      Just stayed here for 2 nights with a friend. The hotel is about 2 miles out from the centre of Bratislava. It’s a 5 euro taxi into the centre or there is a bus stop nearby. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and no hassle. We had room 202 on the top floor. The twin room was clean and modern. Everything you could need for a nice stay was there. Great shower facilities. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The room has a flat screen tv. The hotel provides breakfast for 8 euros if you want it. The hotel location is very quiet but close enough to the city centre. Great stay in Bratislava.

      My husband and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary. As Marriott Elite members, we are used to excellent service from the brand. However during our stay here, the staff went above and beyond. They treated us with warm smiles and a sunny disposition at check in, during which, they upgraded our executive room to a mini suite. We were concerned about the cranes outside the window, but just as the staff said, you can't hear the noise from inside your room. After we settled in, they joined in our celebration by sending a cake and bottle of champagne. With all the coronavirus precautions going on, we were lucky to still be able to go on vacation. The fact that the staff set aside formalities to do something so thoughtful is beyond words. A little kindness and generosity goes a long way and it was as if they were saying that Marriott appreciated that we were here too. Corporate, if you're reading this, please know that the staff at Sheraton Bratislava is taking good care of your guests! With thanks, Jenny & Joe

      The place is situated right in the city center and one cannot really miss it. The lady at the reception was kind and professional. The room was a bit smaller than expected but the space was managed excellently. Everything was clean, and the bed comfortable. Only concern was the thickness of the walls, and the risk to hear other guests noises during the night. This did not happen and we slept magnificently and in silence, despite the position of the Botel near one of the main road of the city. During morning we had breakfast on the upper deck, lovely but the choice was very limited nevertheless overall good. Only point to raise in this regard is the juice machine, which with the carbonation did not remind at all the taste or fuirts. Finally checkout was quick and smooth. Overall very nice expwrience, definitely worth for the money paid for the stay.

      We stayed for four nights around the last weekend in August. The hotel is located centrally with excellent access to shops, bars, restaurant and the riverside. Our room overlooked the interior courtyard and was extremely quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary minibar is a nice touch and made us feel at home. The staff were extremely friendly both at the front desk and in the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

      We have stayed with my husband in the hotel for 3 nights. We were looking forward to these days because it was supposed to be our first holiday together after the wedding. Our experience with the reception at the front desk was very kindly, because we came earlier then the checkin time, but it was no problem for the staff there to give us a room. We have choose this hotel because we wanted to be near the city center, and we were really not disappointed. Everything was very near, so we see all the historical buildings and streets of the old town. Breakfast which is the hotel serving are very various, so I suppose there can't be problem for anybody to choose the right thing for him. The small issue we have with parking, since we have bigger car and therefore we can not park in the hotel garage because it is smaller, so lady at the reception sent us to the parking house which is located about one minute by walk from the hotel. Even you need to pay for it separately, they gave us during the checkout 50% discount on the price of the parking. All together I can say, that we have really enjoy the whole stay also because any kind of request over the phone was solved in a while.

      Stayed here in November , The Hotel is beautifully situated on the banks of the Danube and right at the edge of the old city which means it is easy to walk to all the major sights in a matter of a few minutes we upgraded the room and got 201 which is a large room with balcony and side view of the river, room has mini bar , tea and coffee making ( dont buy a Tea bag in the main bar , cost me 3.50 euro for one Tea bag ) and a safe . room was very clean and bathroom was good size . The staff are helpful and the breakfast staff especially Petra were very good , the breakfast is served in a beautiful room however the food itself while having a decent selection was warm but not hot and the tea and coffee likewise were just warm , however taking nothing away from the hotel it is a lovely place to stay with great location and we would stay there again

      Good location, on the Danube River, our family of three live in an apartment, and found a small kitchen in the room, surprise! I immediately decided not to go out to eat. I went to the supermarket and bought meat. It was very fragrant. The room supplies were very comfortable and clean. The bed was very big. The breakfast was very rich. Sitting in the restaurant, I can see the Danube and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I compared 3 nearby houses. The hotel decided that this is the most cost-effective.

      During the Spring Festival, a family of three, set a big bed room, 1153 yuan, after the arrival, the service staff took us to the room, said, you live in this room is a little small, immediately contact, gave a big room for a change After the sofa was opened, a bed was added and bedding was delivered. The breakfast is also very rich, very close to the scenic area, so to speak, the scenic spots near the hotel, 3-4 hours, all can be turned over. The most memorable thing about this hotel is the service, the standard clothing of the service staff, and the service attitude is very good.

      Stayed for three nights with breakfast. Room was large, clean and bright with good free WiFi. Minimal furnishing but ample storage for clothes, and a desk. Tap water was good. There was no shower gel or shampoo, only hand soap. You could ask for shower gel at reception but we weren’t sure if you had to pay. Premises includes a sunny garden with benches and the entire area is gated, you use a fob to get in and out, so we felt very safe leaving our belongings in the room even though there was no safe box. Takes only ten minutes to walk to the centre of old town and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Eurovea mall is only 5 minutes away where there is a supermarket, should you wish to use the large shared kitchenette, which has microwave, toaster, communal fridge, kettle with free tea and coffee, stove and all pots and pans. Judging from the fridge it seemed well used but the kitchenette and property in general was always very quiet and we didn’t see many people around. There was also a fitness room and common room but we didn’t use these so can’t say what they were like. Breakfast is not suitable for vegans and doesn’t change; we were fine for a few days (we are vegetarians) but you’d want a change if your stay was any longer (you wouldn’t need to stay in Bratislava for more than a couple of days anyway as it is a small and compact city). Breakfast was 7-9am. Overall, I’d recommend this place for a short term stay but it doesn’t feel so much like a hotel, so it may not suit everyone. PS: disabled access is very good, including step-free shower. You can leave luggage at reception upon check out, which is at 10am.
