Hotels Near Peret In Paris
0.08km from PeretWe just completed a ten day stay at Hotel du Lion. It was the perfect and economical base of operations for our trip. Friendly staff, a Continental breakfast, payable as you use it rather than all-or-nothing, which is perfect for Americans who like their refillable coffee and French breads (the coffee alone makes it cheaper than area restaurants, although if you like your eggs you can seek those out elsewhere). Prompt wake up calls. Clean room larger than I expected. Located almost literally next to Denfert-Rochereau train and metro stations. Great area shopping and social life. Reliable WI-FI. And a bathtub! (But more about this in a minute). There is one main reason I wouldn’t give it five stars for all visitors - the very high front staircase from ground to main floor is inaccessible for anyone who is mobility impaired, and daunting for we old folks with knee and hip issues. My suitcase made it up on day one through the assistance of a burly fellow traveler checking in at the same time. I will say that after ten days of walking up and down Metro stairs in Paris, the stairs at Hotel du Lion were a piece of cake! The bathtub is very narrow, even for average sized people, and was impossible to get up out of- it needs a grab bar. So, I only had one bath. And even for showering is harder to turn around in, and is high off the ground for getting out of the shower, another situation for which a bar would be useful. Finally, the cable television package did not contain any English language stations (we know they exist from earlier visits). A minor quibble- we didn’t come to Paris to watch TV but would have been nice before retiring for the day. All in all, we loved staying here. I wish half stars were possible- overall four-and-a-half for us.
0.13km from PeretI stayed here recently for a conference that I was supposed to be attending (but was cancelled due to coronavirus) near by, and was quite pleased with the hotel and my stay. The hotel was clean, well located right near the metro and train stations, and close to plenty of okay restaurants and cafes. The Montparnasse area is not too bad, and is a typical local area of Paris, not quite as touristy as other locations. This was actually quite nice. The restaurants and cafes close by are not too bad (I suggest the ones in Rue Daguerre rather than right by the hotel), and the metro makes it a convenient spot. There's not a lot of touristy things around, but there are some good bars and the like, and it's not a long walk to different areas, plus the metro is right there. Montparnasse station is also only about a 10--15 min walk away, which is convenient. The room itself was quite a decent size, enough room to spread out, and was quite comfortable. The bathroom was also a decent size, with a nice large shower. Internet was fast, staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also okay (continental only). If I had to stay in this area of Paris again, I'd definitely stay at this place.
0.19km from PeretThis is a very comfortable, very pleasant hotel in the 14th arrondisment. It is located much closer to Denfert- Rochereau station and a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the Montparnasse Tower area. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the beds are comfortable and the service staff -especially the front desk are very friendly and helpful. As a bonus you are a short 1 block walk away from Rue Daguarre - a trendy and vibrant street with lots of cafe's restaurants and shops. Rates for this 4 star hotel are very reasonable. I really enjoyed my stay here!
0.42km from PeretWe booked the hotel initially as it offered family rooms and a parking lot not too far from the city center, but we really found quite a hidden gem and a little oasis. More a collection of small studios in a cosy backyard than a large-scale hotel, it is located conveniently between the hubs of Montparnasse and Denfert-Rochereau, with easy access to the metro, RER and buses. The parallel street of Rue Daguerre also offers plenty of small grocery shops, bakeries and restaurants.
0.45km from PeretAfter studying in France for more than a year, I returned this time to book this hotel transfer, 2 star, but comfortable and small hotel (I am used to the old European small hotel). Sorry no picture. . . I just came back busy and burst every day.
Advantages: The hotel is located in the heart of Paris's 14th district. It is very close to Montparnasse train station and subway line 4. The door is Monoprix supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and banks. It is also easy to walk around to a commercial street Various supermarkets and shops are readily available. Although the hotel facilities are old but clean and cleaned daily, breakfast is provided in the morning, the staff is very good (maybe it is because I speak French fluently, but I stayed at the front desk for two days and the lady who prepared breakfast was very kind and patient to me )
Disadvantages: The room is really small, just enough to put a box down. Because it is an old building and old facilities, it is relatively old. The air conditioner in my room has been a little loud at night, but the neighborhood is very quiet. Elevator is hard, small and difficult to open, especially when holding two large boxes, but it is normal in a small hotel in Paris.
0.46km from PeretI stayed at this hotel due to attending the Ryder Cup at Le National in Paris. I had been let down by another booking of which meant I was able to source this hotel at short notice within the price bracket I had from my previous booking. The rates for this particular weekend whilst being more expensive than usual, were cheaper in comparison to others when considering the additional visitors to Paris due to the Ryder Cup. The good points were the location, very vibrant classic French area with a number of cafes and patisseries. Gare Montparnasse (train station) is a 5 minute walk further reiterating the great location. The staff were very helpful and accommodating resulting in my being able to check in early due to an earlier arrival. The shower was also very good which can normally be hit and miss in hotels. The bad points were no AC, poor WiFi and the room walls are paper thin. My room was located on the ground floor and aside from the circulation safety light shining through the window when someone walked up the corridor, I could also hear next door and above taking showers etc. Not so much of a problem for me as I had very early starts due to the golf but still offered a degree of broken sleep. In my particular room, the bed was also very creaky and whilst I understand the “you get what you pay for” notion I also expect a certain standard on the basics like comfort of the bed. If you can get it cheap enough and won’t be in your room a lot then I would consider staying here again but otherwise I think there is alternatives within the Montparnasse area that would be economically feasible given a bit of forward planning.
0.49km from PeretThe hotel stayed a total of 6 nights, and the location is very convenient in Paris. The corner is a bus stop, and a subway station can be reached within 10 minutes. The bed pillows in the room are soft, and some staff will help you lay them in advance; the bathroom is independent, the water pressure is just right, the water temperature is also easy to control, and there is a hairdryer near the mirror; The whole bottle; the request for printing was also immediately satisfied, and the service attitude was good. If you live in Paris for a week, starting from Tuesday and Tuesday, it is recommended that you get a weekly bus card, which saves a lot of costs. You can buy it at the airport and subway station. It costs less than 23 euros and you can post a one-inch photo. It is a stored value card, so even if you come back next time, you can recharge and use it again. Once again, I wish everyone auspicious New Year, a smooth and safe, and bless Wuhan.
0.52km from PeretLocation is where to take the subway, but not too long, about ten minutes from the subway station, the room is not big, the bathroom is small, breakfast is simple, but I highly recommend the store, I bought the package to buy a new package When I landed at the hotel, I got my friends back the next day. The package was quite expensive. I didn’t hope to tell the truth, but I didn’t expect them to help me put it there. thank you very much! Reputation first! I will go next time.
0.59km from PeretWe loved this hotel. Friendly laidback staff, nicely decorated, very good breakfast and situated in a convenient area with grocery shops and restaurants. Metro entrance is reasonably close by. They also have parking on site for 10 euro but driving in is a bit of a challenge if you have a slightly bigger car. Rooms are a bit smaller but well equipped with everything you need. Good warm shower and a great mattress. Highly recommended hotel!
0.6km from PeretI stayed here for one night in June. It was booked by someone else so I cannot comment on the booking procedure. It was within walking distance from the Metro which was good. The man on reception was great. He was really friendly and helpful. He was very welcoming, explained to us about keys. lighting and the hotel. He was also very helpful in recommending a fantastic restaurant that was nearby. The reception areas was lovely. The stair case was a bit dusty but my room itself was spotlessly clean.. I had a single room which was small but very nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but again perfectly clean. there were plenty of towels available and the shower was great. There was no coffee making facilities in the room and there was some hotel info in there but no info about what was available in Paris which would have been nice (but there was this information available in reception). The biggest issue that I experienced was in the middle of the night, a couple on the floor below were having a very loud argument which went on for a long while! This was not the hotel's fault but it did disturb my sleep considerably. It had been quite quiet until then. The other problem was remembering that the lights in the corridor and stair case needed to be switched on from the wall switch and they were not automatically on. I was plunged into darkness a couple of times when someone turned off a light! We did not have breakfast in the hotel so I cannot comment on this.
0.62km from PeretFirst off we booked a bargain room on Booking.com. The price was moderate for our needs. Then we informed the hotel that we were in need of a room for people with disabilities. We were then upgraded to a deluxe suite, as that is the only suite available befitting our needs. Nothing that is too expensive, only an extra 20 Euros a night. Also no need of a lift because this suite is on the Ground floor. Excellent so far. So were set for accommodation when we arrived in Paris. I drove my little turquoise Agila from London, via the A roads rather than the expressways. It took a little longer, it was a bright and sunny day, so we enjoyed the weather and the relaxedness of the journey. we stopped for coffee at Calais upon arrival, after the short trip through the EuroTunnel on the train. Then we got underway properly, arriving in Paris in the late afternoon. Through a gateway, along a small winding path through an almost jungle-like garden, found us at the reception of the Hotel Max. We were greeted pleasantly and politely. Shown our room and left to our own devices. When we had an enquiry, the staff, Bessah and Moussa, answered our questions or took care of the situation without fuss or bother. We felt that we were made not only welcome, but that we were treated almost as one of their family. We had no major problems, the door to our suite was a bit on the heavy side and I didn't realise that, so we asked for help with that, the first time. Being on the Ground floor, our suite was one wall thickness from the sidewalk. That wasn't a problem as there were thick curtains which blocked the lights and sounds from the thoroughfare. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Max. I took my Fureya there for her birthday, and besides the elation of spending her birthday in Paris, Fureya was blown away by how thoughtful the hotel had been in providing for her disability. The seat in shower room was very well received. Staying in that suite we felt enabled, and it set a wonderful tone for our visit to France's capitol city. Thanks, guys.
0.63km from PeretWe stayed at fiap for 8 days as we were visiting Paris. The location was good “the metro station was very close”. The breakfast was very clean and fresh and the dining room staff were very friendly. The bar tenders were very good, always smiling and they give you a great positive energy “which is really not a common thing among French waiters or bar tenders whom would frown at you from the moment you enter to the moment you leave” I loved having Coffe there every morning. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not friendly at all, except for one lady with a curly hair she was always smiling and very helpful. The other receptionists were very lame and one of them almost shouted at me only because I asked for a scale and he didn’t know where it was so he told me that they don’t have one and when I insisted that my friends used it the same day he was very rude and shouted, it was in the drawer behind him! The rooms were always kept very clean thanks to the housekeepers, we had five rooms and none of us saw any ants! Actually it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. When I read the reviews I was really worried because the idea that you can not enter with any food bothered me. However, you won’t even need any food from outside, the hotel offers almost everything you would want to eat and it’s not pricey at all. In brief, a very good place to stay at and try to avoid asking the reception staff, they don’t have any answers.
Hotels Near Peret In Paris Review
The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!
For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!
We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!
Convinrent airport hotel perfect for what I needed. Short walk away from transit train dirent to the terminal. Very helpful staff. Front staff speaks good English and when I had small problem in the room the reception staff fixed it swiftly and changed my room. The maintenance man who helped fixing was also super helpful and friendly. Thanks very much !
