Trip.com was a lot cheaper (even than Agoda, so I strongly recommend checking at least three websites) and the hotel doesn’t offer price matching. One of the roads to the hotel has a lot of potholes so drive carefully. It’s about 20 minutes from the center, so hope you don’t mind. The member program seems pointless, so I didn’t bother joining & do you have to wait till next time to get benefits:( had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready, but didn’t see a lot of guests. We had a super decent stay at the hotel. Thought it will be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was second to none. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

This really is a delightful hotel. Not the biggest in the area, but that suits us fine. Situated between Hua Hin City and Cha Am town in a small village called Bhan Kwai, the Cera Resort Hotel is by the beach although more on that later. Bhan Kwai itself is a delightful small typically Thai village with a good number of eating places as well as a few bars, plenty of massage places, tailors and a 7/11 supermarket. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the village. The hotel is very clean, has lovely staff from the manager down to the gardeners who work tirelessly to keep the grounds looking lovely. It is also very reasonably priced. The hotel has two blocks of accommodation, one over the reception area and the other 30 yards away the other side of the bar area. We have only stayed in the rooms above reception, so my comments are based on those rooms. The room was a very good size with a massive bed that could sleep four 😊 I’m a back sufferer, but I found the bed very comfortable. There’s a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, hairdryer, coat hangers, TV and a good sized safe. They also supply dressing gowns and flip flops if you wish to use. The bathroom is also large with a small bath and large shower, just be careful in the shower as there are no slip mats and whilst we have had no problems, I am aware of two elderly guests who have slipped and fallen, but sadly that happens in a lot of hotels. Like the rest of the hotel, it is kept very clean. There is always hot water, but on odd occasions the temperature can fluctuate while showering, so take care if children are using as the hot water is very hot. Each day, two bottles of water are left in your room which was very much appreciated. POOL AREA The pool area is a delight and has a good sized pool which at its deepest is 1.6meters deep, so even a shorty like myself can just about stand up in it without taking in water. There is also a child’s pool attached which I found nice to sit in and read my book🤓 Pool beds are now the plastic sort and towels are collected at reception. Sufficient brollies around the pool and there is also a sanded and shaded area just off the pool area if you like it a shade cooler. You can also take the short walk (30 seconds) down towards the sea where there is another sanded area with pool beds and brollies. There are steps down to the beach and sea, although at the present time, the sea is right up to the wall most of the time, so if you want a beached area by the sea, you need to go left and you are soon on the long sandy beach. They have had to sand bag the beach for some distance, so the very best of the beach is a few hundred meters along towards the sailing club and the delightful Cha Am village bar and restaurant, a must visit if you are out there. Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Das Hotel befindet sich weg von den touristenzentren zwischen Hua Hin und Cha am. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Der kleine Privatstrand ist herlich und man kann weit hinaus ins Meer laufen. Wird vor allem von BKK-Thais gebucht. Modernes Designe, sehr schöner Pool und eine wirklich tolle Küche. Ich habe jeweils lediglich gesagt, was ich gerne essen möchte und die Küche hat aus meinen wenigen Angaben ganz tolle Thaigerichte gezaubert. Sehr gut geführtes Hotel.

Our family of 3 adults and 2 young children stayed in this family room with bunk bed for a week. It was our first time to stay at this place. The hotel is located in the less-crowded Cha-Am area, which is good. The hotel is very large with several pools. The pools had slides for both kids and adults. The bedroom had a king-size bed and a bunk bed and is located near the kids’ pool. The hotel had an Italian restaurant near the beach which only opens on weekends. Overall, the kids loved the hotel because of its large open-area and convenience to several nearby restaurants. We would definitely go back.

Amazing beachfront hostel located on the top of a 17 floors-building with breathtaking sea view. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, and shared bathrooms spacious and hygienic. What makes this property unique is, of course, it's location, which allowed an almost 360° view on the sea on one side and the hills on the other. Another detail that makes this place stand out is the remarkable size of its common space which allowed some privacy even in the hostel common area. Definitely a great place to chill for a few days with the mild sea breeze blowing your hair 24 hours a day. I wish I'd have stayed longer than my just 2 nights stay. Talay is probably the must stay hostel in Cha Am.

Counter service is quite poor, no recommendations for staying at all. Because we reserved a deluxe room We cannot know how many people were staying in the deluxe room zone that day. The day we checked in and went into our room at Building 10 or Building 11, I don't remember exactly4. The floor has a lot of rooms. When we got there it was very quiet with no one staying in any of the rooms. We were two women. We looked at each other and decided to go ask to change rooms. We asked the counter why they didn't inform us first that there were no people staying in the building. If we upgrade the room, we agree. which the answer was Well, the customer has reserved a deluxe room. I feel terrible about answering. While we were waiting to change rooms, there was another man who had also reserved a deluxe room. Came to ask for a change and he informed me that no one could stay there. It was very quiet and scary. Plus, on the first floor, not a single light was turned on. The service should be greatly improved. If someone has reserved a deluxe room in that zone and there are no guests, they should be advised to upgrade the room before losing their feelings. I think everyone would be willing to upgrade if they knew that no one was staying in that zone. Which is really very scary.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. LOCATION: I choose this hotel because its pretty close to where i wanted to visit. The hotel has a huge pool and what i like most, it has a private parking. The hotel is located just along the national road so it was easy to find. LOCATION - perks :The good thing about these area is, its just opposite KFC, seven eleven and some local restaurants. ROOM: I thought my room was ok. I had a two nights of goodnight sleep. The new receptionist speaks good English and very helpful.

There is a sand washing point in front of the room (before entering the room). It's easy to find food to eat. There are many shops in front of the accommodation. and near 7-Eleven #But what needs to be improved is The bathroom door has no handle and cannot be closed. Every light switch is the same. There should be a bedside light or a separate switch so that some lights can be turned on or off. It's located in an area mainly for Thai tourists, no foreigner families.There is no public transportation, tuktuks, taxis or anything around. If you want a taxi need to order it. The beach was with high tide during the day because of full moon, so we couldn't bathe. The restaurants around are at least 1 km away or the local option is to go to a thai shop on the beach with alive seafood and they cook it on the spot. Not for our kids. The lady in the reception is Thai, she is nice but no English at all. They cleaned our room the third day. The room was clean and spacious but no windows to open through the night, so we had the AC in high temperature all night. Not what we prefer.

There is a shower cap provided, but there is no toothbrush and toothpaste to recommend. If staying in a building that is not a villa, should choose a room on the inside where the balcony is not on the road at night, with teenage children driving. Competing with each other, the room is not soundproof, there will be noise and will not receive privacy, but overall it is considered okay with this price with this place  close to tourist attractions

The hotel is a good value for money, perfectly located in a quiet area with easy sea access. The rooms are very basic, no electric kettle or cups and dishes provided, no hair dryer, but a decent TV and air conditioner. They don't change your toiletries if you run out. There's a restaurant on the premises. 2 big pool each having a kiddie section. BUT they don't seem to care about garbage around, on the beach, on the terrace. Empty bottles left by visitors stayed on the terrace for days!!!! Occasional garbage washed or left on the beach stayed there until some conscious visitors took it to the bin. Management should pay more attention to cleanliness of the grounds. They also should procure more tanning beds, there are only 3 😱

General hotels on Cha Am Beach will have a road in the middle before reaching the beach. And almost everywhere there is a line of pine trees covering the sea. The resort consists of a number of villas laid out on a large area of land. Widely spaced so it is very quiet. It is just off the main road, but there is a 7-11 close by and a restaurant on the other side of the road. Apart from that not much outside of the area. Friendly and efficient reception staff and transportation to the room. The room is big with an extra couch, a fridge with complimentary water, a balcony and a bathroom with toilet and shower. All is not new but in good condition. The aircon is a bit loud. There is a coffee machine, but the cups need to be purchased at 50 baht each. WiFi works well, only annoying the repeated request for log in. At night the room is very dark. There is a large pool (about 30 meters long, 1.20 m deep) with around it enough reclining chairs. A bit spartan, no cushions, as with the chairs on the balcony. The hotel is situated on the beach front.There is some music from the bar but not too loud and bit away from the bar it is quiet. The restaurant serves mainly Thai food and sometimes here is some live music (mostly Thai songs). Breakfast is very extensive and service is friendly. There is the inevitable music to entertain you, but if you prefer to unwind more quietly you can sit outside or by the pool. All in all this place is good value for money.
