There's not enough good words that can be said about the skills and training of the front desk staff, the breakfast servers, the evening dining room staff, and the housekeeping ladies. I am what is now being referred to as a ”Digital Nomad,” single, solo and senior traveler... and this hotel really fits my needs. Sure it could be €10 cheaper, but the room has an excellent long work countertop, WiFi Internet, large bed for sleep and for organizing travel bags, bathroom with both a tub and a walk-in shower correctly designed for use, and the food service is quite amazing. While you do need to take the taxi to most places, unless you drive, there is a major shopping mall just across the highway, and an unadvertised underground tunnel to get to the other side of the road and to that shopping center! I am not a fancy restaurant person, but the restaurant accommodates me with a very simple selection of food by my request. Both at breakfast and at dinner, the dining room is usually packed with happy diners and eaters. While I sit there with my simple food selection at dinner, I do admire the variety of Italian dishes that are ordered by other diners. Maybe I can't eat the spicy food but it sure looks good! And the other guests are very happy! I have used the Hotel's driver to taxi me to and from a variety of locations: BGY airport, Bergamo train Station, as well as the Covid vaccination center! He can be booked by SMS text and WhatsApp. Extremely easy to communicate with- both digitally and in multiple languages. The hotel is off the beaten track, therefore the taxi rides are going to be 10 additional euro from what might be expected in more urban areas. This is one of my more favorite hotels of any brand. While I rate the location as poor because you need to drive to get almost anywhere, the remoteness of the location is in itself a plus if you are residing here for more than just an overnight, because the landscaping is simple yet comforting, and major parking is underground.

We had a night because of a problem with the airline, and we were welcomed by a very kind and sympathetic staff, ready to ask any request and very timely to answer the most varied information. We seemed to be at home, careful, kind, sympathetic and very comprehensive. Very a great place to stay for work trips or for a little relaxation, surrounded by a very well-kept and very nice villager (Treviolo).

If you're never looking for a hotel outside the city of Bergame, do not look elsewhere! In the rooms all the comfort is available, from the small refrigerator, through cable TV (free channels available) the bathroom is large and in addition to a shower offers (as many hotels in Italy a bidet) The double bed is very large and the bed is ideal, between the farm and the moll The breakfast is a gift, there is choice, the products are fine and good gouts, the juices are not pressed in the morning but they are good. The only negative point is that we need to ask for tea, because there is no hot water or tea bags available. Finally private outdoor parking is free In summary you can go closed your eyes (finally if you need to keep them open because everything is beautiful )
