The 1st room on the 2nd floor needs renovation and Wi-Fi connection there was bad however the room I transferred to was newly refurbished and Wi-Fi connection was not an issue anymore. It's good that their shampoo and soap were organic. Parking space was limited while breakfast needs improvement. Overall, our stay was good.

This hotel is the nearest airport, and there is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient to eat and buy. This hotel does not have breakfast, there is no extra bed service, but you live a few people and they are not well managed. It is also convenient to go to the SM mall, and it will cost you ten yuan in RMB. However, there are few room configurations, there are soaps and shower gels, others come with them, but the price is fair.

Good location, but the hotel is relatively old, but maybe in the Philippines, especially bacolod ... this is a better choice. But it is still a hotel of choice.

The location is excellent in the middle of the city. But the price was not as good as a Korean motel. It might be expensive because it's a mascara festival, but at this price, I'd get a better hotel.

Location is near everything - Goverment Offices, Mall, Fastfood and Restaurants. Room is clean, comfy bed and pillows however no hair dryer. Iron and ironing board available upon request. Due to pandemic amenities like pool and gym are booked ahead of time. Also hotel for now is understaff - which is understandable because of the pandemic. Overall staff are accommodating.

Recently to present myself to LOCResidents regarding a room for rent in Bacolod City, Philippines. While there, presented a handout of room rates I had receive, and agreed on the room rate advertised. Then was told – while sitting there - ‘’price will be 10% more’’ and the sales associate wrote on my sheet a new – higher price. Felt offended, but said ‘’ok’’ anyway. Learned LOCResidence also offered ‘’long term rental’’. Told ‘’only two left – 1st come 1st served’’ and inspected a unit that was unfinished with no electrical outlets and/or kitchen-bath finished or ceramic flooring yet completed and ready to move in. Said I am interested, returned later to see about long term leasing, and asked for ‘’a rental agreement’’ to read. Told by the sales associate, ‘’1st you must make a 2 month deposit then you can see / read our rental agreement’’. After one hour and twenty minute discussion on this subject rental agreement, I was allowed to read someone else’s rental agreement – not a blank one presented to me to possibly sign. In reading someone else’s rental agreement, (in English unit #208 signed in November 2018) read several points that seemed not in the best interest of the tenant. Including agreeing to (if I signed and paid money in advance – on an unfinished unit), the right of management to enter my flat if determined I was in violation of agreement ANYTIME management so chooses. (No right of privacy). I walked away from LOCResidence, and I suggest you do the same!

I stay in hotels 200+ nights a year, both for work as a healthcare professional traveling around the U.S. and for leisure in Asia, where I live. In recent memory this is the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel that I have stayed in. Saying it is HORRIBLE is not an apt description. Think worse, MUCH WORSE. Staff were rude, insolent, indifferent and were the least representative of "hospitality" that you could imagine. My wife and I were traveling separately because I was flying back home from the U.S. and she was coming from up island. We normally stay in a much better hotel each time I get back from an overseas contract, but our usual hotel was booked out. The hotel looked "okay" on the website. Not in real life. Despite numerous emails and texts, one that very morning, about my wife arriving ahead of me and occupying the room the front desk staff made her sit in the lobby for 2+ hours because the room was "Not ready". The only thing that would have made this room ready was a wrecking ball. This hotel has set a new sub-standard of excellence. If you lowered the bar any further a snake couldn't slither under it. Grime, filth, rust, the bathroom vent fan hanging out of the ceiling, the room "safe", a shoebox sized box, didn't work, but no worries, it had been ripped from the wall previously, so you could just carry it with you under one arm. Just getting into the room was an adventure as the entry tile was buckled so that you couldn't open the entry door completely. You couldn't open the adjacent closet door either, but that really didn't matter since this hotel does not provide hangers. Really. No hangers. The pool, viewed from our room, might have been inviting to cool off, if it hadn't been for the lovely "Frog Pond Green" hue of the water. We asked for extra towels and an extra pillow. Those come at a cost. The next day housekeeping took the clean (extra) towels out of the room, but left the dirty ones on the floor. Then the front desk called and said that we needed to pay the "daily rental" for the extra pillow. Otherwise they would be sending someone up to collect it. After the 2nd night we'd had enough. Really, we would have shifted sooner but I was jet lagged from 30 hours of transit from the U.S. back home and, really, could it get any worse? Well, yes. Day 2 I awoke to find a construction worker on the access balcony outside our room's window. At 0605 hours. Peering in. Silly me. We were on the 4th floor, why did I need to worry about drawing the drapes. He smiled and waved. This would be a great place to stash your hated mother-in-law, worst enemy or evil boss. The staff seem to be taking their hospitality cues from binge-watching the PURGE movie series. The ONLY redeeming factor is the SM Mall located about 0.3 km away. So, you can always look forward to shopping. Like I said, the WORST hotel experience in memory. We fled. There are a few decent hotels in Bacolod. This is NOT one of them. Stay clear and far awa

Great food, friendly staff, cozy and high-tech rooms, complete facilities, nearby malls, and everything you would ask for in your second home is famous and first-class. I enjoyed the glamour of the place and felt like a very important guest.

The staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful even though I arrived late and only stayed briefly. They organized everything for me in an efficient manner. I like the location close to all the bars and clubs in Goldenfields. I'd definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

The room they first allocated to me had an AC that didn't work, and I could hear the people-next-door's TV blaring through the drywall partitioning. They moved me with no problems whatsoever, though. The second room smelled strongly of fresh paint, but the working aircon sorted that out soon enough. I wasn't too thrilled to find a cockroach in the shower, but I managed to scare it off. My ratings are based on my expectations vs. reality. This is a budget place. A place to crash for the night. Don't expect anything more. And yeah, the pictures look much better than in reality. Still, it wasn't a bad place overall.
