L'hôtel est encore plus sympa que l'idée que je m'étais faite sur leur site internet. Original, atypique, rénové en 2022, il y a 42 chambres qui ont chacune une déco différente. La chambre est assez grande et surtout très propre, salle de bain avec belle douche et petit accessoires haut de gamme (pommeau douche, miroir avec lumière intégrée, etc) et une literie très bonne. Sans parler du service, Dans tous les espaces, de l'accueil, à la restauration, le petit déjeuner, les propriétaires sont au petit soins, agréable, souriant, disponible. Un vrai plaisir! La restauration est simple mais très bonne Bref passage dans cet établissement mais avec plaisir nous reviendrons pour y passer plus temps. Bonne continuation à toute l'équipe NB : L'hôtel propose des services complémentaires comme : Navette, taxi, location de voiture et de vélo, salle de réunion, coworking etc

If you don't eat too much, you can also add this money to the cold cut breakfast. The room with balcony was really comfortable and woke up in the morning against the sun. The overall value of this price, the town is very quiet and very few people, slowly feel the Arles in the winter. There is also the possibility to find the front desk to print the accommodation voucher. When you purchase the scenic pass, you can discount it. You can visit 4 scenic spots and 2 museums with only 9 Euros.

It the same rooms in the same building as the Ibjs Buget and I do not know why you are paying twice the price of the Inis Budget room. The bed and pillows are OK fortunately, but the rooms are small, the furniture is of poor quality and boring. There is no chair nor a small desk. There isn’t even a small coffee machine !! I definitely expect more form an Ibis Style. Now let’s talk about the bathroom. Old fashion and falling apart. Very basic and very low quality. The shower or bathtub are tiny and the shower cord is so small that anyone over 1,80m will struggle to bring over their head. Again would probably be acceptable for a regular Ibis but not at the price of an Ibis Budget !

The hotel was truly in walking distance from the train station and our boat. The room appeared freshly updated, was most comfortable, and very quiet (allowing us a good night's sleep to overcome jet lag). The breakfast offered a good selection of pastries, cheese, meats, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices. Topping all this they stored our luggage while we toured Arles and waited on 6pm to board our boat. The English and French speaking staff was most welcoming. We will return.

We were visiting for my wife's birthday and everyone who worked in the building made us feel special. The room had an excellent view of the Roman theatre across the street, and the entire room was spotless. This is a hotel that is obviously very well managed - there are so many ”small extras” like free refillable water, access to the fantastic little spa, reasonable prices for breakfast whether at the buffet or little eatery by the street...every aspect of the customer experience has been thought through and they execute everything beautifully. The staff is so friendly and helpful - we didn't meet a single person working there who didn't make us feel valued. We will be back!

The hotel has a nice swimming pool. A free parking is available. Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Simple but very nice breakfast with fresh warm baguette and croissants. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the hospitality of the owners. if you prefer genuine old hotel atmosphere over standard hotel chain environment, it is a very good choice. We would like to come back.

The rooms are fine, crisp even, and the staff is trying, but this is a chain hotel run out of Paris, and there's no elevator, the lighting is poor, the dining facilities dark and depressing, and worst of all it was, in May 2022, literally blanketed with construction crews and apparatus. Noise deafening. Dust out of control. This desolation is unacceptable, and the rooms should be priced accordingly. Far better to stay more centrally in the old city, where travellers will get infinitely more bang for their buck. We had to check out after one day because of the din and gross ambience, and I can't say the front desk was particularly helpful on that.

The ground floor rooms all exit onto the garden. Small, well stocked bar at reception. Breakfast is served off reception and you could also buy local meals from reception to cook for lunch or dinner. The hotel has parking available and can rent you a bike. 20mins walk from the hotel to the amphitheatre along a main road or you can get to the main road behind the hotel (take either 2 rights or 2 lefts) and take the no.2 bus into the town centre where there are lots of restaurants and sites. Very friendly team, who speak good English and helped us sort our hire car problems. Hotel dog friendly. Within 24 hours of being here, I was recommending it to my friends

The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are quite nice. Our party of three had a very nice room up a flight of stairs from street-level. We arrived by train in the early afternoon, and they happily stored our luggage until a room was ready for us. We stayed the night and had a late departure the next day, and hotel staff made it clear that we could again store luggage and use downstairs facilities after checking out in the morning. The lobby includes two excellent lounge areas with books and old furniture. It’s kind of like spending the night in a museum. I would definitely want to stay here again if I came back to Arles!

|0.9km from city centerbonjour, Nous sommes restées du 18 au 22 mai à cette année ibis budget .nous sommes déçus on nous attribue une chambre à 2 lits alors que nous sommes un couple bon pas trés grave si ce n'est peut être le prix . en arrivant nous avons tourné le matelas .pourquoi :::: car tout abîmé j'ai trouvé en dessous une housse qui était la depuis bien lgt propreté trés douteuse sur la literie fenêtre qui ne fonctionne pas correctement?? porte de la salle de bain cassée . attente dans la salle du petit dêjeuner ou je reconnais que certaines personnes font n'importe quoi manque de respect cela l'hôtel ne peut rien nous nous retrouvons sans verre dans la salle de bain descendre à la réception resto bar fermé le wk ??? le prix au resto à fait un saut sur le prix une cassolette de légumes / ou nous pensions légumes 3 /4 de p de terre juste un peu de tomate pour 15euro nous avons l'habitude de ne venir que chez ibis arles cette année budget car comme bcp nous faisons attention à notre budget en espérant que cela sera mieux l”année prochaine

|1.27km from city centerAt arrival we found out that almost no one speaks proper English at this hotel so if you have complaints beware... In our room we had only 2 towels so we asked for extra towels for using the pool but at the all we got was a ”No!”. After drying off at the pool you have to use your towel and for showering afterwards you have to use the same towel and if you want to shower the next morning you still have to use this same towel... Breakfast is chaotic and this hotel has never heard of ”Routing” and other hospitality stuff... When you enter the breakfast room you will find clean trays (With 2 little bags of sugar. God knows why...) in the ”thing”that every other hotel uses to collect the dirty trays with the dishes after breakfast... Only few hotelpeople know where someone put the Earl Grey tea, ), you have to walk crisscross along the buffet because there is no logic of what is where. After picking up the tray you pick up a plate somewhere, you walk to the end of the buffet for some bread, on the other end of the buffet there is ham and cheese, in the middle there is juice and everybody is lost because there is no logic in what to be found where at this buffet... For example: The butter is not next to the bread You have to search for the butter. It's put in a liitle black box next to cheese and ham... (No! I was not the only one who could not find it...) At the reception desk thetre is almost no one that speaks proper English. In the weekend we found out that a weekend help, a student, could speak English and he was the first person who we could tell about our complaints. Tea, towels, breakfast and only Frnch-speaking staff at a tourist hotel in a very touristic region... After 5 nights at check-out we first heard that it was not standard at Ibis Hotels to receive 2 towels per person per night... (I have stayed at a many Ibis hotels and I can tell you that 2 towels per person per night IS standard and not only at Ibis Hotels but at most self-respecting hotels...) After this fairytale the receptionist told us they have a problem with the laundry-service. Unfortunately they make their problems the problems of the guests because of course they can walk into a store and buy an extra 100 towels for guests. Some staff really try to be friendly but because almost no one speaks English, the harsh ”No!” for extra towels at their own pool, the strange breakfast buffet that lacks logic routing and normal black tea we really do NOT recommend this hotel...
