We stayed in a 2 bedroom lakeside chalet last night (2/9/20) for a birthday sleepover with 4 preteen boys. Thankfully we got it at a 50% off rate for $115 plus taxes and fees, because $230+/night would have made me furious. It was clean, just a few stink bugs which are common for the area, so I was good there. No bed bugs or obvious filth. However....nothing locked. You had to have a room key to get in, so that provided a little relief, but the deadbolt was nearly impossible to lock. There was a large gap in the door (see pic) which didn’t help the chilly room that we could not control the temp in. As for the hot tub, it was roomy enough for the kiddos and seemed clean enough. I didn’t get in, but they thoroughly enjoyed it. Looked like the floor was going to rot out under it though, probably from years of splashing, but it held up. The windows in the hot tub room didn’t lock either...when we tried to engage the locks, the windows gapped. And very few screens left in the windows, so warmer weather would hinder the fresh air getting in without bugs. Back to the locks...Even the indoor locks didn’t work. The bathroom didn’t lock, so we had to announce when we entered so no one interrupted. I didn’t check the bunk room, but the main bedroom door didn’t lock either. I had to have my husband guard the door when changing so no one accidentally came in. Aside from the locking issue, it was a decent stay. Don’t expect anything exotic. More of a 4-H type cabin with amenities. Wifi not great. The fireplace was nice and warm if you stood right beside it. Had a full size fridge, microwave, coffeemaker (BYO coffee), oven/range, etc. Bed was comfy enough but you might want to bring your own pillows. It is nice that you can use the indoor pool, too. Didn’t hate it entirely, but won’t be back to that particular cabin. I told the desk staff when I checked out about the locks, and she said “I’ll let the housekeeper know”. Not sure what they can do about it.........

Some of the best Customer service ever!! Sharon at the front desk in Cambridge, Oh. went above and beyond to get me in a room after I had a terrible night at other local hotel. I left a hotel in the middle of the night because it was so bad. I waited until 11:30 to try at Microtel, very rude front desk said I couldn't check in until 3 and had NO singles available. Exhausted I went to Hampton Inn and Sharon got me right into a room, immediately! My room and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The whole staff is super friendly and willing to bend over backwards to help in any way possible! This is now my go-to hotel!

The hotel is in a very good location, 15 minutes walk to the Capitol, 5 minutes from the Space Museum and 10 minutes from the Natural Museum. There is no way to comment on the hotel breakfast. There is Starbucks in the downstairs lobby, two sandwich restaurants next to it, and a McDonald's. There is a simple Korean meal for ten minutes. Eating is very convenient. There is a small convenience store in the hotel lobby. There is a supermarket next to it, but it is closed at five o'clock at nine o'clock, which is useless for early return. Brought two children to stay, no extra cost. I must thank Ctrip for this stay, help me solve a lot of problems, customer service feedback is very fast, foreign countries, language is not good, especially thanks to Ctrip every time to help me solve the problem. after

Chinatown
Let me talk about the reason for choosing this hotel, because the time for the Chinese long-distance bus to return from New York to Washington Chinatown is very late. The location of this hotel is very close to the drop-off point about 100 meters, very good to find in China. In the city archway, with children for safety and convenience, you can only choose here. Besides, the hotel room, I booked a big bed room, the room space is small, and clearly told the friends who are going to book in the future, the bed is 1.50 meters, if it is a family of three with children, it can only be used as a transition room, two An adult can sleep for two nights.

On the street, take the Metro Line 7 from Reagan Airport to the hotel, and take the subway to the right for a few steps to the hotel. You don't have to cross the road. The hotel is on the subway and it is super convenient. Stayed there for 4 nights, the room was small, two beds, each bed is 1 meter wide and relatively small. No breakfast, there is a coffee shop on the second floor, free coffee, fruit and snacks for two days, coffee and hot tea bags for two days.       Less than ten minutes from the White House, turn right at the White House to Museum Street. The subway and road traffic are very convenient and suitable for free travel.        It is inconvenient to eat, there is no supermarket nearby, no fruit bread and vegetables can be bought, and the hotel has a Western restaurant. It is a kind of restaurant. Because I didn't like Western food, I didn't go in and eat. There was a McDonald's and a fast food restaurant like Subway, Starbucks, etc., which were all kinds of food that I had to eat once. If you want to eat Chinese food, you can take the subway blue line and pour the orange line to Chinatown. The Chinese food is more expensive. The tax and tip of a bowl of burdock are about 20 dollars, about 130 yuan a bowl. Figures 4 and 5 are second floor cafes

The hotel is more than expected, breakfast is charged according to the room, it seems to be 14.5 knives, so many people are so much. The room is very comfortable, it is a bit biased, but the taxi to Union Station or the National Park is 8-15 knives.

Foggy Bottom
Good location, next to the University of Washington, near the foggy valley station. My room was along the street and the air conditioner in the window was cool. I didn't open it at night. When I was not able to sleep well, I was still screaming by the air conditioners in other rooms. The facilities are relatively new and better. The pothole was mistakenly drunk a small bottle of water 5.5 knife, check out was almost misplaced parking fee of 60 knives, pay attention to check. What I don't understand is that I have mentioned that the house price for three months is as high as 1,700, and the site is set to be more than 1,100. It seems that I have already booked a loss, and the price difference is nearly 50%. I feel that Ctrip’s pricing strategy has problems.

The hotel location is good, just a few steps away is the yellow line bus to Georgetown and Union Station. Breakfast is a classic western food, everything you need. Free hot drinks, apples and biscuits in the lobby. Apple hot drinks are delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy, in short, the price is super high. There is a problem with parking fees for self-driving tours, car rental is not necessary, and buses are still very convenient.

An exceptional hotel that well-represents the luxury MO brand. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, if a bit annoyingly lack a traditional desk/workspace. Though not the best location for in-city activities and dining, I personally like being a bit apart from the hustle and bustle - and it's still an east walk to the Mall, Smithsonians and monuments. Great views from the waterfront side, including planes landing into DCA. An excellent club lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff, from check-in to the concierge and housekeeping. Quite solid breakfast buffet. Nice enough pool, fantastic spa. I'm always glad to stay at this property when in DC.

The breakfast ingredients are not many but fresh and enough. If you need different types of food, you can also zero. Very nice, we ate for 2 mornings. $ 25 for adults, $ 12.5 for children under 12 years old. The hotel is large and the rooms are normal. The service staff were very patient. Self-parking prices have risen by $ 52. 25 minutes walk from the attraction (White House), Uber called a car for 7 dollars, which is also very convenient. The hotel is cost-effective and highly recommended.

Good location, big room, a bit old fashion, service is decent and the bedding is clean. The disadvantage is that the faucet in the bathtub is a bit malfunctioning. When using the shower, the faucet below leaks, and the shower water is relatively small. The United States is a tipping country. Tipping according to regulations is one of the guarantees of service quality. On the last day, I gave 5 knives when I checked my luggage. An uncle with an Asian face brought my luggage to the door with a smile. A deposit of $ 50 a day will be charged upon check-in and will be refunded automatically after check-out. Don't worry.

Located in the heart of Washington, Washington's main attractions are within walking distance, and the White House is just five minutes away. The Ministry of Finance is next to it. The hotel is magnificent. It is my most satisfying hotel in the US. The front desk service is good. The room is also clean. However, it should be noted that Laomei has now learned the tricks of Chinese people. When I left, I paid the deposit. A middle-aged man told me in English that I had a breakfast. I immediately answered: never. He added, okay, I will check it again. I said, you have to be sure. He even smiled and said to me, there is no. This is not too serious. do not understand the meaning.

First talk about the big problems encountered, obviously have already paid the room rate, the front desk said that the deposit brushed 100 knives from the card, and then returned after check-out, the result not only did not return, but also brushed away 196 knives, with Ctrip communication has been resolved, the ocean phone has been played for 3 days, and has not been solved until now! The next advantage is that the location is good, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, and the bed is very comfortable. In the early morning of the check-in, a sudden fire alarm, all the people ran to the lobby in the night, the foreigner action was really too fast, when we went to the lobby, the hotel said that the alarm had been lifted, everyone pushed the elevator back to the room...

Good location, not far from the main attractions, also next to the subway station. There is a Market 2 Market on the negative floor of the subway station. The 7.5-9 pounds buffet is very cost-effective and closes at 17:00. It's not the Food Court with the promotional sign, it's inside the Reagan Trade Center, it's farther away and needs security. When I went there, I caught up with the baseball team to celebrate the road closure around the parade, and the next day, a long-distance running event closed the road for a few hours. They were all police cars. The lobby bar and restaurant are almost empty during the day and are full every night. The overall feeling is magnificent, the room is very good, that is, the bathroom is too big and almost as big as the bedroom, there are free Evian and slippers and water printed with Trump. The service staff was also very welcoming. You can climb the Bell Tower for free and watch from Starbucks.

We arrived at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill in Washington on the afternoon of October 2 and checked into the room. We found that the actual room and the Ctrip official website's pictures and text were inconsistent. First of all, the intuitive feeling is that this room does not have the 26 claimed by Ctrip. -30 square meters, should be between 20-25 square meters. Secondly, whether it is a picture or a text on the Ctrip promotion page clearly indicates that there is a sofa in the room, but it does not actually exist. We didn't dwell on whether there was a sofa in the end, but that the type of room we actually stayed in was significantly lower than the one booked. When we called Ctrip to express their doubts, Ctrip's reply to us was that after checking with the hotel, the room was 26 square meters, and the sofa room type was not available. At the same time, we acknowledged that there was a problem with the Ctrip official website's promotional materials and stated that we would use financial compensation To solve the problem. When there was a problem with the Key West Hotel in the previous trip, we considered that it was the first time that the trip had a problem, and that Ctrip's customer service staff was still working hard at that time, so we also accepted Ctrip's compensation of 380 yuan for us. However, Ctrip probably mistakenly thought that no matter what the problem was, they would buy it out to cover up their problems. Therefore, I explicitly told the customer service that in view of Ctrip's false publicity on the official website, we no longer accept any financial compensation. The customer service told us that their hourly leader would call us in an hour. Unexpectedly, the purpose of the "leader" calling us was to upgrade the financial compensation to 500. I may think that this time 380 can't buy it, 500 is always okay. I really didn't see the money open to such an extent and felt the insult from Ctrip. This time in the United States, Ctrip broke our mood for several days. I must leave the original facts in the comments, and hope that latecomers will be more vigilant.

My first room was ok until the lights started flickering and wouldn't turn off. The TV n remote then malfunctioned. So i went to the front desk and De'Angelo helped us. He sent a staff up top check it out. After thr engineer came up, he left to tell De'Angelo to switch or room. So they did, but only thing they had available was a downgraded room, so he put in some notes for us and got us comped a room with a balcony for out last night's stay. He and the night staff are excellent and he's only been here a short while. Now the day staff on other hand was terrible. Went t.i grint desk at 11 to inquire about our room upgrade, and was told it's being prepared, but we didn't get switched until about 4pm. We had an itinerary that we couldnt complete due to us waiting for our room switch. Also asked room service for 2 sets of silverware, and they brought them up about an hour and a half later, and also entered our room without notice while iwas in the shower. So when u come to the Watergate, your night experience will be way more enjoyable then dealing with day staff.
