The standard continental breakfast is nothing special. The bottle of milk on the table is pure and the fresh beef is good in coffee or black tea. We stayed for three nights and didn't meet a Chinese (may not be a hotel). The hotel is in a good location. There are three parks in the vicinity of the art gallery, the theater and the Hofburg Palace. They are all within a 10-minute walk and they are quiet, but the room is not big enough and will be recommended to friends.

This is a hotel I would not hesitate to stay at again! On arriving (during lunch-time) - I must admit though that I was taken aback that the hotel reception is a tiny space, fronted by the hustle and bustle of its on-site cafe and brasserie. However, their front-desk staff on duty - Jacquelyn checked me in, with a very cheery and upbeat explanation of what to expect, provided me a very handy "what's on this week" pamphlet for Vienna, and even, gave me info on the nearest supermarket. In all - I stayed 5 nights in this super efficient, well-run, well-designed (Philip Starck no less) boutique hotel in Vienna. There was a two-day break in my stay, and when I returned, earlier requests like an additional waste bin for the room, additional bath mat etc were thoughtfully met! Appreciated as well the inclusive mini-bar, Jura coffee machine, and although electric kettles are not allowed in the room - hot water to make tea was sent up very quickly on request. Loved also the two chocolate treats on arrival in the room too. Shout-outs especially to front desk and bell staff - in particular Alexander, Jacquelyn of course, plus the other ladies at the front desk, Willy and the other couple of bell staff who were super helpful too. Its location is par excellent - couldn't ask for anything better. I walked everywhere - and hopefully the next time I return to stay at The Guesthouse Vienna - the construction sites in that area would be gone, which will make it even more convenient. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to the Kaiserplatz U-Bahn (the city's underground metro), and the State Opera House. Kudos too to the hotel for "keeping up with the times" with a mobile number for WhatsApp messaging - this made it super convenient for me to message the hotel with queries and requests, even when on the go. THANK YOU, Guesthouse Vienna for being a TRUE HIGHLIGHT of my stay in beautiful Vienna. Will definitely be back.

A hotel with a very old palace style, the room card is retro and very quiet. The location of the hotel is the most advantageous. There is also a net red cake shop on the side, you can make an appointment directly.

Hotel location is very good, travel is very convenient, in the city center, to walk to almost all the attractions, is the room to start the room to return to the bathroom, the room is required to be replaced after the room is changed, but the hotel has no air conditioning, only the fan is still some heat

Although the lobby is small on the second floor, the hotel is a beautiful old-fashioned apartment. The biggest feature is that the location is very good. The main attractions of Unicom and the two best pedestrian streets are convenient and convenient.

Most of the reviews comment on the wonderful location of this hotel; having recently spent three nights, I can confirm that it is indeed ideally situated. The nearby market area is being renovated to build an underground parking area, but it is not really a bother. Located near most of the major sights in Vienna, it is also near some interesting restaurants and cafes. We had breakfast at an organic bakery located just around the corner, and it was excellent. The entrance to the hotel may surprise some, as it is located on the top two floors of what appeared to be a medical office building, but the friendly staff and good accomodation will satisfy all your needs and expectations

There is a problem with the night security of the hotel! I stayed for 2 nights. A strange man kept ringing the doorbell at 4 midnight on the first day. He kept letting the door open. After being woken up, he didn't dare to open the door. After talking through the door for a long time, the other party saw that I didn't open the door before leaving.

The Bristol Hotel, which was visited for two days, is one of the legendary luxury hotels in the country and even in Europe. Since its opening in 1892, countless celebrities have left their footprints and attracted cultural elites from all over the world. Russian composer Anton Rubinstein, Italian composer Puccini, West City story creator Leonard Bernstein, US President Roosevelt, Prince of Wales Charles, United Nations Secretary-General Annan, Paul McCartney and others have also stayed here. The location of the hotel is also very good, across the street is the Vienna State Opera, a few minutes walk to the Vienna Golden Hall, shopping streets, subway stations and tram stops are within easy reach. As for the room, although the area is not large, but the hardware and software are really not simple, the kung fu is in the details, it feels very comfortable, the hotel also has a small gift for the guests, very intimate [jumping] plus the room Under the celebrity effect, the environment for morning dining is very elegant, the ingredients are carefully selected, and the protocol is also very professional, so the overall experience is very good, although the price is not low, but it is still worth to feel .

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the Blue Metro Line and the Orange Metro Line. The back door is a pedestrian street, and there is a museum park nearby (about 15 minutes). We are attending the Vienna Marathon, this hotel is near the end of the road (the marathon road is closed, it takes 30 minutes to walk back to the hotel). We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, there was a big supermarket nearby, everything was there. It is very convenient for us to run and need fruit milk bread..., the hotel has a vintage, so it is a bit old, cleaning is OK. Maybe we are too messy & #129322; but we will still strongly recommend to friends who come to Vienna to run the marathon next year.

Good location in the old town center. It's within walking distance to various attractions. The streets of Vienna's Old Town are wide with tall buildings, which is different from other European cities.

The apartment has a cooking stove and a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, but you have to buy the ingredients yourself. Breakfast is not provided. The location is very good. It is 5 minutes walk to the beauty palace, and then 5 minutes walk to the Central Railway Station Because watching other people's strategies are mixed, and I know that there is no reception to contact the hotel himself, he will wait for you at the door in an appointment. I contacted in advance and an uncle was waiting for me in the hotel. The people were very nice and gave us a lot of suggestions and told us how to play. It was great, but the hotel did n’t have toiletries. I had to bring my own. I stayed for two days. I did n’t have a hair dryer on the first day. I reflected with that person and brought one immediately the next day.

I decided to travel to Vienna. I feel that the environment is very good. Vienna is also great. The environment is also very clean. It has no drawbacks. I arrived in the middle of the night. There is no water seller around. I can only buy water from the hotel reception. I remember it is quite expensive.

Stayed for 3 nights in room 8 To check in, it turns out you need to go to another building 2 minutes down the same street at Boutiquehotel Stadthalle. Pretty straightforward checking in as I'd already booked online. The reception staff friendly, welcoming and could not have been nicer. Pension Stadhalle seems to be former apartments converted into hotel rooms. The bathroom looked like one of those cabins you see on a ship. The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom with a curtain. I’m not that big, but even I thought the shower was cramped. I could not move without touching the shower curtain. A bit small, but functional and everything worked fine. The room came with a double bed, but it wasn't a real double bed. It was two singles placed together. There’s a very obvious gap in the middle which made sleeping there impossible. Even then I had the treat the bed as a single anyway because the duvet was for a single and there was only one pillow. I slept fine using only one side of the bed, but it really begs the question why there’s a double bed in the first place. All the toiletries were provided except soap and shampoo. Okay I understand that there’s a drive to be eco friendly and stop providing those miniature bottles. Considering that Pension Stadhalle is hardly at the bottom end of the budget market, surely dispensers for liquid soap or shampoo can be provided. Even some hostels do that. The room didn’t have much in the way of amenities either, no coffee, tea, kettle; normal things provided hotels in this sector of the market. I’ve stayed in Vienna before and pretty sure these are provided as standard in hotel rooms. The double bed took up pretty much the entire room. There was a chair, but no table to work on. The cleaning staff did a fine job of cleaning the room and bathroom every day, so kudos for that. Location wise, the hotel is not in the tourist district. That’s not really a problem because it’s close to several tram or metro stations, and then only a short journey into the centre. There’s several supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by. The supermarket option doesn’t work that well if there’s no way to heat food though. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay, the staff were great, but I really do think that the hotel should rethinks the bed and amenities in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located between the train stations between MID and HBF. There are several routes to choose from in 5 minutes walk. You can buy Vienna traffic tickets for a very high price! The hotel can store luggage, has a refrigerator, a blower, the room is more spacious, the bed is very soft, there is air conditioning and heating. There are also many restaurants nearby. It is convenient to go to attractions. The shoe-shoe machine on the first floor of the lobby is good.

I live in a 4-person room. The room was fully booked around Easter, only a little further away. There were also people who checked in late at night, and the service was very good. When I left at 4 am, there were staff members working energeticly. The nearest bus or subway is about 7 minutes walk. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was so intimate, knowing that we had specially prepared a crib with too many clothes to dry, and the waiter cleaned the room and offered to bring us another one. When checking in, the front desk gave the child a small gift. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, will choose this hotel next time I come to Copenhagen

Stayed a few nights here in December. The hotel is in an old historical type building, centrally located - walk outside and you're on a street with restaurants, shops, public trans a few minutes walk, etc. Room was so so. Beds ok, shower had very weak pressure, only source of heat was the radiator in the bathroom (central heat wasn't working...), view through windows just looked out at other rooms (I had an interior room), wi-fi worked fine. Bath did have the large, refillable soap/shampoo bottles, so good on them for being eco-friendly. Staff was kind enough. Breakfast fine, typical European breakfast with assortment of cheeses, meats, fruits, pastries. Overall, I thought it was more expensive than it should have been. Not a bad place to stay, but research hotels in the same vicinity first before making your selection.

The triple room is actually a standard room plus a bed but it doesn't crowd and stays comfortable for three days. The location is particularly good. Downstairs is the Starbucks McDonald's subway station about 200 meters. There are many clothing store ice cream shops nearby. Service is not bad, breakfast is not very rich, but in the end it is highly recommended.

Ok

I spent a few nights at the Westbahn hotel. As the name says it's situated right next to the Westbahnhof station, 2 minutes walking distance to the excellent Vienna public transportation that gets you everywhere with ease. Cross another street and you're on the famous Mariahilferstrasse with all the shopping and some nice places to go out for a beer or to eat. The room I had was nice and warm, with a comfortable double bed, tv, storage space and bathroom (separate toilet room). I didn't hear noise from outside traffic or from adjacent rooms. The staff was welcoming and professional. Also there's free coffee and tea in the lobby which is great when you're in a hurry and have no time to sit for breakfast.

The hotel is quite standard, arranged on the second floor, the restaurant downstairs outside the window is drinking and chatting until midnight, not quiet. There are no supermarkets or restaurants around the hotel, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to find a place to eat.

Location: The hotel is right next to the Belvedere Palace. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the Central Railway Station. You can also take the trams 18 and 0 on the train station square, 2 stops. The railway station is very convenient for transportation. There is a subway u1. There is a tram line D next to the hotel directly to the downtown Hofburg Palace, Heroes Square. Opposite the hotel is the Swiss Garden, which has a family name and tastes good. There are also some restaurants nearby. Room: We stayed in the smart room 610. The room was really small, and two 28-inch tiles could not walk. I saw the next room, although the room type is the same, but the area will be larger. The ceiling is not renovated, all are bare, I don’t know if it is industrial wind. The shower is completely transparent, and it would be embarrassing if it weren't for a couple. The bathroom is a separate room. The room has heating, the quilt and pillows are comfortable and clean, and the cleaning is very clean. We went out during the day, the box was unlocked, and there were passports, bank cards and euro cash. Back to the hotel things are in good condition. The bed is 1.5 meters, and the place is small and there is absolutely no extra bed. Because it is close to the road and there is a construction site nearby, it has been very noisy, and the other side may be better. Breakfast was not enjoyed, not seen in the downstairs, it is quite rich. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant and the food looks good. Service: Very good, we are in Vienna at 11 o'clock in the morning, it is generally 2 o'clock in the afternoon, then the hotel arranged for us to stay directly. Because my mother had a accident at the train station, she needed to go to the hospital for treatment. After telling the hotel, I checked the nearby hospital and set a taxi for me. Because the forehead is swollen, the doctor said that as long as it is cold, I will go to the restaurant several times a day for ice. Service ecology is very good, give me a towel, really intimate In short, it is highly recommended.

For a three star hotel this establishment was excellent. From the minute we entered the concierge could not do enough for us. In fact he booked for us three good restaurants for our three nights before we even went up to the room. We had a family room with a large double and two singles for our boys. A bit tight but perfectly adequate with a good bathroom. We were allowed a late check out and they also arranged our airport pick up and return. Breakfast buffet was included and was more than good with plenty of everything - except for no crispy bacon. Maybe next time.

There is a tram stop downstairs, 200 meters to the subway station, there is a small supermarket downstairs, several restaurants, breakfast shop, pharmacy. The hotel is on the 3rd floor and can be taken by elevator on the 1st floor. The sound insulation effect of the room is relatively poor. The door lock is the key and is relatively old. As many have said, the big selling point of this hotel is its location - turning right out of the entrance and up a nice set of stone stairs leads you to a large shopping street with many of the usual brands you are accustomed to. Shortly down this street is an underground stop. Perfect. The hotel itself is like an another time period - very old and dated - its like walking into a care home in terms of decor. Check in was easy enough, pleasant staff at reception throughout. The rooms are basic - squeaky beds, terrible pillows, TV, an actual modern looking bathroom (with hairdryer), TV and decent amount of wardrobe space. One interesting addition ive not come across before is an outdoor shutter you can control from inside which comes down and provides complete darkness thus you aren't woken by the sun in the morning. A nice touch. A thing to remember when checking out is that there isn't much storage space for luggage and if you think the station has lots of lockers you'd be mistaken - get your bag in early if you're on a late flight out. Overall, a nice place to stay, supported really by its great location.

Pension Neuer Markt Slip up Seilergasse from the Pension Neuer Markt about half a block, past the wurst stand and there you are in the shadow of the Stephansdom, Vienna’s premier cathedral dedicated to the martyr St Stephen. Neur Markt’s location in the inner city of Vienna cries convenience which is the biggest asset of this modest pension. In a huge older building, the Pension occupies three floors of six. To enter one must press a buzzer on the outside door and the main desk on second floor will buzz you into the dark lobby where there is thankfully a lift. Inside the Pension is under renovation however our third floor spacious room has been completed. Our bathroom is large, clean and contains a huge tub and shower. Lofty windows on the outer wall overlook Seilergasse and provide lots of light. A comfy double bed is on one wall and matching couch on the other. A huge closet hugs next to bed. At breakfast in a lovely parlor we are pleased to see the great selection of bread, cold cuts, cheese, and fresh fruit. Of course, hard boiled eggs are by request and tea or coffee. Around the corner is Kartner Strasse the main shopping district of Vienna complete with a large restaurant population. If you are hungry after hours the Pension has a supermarket inside and you get a discount.

Why go to Vienna if you aren't going to experience the old world charm of this city? Escape the chunky, plastic furniture and clinical atmosphere of the many franchise hotels that have sprung up in the world capitals these days. Domizil has an unbeatable location 1 1/2 blocks from the cathedral & in front of the street the Mozart family lived on. A stone's throw from restaurants, boutiques, souvenir shops, convenience stores, churches, stationery shops & bookstores, you'll find everything a few steps away. Crystal chandeliers, accents of period furniture & artwork, brass fittings, warm wood, & homey charm greet you as you step off the street. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with food to appeal to whatever culture, appetite or dietary goals you have. The staff is organized, smiling, ultra-friendly & onsite 24/7. The comfort of the room is good, the bathroom is spacious, 4th floor water pressure just great, the little closet & tiny fridge just right. The bed is hard, but I prefer that & had a memorable 2-week stay at this gem. Subway stations, buses, & trams within 3 blocks.

We booked this hotel, but it turned out to be closed. The owners only informed us weeks after booking and shortly before traveling. They rebooked us to another branch very nearby, stating that it would have the same quality (mercure Wien Zentrum). Meanwhile other hotel rates had increased so we had little choice to accept, but we regretted it during our stay. The hotel room was very hot as the AC doesnt work properly during the Viennese summer. Opening the window was not an option. All windows are street facing. Our room was directly above the entrance with noise from people entering and leaving, but also of loud drivery trucks than kept their engines running. Complaints were not addressed during our stay.
