My husband and me just returned from our trip in Europe in this very difficult time to travel. We stayed in Eurostars Monumental for 4 nights and enjoying our stay a lot. Location of this hotel is amazing: we walked to main attractions and we are after 60 yo, very nice places to eat very close, stuff is very friendly: we needed Covid test to return back home and they recommended the place and emailed us the receipt; The room is good and we could see little bit of Sograda de Familia, breakfasts are good and the last breakfast they gave us in box to eat in airport. Interestingly food even fruits were allowed in airplane but not drinks. Everything is clean, amazing Covid precautions. We both are medical professionals. We felt very comfortable in this hotel. We give 5 stars.

A super normal hostel for good or bad. I came a little scared, because it's a little left-hand floor. There's a long corridor with rooms for all loirs. My simple peccated, but to sleep only I used it. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I had a great stay at the Hotel St Antoni. It is very well located, close to the metro line 2 Monumental station and walking distance to the Sagrada Familia. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and they should be commended for this. The room itself was very clean and well appointed. If I could make one suggestion it would be that there are not enough charging plugs/points in the room and they are inconveniently located, for example none beside the bed/bedside locker. otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff were most helpful and friendly.

My husband and I were thrilled that I booked this. The location could not have been more perfect. We could see the Sagrada from our balcony. The room was spacious with all the convenience and amenities. They thought of everything. From towels to toothbrush to espresso coffee. Could not ask for more. Price was reasonable and the cleaning service every 2 days was lovely. The only down side was the directions to get there and trying to have a cab find it. But otherwise, I would definitly go back everytime. It was PERFECTO !!!!!!

This hotel is the worst I have stayed in. The 2 mismatched single beds were pushed together up against the wall so it was impossible to climb over into the bed. When separated there was about two feet of floor space. No tea or coffee making facilities or breakfast. The lift was so small you could only take 1 case at a time Carpets in hallway dirty and stained. The only positive was the staff on the desk who were very helpful and I felt sorry for them for having such dreadful rooms for the clients Not somewhere I would like to visit again.

Sincerely baffled by all of the positive reviews. Like most of you reading these reviews, We scour the internet to ensure the hotel will be a good fit for my travels. The overwhelming number of positive reviews for this hotel led me to believe we would have a positive experience; but our reality was very different. First; the room was filthy ( this can be very subjective) - which I understand can just ge due to staffing issues etc. and the hotel should not be judged based on this alone. We did let the hotel know our room was pretty dirty and they offered to move us to a complimentary suite on the 14th floor; after being shown the new room; we ultimately declined and ended up checking out after one night as we really did not like our room at all (more on that below). Broken door latches, dirty sheets, dusty lamps, cruddy baseboards and the vanity shelf over the toilet in the bathroom to store your things was just a bit much for us. In our experience, this is one of those hotels where the front lobby is incredibly beautiful, modern, and updated.. however the rooms show signs of some major aging and are in need of a desperate update. We experienced two rooms within the hotel and both were in need of a major update (their suites included). The room photos we see online we felt like were major glamour shots of the actual rooms. Beds: bed preferences vary, so what may be comfortable for me, may not work for another person. Objectively speaking, beds had zero padding to them whatsoever and all bed springs could be felt. Every time we sat down, the bed made a weird noise. It’s worth noting, the beds are also on casters, which aren’t the sturdiest things (assuming this is to be able to move from 2 twins into a king type of room relatively quickly). Bed was the same “hardness” in the upgraded suite as well. Noise: We initially stayed on the 5th floor with a view of the sagrada familia. The hotel is right above a park and we could hear every conversation, cough, spit up and dog bark below us. Furthermore, we could hear all of our neighbors conversations in the rooms next door(s), people coming and going etc. We sincerely found the soundproofing to be completely non existent. When we previewed the room on the 14th floor, we found the noise to be present as well. Location: As far as the proximity to the sagrada familia, this hotel can’t be beat. The hotel offers rooms with views of the sagrada familia as well. Higher floors will obviously have better views; but the room we initially paid for was on the 5th floor and though we could see the Sagrada Familia, it wasn’t exactly what we pictured or thought we paid for. The hotel does appear to be in a more commercial part of town; so we did not feel like it had a charming neighborhood feel at all. Outside of the Sagrada familia, this hotel isn’t very close to other tourist locations so you will be using metro/Uber quite a bit. The metro is within 5-10 minutes walking distance; which we really loved.

The location is very good, very close to the Sagrada Familia, and the Casa Mila and Casa Batllo are also within walking distance. The room is a bit small but clean. Breakfast was good too, the two of us adults and the two children charged three. One problem was that the check-in was too slow, no one lined up, and it took at least half an hour for our family. I hope the front desk can improve efficiency.

My family and I stayed at this hotel this week. The location is fabulous, it is like 3 minutes away from the magnificent Sagrada Familia and the metro. There are many good Restaurants in the area and the staff is amazing. There is as well very close by a medical office were you can get your covid test done and get the results right away before coming back home with no appointments. This was a very nice and convenient hotel for us. We will come back for sure when visiting Barcelona again.

We've just returned from our stay in this hotel and would be very happy to visit again. We were able to check in our bags on arrival and then explore before we could get the keys to our rooms. The helpful staff were great - they made the effort to put us in adjacent rooms. Although the rooms were small they were perfect for our needs - very clean and tidy, plenty of space for belongings and a fridge was really useful too. The bathrooms were a good size, super clean and well stocked. The breakfasts were lovely - with plenty of choice for everyone. The location was great for the Sagrada Familia and, once we'd found our bearings, it was also an easy walk to the gothic quarter and other attractions. Booking a taxi back to the airport was no problem for the lady behind the desk (sorry - I didn't catch your name!). We'd recommend this friendly hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

This hotel is still in a very good location. It only takes five minutes to walk to the Sagrada Familia, and the subway is next to the Sagrada Familia, and it is ten minutes to walk to the Holy Cross Saint Paul Hospital. From here, no matter if you take the subway to Camp Nou, Casa Mila, Casa Batllo, Gracia Avenue is very convenient. The room is also spacious. The reason why I beat the four stars for hygiene was that the first night I noticed that there was a curved black hair under the pillow, which was a bit disgusting. But in fact, they are cleaned every day. It is estimated that they are sticky? ? ? Hygiene in the next few days is still OK. Of course, even if you check in after 2pm, you can leave your luggage at the front desk if you arrive early.

Good value for money The room was bigger than I expected, very clean, the maid came in every day and I had no complaints! I read some comments that there is noise from the road. Do not worry about this, just ask for a quiet room and they will put you in the back of the hotel, where there is no noise. I was at 803 and it was very quiet! I did not have breakfast because it was so expensive! The hotel is very central, next to the most central Metro station. Right next door there is an amazing steakhouse that you should definitely eat there. The only negative is that the room could have a kettle and two glasses.

I stayed here twice. Purely for it's proximity to a nearby hospital where I was getting some stuff done. First stay was just 2 nights. Not a lot to report. Things that stickout in my mind were the stained bathroom floor and being asked to pay the 2 euro city tax at checkout when it was already paid. She immedietely realised her mistake but I recommend just paying it at checkout to avoid any issue. Did not try the breakfast as I had to fast. My second stay was for 5 nights. Much the same as tthe first except that I tried the breakfasts. The bathroom still looked dated and crusty around the edges and also the entire floor floods each time you shower. For some general points. I find the place decent although I would get the same room in Thailand for 35 euro. Wifi fast and free. Room service... Theres a menu but it seems they order it through uber eats or something. Rooms - Generally ok. Decent size. Bed soft enough and big. Safe box. TV but with limited english channels. Bathrooms look tired but could mostly be fixed with a good scrub in the cracks. Apparently theres a swimming pool in the basement or something but I wasn't really interested. Breakfast buffet - Same everyday but no complaints. I looked forward to it everyday. The little chorizos were so tasty. The coffees and selection was all really great. The only thing I would change is add some more vegetable options. The stale hot vegetables is not very nice and could be more interesting. Location - Good if your here for the nearby hospital. Apart from that the area feels a little isolated. Theres a few eateries nearby but not really interesting. Discount - So after the first stay you get an email with a code for a discount next time. This combined with another discount on the website made it extremely cheap the 2nd trip (98 euro). Staff - Were all very nice generally. However regarding housekeeping they seemed to spend hours each day standing right near my door jabbering away. With a whole hotel to clean I don't know why they had to do this right by my door. Very annoying. Overall it was a good option for the area but given the price of using cabify (30euro for 15 min drives) I felt a bit isolated and the lack of food options was annoying however there is uber eats but all in spanish. I would stay again but if I didn't need to visit the hospital I would definitely choose somewhere more central.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and had a great stay. We arrived 4 hours before check in and the room was ready, which we really appreciated after a long journey. Room was clean and modern with a huge walk in shower. Rooftop pool area was nice and you can see la sagrada familia from up there! There was mention of a bar by the pool but this was closed, perhaps because it's not peak season yet? The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station so it's so easy to get to the main sights. Friendly staff, reasonable price and would definitely stay here again. My only small criticism is while I appreciate it's trying to be an eco friendly hotel, the bathroom light going off multiple times when in the shower does get annoying. A normal bathroom light switch would be much better.

Unassuming entrance off Calle de Aragon with lift to first floor, where another unassuming door opened into this amazing little B & B. Staff, Noelia & Michelle, were both wonderful ladies and made us feel at home straightaway. Room was fantastic, even had a little surprise of chocolates on bed to welcome us. Bathroom was large and very modern. Good selection of food for breakfast which was included, and an added bonus was tapas and wine every day after 4pm included. The guest lounge was available 24 hours a day to chill out with good selection of coffees and teas available for guests. Busy road, but The 8 was so quiet. Central location made it easy to navigate the city and the Metro system. Named the 8 as it only has 8 rooms. Will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

If I did not receive an additional fee of more than one hundred euros after leaving the hotel, I would give a full score ... The additional cost of the child is calculated to 30 euros per night, plus a city construction tax of 7.6. I remember when I was at the front desk, I told I added 20 euros per night. Besides that, the experience was excellent. The location is excellent, the seaside, the British Palace and the Baroque House can be walked by. The rooms are equipped with ritual toiletries. The beds were particularly comfortable and the rooms were cleaned clean. Families with children (2 years and older) must choose a triple room in advance.

The location is close to the airport, there is a free airport van, this is the picture, checked into this hotel. It takes ten minutes to get out of the subway when the subway is uninhabited. At night, it's better not to go alone. As soon as I checked in, I found that the heating was broken. I went downstairs to tell the front desk, but no one came to repair it. I thought it might be the night when the staff was resting. I went back the next morning and found that several people in front of me were queuing for complaints. Some complained about showers and some picked up. However, the attitude at the front desk was still very good and I have been apologizing. Then I complained, and before I returned to the room after speaking, my friend said that the staff had repaired it and it was very efficient. Tried breakfast, not particularly outstanding.

We were originally scheduled to stay 3 nights at the end of our group tour of Portugal and Spain, but a positive COVID diagnosis on the last day extended our stay for 7 more nights. The staff was so helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. Due to my husband's positive diagnosis, the housekeeping staff did not service our room; however we would just put our trash can out in the hall when necessary and ask for fresh linens and coffee pods every couple of days. One of the front desk staff even carried another chair up to our room from the dining room when I said we needed a 2nd chair. The waiter in the breakfast room greeted us warmly each morning, and on the days that we couldn't dine out on the patio, he set up placemats for us at the end of the bar far away from other diners. He brought my husband's omelet to him each morning and made our coffee just the way we liked it. The front desk staff organized 2 rounds of antigen tests for us at the nearest clinic. The room was a bit spartan, but comfortable enough; we never did use the well-stocked mini-bar because I never found a price list. But we did use the mini-fridge often to cool the beer and wine that we picked up at one of the many Supermercats in the area. The layout of the bathroom was odd with frosted glass shower & toilet stalls, but functional enough. The main problem is that the 2 small wall hooks meant that the towels never got dry. There were loud parties in the bar/dining room on a couple of evenings, but we couldn't hear a thing from our 5th floor room. Barcelona is not the worst place you could spend in quarantine as Spain does not require you to be locked in your room. The location of the hotel is excellent; we were within a 20-30 minute walk of almost anything you'd want to see in the city. My husband wasn't terribly ill - just minor cold symptoms, so we were out and about every day, mostly dining at sidewalk cafes. We sunbathed on the 5th floor pool deck which was just steps away from our room. We ate at the hotel dining room a few times out on the patio; and, of course, we always wore our masks. We will always remember our quarantine at the OD Hotel Barcelona and the opportunity it provided us to explore Barcelona more thoroughly.

Just had a short visit to Barcelona with my friends. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked them questions as we were new to this city; for example we called them at 11 pm whilst out in the city to ask for advice on how to use the taxi system and they were patient, helpful and informed us what the best way to get a taxi was. They kindly gave us free vip entry tickets to the night clubs which on a student budget saved as €40 each as the clubs are expensive. The pool area was small but was lovely for a nice cool down. The water was very shallow but it did the job, the hot tub was warm not boiling. Over all we had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend if on a budget.

Ideal stopover for short stay in Barcelona. It’s only two star but had a kettle and plenty of choice for breakfast. Scrambled egg, Spanish bacon and the usual selection of cold meats, cheese, pastries, cereals etc. Take own tea bags unless you like flowery teas. Also take more tea making kit for room, only enough for two cups provided. I am not complaining here as I didn’t even expect a kettle. We had a room suitable for our electric scooter with large shower room, 220. Lovely and clean. Ok so there were some scratches and scrapes on the furniture and walls but it was lovely and clean. It was very warm in the room but our window opened about 8 inches. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s located about 10-15 minute walk from Plaza Cataluna ideal for Las Ramblas. Aero bus from airport passes by. We would choose this hotel again despite being H10 hotel fans.

Mixed feeling about the overall experience. Have stayed in the same property 10 years ago. But changed a lot. Took almost 60 minutes to check in despite reservation and all documents. Was shocked to see only a wooden stool like chair in the room to sit. Apart from bed and this chair nothing to sit comfortably in the room despite rated as a four star property. Gymnasium is a tiny box like room with only one treadmill. My wife and I researched a lot. Oscar a senior staff was so helpful. So also Anna in the reception. Moved to a suit room by paying extra money only for a comfortable seating for me to work and be in virtual meetings. The major merit is the great view from the room. Restaurant at the reception level also is very good. Breakfast is with vast spread of delicious dishes. Omelet comes with extra payment!!! Cost was at par with nearby branded property when we reserved via kenes for ATTD. A lesson learnt. Brand is always important in ensuring quality.

Stayed here for one night before getting on a cruise. We've been to Barcelona several times before and chose this Hotel because of it's great location. It's at one of the main roads with all the action. Only a 10' ride from the port and only a 10' walk from our most favourite place in town: Quimet & Quimet. So for us it has the perfect location. There's a bakery / coffee shop just around the corner as well and several mini-marts. The room was very nice. Modern, really clean and also very quiet. TV, aircon/heater, free WiFi and all the usual stuff. Had a very good night here, very comfy bed. We really have to point out that it's a very very clean place and for this price a great value. Front desk were really nice and friendly folks. A quick and easy check-in and check-out. Organised a taxi for us as well, very convenient and on time. It's great for a night before cruising or also for a city-trip. Becaus of the central location you can walk to many sights easily or the the subway, which is near. A great place to stay.

The hotel is very low on everything. Service very bad Cleaning very bad Personal that work are not available and not nice towards the customers Room are very poor and dirty (not possible open windows) When I check in in this hotel I have to change room 2 times cause the room they assigned to me was not clean, the smell inside of the room was smell of dirty (heavy air) I proposed to hotel to reimburse me and let me go to another place but they wasn’t available for this solution, so they spay some room parfum in another room and give me that one try to make me believe that was clean. Entering in the toilet was many spot of soap from the previous costumers. The first day, I leave the room in the morning (I leave outside my door the tag “please make up the room” when I was back at 16pm my room was not cleaned, when I ask to the reception if daily clean was a kind of service in this hotel and they confirmed me “yes” so I ask why my room was not ready, they try to say that I was in the room all morning and that for clean was necessary leave the room (I was away all day) then when I ask to have clean towels and clean room they have tell me that the service for clean was working untile 16:30 so that was not possible clean. They do mistakes and costumers have to adapt on their rules? I have pay for stay at that hotel and the service are not respected, when they want money costumers can’t find excuse but they find excuse to not give the service. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. There is many other nice hotel in Barcelona with better service, better room and even cheaper.

We booked this hotel as we wanted to be near Plaza Catalunya for easy access of the airport buses and the underground and basically to be near most things. We were not disappointed as we found it was only about 5-10 mins walk from the square and not a problem wheeling a suitcase. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and we found the hotel to be very clean and fresh looking. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want for breakfast really including cooked and continental, all self service and hot and cold drinks so set you up for the day well. We went in November so it was too cold to go into the rooftop pool but we did actually go on the loungers up there for a bit of chill on a lovely sunny afternoon when we had decided to start early and have a break in afternoon just to chill at hotel and this was lovely. We were allowed to leave our luggage on the departure day as we were not going until later afternoon so had breakfast and went back to our room and then checked out and then came back later and used the loo and collect our luggage and then walk to get the airport bus. The room was very pleasant and clean. We would recommend this hotel for someone wanting a central location to things in barcelona.

We stayed in a triple room (202) which was located at the font of the hotel. It was a great size for 3, with a big bathroom, proper wardrobes etc. We didn't notice any noise from the street. Beds very comfortable, which was appreciated after walking ten miles every day. We arrived early and our room was ready. Thank you! We had only hoped for left luggage but were able to freshen up before heading out. Staff had no issue with our pitiful attempts at Spanish. The whole hotel is immaculate , with housekeeping of our bedroom being particularly excellent. The roof top bar has lovely views and reasonable prices. Wifi never let us down. I stayed at Hotel Casa Elliot for five nights. This is a brand new hotel which has taken an older building and completely rehabilitated it into a modern, chic, urban oasis. The lobby is most welcoming and features areas to sit and relax along with numerous photo books available to peruse. My room featured a Queen bed, large flat panel television, ample wardrobe storage, hot water kettle, mini bar, complimentary water upon arrival, a sizable modern bathroom with walk-in shower and plenty of natural light emanating from the sliding glass doors. On my first night I had an issue with the heating system which was not working. I brought it to the attention of one of the staff and by the end of the day it was fixed. Regarding temperature, although each room has individual climate control, note that some rooms get quite warm regardless of the outside temperature, so even in winter, you may still need to use air conditioning. While all staff from housekeeping to front desk were always friendly, attentive and helpful, I’d like to acknowledge the extra effort Alex made to make me feel like a welcome guest at this hotel. If I find myself in Barcelona again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

I stayed three nights at the Cram for a board meeting; I had stayed there before many years ago and had liked the design and a few other features. The price seemed good, and it was, as well as the location in just the area you want to be when in Barcelona. The Cram is, inside, a strong retro-1970s design (outside classical Eixample), but the problem is that such modernism goes to seed very quickly if it is not perfectly kept up, whereas e.g. late-19th c. Victorianism can fade gracefully. While I would still call the hotel four-star, it clearly hasn't maintained its level inside, but I have to say I still enjoy it, including the quirky light design. I also liked the bathroom condiments, especially bath foam and shampoo; the bathroom itself was also somewhat dated but spacious and comfortable. What makes me give it just three stars are the really bad (and not fixed) quality of the WiFi and the somewhat rough, old aircon; these are features not acceptable in 2021 anymore. Service by the reception was very friendly and competent. Room service was okay, although a paper bag with old pizza cartons in the hallway when I arrived from dinner one night was still there in the late morning when I left. The pool on the roof is basically a dipping pool, and when I wanted to use breakfast once as I was up early, there was no preparation done yet, nor was any staffer around (this was almost an hour after official beginning). I might actually be back, even if it doesn't sound like this; if I'd chose another hotel, it would be because of the Internet, which is really an issue these days, especially in a digitally advanced location such as Barcelona.

The best hotel to stay in Barcelona I have been to so many countries in the world and have stayed in so many hotels. This hotel can really give a high score to the service. All the staffs are greeted with a smile. The best but very professional in every aspect because we brought our two children to prepare the room at 11 o'clock and let us check in early. We booked the apartment directly opposite the hotel. A large kitchen, oven, microwave, tableware, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and two super-beautiful small balconies to take pictures. Thanksgiving Street is equivalent to Paris's Fragrant Street. Downstairs is all Chanel LV Dior Hermes.... 10th floor of the hotel The newly opened restaurant next to the swimming pool is a new Internet celebrity stronghold. The food is also very good. The room service food is very good.

Sant Antoni
We chose this hotel because it is very near to the 2 theatres we intended visiting. In fact it is less than 100 metres to both of them so the situation could not be better. We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel as it is a very superior 3 star hotel ( certainly as good as most 4 star hotels). The rooms are clean, comfortable and well furnished. Being situated in El Paralel it is true that there is a lot of noise from the traffic but you can request a room at the back where it will be quieter. They have their own private carpark at the very reasonable price of 14 euros per day. I would certainly stay there again. The breakfast was good and there is an excellent restaurant .

The hotel is next to Plaza de Espana. From Barcelona T1 Airport, follow the signs to find the A1 airport bus stop 1 to Plaza Espana, then walk for 5 minutes to reach the hotel! Downstairs is a celebrity restaurant, not bad! There are also shopping malls and supermarkets around! The subway L1 and L3 lines are also 5 minutes walk to the attractions, which is very convenient! The environment and service of the hotel is also very good, the rooms are cleaned every day! The hotel provides shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, electric kettle, but no teeth and slippers! Therefore, it is recommended to bring your own toiletries when traveling!

El Raval
We drove into Barcelona and found the hotel perfectly thanks to Gmaps, driving into the carpark was quite amusing as the entrance/lobby area is also where the cars go through when entering the underground carpark. Staff were very friendly and welcomed our arrival. After showing us where we could park we made adventurous drive down two levels as prepared by other reviews.... it is tight but manageable. Staff were full of great advice and information at check in. Giving reassurance that absolutely nothing was too much trouble! The room was well sized and very clean. A huge bath in the centre of the room and plenty of toiletries that were refreshed daily. Thanks again for a great stay.

Straight from the start, the staff was very welcoming and gave us plenty of information and assistance about room service, the room its self and different activities available for us to take part in. The rooms are kept very clean and constantly supplied with necessary necessaties. The buffet available provides a great start to the day with amazing and tasteful food. The hotel is located near all main attractions and its very quite during the night. Highly reccomend.
