Pretty standard hotel with friendly staff. There isn't anything to rave about at the Babylon hotel, it's just a good hotel in a good location. No frills and no disappointments either. You get what you paid for: comfortable bed in a clean room and a standard breakfast the next day. Friendly professional staff - the housekeepers were very polite. The mini-bar is included which is a nice touch. Plenty of different glasses in the rooms. Room for improvement: quality of the towels. Remember NOT to use your credit car in the Qpark carpark, but buy a ticket at reception in order to save yourself 5 euros.

Such a gorgeous hotel! In a lovely area right across from a park where there is an antiques market on Sundays and the Escher Museum. Lots of great cafes, restaurants and shops all around. I recommend Coffeelicious for excellent coffee and cake. Friendly and helpful staff reflect the gracious historic building and beautiful decor. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms.

Hotel Mozaic is just round the corner from La Brasserie restaurant. Our room was a Deluxe Double with a bath. The bedroom and bathroom was well appointed. The only downside that bothered us a lot during our 5-day stay was the lack of a wardrobe. All jackets, shirts, dresses, trousers etc. had to be hung from 3 knobs on the wall. We even had to resort to hanging clothes from the window handles. Not great! Our advice: remove the large ironing board (does anyone even use it?) and you can easily fit a small wardrobe. We did get a painful back from sleeping on the soft mattress, but maybe that’s down to our backs? The room was very quiet, with no street noise, but we could not open the windows for some fresh air, because they were sealed shut. The staff are very friendly at Hotel Mozaic, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of fresh fruit, cereals, cooked food and fresh juice. We enjoyed the food! We would certainly stay here again (if the owner fits a small wardrobe).

Coming to the hotel I realized I'd been there before, but several years ago. The hotel is perfectly situated as it's within walking distance from the main railway station and there's lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. The check in was great, the young crew at the reception knew their job. The lobby area was very trendy with comfortable coaches, two computers for the visitors and some board games to kill some time. I had a room at the third floor with a view of the neighbouring house. The room was pretty standard, fresh and clean, but no wow-effect though. The sleeping comfort was good, two different kinds of pillows. There wasn't a cupboard to put your jacket, but an open rack. The flat screen TV was quite small, but then again I hadn't come there to watch TV. On a business trip I would prefer to have an iron with board in the room, but there wasn't. Well, I'd noticed that there was an ironing room downstairs, but managed without ironing in the end si I didn't check it out. The bathroom was standard and the towels were fluffy enough. There was a night light in the bathroom and a glass door into it, so it was easy finding the toilet in the night without turning on the lights. The lights of the room worked with your room card. In some hotels I've visited the lights doesn't go out directly when you pull out the card, but here it did which is bothering when you realise you forgotten something on your way out. No big thing, just a note. Thee breakfast wasn't anything overwhelming, but good enough to get me a good start of the day.

This place was ideal for us. Mostly, we use hotels to wash and sleep. We don't need anything fancy, we just need someplace clean, safe, comfortable, and conveniently located. EasyHotel worked out great! Check-in was very fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and they were able to help us choose a great restaurant for dinner. Our room was very quiet. We didn't hear loud door slams, elevator dings, or vehicle noise. The street, in general, is very quiet after business hours, so I don't think people will have an issue with noise unless they have an inconsiderate neighbor. What is included: Our room had a full-sized bed, window, and en-suite bathroom. Two bath towels were provided. They also provided soap which is shampoo & hand soap & body wash in one. There was a desk area that could be used by sitting on the edge of the bed. There was a shelf and a rack to hang clothes. (But if you hang clothes on the rack, you can't really put stuff on the shelf.) The bed was comfortable but the person sleeping next to the window has to crawl over the bed to get to the other side. There is a TV and free wifi that worked very well. There are 2 power outlets. The location is fantastically right in the middle of Den Haag and 2 minutes from the bus stop. What is not included: A washcloth (typical in Europe), extra pillows, extra blankets, chair, breakfast, bathmat, land-line phone, hangers, hair dryer, iron / ironing board, maid service. Note: To turn on the lights, you have to put your room key in slot by the door. It's a clever way to save electricity. But this mechanism turns off all power to the room, so you cannot charge electronics while you are away (at breakfast, for example) unless you have a second key. The only improvement I would suggest is improving water drainage in the bathroom or providing a bathmat. Although the shower floor slopes to the drain, some water still escapes to the rest of the bathroom. Then, when you step out, you will drip while reaching for a towel because there is not a towel hook on the shower door. Without a bathmat, the whole (1 meter by 1 meter) bathroom will get wet and a bit slippery. If you need extra towels, a hair dryer, maid service, or many other services, you can purchase them for an extra fee. You can also rent a bike. A coffee / espresso machine in the lobby provides very good inexpensive cappuccinos, lattes, americanos, etc.

My girlfriend and I booked a one bedroom suite with a parliament view for three nights over Valentine's weekend and were not disappointed. As others have mentioned, I did expect the room to be larger (it is basically the same size as a normal hotel room, they have just increased the width of the passageway from the door to the room to accommodate the kitchen area. The kitchen is quite adequate, although it does not have an oven, there is a microwave or two (electric) hob rings for cooking. There is even a dishwasher, but surprisingly they do not provide any dishwasher tablets, so we ended up buying a box from AH which was a bit of a waste. I would have suggested that they could provide a tablet per day along with the coffee and tea. However they do not even replenish these. I was a little disappointed having written to the hotel ahead of my stay and requested a nice room, only to be given probably the worst of the parliament view rooms (304). There is a protrusion to accommodate the lift shaft etc. at the front of the hotel and this obscures both the view of the Mauritshuis and the daylight from this (and I would imagine, the other rooms ending in 04). The breakfast buffet is quite varied and they even have a waffle machine on weekdays. There are all the usuals like cereals, fruit, yoghurts, pastries and the eggs varied from day to day and bacon was usually available too. One minor criticism, as others have said before. The lobby / reception area combined with the breakfast seating area simply does not work! When you are having your morning coffee and just at the point where you might be able to tolerate other people, the last thing you want is people bashing their suitcases into you / your table or queueing right next to your table to check out. The separate Den and Living Room are lovely, but again not really designed for breakfast. It might be an idea to either relocate the reception desks to the front of the hotel or perhaps convert the Living Room into a proper seating area for breakfast? Having said that, well done to the hotel for appreciating that not everyone wants to get up at 9 a.m. on a weekend to have breakfast, some people work during the week and would prefer to get up later and have breakfast when they want to (not when the hotel wants). We loved breakfast being served until 12 noon at the weekend, although we still managed to miss breakfast on Saturday, but that's another story..... The hotel location is perfect for sightseeing, being just across from the Mauritshuis and parliament building and a short walk or two stops on the tram from the central station. You can also get to Mesdag Panorama on foot or one stop on the tram. We also squeezed a visit to Scheveningen Beach, which is also a short tram ride away. The staff were great and the ladies on reception were always very helpful, cheerful and friendly. In summary, our overall impression of the hotel was very positive and we would definitely return next time we are in Den H

Carlton Ambassador is a very good accommodation solution. The rooms are renewed and comfortable, the reception is well organised, may be something could be improved for breakfast, in any case the overall judgement is more than good, considering the price too.

I've been to this property before a couple of years again as a staycation trip. I was curious to try this property out in the current adjusted service level and at the same time making it easier for a visiting relative to visit the attractions around the city. From rate wise, it was just slightly cheaper compared to normal times. This property used to be the main office of the Dutch Post Office and in my opinion, a good job has been done to convert it into a hotel. Location The property is very conveniently located in the good part of The Hague, just behind the stables of the Royal Palace. Next to it is the Panorama Mesdag - which is a must visit for first time visitors to the city. From public transportation point of view, you will need to take a tram if coming from either of the train station serving the city. The best tram would be line 1 which stops about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Other than this, most of the attractions, shopping and food outlets is within walking distances. If there is not too much large luggage, it most probably could be walkable from the Central train station, I would estimate around 20-30 mins via the city centre. Check In I already did an online check-in, I did notice during the online check-in, I was upgraded to a Junior Suite, but sadly I had to turn that down because I wanted a room with Twin Beds, so with a heavy heart I "downgraded" myself - as I had really wanted to also check out the Junior Suite. Since this property uses Digital key, I did bypass the front desk and went directly to the lift to go to my room. (I did have some difficulty using the app when in the elevator-needed to access your floor, but luckily after a few mins an associate came over to help, and I never had any other issues for the rest of my stay). Just FYI, the front desk was free at that time of my arrival, around 4pm. Room The room was situated on the Executive floor with a city view. My first impression of the room was good especially from design point. From size point, it was ok for a couple of nights (or 1 night in my case). The room was bright due to the large ceiling to floor windows with a view of the city centre. There was a working desk which was a nice welcome. There was also coffee/tea making facilities in the room - which was nice especially in current times. Wifi speed and signal was good. The TV was large and had the usual list of local and international selections (although it was a bit slow in loading every time you switched it on). The climate control in the room was good - it did keep the room temperature stable and was luckily not too loud even on high fan mode. Bed quality was good - again not too hard or soft, and for me it was a good night sleep. Noise level from both inside and outside sources were good (although do check that the window is closed properly - as I found out later in the night that the previous guest/housekeeping did not close it properly, so it actually was sli

The first day, they don’t clean our room because my friend made a mistake hanging green flag/sign in the door. So we said sorry and we asked for teacups and sugar plus one big towel as they only provide 1 big towel and 3 small towels when we checked in (maybe mistake but if it is the standard setting, it is not fair with only 1 big towel for 2 persons). We requested the cleaning room for the next day the boy (don’t know his name) said YES. so we expected to get fresh towels, fresh rooms, fresh everything BUT what we got “onzin” (Dutch expression when they are angry) explanation from the receptionist. I never heard my Dutch friend angry and use bad words to the people EXCEPT at that time. Means something BIG WRONG between them (they speak Dutch HOOR). They should know and see in the booking system that we stay 3 nights and we have the right to clean the room every day. Well, the receptionist came to our room for an excuse and bring fresh towels and teacups/sugars. We don’t ask them to clean our room because we would like to take a rest. Second, the shower room is not a walking shower (in the bathtub) but without a curtain, so if you are showering, water spread out everywhere. Third, we stay at level 6, even we closed the windows, there is still noisy when raining (even small rain the water drop into the roof of WTC receptionist). Fourth. Lighting in the bathroom and in the corner where the Tea/Water heater is bad/very minimal.

We where doubting between the Collector and Indigo, We chosed Indigo because the building was most special. What we liked was the building was the old building of the Dutch National Bank. The location was perfectly in the center. Everybody was friendly and helpfull. What we didn't like was that the website was not clear so you think a room cost EUR 110 but you and up must higher with addition to can't understand. Even after calling I didn't get explanation. the interior was not our taste and we mist integration with the external architect so no integration with the building. And we didn't like that you had not buffet breakfast and needed to commut to certain time although they managed well and it was because of covid we didn;t liked it.

I stayed at the Novetel hotel in The Hague as part my birthday present and part condolence to my wife as we would have been in Berlin for her art exhibition opening but couldn't travel because Covid in The Netherlands. We had planned to go to a French restaurant as well but the government ordered all restaurants closed, so things were looking glum. I indicated on my hotel booking that we were staying for a birthday, well, the hotel staff decided to go all out and decorated the room with some streamers, balloons and had a gift bag waiting for me. Then in the morning at breakfast they had prepared a table for us with another gift bag, two glasses of cava, decorations and sang happy birthday to me. It was great! They clearly got a kick out of it too. Another lucky occurrence was that restaurants in hotels were given an exception from the government lock down and were allowed to open. It turned out that the restaurant in the Novotel hotel had very good food so we were able to have the nice meal we were after. An absolutely great stay. Thank you for making this special for us, I really appreciate it.

Hotel location is very good. In the city center. Very close to the central station. Next to the Chinese restaurant Ming Dynasty. The taste is very good, the boss is very nice and very cute, it is recommended to go have a meal~ There are Cantonese snacks. There is a small church opposite, and the street is a Chinese cultural exchange center. In the past, Chinatown, the shopping street. Supermarkets, shoppingmall, are much better, and it is convenient to go to the Grand Palace. It is very good. Breakfast was not eaten at his home, because there are a lot of small restaurants in the vicinity, I want to try it. In front of the HEMA supermarket, there are 5 kinds of things to eat for breakfast at 10 o'clock in front of 10 o'clock, so I didn't go. It is highly recommended to live there~

We booked this hotel last minute to extend our stay in The Hague and see a different location out of the city. Easy to walk to from the tram stop or uber from city was a good price. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff member and were able to check in right away nice and easy and head up to the room. We were initially not very happy with the room, BUT this was rectified without us even mentioning it to the hotel staff so it seems there was possibly a mix up. I think we may have been given the key for an overflow/backup room which was slightly smelly, had no toilet seat and was freezing cold with a noisy window vent. As I said however the hotel rectified this themselves! We went out for a while to see the pier and have lunch and when we returned we were advised by reception that our room number has been changed and our luggage relocated and waiting in the room for us which was amazing!! Our new room was just next door the the first one but much nicer. Thank you the staff for organising this and moving our luggage, it was a very big relief to us. Room was small but very clean and comfortable with a lovely hot shower with good pressure. Nice view of the beach and pier. Good books about The Hague in the room also. You leave the key with front desk when you go out for the day and we felt quite safe doing this with the room having a safe available for valuables/passports. All staff we met in our 2 night stay were very friendly and helpful. One lady printed out our bus passes for us which was a big help. The location is great, right by the beach and sculptures SprookjesBeelden aan Zee. A short walk will take you to sealife and then the pier. You can hire bikes at the hotel but these were quite expensive based on city hire costs. All in all very pleased with our stay here and would stay here in the future if returning to The Hague.

My expectations are always high when I return at Leonardo Hotel Promenade in the Hague, but somehow they always manage to exceed them. I was welcomed by Earl that provided me with a lot of great tips about what I can do to have a relaxing weekend, despite of the weather. I spent the evening in the hotel restaurant where I enjoyed the Chef’s monthly menu - a must try! Of course, the evening would have not been complete without the presence of Mohammed and Nicola in the bar/ restaurant, that made my feel like home! The room was exceptional and had a great sleep (maybe the surprise G&T package also helped - thank you for that) Overall, an amazing stay and looking forward to returning as soon as possible. Warm regards to the entire staff!
