mins walk from where you can get tuk-tuks and taxis to travel anywhere in Pattaya. The apartment is good. There are dining appliances, breakfast table on the balcony. The view to the pool, not apartments opposite, but office.
To the center is not close, about 20 minutes on a bike, if you rent for a short period, you will have to choose transportation. Tuk-tucks don't travel practically.

But the windows could be kept open in the day. In the rest of the villas the windows were curtained because the swimming pool was a room. There are no safes in the rooms - they are in the corridor behind the respiratory, locked on their locks - take away from the house. Very good location - opposite the beach of Dongtan. On the left and right two excellent cafes where you can have breakfast and lunch. 7/11 Next, behind the corner - Krungsri ATMs, tuck-tucks in the center of Pattaya.
