The hotel can not be used for an extra bed. There is a double room for 6 days. With the children, the hotel front desk insists on adding one more room to stay. I ask for a refund and no check-in. The front desk said that the time for unsubscribing will not be deducted. Request to change to a three-person room, said no room. Helpless, one more, Ctrip about 850 a day, 1150 yuan on the scene. Stayed at a hotel with the price of a four-star hotel. The hotel order page clearly stated that children can be accommodated and misdirected to Ctrip.

I am not writing to say anything regarding the location, cleanliness and service regarding this fine hotel, I am writing regarding the true meaning of a host and hospitality and how much can one or two persons in a hotel make to take an oath never to stay anywhere else from the detailed attention and attentiveness that was give by two fine gentlemen Patrick and Clement in the front office who had the most generous and human actions ever in giving us a room early after a long flight and not sleeping, find the right new places that was exciting to look forward to to our next visit, the Herb de provonce when we couldn’t find it and was delivered to our room free of charge, the Jacket cover that was given without hesitation freely when just asked about where we can find one and even the boiling of the eggs at breakfast. One must feel appreciative for your generosity and effort that was never held back and the personalised attention you shared. Thank you for an amazing 5 nights stay, you have set a difficult to match benchmark in hotel services.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and the staff, especially the reception staff, were amazing. So very helpful and accommodating. The choice and quality of breakfast was great. The bedroom was so clean and spacious.

I had come here to visit my partner, and it was around the Paris fashion week time; so understanding the price was high due to the demands of the hotel. The location of this hotel is so amazing! 5 minutes walk to arc de triomphe and very close to the metro! Lots of restaurants / cafes around to get what you need, when you need it The room itself was nice, albeit small ; but you’d expect that in Paris. It felt modern, with very basic amenities provided. Comfortable bed, big bathroom. My favourite part of the room would have been the big window with the Juliette balcony! How very Parisian :) Overall i would say that this hotel’s strength lies in the location and just that.

Choosing a hotel in Paris can be overwhelming. We selected this one due to its location and Marriott affiliation. Could not have been happier. We visited some of the huge hotels in other areas of the city, and we’re glad to be able to return to this small, peaceful hotel in a wonderful building (or buildings?). A short distance to Eiffel Tower, the Arc and other attractions. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, and even a few supermarkets to stock up on supplies. Staff was great...friendly and helpful. No complaints here.

Visited this hotel as a birthday treat for my birthday on the 3/2/20 . on Arriving at Charles de Gaul airport, got a taxi to this hotel, tip, write your hotel address on a card and give this to your driver, took about 45 mins, the prices are preset for the area, cost us €55 . The hotel is in a residential area, we were treated at the door, and our bags were taken to the room, the hotel receptionists are all lovely so helpful, and spoke English ! Our room was on the 5th floor , the rooms are small , but it’s what I expected in a city . There is free WiFi throughout the hotel, there is a tv, but couldn’t find anything in English . Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, but you only get sachets on your first day, so bring your own or buy some! Must say I was a little surprised by this, most hotels replenish tea and coffee daily one small bottle of water is also provided. There is 24 hour room service, breakfast buffet for €22 which we didn’t use, as we thought a little expensive, for a continental breakfast. There is a small gym on the -1 floor, where the dining area is also located. The shower soaks the floor when it’s used, and is over a bath. The hotel is in an ideal location, easy walking distance to the trocodero area, the Eiffel Tower, boat trips on the Seine , hop on buses, and the metro. There are plenty of cafes, bars here. There is a wonderful cake/ bread shop next to the hotel, open mon/fri , cheap and delicious!! Thanks to the hotel staff , so helpful!

Citadines Trocadero is one of the perfect places to stay....Just few steps from Trocadero place where you can enjoy the fabulous view of Eiffel Tower and have many restaurants and bars. I have booked a studio and arrived late at the hotel. Michel, the night receptionist was very kind and professional ! Thank you to all your team ! The check-out was very smooth and Genara was so nice. :) I would like to thank you to Silvia as well who had taken care of my reservation and for her kindness. I will definitely come back with friends ans family. Happy New Year !

Great hotel in a fabulous location, especially for the price. The food was typical European breakfast, but satisfying. The rooms were clean and had everything that one needs. The best part to me was the placement of electrical outlets. Especially, the ones near the bed. Wonderfully placed. Also, enough plugs for all. This is one of my pet peeves at so many hotels. They lack sufficient outlets for your cell, laptop etc,. Or they are too far from the bed etc,. It was wonderful to take an Uber around. From the hotel if you go in the direction of Bercy Seine bus station, you will find yourself going just around the corner to the Champs Elysees, facing the Arc deTriomphe and riding down the boulevard past the same sights you'll see from a boat tour near the Eiffel Tower down the river Seine. Wonderful Hotel! Wonderful location!!

This hotel is a typical Parisian style property with a great location and good service. The rooms are not very big but offer modern comfort and amenities, except a safe. Our room was clean and there were no mold stains in the bathroom. It is obvious that there have been renovations like the new elevator (stainless steel, fast and quite) and bathroom equipment like shower heads, bathtubs, etc. The front desk staff was very helpful handling all our requests. For 13.00 EUR per person you can get a continental style breakfast brought to your room. It was very good and always arrived on time, if not earlier. Wi-Fi worked all the time and well without disruption. The bed mattress, linens and pillows were also very good. The towels were small and thin. That needs improvement. Even though there are road works across, we could not hear a sound unless the windows were open. But noise and conversation inside the corridors could be heard. We had a room next to the elevator (No. 42) and it is not so desirable. A couple of times the room got on the hot side at night and the thermostat did not work. With a 50 F degree outside temperature, we just opened the window. The rate is great and reasonable for Paris and the location. You can walk to Arc de Triumph, Metro and RER station is across the street, many restaurants, shops, bus stop to airports is walking distance. We recommend this hotel and will stay again when in Paris.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

Disneyland
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

We recently stayed 3 nights at Le General Hotel (Mar 9-12, 2020). We were warmly greeted by Gaëlle as soon as the doors opened and we’re very impressed by the hospitality through the check in process (take a seat, would you like tea or coffee, enjoy some baked goods). It was the most pleasant experience after a very long day of travel & so nice compared to the typical wait in line at a cold desk waiting for your room key! Gaëlle who welcomed us, also took some time to answer some questions my husband and I had, including giving us some maps (of the local area, and of the Paris city centre/transit map) and offered some suggestions on where to eat and what to visit. She spoke English well, made us laugh & was a great first impression for the hotel (she also didn’t make us feel like were were putting her out)! Our room was very clean, comfortable and well styled for such a small room (which seems common in Paris) - we even had a balcony which was a very nice surprise! I’m not easily pleased at hotels - typically because of the bathrooms, but everything was clean, and no visible Mold in the shower/tub combo and in the corners of the bathroom floors. Great shower pressure & hot hot water, and the (Skinjay) essential oil shower pods were a very nice touch. We slept great - nice comfortable bed & pillows. We had 1 large suitcase, and 2 small wheeled carry on suitcases. The space was tight (we managed to get our large suitcase opened on the floor between the door, bathroom and bed when we needed to access it) but it was enough space for 2 people. Complements to your cleaning staff, the level of clean remained consistent on each day we stayed (fresh bedding/towels), the coffee station (Nespresso!) & complementary bottled water was restocked every day. We were thankful for the small safe in the room (something that wasn’t offered in other hotels I considered). As first time visitors in Paris, we were unsure of the location, but having the Metro station so close (Republique) we were able to take the train in time to see the sunset at the Eiffel Tower on our 1st night, during our sightseeing & took it back to Charles De Gaulle Airport (CDG) instead of a taxi to save ourselves (30€) on our way home. We were impressed how easy and clear the metro was to use (we never got lost or confused) and bought t+ tickets (carnet de 10 - 16,90€) for travelling around Paris sightseeing. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, as there were many places we wanted to eat at on our short trip, so we cannot comment on that aspect of our stay. We used the free wifi in the evenings and didn’t have any issues with it, fast & no interruptions in service. On our last day Rachelle, upon checked out, offered to keep our luggage so we could enjoy our last hour in the city before heading to the airport. We had asked about where we could go to buy macarons as we had forgot & ran out of time. Rachelle & Morgane saved the day and offered us a complementary box - talk

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!
