Very surprised! Great stay! Room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed 5 nights with our two dogs, which is why we chose this hotel because they are dog friendly. Housekeeping couple are awesome. Very nice people! Front desk...read many reviews regarding how great the staff was but definitely not the same staff we encountered. The man that checked us in was definitely not friendly. The lady that Checked us out was named Mina I believe from the name tag she wore. The man who checked us in was very in-personable did not wear a name tag. We would stay here again due to spacious rooms, mini fridge, nice bathroom and great housekeeping. There are other places in town to stay at that over look this motel and the fast food chains but glad we stayed here. Quit, spacious, accept dogs, great housekeeping, WiFi, good TV and convenient location!

Right in the center of the city, a young city built by oil. Food and entertainment are convenient, and it is not far from the Aviation City. A walking tour of the city center is enough, it is convenient to go to Toyota Center, city hall, etc.

The hotel does not include breakfast, no microwave, and a refrigerator. Members have free Wi-Fi. Two big beds, a family of three, no problem, no extra bed. The hotel is just next to the Toyota Center and less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre Main Street, where you can take the light rail and bus, go to the Museum District and the Herman Park by light rail 5 or 6 stops. There are also some restaurants next to the hotel where you can eat delicious steaks. Go to the Space Center and hit Uber 30 or less.

We decided to do a staycation here for my sons birthday so he could experience the pool. Of course things were a little different bc of Covid. They did a great job of taking all the necessary precautions. The outdoor pool was Amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel, especially because COVID isn’t completely gone, was the bartender because he touched my straw with his bare hands for my drink. The milk in their store was also spoiled. All in all everything else was good.

Super nice place, 5* to staff. 5* to the hotel. Currently on the 4th floor and the smell of weed fills the entire floor, like the the elevator opens and BOOM it smacks you in the face. Room is great, and a 5* view

There are Wal-Mart supermarkets and parks nearby. The hotel is very clean and the price is very affordable. The entrance is elevated and the front desk service is very warm. There was no coffee machine in the room, a phone call came to the front desk and I immediately sent it.

The direct flight from Houston to Beijing is night shift. There is no place for the hotel to check out. I found a good one on Ctrip and the price is cheap. There is no hourly room at the scene. Direct check-in is also more expensive, so I booked from Ctrip. . The rooms are simple and clean, suitable for business guests to move in quickly. The decor is modern. There is nothing else to praise.

Hotel location in the city center, not much to eat on weekends. And there's nothing to visit downtown Houston. There is no good green space. Fortunately, it's still close to the museum area.

I was a guest at the hotel for one night. My room was beautiful and very clean. Modern decor with a great view. The hotel was very secure. You could only use the elevator if you had a key card. I loved the bathroom; specifically the shower and the magnifying mirror. Unfortunately, due to the inclement weather, the rooftop lounge was closed. The staff was friendly. Only drawback, was no onsite parking, but since the hotel is located downtown, it’s to be expected that you’d have to find street parking or utilize valet.

Very good location, close to Chinatown, very convenient to eat, microwave and refrigerator. The parking lot is large and free. Breakfast is American, not eaten, not good. Can not be an extra bed, but the bed is very large, about 1.5 meters, with children is not a problem.

We took our kids on a mini "Stay-cation" for Spring Break. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The biggest hassle that I ran into was getting extra towels on the way out to the pool and once we returned to our room. We were a large group and had two rooms so the kiddos needed towels for the pool and of course towels for baths afterward. We ate off property at surrounding restaurants. My favorite part was the hot tub--much needed. Pool & hot tub ar open from 6am- 10pm.

There is a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel, and a variety of gourmet shops are next to it. Our favorite Tang Tea Garden is also nearby. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. Buy things directly into the room. The biggest problem with this trip was that roads were being built around, and the road from Chinatown to the hotel was dragged for more than half an hour.

In order to go to the Toyota Center to see the ball, the room is large, the health is good, the bedding is quite comfortable, many people say that the downtown is chaotic, but here is still quiet, the price is very affordable in this location, breakfast is not bad Traditional American breakfast, it is not convenient to pay attention to dinner on weekends, and many shops around are closed. I don't know much about the design of the bathroom. The water will flow out when I take a bath, but it will be done soon. There is no big problem. It may be designed for barrier-free design. If you come next time, you will choose here. The fly in the ointment is that the Rockets lost the game at the last moment. . .

I am writing to share my praise over the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time! Your front desk associate Eric who works the afternoon/evening shift is helpful, sincere, knowledgeable of the area and is willing to take the time to offer helpful information, answer questions and assisted in making our vacation worry free and less stressful! I wanted to share my and my son's gratitude for his outstanding service. Additionally, we enjoyed our room, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had wonderful bathing supplies such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and the coffee was superb - you could use your personal room Keurig or the hot coffee in the lobby which was available fresh and hot with great creamer. The pool was very peaceful and the colored LED lights added a soothing ambiance in the evening. If you want a hotel stay that meets your needs of comfort, style and location - choose the Westchase - Westheimer Holiday Day Inn Express & Suites.

The location of the hotel is very good, there are many places to visit in addition to Galleries, Gallerie can go shopping for a long time, the city is very full, not worse than New York! There is also a 24-hour Starbucks around, and a DWS selling shoes will open at 9am! Take a 10 minute walk to the Rich Oak District to experience the rich shopping environment, watching movies in expensive cinemas! The hotel room is large and the accommodation is very comfortable! Clean, I like it very much! The front desk service is also superb! Don't drive out, don't go out, Chinese people will be robbed when they walk on the road! It is very convenient to call a takeaway at the hotel! Is it like hungry in the country?
