      I made a small phone call for the Chinese boss. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the plane landed. After picking up the car, I arrived at the store for nearly 12 o'clock. The whole block was covered with wood. At the cheek in the door, I pressed the bell and the boss immediately came out. So warm, don't worry about going to the streets. The late night boss introduces us to the surrounding area of Geelong, helping us to eat the place where we eat, the first stop is really warm, the hotel environment is very good, recommend everyone to go oh~ The price is very close to the family! Unfortunately, leaving the next day is too hasty to take pictures!

      The DIRTIEST place I have ever stayed!!! From blood splatters across the walls, to filthy stained bed sheets and pillows to other people’s hair all throughout our room. When requested for a CLEAN room the room we were offered had dirty toilet paper on the bathroom floor!!! Yuck! The WORST customer experience I have ever received. The owner was quick to become very abusive leaving me in tears when requesting a refund as I did not feel comfortable sleeping amongst other people bodily fluids and grot. When photos were provided to the owner as proof of the state of the room, my number was immediately blocked leaving me helpless. Reception would not clean our room stating she would prefer to be left out of the situation completely which left us forking out more money to purchase our own cleaning supplies and bedding as both booking.com and the owner still refused to refund my money- Apparently cleanliness isn’t a good enough reason despite the current COVID expectations and standards !!! Not to mention the fact that the images displayed when booking the room was completely different to the room I received and very misleading! Save yourself the money because this place is NOT worth it at all.

      Check-in and check-out are especially convenient. The key is hung on the mailbox and a map will be drawn to tell you how to get to the room. It doesn't matter if it's late, the room is small and not very soundproof, but it is enough to pass by for one night. It ’s the same in Australia. It ’s self-help. No one cares about you. Unlimited freedom. I really like it.

The accommodation comprised 2 bedroom units each having well fitted out kitchen plus a lounge room and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Wifi, TV, BBQ A/C and heating. Large grounds with in ground swimming pool, a small lake anda tennis court. Ball and racquets supplied. Across the road - the Barwon River anda large park. Shops nearby. It was a great weekend. Staff friendly and helpful. An easy drive to centre of Geelong and the waterfront. I Cannot recommend this place enough. It was great.

      Very good experience, came here to get a diploma, just temporarily stayed in geelong for one night, so I chose this one. The front desk was very polite. When I first entered, I was still in English. After knowing that I was Chinese, I exchanged directly in Chinese. The rooms are also very clean. Some of the rooms should be provided. As a motel, they have done a good job. Due to the evening flight, I checked out at noon the next day and left my luggage in the hotel. The overall feeling is very good, I will choose this next time I come to Geelong.

      I have stayed here a number of times and the full refurbishment which has taken place has been very worthwhile. The ground floor reception and restaurant/ bar areas are welcoming, open and light. The new lifts are reliable and swift, Rooms have also improved. However, the restaurant has limited food options, and alike most hospitality venues, clearly seems to struggling with service and speed of dinner food service. However, rooms service breakfast was very prompt and timely.

      The first stop in Melbourne is Geelong. It's already over 5 o'clock when Cairns flew to Melbourne. After picking up the car, we rushed all the way to Geelong. There is no front desk and self-check in with a password. However, there is no explanation in Ctrip's booking information in Chinese. Checking in, the English only had the room number without a password. I called the old lady and she received all the information she had booked on other platforms. Fortunately, there was an apartment billboard at the door and I called and communicated, and the check-in information was sent over immediately. A parking space is reserved for each room at the entrance of the apartment, and the room number is marked on the ground. The facilities in the room are complete. Because we are going to the Great Ocean Road later, we went to the supermarket and bought it back. We cooked it in the room first. Very satisfied.

We had to pay an extra $100 for the overtime pay at the front desk on the spot, and told us not to pay, the room rate was not refunded, and the check-in was abandoned.
