The hotel is not very convenient. It takes half a floor of stairs to take the elevator. There is less space in the elevator. If you carry more luggage, it will be more troublesome. There is a mouse in the room I live in, which is a bit scary. I don't think I will stay for the second time.

3 nights booked on the internet for a tourist visit to Paris with my 2 children. Lots of apprehension due to previous reviews. Access to the hotel is simple, a few minutes walk from Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. The arrival goes smoothly, quickly, the price is the one that corresponds to the reservation. Wifi is available free of charge. Each room has a heater connected to a wall box. The room is small but modern, with a private bathroom including a toilet, a large shower (with cabin) and a sink (and a hair dryer). We had 2 beds, a double and a single. The cleaning is done, quickly but it is done (we found a dirty sock under the bed). Cleaning is not done automatically, but on request from reception in the morning. TV works fine, no remote. We felt good and safe there. We were woken our first night by a fire alarm at 1am forcing us to evacuate to the lobby but it was a guest who had smoked in his room, the hotel had nothing to do with it… The staff is pleasant, smiling.

Location is really amazing Staff was nice to us However the room really is very small and the window is next to air-condition/ventilation machine that kept making a banging sound all making it hard to sleep. Receptionist told us can't do anything as they are full now and can't offer a different room (I have read many reviews where people had the same experience, so if it was true or not that the hotel was full we'll never know) Not so sure about cleanliness either as I saw mud on the floor and bathroom didn't look very clean.

An amazing hotel with lovely staff! The room was very good; everything I needed was there; from soaps to hair dryer, from coffee and tea to a roof terrace (as I requested a smoking room). Cleaned properly every day and breakfast was great. I don’t get why some people complain about the neighborhood. When you stay in the area of Gare du Nord, you should already know the neighborhood isn’t great. This is in almost every capital close to “central station”. You won’t have any problems though! The hotel is located in a quiet street, and if you turn right the neighborhood gets better. I’m a woman traveling alone and walked around late at night too and had no issues with people whatsoever! If anything, the people were lovely. My French isn’t good and people really tried to understand me, or tried to speak English for me, some random person behind me in line even helped me with translation. A lovely man in the street even wished me bon voyage when he saw me with my suitcase. It’s also a convenient location; I don’t like traveling through Gare du Nord, but walk two streets the other was and there’s Gare du l’Est (much quieter). Anyway, back to the hotel: the staff was amazing, so friendly and accommodating! The bed, pillows and sheets felt like heaven and I’ve never slept so good in my life! There’s a hair dryer in the bathroom that was very good and the shower was amazing. I also loved that I could make my coffee in the morning in my room. The hotel is quiet, and not many tourists; mainly business people or French people visiting the city. I felt safe and welcome and I will definitely book this hotel again when I return. Then I will also make use of the spa as I didn’t get to this time.

Stayed at Hotel Lena for a night as solo. Very convenient if travelling via Gare du Nord. For a solo traveller, the room assigned had a double bed and ample space to move. Room was well decorated and clean. It has air conditioning which was a welcome relief from Paris heat and humidity. Breakfast buffet was filling enough to fill you in for the morning walking out. Lots of shops, restos, pharmacy close by . My only complains are lack of soap provision as well as TV didn’t work. Didn’t matter as staying to have rest before travelling via Eurostar. Otherwise, a solid, clean, convenient hotel. There’s very nice boullangerie at the end of the road.

The hotel is close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. There are two buildings. The one in the front has elevator, but the one at the back doesn’t. I was given the room in the back building on the top floor (5th). So it was a workout to get up and down. The room is old, but quite large. The wallpaper needs to be redone. Surprisingly, the bathroom is very modern and clean. It seems that they only renovated the bathroom and forgot about the bedroom itself.

Fantastic location if you need to catch an early train from Gare du Nord or Est or arrive late. Metro Station Poissonniere is just around the corner and the hotel is in a quiet side street, unusual for this location. Check in was very pleasant, the receptionist very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we probably had the worst room in the entire hotel. Next to reception, basically in the breakfast room, with no soundproofing whatsoever. In front of the ”window” was a little ”court” with benches - luckily no group gathered there while we were in the room, I imagine that would have been terrible. The room itself was tiny, but clean and functional, the mattress very good. And while we could clearly hear every conversation at reception, the preparations for breakfast starting at 6, and every other guest entering or leaving, we were still happy. We only stayed one night and had to leave early, and it's good value for money considering the location. And the friendly staff was a massive bonus. I assume a room on a different floor would have been an entirely different matter, too!

True to its brand, this 25Hours hotel has style in spades. The room was stylish and comfortable and the hotel service was quick, attentive, and helpful. The location of this hotel is basically perfect. You're a short subway or bus ride away from most of Paris's many attractions and located directly across the street from one of the city's largest train stations, meaning you have access to trains going all over France, including to the Paris's airports, meaning loads of taxis are also nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel and my stay. My only complaint is that the rooms lighting seemed to be harsh and needlessly complicated in the hope of looking cool. In the end, I unscrewed several of the bulbs.

I’ve stayed at a dozen low to midrange hotels near Gare du Nord over the years and this is my new favourite (apart from the railway workers’ hotel at the station but you only get a shot at that if you’ve run into serious train delays which were the fault of SNCF). Not perfect, but you won’t find that in this area. A couple of minutes walk from the station (Eurostar, Thalys, other trains, direct RER link to Charles de Gaulle airport and plenty of metros); a few passable supermarkets and several restaurants nearby (but there are much better restaurants elsewhere). The mix of location, price, breakfast and room is pretty good for this area. Let’s continue with the buffet breakfast. This is much more than basic French: As well as baguettes, croissants and (real) coffee you can press your own fresh orange juice, boil your own egg as you like it and have plenty of yoghurt with toppings and fruit (salad). Price is what you would expect for the area (but do note that online advance booking is much cheaper than the walk-in rate). Rooms are small - also normal for the area, but the bed was comfortable and the shower hot and strong. Staff friendly and helpful - I arrived around 1200 - some hours before guaranteed checkin time; my room was free so I could have it without extra payment (or other hassle). Internet good enough for video steaming. In terms of hotels I’ve stayed in everywhere well below average overall quality/price ratio but for visiting Paris by train unbeatable.

Should have kept the hotel I originally booked, where I have stayed before and been happy. I wanted a hotel in this location because I have limited time and an early train to catch on my last day. Based on the reviews, I decided to stay here and paid $300 a night which is way overpriced. The room is very tired, scuffed walls and furniture, and just needs maintenance. The bedside lights are impossible to read by and lighting is generally bad. No English language news station available. I am not planning to be out late at night but would feel very uncomfortable walking alone in the immediate area. The hotel entrance isn’t very visible and the front desk staff are nowhere near the entrance in case there was a problem. I am sure there are better options for the price, and a block or two further from the stations only adds a few minutes to the time it takes to get there.

I stayed here with my sister during our holiday in Paris and I can say I was very happy with the choice made! Two-step structure from Moulin Rouge and its metro, 10 minutes walk from MontMartre , a spacious area, open mainly at night, a starbucks in front of the metro stop, then brewery, poke, hamburger, locals for all tastes + a large supermarket (also exactly at the out of the metro). Reception h24 - a little date structure, small stairs and a little uncomfortable but essential room, small, a small closet and a mirror, but for the location and price, for two girls is super recommended! I never had the feeling of being in a bad area, at the evening of a full-fledged, but quiet, and not new, but also here, for the price it is fully presentable and useable. The only sin (which was not a problem for us) is that at night it is not a quiet area, just not having light sleep problems and nothing to revert. The phone and telecommand of the TV are to be requested at the reception. As far as we are concerned, super recommended!

Absolutely terrible place. This is not a hotel it is apartments. The night before I was due to book into the room they contacted me at 10.30pm telling me that there had been a mix up with my room and I now was not staying in the Concorde executive suite I was now staying in the Eiffel room. Which a room downsized from what I had booked 3 weeks before. I replied to them I wanted a full refund because that was not what I booked 3 weeks ago. They replied that it was not there thought it was a new person had double booked the room. I contacted book.com and explained what the hotel had done and they contacted the manager. 2 hours later they finally contacted me and said I could have the room that I had booked. This was not a good start… when I arrived in Paris the following day it was really hard to find the hotel which is apartments and the code I had been given was the wrong code so I had to stand outside for 2 hours due to they don’t answer the phone. When I finally get access the place looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark dirty and horrible. I was told I could not book in yet but could leave my cases and come back at 3pm. I was given a phone by the cleaner who was dealing with me and it was the manager he asked who I was and laughed on the phone and said the room I had booked someone else had checked in it already. I really did not find this funnny as he did. When I came back at 3pm the owner was sitting in the reception and he was extremely flash and rude. He showed us to the suite which by the way was not a suite it was a small dark room and nothing like the pictures. There was marks on the walls and the door was damaged. When I said I don’t want to stay here and can I have my money back . He said go and stay in the four seasons and there was no way I was getting my money back ever…. And then see me out in the street . Do £1100 down and having to find another hotel. Disgusting….. DO NOT stay at this place …. Also homeless people begging outside

Old style hotel which i liked, room was clean and comfortable bed and good shower but that is where the good ended. Location is not the best, not many restaurants around, quite a walk to the Louvre. Be aware there is a tiny lift but there are more stairs on each floor to negotiate with suitcases. I am loyal to Accor and feel as a gold member I received zero benefits. Room was not ready at 3pm (2pm check in) and had to wait with no chairs to sit on, no welcome drink offered, probably the worst room in the hotel, booking said city view instead we had a lovely view of an internal wall and windows on the 3rd floor, incredibly difficult to get a 1 hour late check out, constantly fobbed off to next shift, when finally granted the cleaners kept coming in so we gave up and left. Staff were unwelcoming and generally unhelpful. Felt as if I might have just walked in off the street instead of spending a lot of money this year in Accor hotels, in fact most of the Ibis hotels we used had better rooms and staff. Definitely better hotels in Paris

I have stayed at this apartment hotel several times. This time, we were assigned to the 8th floor by the hotel. The room felt very large. It is estimated that the overall area could exceed 26 square meters. Of course, the room facilities are also very good, and simple meals can be prepared. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the commercial center downstairs with sufficient goods. There is a farmer's market nearby on weekends, Tuesdays and Thursdays, making life convenient. Stayed here before returning home, and stayed here in France for the first time. I booked it from different platforms. There is an elevator. You can help keep your luggage when you arrive early or check out. The front desk can speak good English. Toothbrush and toothpaste should be prepared by yourself. The space is not big, one person and two luggage can not be opened at the same time, but comfortable. This time I stayed on the six floors and the lighting was very good. I forgot to live on the second or third floor before, and the daylighting will be blocked. It's okay to stay for one night. The location is very close to Lyon Railway Station, very convenient, there are Chinese restaurants (going right and turning left) and sushi restaurants nearby (continue to go along the direction of the Chinese restaurant, diagonally opposite the road), it is quite delicious, not particularly expensive, a meal is ten euros up and down, in that location this price should be OK. The difference is that there is a supermarket name on the street probably monop's(monoprix) orange red black match store, you can buy frozen food for fast food, Paris prices are OK.

This Hotel is in a lovely area of Paris. With good shops and restaurants just across the square in Bercy Village. The metro stop of Saint Cour Emillion, on line 14 is less than 2 minutes walk away, and all around is well lit and pleasant either night or day. We got an official taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the hotel, for the set rate of 55 euros. So arrived at the hotel at lunch time after our morning flight. Staff were helpful and had already arranged our family 2 rooms together which was great. I’d gone for a room with balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower out there, which was lovely especially at night when it was all lit. We paid in advance for the additional breakfast when booking the rooms. Which was fresh, good quality and an arrangement of hot cooked food, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, breads, fruit or continental breakfast. Plenty of drink choices of assorted teas, coffees and juices. There was something for everyone. The Hotel booked our return taxi at the end of our stay, and was helpful printing out boarding passes and attraction tickets when we asked for no extra charge. There was good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. It was my 2nd time stopping at this hotel the first time being 10 years ago and it was just as nice as before. We would all recommend it.

I spent 2 nights here for a business trip and had a very nice stay. The room was a bit small but the bed is comfortable and large. I am close to 2 meters tall and fit nicely, which is unfortunately something I don’t see in many other hotels. I appreciated the small details of the room. For example, the curtain is super long and close enough to the window in order to prevent any sunlight from coming in. The temperature is nicely regulated and I never found the room to be too hot or too cold. The staff as well were very welcoming and helpful. I dropped my credit card from my wallet by accident when taking out my room key and the staff were kind enough to inform me that they found it and leave it in my room. Would highly recommend this Hostel. Location is right next to a metro but also a good walking to distance from many other metros and place de la nation which is great for restaurants. Didn’t eat at the hostel so can’t comment on that but the buffet breakfast did look good & all guests get 10% off food and their own beer during the stay. I found all the facilities to be clean, the bathrooms are out with the bedrooms which I find to be good as you don’t have to be dead silent. Could be doing with a door to the urinal and some hooks on the toilet doors and not just the shower door. Rooms are decent sized the only downside was the positioning of the main room lights & switch. if left on overnight was annoying and very bright. Each bed has a light though which is good when the main light is off. Hairdryer also available which can be taken to the bathroom. Friendly staff and large reception/bar area where there is something on most nights with lots of people in attendance. I was a solo traveller this occasion and would recommend to others.

The location is near the North Station. The traffic is very convenient. There are more black people at night. It is said to be chaotic and the law and order is not good. It is not recommended to run outside. Of course, going to the urban area is another matter. . .
