We waited over half an hour for the restaurant to open, we then waited 45 minutes to make an order and a further 45 minutes for any starters to arrive. Mostly it's very easy, I know what I can and can't have, I just need to know that they haven't added anything that's not on the menu.I asked about it several times when ordering and made it very clear that I was GF. After waiting for my starter for an hour and a half I asked the waiter if it was definitely gluten free. 'Oh yes' he said and whisked it away. 10 minutes later, still nothing. I went to speak to a lady I was told was very helpful and could speak good English. She was rude and asked me if I didn't know what I could eat and why didn't I just have salad! At that point I decided to leave and my friend cam with me. They argued and got stroppy trying to make her pay for the salad she'd had from the salad bar. When she said their service was appalling the lady said 'it's not just you, everyone is waiting a long time for their food!' That's ok then!!!

We Booked for 9 of us for 2 weeks during all the Covid madness, Hotel was set up for this with plenty of sanitiser stations and split meal times for the different floors of the hotel, plenty of social distancing makers on floors in key areas so everyone felt safe at all times. rooms where a brilliant size and extremely clean with ice cold aircon and brilliant view of the sea and pool from balcony, we where on the 2nd floor and even if the kids went to bed early they were not bothered by the noise from entertainment if it was still going on. Food was good with a varied selection and everyone found something they enjoyed each day. Reception staff had no problems calling us a taxi when we went out to the water park or Friday market l. The kids loved the mini disco and aqua aerobics in the pool and the entertainments girl was great, getting the kids involved in activities Bar staff where really friendly and provided a great service even when bombarded with the kids for different ice creams ( choice was awesome), massive amount of choice for drinks for everyone’s taste. Pool was great and we spent most of our days on it to cool off of the kids playing in the Kiddie pool area and slide and again another great memeber if staff with the pool lifeguard she was good with the kids and keeping everything safe and sanitised around the pool . And even in the early evening when the shadow of the hotel covered the pool to give you a welcome relief from the heat it was still great to be able to swim/play in the pool We’ve had a brilliant 2 weeks in the sun with a lot of fun

Booked classic double, room very dark and painted purple and a small window with little natural light. Room was basic but had everything you need for short stay, TV fridge, cooking rings microwave, free wifi However, hotel is in great location, right by marina and short walk to main bars, restaurants and beaches etc Parking is a nightmare, there is nothing in the streets and spaces full day and night. There is parking at marina at 2 euros an hour! No overnight price, parking is 18 euros a day in virgen del Carmen, 10 mins walk away or parking further back in torrevieja by Mercadona, at 10 euros a night but be prepared to walk about 20 minutes. Overall, a good base for a budget traveller.

Just home from a 2 week holiday here. It’s bed and continental breakfast they serve. Small bar where you can also get ice lollies and bottled water. There’s a small fridge in the room but remember that it won’t be on when you go out so e.g milk wont last, (I took a wee kettle n cups with me). Rooms cleaned and towels replaced on a daily basis. Hotel is immaculate. There’s a lift for the six floors. Barbara at reception is so helpful. Reception gives you free photocopies and phone taxis for you. There are a few tables out the front of the hotel if you want to eat breakfast or drink there. The swimming pool is across the road in at the top left hand side of the car park. You use your room card at the car park machine to get into the car park. It’s a lovely pool and there are plenty of seats/sun beds. There’s also an area next to the pool to sit and relax. There are 3 small supermarkets close to the hotel. The closest is when you come out the hotel and turn left, continue walking a block or so and cross at the Santander bank which is on your right. The shop is along past the side of Santander on the right hand side. You can’t beat Minos for very reasonable food and drinks. You enter by the door where there’s tables outside. You can get an hourly bus to and from Alicante airport to Torrevieja. It is a direct bus, takes 50 mins and cost 7€ a person. When you go right from the hotel, at the bottom of the road turn left. Heading down that road takes you along the front where there are stalls, bars and restaurants. Near the “wall of water” there’s a restaurant that serves 3 course meals (great variety of dishes) for €7.90. Plenty of kids play areas, especially from the right of the hotel head straight up to the top of the road and you will see a “dinosaur” in the right, that’s the kids chute in that park. It’s a lovely park with geese, swans etc, overall a great holiday 👍

WHAT IS A SPA? “Sanus Per Aquam” – Health by or through water. The definition includes the following words:- Improving health, beauty and relaxation, personal care, treatments, massage, medicinal baths, hot springs, luxury, health benefits, water treatment, holistic, wellness, de-stress, enjoy, pampering, escape, balneotherapy, mineral, vapour, cure, ritual, purification, healing, purifying, shower, fountain, heat, hot thermal, relieve suffering, sweating, resting, bathing, restore health, hydrotherapy, care, opulent, soaking, medical benefits, circulating, therapy, natural, tumbling waters, aromatherapy, footbath, jet hydro massage, swan neck, sauna, steam bath, Hamman, devoted to overall wellbeing, renewal of mind body and spirit, healthy, tranquil, peace, calm, quiet, bubbles, aroma, essential oils, candles, harmony ………… It does NOT include - Noisy screaming children ……… not anywhere, at any time …….. Shocked to discover, when entering the Spa, that a couple with a child aged about 4 was also “using” the Spa. Totally ruined my experience, he screamed and shouted, was not supervised by his parents, kept opening the door to the steam room and letting out all the heat, banging other doors, then the worst part, decided to push past me whilst I was trying to relax in the pool and kicked me in the leg – nice bruise formed later ………. When will the management of this Hotel get a grip? I have been staying here regularly since it opened. I have repeatedly complained about this, but yesterday was the final straw, will never stay again. A Spa is for adults only, it is not a childrens play area. If they want to offer children a pool in the winter, they should heat the outside pool, not inflict the noise and disruption on people who have paid money to try and relax.

I was traveling with friends. I chose two hotels in Basel. The buildings in Basel are all 100 years old. We have also carefully selected them for a long time. This retro style is very fond of color. The hotel location is not very big. We have been taking a taxi these days. They are basically within 10 Euros. It is also convenient to go anywhere. It is almost 700 meters away from the British Palace Department Store. It is especially convenient to buy cosmetics and downstairs. There are restaurants and convenience stores around the downstairs. Hotel environment I personally like it, because the retro decoration color can be taken in the hotel to take large pictures, the details can reflect the room key is the original traditional insert hole key The efficiency of hotel check-in and check-in was a bit slow. Common problems throughout Europe. We were in a queue in front of a woman who was very anxious because of being too slow. Note that the hotel is checked in after 3pm. Just report the room number. There will be a show on the first floor of the lobby. Ask the front desk when you check in. Hotel hygiene I think it is quite comfortable to stay for two days. The cleaning is very clean. The attendant will fold your clothes for you. Hotel breakfast We ate the hotel breakfast for two days in a row because it was so delicious. There was a full range of Chinese, Western and Japanese meals to meet various needs. It was about forty Euros for two (not particularly remembered) Hotel equipment Our queen size bed can be said to be very large There is a swimming pool and gym because we spend most of our time playing outside so we did not go

First talk about the location of the hotel, the hotel is located in the extended area of Barcelona. It is close to La Pedrera and Casa Batllo and within a 10-minute walk of La Pedrera. And the La Pedrera is located on Barcelona's famous street "Gracia Avenue", so the location is very convenient. In terms of travel, we are full-time taxis, so we are not familiar with the subway. However, the hotel's front desk can help you call a taxi directly, it is very convenient, and the taxi price in Barcelona is still within my acceptance. The hotel service was very good. As the hotel arrived in the morning and could not check in, the luggage was stored and the check-in was completed. It also meets the requirements of our two rooms together. And we recommended a Michelin seafood restaurant, the key is to help us book. I want to use the iron, a phone call, and it will be delivered in 5 minutes. On the top floor of the hotel there is a gym and an open-air swimming pool. If you like to sunbathe, try the pool. The sanitation of the room is very good, the free two bottles of water in the outside restaurant point is 3 euros. And there are 2 cup noodles! The orange chair in the picture is really comfortable. The door of the room toilet is the same kind of seam. I just didn't find it when I entered it. I thought there was no toilet. There is no door in the shower, but there is no need to worry about splashing water. I feel very design. The room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine with 4 capsules in the box and an introduction, which will be replenished every day! Finally, I would like to say that the hotel's own restaurant is the Michelin restaurant, but the last day only found that there is no chance this time. In short, it is highly recommended in terms of location, facilities, service and transportation.

The service is very good. The service staff at the door verified the identity of our occupants on the first floor and helped us take the luggage upstairs to check in. Then we sent the luggage to the room. It was very Nice. The hotel provided a free champagne with good taste at check-in. Our room is a bit noisy on the street. There are two floor-to-ceiling windows. The street view and the color are good. There is a balcony on the top floor. There are not many breakfasts. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearby Plaza Catalunya. There are many restaurants nearby. Not far from the beach, I will consider staying next time. We went to the seafood market recommended online. It feels normal and the seafood is salty.

The taxi drivers are very honest! Hotel service is good, the environment is good, breakfast buffet is 35 euros per person, a bit expensive! The next Sunday night, the wind was very strong, and I wrestled at the hotel door. The hotel service rushed out and helped me to the hotel. I also repeatedly asked about the fall. It was very warm! Location: The exit of the subway station is the hotel and it is very convenient to travel. In the Gothic Quarter, there is a commercial street nearby. You can walk to the beach in 800 meters, 200 meters from the commercial street, next to the square and the scenic spot. The location is very good. Room: Not too big, but the decoration is good, there is a terrace is the best, you can see the scenery. Very good value for money. The price of Basse is always more expensive. Breakfast: The type is OK, but not as good as the French, with the Spanish-style quiche ham. The breakfast was great and the staff was very good. Very close to the sea, walking distance. Summer must be very good, winter to go, basically have to go to urban activities, not far from the taxi, are around 10 euros. The only problem was: windy weather, the sound of buzzing in the room, the high-rise hotel I had lived in before had no similar noise, which is still very annoying. Some people are worried that the sound of the building is not strong. The single hotel waiter said that the hotel is resistant to wind and earthquake. I have been building it for more than 20 years, and the 3-4 winds should have gone to sleep. In short, the only thing that is not good is the buzz. In addition, the hotel's toiletries are a London brand, to be honest, the hotel is a bit worse, at least get a famous brand of L'Occitane alive.

Just 5 minutes after arriving at the hotel, the shoulders on the suitcase behind them were stolen. At that time, three people checked in at the hotel counter. We immediately asked to see if the monitoring was not allowed, and then let the hotel help the police also. No solution, just let us go to the police station to report the case ourselves. In desperation, we had no choice but to give up the police and think it was unfortunate, but we felt very bad during the negotiation with the hotel staff, and the feeling of losing things was already bad , But could not get a little help from the hotel, and the thief actually dared to steal things in the lobby recklessly, there were not many people in the lobby, and it was not confusing, so I kept wondering how the thief got started? ? ? Remind friends who are coming to this hotel to stay with long eyes. Don't just talk to the front desk brother and forget the bag, and the front desk of this hotel is very close to the door, it is easy for thieves to escape. . It's useless to ask for the location of the room in advance. It depends on the time you arrive on the day of check-in. The sooner the room arrives, the more available rooms are, the greater the probability of staying in a well-located room. I will stay for one night. Then I lived in a room with basically no view. If I did not receive an additional fee of more than one hundred euros after leaving the hotel, I would give a full score ... The additional cost of the child is calculated to 30 euros per night, plus a city construction tax of 7.6. I remember when I was at the front desk, I told I added 20 euros per night. Besides that, the experience was excellent. The location is excellent, the seaside, the British Palace and the Baroque House can be walked by. The rooms are equipped with ritual toiletries. I am fully aware that we were ahead of the 15:00 check in, but we asked staff if there was any chance we could check in earlier, even if it was for just one of the rooms. They told us that they would try their best and get in touch if we could check in earlier. We told them that we would sit at the hotel’s restaurant and confirmed contact numbers so they could reach us easily. I had walked past reception a number of times between that time and 15:00 but the check in agent did not mention anything about a room being available at any point and I therefore assumed that it was simply not possible to check in early. We proceeded to have lunch at the hotel restaurant. When I went up to reception at 15:00 and asked for our room keys I was given the room key to only one room. I explained that we booked two rooms. The associate acknowledged that and said that the other room had already checked in early. I informed her that that was not the case and that we were still waiting for both rooms. She then found the second set of room keys and said that her colleague would have tried to contact us but wasn’t able to get hold of us. That might have been the case but considering the fact that we hadn’t left the grounds and had made ourselves clearly visible to the staff at all times, it was extremely disappointing that a little more effort was not made. It would have started our trip on a much higher note. Overall, the hotel was lovely. The rooms feel new and looked after. The overall decor is on the dark side with little natural light in the corridors. The rooms have big comfortable showers and our room had a lovely little sitting area by the bay window overlooking the front of the hotel. Location wise, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy walking access to all of central Barcelona’s sights. It is next door to the Santa Caterina market as well as plenty of restaurants to dine at. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant has fantastic views but seating is limited and it gets very busy. The small plunge pool is more for effect than swimming but no doubt makes for a good cool down during the hot summer days. Breakfast, served at Bar Veraz was great. It is served a la carte and for inclusive rates, you can have anything you want. Everything was served freshly and to order. The only other thing that we struggled with, and I imagine this was more a technological issue, is that whenever I used the Marriott app to request something for the room, always stating the room number, by default it was always delivered to the main room on the reservation rather than the room I specified in my request. It was no big deal as we had rooms next to each other, however, I didn’t know that things were being delivered there. Overall, it was a good stay. Barcelona has a plethora of great hotels and although I would consider returning to th

Spanish students, the hotel environment is very good, the location is simply great, 1 Jaime I Street, right in the city center, Picasso Museum, Sagrada Familia and the Basse Coast are very convenient, the service is very good, if you are not fluent, Next to the Chinese staff is a big sister, and people are also very good. Although the room is small but clean and tidy, I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Barth.

The hotel is a bit similar to an apartment. The big bed room is not soundproof and is relatively small. You can hear the next door. There is a door on the wall of the room that communicates with the next door. Although it is locked, it is also terrible. It feels like a wooden board. The double room is cheap for the price close to 1600. The twin room is large and soundproof. It is recommended to stay in a twin room. Wi-Fi is slow. The surrounding traffic is convenient for shopping, and all attractions can be reached on foot. Service is ok

The location is awesome, with a lot of dining places nearby. Pay attention to the pick-up and drop-off points of the airport shuttle bus. They are different. You have to walk a long distance to get to the bus stop.

Awesome experience, the location is very good in the downtown area. The room was clean and affordable. The staff is very enthusiastic, responsive, and will recommend nearby places to eat and have fun. When you check in, you can tell me that if you are not satisfied, you can find them to help solve them. Everything is perfect. I will choose this one next time I come to Barcelona!
