We stayed for 4 nights in September, looking for a nice relaxing break in between jobs and sadly the experience of our trip was tainted by many factors due to this poor 'boutique' hotel - I work in the travel industry booking boutique hotels for clients every day and would not ever suggest Mikasa to a client for the price that they are asking (over £200 a night even with a last minute booking discount, FYI)! Of the variety of "complimentary" items as part of your booking (stated on their website) they no longer do the eco-bags but have failed to remove this from the website. The mini bar in the room consists of small bottles of expensive branded spirits and mini-Champagne bottles, but there is no mini-fridge, so you're expected to drink lukewarm bubbles? There was also a convenient lack of a price list for these. The transfer upon request which is also listed under the 'benefits of booking' comes at an extortionate price, even though you assume by the marketing online that it's a 'benefit' of booking and which at no point mentioned being at a charge (including when we booked it over email with the hotel), we were told would cost us €60 for the 15 minute transfer from the airport, which we later realised would have cost around €20 by taxi, we were only notified of the charge when we went to check in and were told that we were “definitely notified of the fee”, I had the emails to prove otherwise. The room is small, there are no side tables to put your things on, no mini-fridge as mentioned, the paint on the walls is peeling badly, the bathroom is tiny and the shower doesn't have a door, so when you shower, the whole bathroom gets flooded. On top of this, it rained one night and the rain leaked through the windows. They also describe themselves as being eco friendly and put bamboo tooth brushes and combs in the bathroom - wrapped in plastic???? Upon leaving, although they advertise that they have shower and change facilities to use if your flight is in the evening after checking out, when we checked out we were told that it was a case of using a room if they weren't all fully booked, however they were all occupied and we were told that we could possibly use the showers downstairs where the chefs change but they were being fixed and they weren't sure when they would be ready to use again. Finally, the lady on reception that greeted us on check-in was really rude and just told us we would have to pay for the transfer and that that there was nothing she could do - during our whole stay, she was not helpful nor friendly. The rest of the staff however were lovely and did help with any questions, so we can't fault them. All in all a really poor experience and we were definitely robbed of our money and 100% disappointed. The hotel has been built by shoddy workmen and it feels like they believe that by putting expensive/luxury products in the minibar and toiletries in the bathroom that they can classify themselves as a boutique hotel

We stayed one week at Torre des Canonigo, off-season and with the unfortunate closing at 10pm of all bars and restaurants due to Covid. Nevertheless, thanks to the fantastic stay at this beautiful and exclusive hotel, our first visit to Ibiza turned out be excellent. There absolutely nothing to complain about. The overall look and design of the hotel is beautiful, the location in the old town have fantastic views, beds are so comfortable, the room and bathrooms perfect and spacious. But most of all, each person in the extremely helpful, friendly and efficient staff deserve all FIVE STARS. All requests and some minor incidents were quickly and smoothly taken care of. Next time we come, we would just love to have local made jam for breakfast and butter for breakfast. ;)

We had to wait until 130 for a room to be ready....lounged on the rooftop pool area The room was old and had old time charm. The bathroom was separated by a small foyer. Updated and clean bathroom, with a huge bathtub ( yay, for tall girls). Nice view from 5 th floor, big balcony. Only thing lacking is coffee pot. I think that’s a European thing though. Can’t remember ever having one. Special shout out to Basilio and Leticia who were extremely helpful and kind. The elevator was broke for a while, but we used the service elevator. Did not eat on premise, prefer local eateries. Had room service send up a few coffees..... Would definitely go back....

We arrived late in the evening and were very warm welcomed (with Prosecco) by the amazing Catalina. She took the time to give us a tip where to have a late dinner and her positive spirit stayed throughout our 5 day stay, and so did Arne's. Great people, great hotel. Our room (501) was spacious and the cleaning was impeccable! The hotel is very well situated, 5 minute walk from the shopping streets, old town and harbour. Beside the fact that the art is overall amazing, any hotel with paintings of Amy Winehouse and Barack Obama in the hallway has my support! 😊 Breakfast is very diverse, fresh orange juice to die for and Nespresso coffee in the room and at bfast shows the quality they aim for. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work! Patricia

My wife and I are no fan of and never book rooms at hostals but this hostal doesn't even look or feel like a hostal, it's more like a small cozy hotel! We loved our stay! The bathroom looked newly renovated, extremely clean and the shower was better than most I've used in Europe! The rest of the room and the patio were also clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful! My only complaint is that our room didn't have a safe and even though the room wasn't large (which is fine, we expected that), there was enough space in the room to fit even a small safe somewhere and it would have been appreciated, perhaps something they can consider for the future. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay! :)

The trip started good and the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our experience in the bar/restaurant was also pleasant since the people tending the bar were super nice. HOWEVER, the stay in THB Los Molinos could have been a whole lot better! First of all, ventilation was extremely poor! We booked the Seaview room and it was so stuffy and warm for most of our 5 night stay. It was hell for someone who has allergic rhinitis. I know it is winter time and they opt to not use the airconditioning but come on, at least invest in something to let the air circulate! We had to open the glass door the whole time and suffer through some noisy neighbors and even then the air circulation was not enough! What is more infuriating is that THB Los Molinos DOES NOT CARE very much for accommodating their guests! During check in, we were told that we could avail of “late check out” for a certain amount and we were willing to pay since our flight back to Amsterdam was late in the evening. A day before our check out, I approached the front desk to confirm our late check out and I haven’t even finished speaking and the lady at the front desk says, “That’s NOT POSSIBLE!”, in a very stern tone so I explained that we were informed during check in that we could check out at 6:00 PM at the latest for 50 EUR. The lady then proceeds, “Oh but we are fully booked! You have to check tomorrow morning”. I was just exasperated by this time and decided to go back to our room. Long story short, the hotel was NOT fully booked (we checked online) but THB Los Molinos did not let us check out late because, “the hotel is not fully booked, but the 4th floor (where our room was located) is fully booked”. How annoying and extremely unfriendly is that?! There were 5 whole floors of Seaview rooms and it was low season! We really tried to ask nicely and we were willing to cover the cost but it seemed customer satisfaction was NOT a concern for this place. Thank you for putting a damper on our holiday!

The service of the hotel is very good, because it was my birthday and honeymoon to say hello in advance, the hotel specially arranged the room for us. The service attitude of the hotel staff was super good, and the staff at the front desk gave us a lot of travel suggestions. The hotel is directly close to the sea, and it is very close to the city center. The old town and the seaside are basically walkable. Other areas can rent a car and set off on their own. If you have any needs, you can ask the front desk. There aren't many taxis, but they all have strongholds, which are located near the downtown harbor. Muchas gracias por ayudarnos y preparar todo para nosotros! El ambiente es perfecto y paisaje es guapísima! Pasamos luna de miel con Eurostar, era buena opinión. Los recepcionistas son muy amables y beneficios.

Agroturismo Xereca is just the perfect place to stay in Ibiza. A finca style, in a beautiful country side landscape, but only 5 minute from town and beaches : perfect location ! Big, easy and parking included. A-mazing pool, with only one comment on several mosquitos beeing in the middle of nature and perhaps sometime the quite disturbed by the grass cutter machines or children running around. Breakfast very nice and service very welcoming. Last but not least the room: crazy beautiful ! we were lucky to receive an upgrade (thank you !) and we had the chance to enjoy a bigger room; however all the hotel offers very private, big, modern room which makes the stay wonderful. Just one small comment on it : we stayed 4 nights and we had to ask to replace the finished toiletries and toilet papers.. not exactly something you'd like to ask for. Rather than that, it has been a very beautiful stay, we will come back soon

Flying home from Madrid, I stopped off in Ibiza for a night. As my flight into Ibiza landed at 23:20, I looked for something cheap as I wouldn’t be around long. Although it says unable to check in after midnight, I contacted the hotel and they said we could check in any time. The hotel is around 7km from the airport which cost around €15. Check in was very smooth. The lady who was working was very polite and had a laugh and joke with us. Reception is very clean and well presented. The room was on the top floor with a few looking over the room. The room was very clean and spacious. I was surprised at how big it was. It had a fridge along with kitchen facilities if they were required. Air con in the room was great and a strong WiFi connection. Didn’t locate a safe to protect valuables however didn’t check bedroom. The bathroom was great and a nice powerful shower. Hot water both at night and in the morning. Only downside is it was a little noisy and could traffic and people through thin walls. Pool area was ideal, right next to the beach. Plenty of room to sit. A short 5 minute walk up the room and you start to come to some bars in Ibiza Town. Unfortunately I wasn’t at this place long enough to find out what’s close by. For £65.79 (€75) for one night that sleeps 3 people, I would definitely stay here again!

Quick 3 night trip to Ibiza. Chose this hotel due to its location and adults only theme. Of course due to Covid things are very quiet and this was one of the few hotels open. Lovely Art Deco style (reminded me of Miami South Beach. Clean and well maintained with good hygiene adherence for the current issues. All of the staff were so friendly attentive and welcoming. Room (sorry forgot to take pics) a superior with balcony pool/sea view. Not large but really comfortable with a fabulous shower. Excellent roof top terrace for dinner/cocktails and a very complete and lovely poolside breakfast. Owned by Messi the footballer it’s a really nice well situated hotel, would stop again

Amazing place, nothing was too much trouble for Maria. the view from the loft is beautiful, we used this room for our last day as we had a late fight home. The gate in the bottom apartment leads out onto a small beach which is a dog beach. We didnt mind this at all, but be warned if you are not a dog lover, there are dogs with their owners all day. Another thing to bear in mind, the party boats drop anchor about 75m out to sea in front of the apartments - again not a problem for us being 40 somethings, we were first generation ravers, dance music playing all afternoon was more of a plus point!! But it is loud and would disturb you if this isnt your scene (why you in Ibiza town then?!😆) · No designated parking, but parking is free all around on the street, provided you can find a space...

Stayed here 12th to 15th sept, we was moved here as our hotel closed was very worried as it's not an all inclusive hotel and was only set up for people who have had their hotel moved however I was massively surprised breakfast 7:30 till 10:30 had so much vairence of food just not a good English fry up lol then snacks from 10:30 to 13:30 lunch till 15:30 then snacks till diner time which was 19:30 till 22:30 then snacks till midnight.. The lunch menus were amazing everything cooked fresh the dinner menus was even more amazing all buffet style but still steaks, srimp, prawns, pork all cooked fresh.. The snacks were like burger n chips,Turkey n cheese croissants, salad croissants, nuggets etc I thought it would habe just been crisps or biscuits but it was great.. drinks all through the day n night till midnight.. some drinks wasn't included like 43 my favourite but was only 2 euro however all cocktails beers, bracadi, wines, prosseco, cava etc was included.. and we had 50% off any drink that wasn't which were hardly any.. The spa was half price with 10% off treatments.. We was on floor 4 room 405 to 409 with pool views rooms were spacious and lush you can only smoke on your balcony but when we were by the pool on top deck we had a sneaky Sig as no one was there n we always used an ashtray.. The pictures of the pool and hotel don't do justice it's so soreal when you arrive being right on the beach everywhere is so beautiful it was pretty empty we had the hot tub to ourselves and day beds no one was really there.. The staff are helpful on our last day, check out was at 12pm but gave it us till 1pm or we could pay 100euro till 6pm but we didn't we just put our stuff in the free lockers and there's changing rooms with showers our flight wasn't till 9.40pm we was allowed food and drinks till we left even though we checked out at 1pm.. We only used our masks to walk into the restaurant and when we got up to go to the buffet but except for that we never worn them even though they said wear them in all public areas we was never asked.. free beach towel everyday too..Mini fridge with water n hairdryer n just ask for iron n board.. honestly it's so lovely here our booked hotel was a 5 star spa the Grand palladuim but I couldn't fault the change it's like a 5 star here.. The track n trace is a joke at the airports we had to log onto the .gov website you can put random details of a fake person n even though boarder control men are there no one checked anything they just said did u do it and I said yeah n then went ok bye to everyone who was on the plane..Ibiza its self is quiet nothing really open no clubs most shops shut the few that were open closed at 8pm or 10pm the only thing open after that was a petrol station but we didn't need to go anywhere, we were ordering 2 to 3 drinks each at a time n going up to the top deck where the hot tub was n chilling in the sun or we walked along the beach n coastline finding crabs n sea life so glad we went there was 8 of us girl

:-) - location is great in front of the sea, 10 minutes walk into city center, the zone has recently been refurbished with less pricey restaurants in comparison to city center - reception staff is very friendly and helpful - cleaning of rooms works well - rooms are small, but have everything you need; beds are hard => which I personally like; however this depends on everyones preferences - nice pool area with chill music or alternatively without music - COVID-19: there is a lot of hand sanitizer available :-( - breakfast and restaurant incl. staff: - unfriendly - noisy working beahaviour => dishes and cutlery is handled loud and thrown into bins loudly - staff rushes through the breakfast room; constantly hectic behaviour - when they clean the tables they do it in a way that the bread crums fall on the chairs; but they do not clean the chairs at all  (shiftleader have the same behaviour when working) - coffee is not good - breakfast variety does not change a lot, but in general the quality is OK - COVID-19: too many people at the time in breakfast room;  it is not possible to keep social distance; badly ventilated; ADDITIONALLY: staff is constantly touching all cutlery from guests  when cleaning up tables and when you stand up to get something from the buffet they will remove your used plate = > by doing so they will touch your cutlery and  but not change it => there is a certain risk for infection;  - employees, shiftleaders and hotel manager talk a lot about private topics in public; - hotel manager shouts at employees in public repeatedly; - pool area: empty drinks and plates are left there for hours; it seldomly looks clean - no cheap parking option In general in this hotel you do not have the impression that you are welcome as a guest; if this hotel would not be in the seafront they would most probably need to change their attitude and performance; nevertheless due to its location I would still go there for short stays, but not taking breakfast (=> there are many nice breakfast options close by at affordable prices with excellent coffee ; even with terraces)

Its decor and style makes it stand out amongst all the other hotels in Playa d'en Bossa. The pool is great for the post club chill out. The rooms are spacious with great air con. We loved the large Smeg fridge and the Marshall bluetooth speaker - which could rock the house! The hotel wi-fi was hassle free. Comments about the room are it was single beds not a double (typical Spain), the wardrobe space was short of hangers, the shower could have done with some towel hooks and a shelf which could hold a bottle of gel/shampoo. The light over the sink was not bright enough to do your hair or makeup. The main mirror in the room did not a plug socket nearby, so you need straighteners/curlers with a 2 metre lead! The cleaning was erratic. The hotel will arrange a free airport pick up if you arrive before 5pm, if it's after then they will take you back to the airport FOC. There is a DJ on Sat & Sun afternoons. Your first house cocktail is 2 4 1. The barman know their stuff and no issues when some one brought down their own bottle of water to the pool. The hotel is handy for the beach, Ushuaia, Hi etc. Breakfast is at its sister hotel - Santos 200 metres away on the beach, great views. You can use the beach beds at Santos and Dorado Suites by the beach. Overall we had a great week there.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel in July. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lovely feel. The reception staff are all lovely and were very accommodating at all times. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Our main issues were that the poor bar staff are completely over worked and we often waited an hour for our drinks to arrive after ordering them. We were told that it is high season so this is to be expected, but surely if they are aware of this then the hotel should employ more staff to cope with the demands of the high season? So not only do your drinks take a while to arrive, but you’re also told that you cannot drink your own shop bought drinks/ food around the pool. I would have been fine with this rule had the drinks not have taken so long to arrive. The food took equally as long and the menu is very limited which can get repetitive if you’re there longer than a few days. We were also told that some of the food wasn’t available on the menu. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I just feel that as a hotel that wasn’t cheap to stay in, the service should be better. I feel sorry for the staff as they really are working so hard. The other issue was that the cleaner wasn’t coming to clean our room until between 5-7pm at night when we were heading back to the room to get ready. On the second time that this happened, I politely asked if the room could be cleaned earlier in the day and the receptionist did reassure me that this message was passed on and they would do their best to accommodate this. It then got to the third day and the cleaner hadn’t been to our room and it was already 7pm at night. I went to the reception desk and they then got someone to come in. It made me wonder if anyone was even going to come to clean our room as it felt had I not asked they may not have come. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn’t there on that particular day and it wasn’t until we checked out that they then said the manager had offered us a complimentary breakfast for our troubles with the cleaning. We couldn’t make use of this as we were literally leaving the hotel. This is obviously a nice gesture, but they just clearly need to employ more cleaners. I’ve never stayed in another hotel where my room is cleaned in the evening. We were also late checking into our room as they were still cleaning it even though we were supposed to have been able to be in our room about an hour before. We did arrive early to the hotel and we understood that we would not be able to check in early. A positive was that the reception staff were really welcoming and helpful with putting our cases in storage while we waited for our room. Such a shame as this hotel has so much potential to be amazing, but they really need to sort out the service. Also, the Cuban themed music around the pool really gets repetitive after a few days! The location is lovely though and is a nice area if you want to be away from the busy nightlife.

The hotel was really lovely, very clean and in a great location! We were very happy with our stay. HOWEVER.... we made our booking direct with the hotel and the booking confirmation we received stated the TOTAL price which we were to be paying on arrival. Upon arrival they were charging us a higher price because the tourist tax had not been included in the TOTAL price quoted to us. NOWHERE on the booking confirmation did it state that tourist tax was to be paid in addition, this had not been made clear to us. We tried to communicate our frustrations that the hotel had not been clear with their pricing but none of the staff understood and simply thought we were refusing to pay tax. We received poor customer service and were disappointed with the way we were treated. Just FYI for anyone making direct bookings with the hotel.
