Breakfast is a bit of a single test, the variety is quite a lot, but the waiting time is at least 10 minutes, the room is very small, unless the suite is set, it is estimated to be 13 square meters, the window is the canal, the scenery is good, the hotel does not talk On the service, there is no parking lot, no entertainment facilities, a total of 12 rooms. However, the traffic is convenient and the surrounding is lively.

The place is quite shabby and very noisy. This is not a Boutique Hotel as claimed, as boutique usually means small AND upper market. Rooms are very old and furniture in a very poor state (at least #10, one double bed + single). The desk was half in ruin, and the closet was an old gym metal closet repainted (also half destroyed). The place is not soundproof, you can hear everything. Walls and ceiling appear very thin. In addition, I don't know what is wrong with the plumbing, but you can hear everything that is going on upstairs (the pipes vibrate). I sleep like a log usually, but I had trouble there. Breakfast is very minimalist, that is the best I can say about it. Internet ... what I can I say, it reminded me of the times of modems with 24K speed. Some positive comments though. Staff is VERY nice. Well the hotel staff, because people at breakfast, forget about them as well ... rude like a Parisian waiter. The hotel is located near Place de la République, along the canal. Location is nice. If you want to run/jog, just turn to the right when you reach the canal, and you can go North up to La Vilette museum. After 2-3 km, you'll get to a place where you don't run next to cars, quite nice in fact. I paid 120€ with an early booking, including breakfast.

The staff are attentive and the cleaners made a big difference in their care and attention to the room. I would expect the issues we faced from a much cheaper hotel. But: - Unsightly hole in the bathroom wall, about 40cmx20cm, which had been just about repaired and left the bathroom a mess. -Toilet roll holder was broken with no attempt to replace it. - Shower had body hairs from the previous guests when we arrived and toilet was stained. - Bed sheets were ripped / had holes in them. - The air conditioning unit was so loud that it couldn’t be used at night, so the window had to be left open which meant all the nightlife kept you up for much of the night. - plastic camping lights attached to the bed felt like a massive attempt to save money by not investing in nicer decor. - Very little floor space - Scratchy small towels felt like a Brillo pad. - Flimsy dirty shower curtain. All in all, we got the impression that the owners were avoiding shelling out any money on the hotel itself and the guests’ experience in order to make more profit, including not buying new sheets when they rip, which seems like an absolute basic of hotel management. Would not be coming back if we can help it.

Upon arrival the lady at the reception seemed very uninterested to say the least, she spoke a maximum of 5 words to us despite me having said I speak French. We knew that the French could be a tad arrogant, but hotel staff? Really? Staff (including breakfast staff) was very rude and uninterested. When checking out on the last day, the lady just said “K. Bye.” Nothing like “I hope you enjoyed your stay!” or anything. She seemed more than happy we were leaving. Also, it seemed strange that this one reception clerk suddenly asked us to leave our key without explaining why (the other two didn’t ask). We knew Parisian hotels are tiny, but pictures of the room were obviously taken with a very wide angled lens. The bed was bit small for two adults, it was also quite short (boyfriends feet stuck out). The elevator was despicable, two adults didn’t fit in there, let alone any luggage! The matras itself however was comfortable. Pillows were extremely thin, as well as the “duvet”. Despite having turned the heater off completely and having a very thin duvet, it was extremely hot in the room. We weren’t comfortable opening the windows at night because of the noice and because of safety. We had booked a deal which included breakfast. We read that breakfast normally costs €12, that’s definitely way overpriced. There wasn’t enough food, the mini croissants and bread ran out quickly. The cake was very old, dry and there generally wasn’t much variety. The bathroom... My god! If you’re over 1.80m , you won’t be able to properly use the toilet. The shower was extremely cramped, you couldn’t shave your legs or use showergel without opening the doors (which would result in a very wet bathroom floor). We did however get clean towels (which were comfortably soft) and toilet paper every day. The room was fairly clean, I did however find a large pile of dust underneath the bed (which explains the constant sneezing). The walls were thin, we could hear the “neighbors” showering. The area around the hotel has got lots of bars and restaurants, metro stations are located conveniently and you can get anywhere pretty quickly (when the staff are not on strike). We felt bad for the homeless people sleeping out in the cold a couple meters from the hotel entrance. They weren’t bothering anyone though. We visit Paris every year, but we most likely won’t be returning to hotel Beaurepaire.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter. Good location, short walk from Gare du Nord. Gare de l’est even nearer. Basic but comfortable room. Very quiet but that’s because of the unprecedented times! Lovely helpful guy at reception. Breakfast was lovely, croissants and toast on a tray, fresh orange juice, fruit, yogurts and spreads, enough to set you up for the day. Canal St Martin just around the corner if you wanted to stroll in the evening. Plenty of eateries nearby too. Would recommend if you wanted easy access to Paris.

I'm actually still at the hotel while writing this. I only stayed one night, as I had booked a cheaper nearby Airbnb, prior to my arrival. This morning, at breakfast, I found myself regretting not having booked my entire stay here. Yes, the rooms are small. But they are smartly designed, and have tasteful decor. There are blackout curtains and I cannot hear the street noise at all. I slept wonderfully. The staff are warm and welcoming. They were very responsive to any of my inquiries leading up to my stay. The breakfast was amazing! Multiple breads, multiple individual cheeses, the ability to freshly boil eggs, lots of coffee/tea options (I esp appreciate the tea options since I don't drink coffee). I thought the Orange Juice was fresh-squeezed, as it tasted so good, but then I saw them refill it with bottled OJ. All the same, it was much better quality than I've had at other hotel breakfasts. Having said all of that, I was much more impressed with the breakfast when I thought it was included in the price of my stay. When I returned to my room, I read the information booklet and learned that it was 13 euros additional. No biggie. Location is excellent. This is my favorite part of Paris. Lots of vegetarian options! I appreciate the 12 noon check-out time. Seems like 11am is more common elsewhere; that extra hour makes a difference for me. I will definitely stay here again!

I chose this hotel because I had to catch an early train at Gare de l'Est but didn't really have any expectations. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I had asked for a room without carpet ( because of allergies) and was put in the disabled accesible room. This was a bright, spacious and freshly renovated room. The bed and pillow were great quality. Because I had to leave early, the staff allowed me to have sn early breakfast. Breakfast was simple but adequate for this type of hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with plenty of bars snd restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located just 900m from Paris Gare De L'Est and 16km from Paris Le Bourget Airport. In addition, Jacques Bonsergent Metro Station is just a short walk away. The hotel room is very large, the design must be beautiful, and the breakfast is also very delicious. It's a typical American breakfast. It's very good to have a menu to order according to your taste. The house has a sofa. It's very considerate to have a waiter come to the room to open the sofa and put it on. Beautiful surroundings of the hotel

I have just spent my 12th visit to Paris in 8 years and have stayed 11 times at this "home away from home." I love this little place. I am always made to feel welcome by Hervé and Martine, owners and by Mo, who is the night clerk. Flor Rivoli is a few minutes walk from so many Paris icons and is 20 paces from Chatelet Metro station, a key Metro/RER hub from which all of the great city locales can be reached. It is 30 paces from Rue de Rivoli, a major shopping and cultural artery that stretches about 4kms from Place de la Concorde to Place Bastille. It is always bustling and alive with traffic, pedestrians, cafés and, oh, yes, the Louvre I've said before that Flor Rivoli is a little old and, perhaps a little out of date - so am I. It is safe, secure, the rooms are clean and each has a safe, the bathrooms are a little small by North American standards - adapt. It has one of the best locations in the city.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large and clean, new, and the public order is good. The hotel lobby is a glass sliding door. You need to swipe your room card to enter. The room was flat with 2 large boxes without pressure. The toilets are also very large. There are 2 sets of L'Occitane in a house, and a large bottle of mineral water is given away. Walk to the LV main store for 2 minutes, and make early purchase without pressure. It only takes 2 minutes to the Hermes George Avenue branch, and Bulgari is also nearby. If you want to buy luxury goods, you can put it back in the hotel before you continue. Do n’t worry about safety. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The only bad thing is that the front desk called me at 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out. This is a bad experience ... The hotel can help call a taxi to the airport. The hotel said the price was basically the same. The cafeteria and gym are located in B1. There is a Royal Treasure in the hotel, not sure if it is the same as Shanghai.

It is very convenient to buy daily necessities and eat nearby, the service is also good, giving a warm feeling. However, the room is super small, simple appearance, the bed is also very small, it is recommended that fat people do not book here. The room I stayed in was very quiet, and the other room where my friend lived was very noisy, because there were many shops nearby that opened late at night, so the room when I checked in decided the quality of the stay.

Stayed at Hotel Panache for 3 nights. Booked last minute and was still able to get a huge room with a double bed and an additional single bed and which also had a relatively big bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. Hotel has a small lift which is not always a given in European hotels and is close to Grand Boulevards Metro Station, buses from the Champs D'Elysees and lots of excellent food and bars around the 9th Arr. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped make the stay pleasurable. Hotel is very fairly priced considering the area.

Further more the beds were very comfy , clean , WiFi excellent , staff were great ! ... the only thing I will mention is that there is one bathroom in this apartment , so for a family it might be challenging sometime , beside all was great , if going to Paris defiantly will return

Our room was absolutely tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. The shower had mould around the screen and the bathroom could barely fit one person standing. Breakfast was minimal, freshly cooked croissants was a huge plus but other than that, very little variety and not very fresh, the pineapple looked on the turn and the cheese and meat looked straight from a supermarket packet. Fortunately we weren't there for the hotel but still, it wasnt cheap for two nights and I had expected more.

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!

Stayed here for a June trip to Roland-Garros, and the location was ideal, between 15th & 7th. Good metro stops, restaurants, market. The price is a little higher than listed but that's true for any place nearby this time frame. And the comfort of the room made up for it. The proprietors are wonderful, great service, nice breakfast. To our surprise, when we left behind an inexpensive hat, they mailed it to us in the Languedoc at no charge. Thank you!

It’s really bad! Platinum Member! The hotel turned out to be a bad air conditioner! The weather of thirty-five degrees is not air-conditioned! Suggestions, the lobby manager is very unfriendly and free breakfast and a few bottles of water? ? ? ? But for a few single Indian guests (just I know) to checkin the same day! And the manager protested and told me that our compensation is breakfast! I will never live in this intercontinental again! Service facilities are not as good as China's one star! ! ! !

A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.

It only takes about three to five minutes to walk from Paris Gare de Lyon to the hotel, which is very convenient. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are Starbucks coffee around the hotel, there are many restaurants, and there are also many restaurants in the train station that can solve breakfast. Lovely hotel, super staff, comfortable rooms bit small but only what is to be expected. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Our only gripe was the Creole restaurant outside decided to play very loud music from 12 am. It was that bad we went down to complain to reception who did manage to get this turned down but the people in the restaurant continued to be loud. We did find out that the restaurant did not close until 2 am so as we were there to sleep we did not get the best sleep we would have hoped for hence 1 mark being removed.

There is also a good bathroom and shower. Breakfast is a continental buffet and there was a good selection of breads, cheeses, cold mets etc. The Metro station is a shirt walk away and there is a laundrette directly opposite. Waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, soppressata, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee and cappuccino, dried fruits and nuts, granola, assorted jellies and preserves, yogurt, fresh baked chocolate and plain croissants, danish, and mini apple turnovers-yum! The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location , walking distance from Sacre Coeur , Montmartre , Moulin Rouge. All positive. The things i didn’t like was when we were in our room there was a faint tap on door and before we even had chance to realise it was the door a man walked in to unlock the child’s bed. I feel he should of knocked harder and gave us a chance to answer before just walking in. The bar was closed for our whole stay which we weren’t notified of until we got there. Also it was hard to sleep because at 6.30 every morning there was workman making loads of noise right outside our window which I thought was too early and again we weren’t pre-warned about.

The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. .
