Pros: Recently renovated, clean and spacious rooms, quiet area close to restaurants. Cons: Unclear housekeeping policies, some staff doesn't respond well to requests and inquiries. While others took issue with this hotel's location in an industrial area, I was thankful for it being quiet and without traffic after business hours. The property is 10 minutes north of the airport, and another 10 minute drive further north results in some shopping and a lot of places to eat. I found it very convenient. Nearing the end of a top-to-bottom renovation, the hotel is looking nice with pleasant common areas and stylish-yet-functional guest rooms. Marriott would be wise to take some pointers from this kind of renovation with their recent stylish-yet-not-very-functional Courtyard decor. Our room on the top floor was large and featured a small sitting area- always a plus when I travel, because watching TV in bed is very uncomfortable. With the exception of Nav (who was a delight), customer service was lacking at this property. Without getting into too many details, we were met by a non-working fridge upon check-in (maintenance never came, and I eventually figured out the problem was a dead outlet that was fixed the following day, along with a barely-functioning air conditioning unit). A front desk employee had to bring soap to the room because there was none; meanwhile the every-other-day housekeeping system didn't work well. For our initial troubles we were granted extra housekeeping the first morning of our stay- this resulted in the towels being removed from the room without replacements (meaning another call to the front desk). The second day the trash was emptied without anything else being done (no replacement of shampoo bottles; no bed being made). On the third day, housekeeping didn't bother showing up at all. Nav was kind enough to give us complimentary breakfast for two, which was appreciated (it's worth noting there is no free breakfast at this property). And while we also appreciated its location and the quiet nature of the building, ultimately had to deal with too many inconveniences to consider returning in the future.

Worst experience, dirty rooms. Felt like I was scammed. Imagine this. I came back 130am with my wife from our NY, key was not working so I went to front desk. They left a note on the front desk saying they will be back at 5am. Not a single soul was there to help. Tried calling other best western hotels close to the area to help us reach the manager but they too were not able to help. Called customer service they too could not reach anybody. They advised me to call the police because my stuff is locked in the room. I hesitated coz iI didn’t want to create a scene and disturb the other guests. Ended up at the sofa. No washroom around so we had to suck it in. We didn’t sleep and waited for almost 4 hours. Carpet infront of front desk has bugs crawling. We were terrified it might get into our stuffs d take it home. I took pictures of the note that they left including the pics of our dirty washroom. Finally when front desk showed up he didn’t give a meaningful explanation. What jingle if hotel leave their guests? What if there is an emergency? So when I came ba k to the room guess what? Garbage we left was still there and the bed is not fixed. We paid for 4 nights and the garbage we had from day 1 was never thrown and the room not serviced. Oh one more thing, the peep hole was missing by the door. They put a tape and put what looks like a tissue paper to cover the hole. This is the worst experience I had. I usually don’t complain but this one pushed my boundaries and patience and turned a vacation into a nightmare.

Breakfast is simple and the bed is comfortable. The facilities are also very comprehensive and the bathroom design is very reasonable. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the parking lot is quite large and it seems that there is no charge. There is a supermarket within 3 minutes walk, and all Wal-Mart has it. Shopping is super convenient.

Hotel was chosen as somewhere close to the airport. Staff were very friendly, room was very spacious and room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was super soft and comfy. Air conditioned and able to completely darken room for sleep. The breakfast was the best part of the trip. Such a wonderful selection and so well presented. Couldn't rate this hotel enough.

I made the booking in January and then read some reviews touching on what the reviewers perceived to be negatives. I did not see this in any aspect of our stay. It again reinforces my belief about a certain group of people who nit-pick unnecessarily, and are never really satisfied. It was a very comfortable 8-nights stay for my family of 5 visiting relations in Brampton. My kids particularly loved the indoor swimming. Location was okay, it is not downtown Toronto or even Brampton - and this is reflected in the price. It was very clean and was kept clean. Breakfast was the standard hotel offering, but well worth it. Staff were friendly, respectful and keen to help. Ultimately, a very good stay and I’ll happily stay again.

The hotel opened by the Indian boss is very close to the airport, a ten-minute drive. The hotel offers a free pick-up and drop-off service, which needs to be told to the front desk. Pick-up is a white car, only a small NU hotel logo, waiting at the arrival port 13 of the T3, half an hour. The hotel has only two floors and the house is not very large. The facilities are basically complete, no kettle and disposable slippers, shampoo and soap, more typical inn. Hygiene is very general, plus the facilities are old and it doesn't feel very good. Near the airport, the room is not very quiet, the sound is also normal. There is Subway in the downstairs, not far from Wendy's, there is no supermarket nearby. Generally speaking, the price is cheap, and it is suitable for catching a plane for one night.

I have stayed at other Motel 6 locations in the GTA and had pleasant experiences, but this Brampton location was just horrible. I would give this location zero stars if it was possible. I'm still here at the moment, just about to check out, but I couldn't wait to write how bad this place is. All the things wrong with the room first (room 340): - REEKS OF CIGARETTES, even though this is a non smoking room - a few light fixtures do not work - remote control missing back piece, exposing batteries - bed and pillows are a joke, so uncomfortable - toilet seat has weird stains on it - room is very tiny, not worth the full amount of a regular room Major reasons why I will never return: The WHOLE motel smells like cigarettes. I called front desk to ask if the smoke alarms are wall decorations because clearly they do not work if there a constant smell of cigarettes and ****. Everytime someone would light up, the smell would come into our room through the vents. I have asthma and it was very uncomfortable smelling that stuff all night. The front desks response is ”we are non smoking but we cant stop people so oh well.” If you are someone who likes to smoke, then I would definitely recommend this place because they welcome it. Lastly, there were some very inconsiderate people running through the halls, laughing and yelling all night long, preventing us from getting any sleep. I called front desk again and they claimed they will send security which of course did not happen because the noise happened from 2am to 8am. Imagine our night with that headache. Overall, I will never return to this ashtray filled with non caring employees. Stay away!

This hotel's rooms are huge. They are clean, comfortable, well appointed and just what you need after a late night flight. This was my first stay in Canada and North America and it started the journey off really well. I was mightily impressed. The included buffet breakfast was amazing and definitely hit the spot. The staff are all very friendly and professional in their line of work. Would be great to say where to meet the shuttle bus at the terminal and how often on your website. I had to call to find out. Otherwise a great stay and will highly recommend.

We were given the option to have a cot for out baby. When we got there the staff said they don't have that option. Did not try to accommodate us at all. The room had a water leak from the ceiling and the carpet in the hallway was all wet. Out baby got wet by crawling on the carpet. We waited for an hour with a tiered baby for the staff to come and see the leak and give is a different room. Both rooms were dirty. Carpets not vacuumed in weeks. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The toilet was made for kids. The heat fan in the room was so load we couldn't sleep. The most horrible experience in a hotel anywhere!

During my stay in the Hilton Gardens hotel at Toronto airport mistakes were made. Let me start with my own. I didn't realize there are several Hilton hotels at the airport and took the shuttle to the wrong one. Let me tell you: Canada is not made for pedestrians and it was a cumbersome walk to the correct Hilton on foot. Also: because of the name Garden I expected a hotel surrounded by a lush garden. No such thing. It's on a bleak, grey, asphalt area with no garden or any features at all. Or do they consider the giant car parks to be ”gardens”? Another mistake by me: this being the first visit to Canada, perhaps I should be prepared better. However, the breakfast at Hilton Gardens is not suitable at all for vegans. Smoothies have cow milk in them and other options are just sweets disguised as actual food. As Canada is not designed for pedestrians, there's no supermarket anywhere and thus I went seriously hungry. Next it's the hotels turn. Hotel airports need good sound insulation to keep the airplane noise out. And indeed: not an airplane can be heard in the room. However, the air conditioning is the loudest I have ever encountered. Parking a car with a petrol engine in the room and running it would be more quiet! Luckily, the airco can be turned off. However, the frig cannot be turned off and it kept me awake basically all night. And the worst thing is: when I opened it in the morning hoping to find a mini bar, it turns out it's empty! Why waste so much electricity and noise to cool an empty space? How about just running it if in use to cool stuff? On top of the noise of the a frig a constant 24 hour droning mechanical noise could be heard in my room (#1516). It sounded like a factory or perhaps a huge aircon unit on top of the roof?

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk is very nice, there is a shuttle, I made an appointment for the shuttle at 6:00 the next day, and I asked the front desk for breakfast at 6:00, but the front desk let me have breakfast a few minutes earlier, the shuttle driver was very punctual and waited in advance. The hanging basket and coffee in the lobby can make me spend time with jet lag happily.

We had such a great experience we decided to extend our stay, which the staff were happy to accommodate even managing to let us stay in the same room although they had to move a few things around on their system to do this for us. The manager Shauna was super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The suites were beautiful and really clean and fresh. One of Hilton’s hidden gems: luxury is a sensation, we experience it in place as excellence, in this case of accommodations, the Meadowvale Hilton gifts an air of sophistication without haughtiness. Within this post-modern masterpiece (built in 1981), a gentle atmosphere balances its very castle-like quality - this is not only through a recent renovation, but also the level of confidence and qualified demeanor of the staff; this experience introduces a fresh look at what resort accommodations can be, in the best possible sense.

Great stay at a nice, new modern hotel. Room was comfortable. Got “upgraded”to one of the larger rooms with 2 queens at check in. Lots of space for me and my family, and the kids could watch 1 tv, while the adults watched the other. Plenty of free parking. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Breakfast buffet was fine. The only thing I would add is that the pool could have been a bit warmer. Dorothea at the front desk was amazing! Will stay again if in the area…

This hotel wasn’t the best, and I’ve been a long time Homewood brand fan ( and Hilton Diamond member). The rooms were old. We were on the first floor and there were a lot of pets, which meant barking dogs. The breakfast ran out quickly and they weren’t replenishing in the last hour. We also visited the indoor pool with the kids which was alright. Your typical average stay, but near lots of restaurants and the cinema. I would not come back.

Its our first time here and i am impressed, very simple, not too crowded and elevator is fast, breakfast is amazing the cook and alex in tye breakfast area were amazing, inlive how alex consistently greets you with the warmest hello and Try ti engage in short talks and hi’s and hellos from every guest that comes in. For me thats just amazing, its not everytime you see someone who does it consistently. Im staying here for 3 days and two nights. And been observing coz i too worked 19 years in customer service and providing feedbacks and teview i take it seriously to support those whi work hard and to give constructive criticism to better their kraft and help clients make tge right choice to were they can soend their money. I also love the use of the marriott app so easy to ask for service request using the app although they are nit precise to give you the number of toiletries you ask ive asked 3 lotion coz theres 3 of us several times and i keep getting just one so i ended uo asking so many times. Their pool is smaller that it showed on the photo the hot tub looked dirty but they were cleaning it last night, the gym they have good equipment that the other hotels ive been to, the rooms are perfect exactly what i was looking for i booked a suite and also tye shuttle service is very convenient very close to the airport and they run every 30 mins. Its a decent hotel although a bit expensive that the others but you pay for what you get and its reasonable, laundry facility, everything you need and you dnt have to go far or lastly the water filter for drinking in the room sink was added bonus. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. Thank you for taking care of us. Im eating at the breakfast area while im doing the review kets see about check out later 😊

When we arrived at Toronto international airport, we were unable to contact the hotel using the listed phone number. Tried a couple of times and were forced to take a taxi to the airport. When I brought this matter up at check in, all I got was an very indifferent response. As it was late, I tried to use the frnding machine, but the pop machines were all sold out and the snack machines were out of service. I was given conflicting information about the times the shuttle service was running and so we ended up using the flat rate taxi ($22) from the hotel to the airport. The hotel charges $15 ,per person each way..but the front desk could not confirm the proper times it was running!! Only person that gave great service was Kyle who worked the front desk the morning of our departure. Breakfast was not bad..but what's with the powdered eggs??

On April 23rd, 2022, my partner and I arrived at the Holiday Inn – Mississauga/Toronto West – 100 Brittania Rd East. We came to the hotel at 1pm for early check in thinking that the pool was open (as per the call agent who took my reservation), only to find out that the pool was not open, and it was “closed for maintenance”. This was not disclosed earlier when I booked the reservation, there was no mention of the pool being closed. I was very excited to use the pool as it was my birthday weekend, and it was my plan to use this amenity as soon as I arrived. I asked for them to amend the reservation to a cheaper price, however they said that the reservation had already been amended to include the new price (without a functioning pool). Regardless, my partner and I arrived to our room (Room 211) and after using the toilet, we find out that the toilet does not work. I called the front desk to notify them of this, and we agreed to switch rooms. We received a new room (Room 212), directly across from our previous room, and to no surprise, this toilet did not work either. The entire ordeal was discussed with the front desk and I asked if we should move hotels as they did not have any functioning toilets. The front desk clerk stated that “this was very unusual” and that they will have someone come look at it right away. While the custodian was fixing the toilet in the new room (Room 212), my partner had realized that he left his vape pen in the first room (211). He asked the housekeeper if he could go into the room to retrieve it, the lady said they did not find anything in the room we just left (this all happened within 30 minutes of leaving the first room). Altogether, the toilet was poorly fixed, as the same issue kept happening all night in room 212. Later on that night, we were told that the 2nd floor had recently been renovated, as there were pencil marks still on the walls. Futhermore, around 3pm that day, I decided to take a shower. As I got out of the shower, I dried myself with a towel, only to find it was stained with someone else’s makeup (what looked like eyeliner from both eyes). *See pictures below* It was clear that the towel was not cleaned and bleached properly as the make up had been stained onto the white towel (GROSS). We decided there was no point of addressing this with the front desk (as the lady was also disgruntled over the phone) and we just decided to go on with the night and make a mental note to never come back to the holiday Inn EVER AGAIN! But wait… IT GETS BETTER!!! On Sunday, April 24th, the next morning, as we were cleaning up to check out of the hotel, we went to check on our friends in various other rooms. Everything we needed: friendly welcome & staff, nice & clean room, free parking and not too far from Pearson Intl Airport (to get a decent price…). Bar looked nice but we couldn’t try it. Enough restaurants in the area!

The parking place is super spacious and the service is very good. The breakfast is basically bread, eggs, sausage, milk, yogurt, oatmeal. The room has kitchenware and utensils, and a refrigerator, you can simply process some food yourself. The hotel has free coffee and hot water 24 hours. There are high courts and green areas around the hotel, which is suitable for going around, very relaxing and comfortable hotel

Stayed here for more than 4 weeks as I had booked a suite on 5th Floor. On Reception - Neeraj was a fantastic gentleman, always made sure that guests are comfortable. In housekeeping - Khush, Kamal and other staff were very much professional and kept the suite clean. Bar and Restaurant on ground floor is fine with very much polite and professional staff(Breakfast can be better with some more items). Overall my stay was smooth and services provided by people were good.
