The experience at this hotel was perfect from the moment we set our feet onside! Its a new and modern hotel, clean and welcoming. And with beautiful tiles on the floor.. We booked a superior room for 3 night, but upgraded to a suite the last two nights. Superior room was nice, with a small balcony with a nice view over the lake, and a lovely bathroom. Suite, with our own rooftop terrace, was magical. Aircondition worked very well. The rooms are very quiet at night, and the beds are comfortable.Breakfast was lovely and so are all the people that work at this place! Receptionist (I think her name is Illiona) is the perfect host. The hotel has a nice rooftop sundeck and a pool, not big, but enough to cool down if the sun gets to intense. The hotel also has a nice restaurant. Its wonderful to sit outside as the sun sets, and the food, as well as the drinks is very good! Perfect waiters, doing their job with big smiles and excellent service. The village is a nice 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. You can also hop on the shuttle bus, - the stop is only a few meters from the hotel. In the village you´ll find narrow streets with small shops, nice bars and restaurants. And a magical promenade along the lakeside. The whole thing is very fotogenic! I also recommend to take one of the boats and go see some of the other villages by the lake! Its well worth it :-) I highly recommend this hotel, and we will be back. For sure!

Stayed here for 10 nights from the moment we arrived we were welcomed, offered a glass of prosecco by the pool whilst our bags were taken to our room. Room was well appointed bathroom had rainfall shower and jacuzzi bath. Had a basket full of white fluffy robes, slips and toiletries. Room has a small fridge we did put our drinks in here. The bed was so comfy with a pillow menu. Our room 216 looked over the pool and the road which we loved as we could watch the Italian drivers. No road noise due to the double glazed doors. Hotel is really clean and all staff friendly and helpful. Pool staff incredibly attentive. Complementary snacks are offered each day by the pool from 4.30pm We ate at the restaurant in the evening you know it’s good when the locals are there. We had lunch from the snack menu really good portions. Breakfast offers a really good selection of vegan and gluten free options. Would definitely stay here again

We booked through Hotwire. The photos on their site and our first impression when we arrived were positive. A large hotel with swimming pool, large palm-lined patio, very inviting. Reception area seemed rather old fashioned but quite elegant and reception staff welcoming, even if we had to wait till mid afternoon for our room. The room itself was a different story. It was reasonably spacious, but oh so stale smelling and could benefit from a facelift as it was rather dated. I found the structure of the building quite worrying too. The cement on the balconiy above our room (we were on the ground floor, no view ) had eroded and the metal girders (all rusty) were visible. The bed was comfy, however sheets and towels were worn out with tiny holes. The bathroom, on the other hand was small- had to keep shower door open to be able to sit on the toilet, and I'm not particularly tall, there was very little space to lean your stuff and no extractor fan. However we were out most of the day, so the state of the room although disappointing, was not a big issue. There was no wifi in the room which was a problem as I had to work in the evening and the bar/reception area, where internet was available, was rightly crowded and noisy. As regards breakfast, we had no problems. Lots of choice (mainly savoury), maybe not the best quality of food, especially the bread and cereals, but it was more than sufficient. Dishes were frequently restocked. However it did seem that the half-board guests had allocated tables, and the others seemed to be given second rate treatment when being seated (shared with other guests or tables not set) The waiters (apart from one) were friendly and efficient, as they were very busy. On a positive note, the bar served a reasonable choice of drinks and cocktails at competitive prices, and both bargirls were so sociable, polite and tried to engage in conversation. The room cleaning staff were also very efficient and friendly. The hotel car park was free and had ample space (there was also an underground park) and the hotel, although not central, was only about a 10 min walk from the pedestrian area. All in all a mixed-feeling stay with nothing drastically wrong but could have been much better.

La Perla provides a clean and comfortable base for a holiday in Garda. location is excellent, being about 1 min from the bus station and just a little longer to the old town and water front. Rooks are a little on the small side but are perfectly adequate and clean and comfortable. There is a fantastic pool area and a garden with sun loungers if you fancy a day off from sight seeing. Food in the restaurant is of a good standard and there is a choice which should suit all tastes.A nice touch is that it is proper table service rather than the buffet which seem to be popular in most tourist hotels these days. Staff are friendly and helpful and most speak a reasonable amount of English and German. Prices for drinks are not too bad when compared to establishments in the town and are served with nibbles. The hotel is very well run and is spotlessly clean everywhere. Clientele were mostly of a more mature age group and entertainment was suited to that demographic although I note that the hotel markets itself as a cycling holiday destination so maybe it gets younger people as well. I would recommend this hotel for a stay at Lake Garda.

Just back from a week at this 100% 3 star hotel. Good points....great position off the main street, ok staff (mostly), great pool, quality reception area, clean bedroom, quiet to rear of hotel, good early morning packed breakfast, good outdoor seating area and in the bedroom the best air con ever, totally unusual for Italy. Bad points...a standard room places you in the old area of the hotel and in a really dated dining room, dreary yellow lighting, 70's style floor tiles and totally at odds to the other modern other dining room, bedroom had mostly mismatched and scratched old furniture and not one picture on the again dreary walls and only 2 pillows for a double bed and a miserable view over a poor grass area, useless hairdryer a common issue at this hotel food was either ok or boring and really poorly presented even for a 3 star (little is fresh it seems) and it's mainly this that pulls down the hotel, dreadful entertainment from 1-2 person "bands" really just a karaoke and the Friday night "gala" set Italian "inspired" meal is a joke! Staff argued with me that they couldn't change a signed-for drinks order for an error in their waiting service, and the killer was we were charged £12 plus, for a small box of earrings to be posted to the UK after being left in error in the room. I was stunned that they couldn't show a modicum of customer care and use their petty cash.....anyone I've spoken to have been amazed by this. The hotel receptionist used the excuse that it was in the hands of a delivery company (pass the buck attitude), and a bad taste left in the mouth.....we'd paid £1650 all in for the half board week for two. Visit Garda, you'll love it as a hub for the lake, but base yourself somewhere else! I have lots of photos of the lake towns etc but NONE of this hotel....says it all!

I was a bit dubious about the hotel having read some of the reviews but was surprised at how far off the negative reviews were. We stayed for seven days in a large clean room, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the food was varied, plentiful and delicious. Sure the hotel was a 15 minute walk from the town but a shuttle bus is provided free of charge. Large, tidy gardens, large outdoor pool. The reception area a large open area with plenty of seating.

We have just returned from our second excellent week's stay at the beautiful Regina Adelaide Hotel alongside the lake in the centre of Garda. We booked directly with the Hotel taking advantage of a special offer that included a discounted price for stays of 7 days or more and free transfers from Verona Airport to the Hotel and return to the Airport at the end of the stay. We booked a junior suite room on the third floor of the original building with a large balcony facing the lake. The bedroom and bathroom were both large and nicely furnished with air conditioning, fridge, mini bar, and TV. An excellent free wifi service is provided throughout the hotel and grounds. We again stayed on a half board basis with dinner served in the main restaurant every night and breakfast taken on the outside garden terrace in the morning. We very much enjoyed all the food and drinks served. The facilities available to guests were excellent, including extensive gardens, a large well maintained outdoor swimming pool, and a pool bar serving lunch, drinks and snacks. The sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and heated indoor swimming pool services are currently closed for safety reasons, in compliance with the Government Covid directives but the Beauty Centre offering various treatments is open normally. Excellent social distancing measures are in place in the dining room and pool areas. The hotel has a separate patisserie shop located in one of its outbuildings. We again found all the staff exceptionally efficient, friendly and helpful throughout our latest stay. The gardens are lovely and the open air terrace to the cocktail bar a great place to relax of an evening. Entertainment was provided on one night of our stay in the lounge in the form of a jazz band. Various other concerts are provided by the Local Council in and around the nearby main square. The Hotel could not be better located only a short walk from the bus station, the ferry pier, the lakeside promenade and the shopping streets. Our second stay at the hotel was another really excellent and relaxing experience and we would recommend it highly and hope to return again.

We stayed here for 11 nights and it’s well located in sight of the lake and near lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel looks smart from the outside (we noticed it when we were in Garda two years ago) and it is exceptionally clean from reception to the rooms. The owner, Francesco, and his son and daughter seem to work all day, every day and are always available. The room wasn’t huge but well laid out with space to move, a really big wardrobe and a nice balcony from which you can see the lake. The bathroom was decent with a sink the size of a small swimming pool! Breakfast was always fresh and similar to other Italian hotels, no faults and quickly refilled if anything ran out. As we drove down we welcomed the free parking as Garda is always busy and parking is a challenge. The car park is around a 750m walk away and underground. This should be a 4 and 1/2 star review, the only issue for us, which may not bother others, is the lack of shutters as the curtains aren’t ‘black out’. Will happily stay here again on our next visit to Garda!

What a fantastic Hotel and great staff. We came across this Hotel by luck. After being very disappointed by another hotel and decided to leave we were looking for a place to stay. As soon as we walked into this Hotel the staff couldn't be more helpful. We were showed 2 rooms that we took straight away. One of our rooms was moved the second day to a room with a huge terrace . We stayed 4 nights. Rooms were lovely. Hotel perfect location. At the end of the strip so not to noisy. Everything is walking distance, many bars and restaurants. One thing we were looking at , that was with other hotel, was a swimming pool. La Vittoria does not have a pool. No need though as 5 minutes walk you'll find a nice clean beach with beds to rent. Ferry boats 5mn walk give you access to the rest of the lake. Free parking is provided situated 10ms from Hotel by foot. When we come back to lake Garda we will definitely come back to la Vittoria. Just 38 rooms in this hotel just above the centre of Garda. A 4 minute walk to the centre and the Lakeside and just a bit further to the bus station, down a slope so the walk back might be too much for those with mobility problems.. Seems mainly to be favoured by an older clientele We booked the top floor rooms which had been recently refurbished, and whilst not exactly luxurious, they were more spacious, with comfortable beds, a good balcony and with a great bathroom. We were pleased that the rooms were warm throughout our stay as the weather was cold and wet most of the time. We were somewhat underwhelmed by the food however. Breakfast was good and there are snacks to purchase throughout the day, but in the evening the meals were very much alike. Our main grievance was that the meals were very salty, vegetable choice was poor, there was an over reliance on cheese and desserts consisted entirely of cream. If it matters there were no English language TV channels but there is a daily English newspaper. I have seen a previous post which says bike hire is free, but the electric bike tariff is €9.50 per hour. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, and indeed, the owner was often on hand throughout our stay. I would return but only on a B & B basis.

We stayed a week at the Hotel Silvestro, it was our second visit and we chose to stay here again because of location and price. It is a short walk from the bus station and the check-in is at the Hotel Benaco just across the road from the Hotel Silvestro. The staff are really friendly and offer a welcome drink. Our room in the Hotel Silvestro was on the first floor and a good size, a fridge in the room is a bonus. There is also a safe in the room , air conditioning was welcome ( it was hot in June) and we had a good wifi connection. We had no view but that did not bother us as we did not intend to spend a lot of time in our room. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, toiletries are supplied including toothbrushes and tiny tubes of toothpaste ( just in case you forget yours). The room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was the usual continental fare of sweet things and cold meats and cheese. Coffee is from a machine and usually I find machine coffee undrinkable but the cappuccino from the machine at Hotel Silvestro was so good that I would have two cups. As stated location is good, turn right as you come out of the hotel and you are in the lovely little Via St. Giovanni, a busy street with restaurants cafes and shops. Turn left and just around the corner you are on the lakeside, again a great area with lots of restaurants and cafes.

The hotel is in a great location - a very short walk to the lake, and 5 minutes' from the nearest supermarket and the bus station. The ferry terminal is about 10 minutes' walk from Terminus. Get a copy of both bus & ferry timetables so you can plan your journeys. The ferries are more expensive than the buses, but the ferries run on time, and the scenery is beautiful. There are also plenty of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff work extremely hard to keep the rooms and public areas exceptionally clean. The rooms are quite large and very comfortable, if the decorations are a little dated. (Although there is free wi-fi, there are few electric sockets in the room, so be prepared to take it in turns to charge up phones etc, if you're sharing a room!) Other reviews have mentioned being charged for tea/coffee in the room. We took our teabags with us, then bought milk from the supermarket, which we could keep in the fridge. The breakfast food is delicious. Always a good selection of fruit, plus cereals, breads, cakes, alongside cold meats & cheeses, plus bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs. And as much tea, coffee, fruit juice and water as you want! The breakfast room is very pleasant, and there is extra seating outside. The downside to the location is that the rooms at the back of the hotel look onto the main road through Garda, which at peak times, and at weekends, is extremely busy and noisy - particularly the motorbikes.

My husband and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Hotel Garden in Garda, which was our first time visiting Italy. The hotel is ideally situated close to the bus station and ferry port (only a few minutes walk) which makes travelling on days out easy and stress free. The hotel is set back from the main road through Garda, so you have the required privacy when using the pool and tennis court facilities. That said, the constant road noise can still be heard if you are sitting outside, and we found that it increased significantly on a Saturday and Sunday with what appeared to be hundreds of people riding round on motorbikes all day and evening! Once inside though, you cannot hear the road noise if you keep your doors and windows closed, so you can get a good night's sleep. We were not lucky enough to get one of the more spacious rooms at the front of the hotel with a view of the lake, but were allocated a small room at the back of the hotel above the kitchen/service area, so we were on occasions woken up very early with lots of moving/banging around, as well as deliveries and rubbish pick ups. I was, however, delighted to find that our room had a dressing table and mirror (ladies..these touches do make a difference don't they) as well as an easy to use safe and a mini fridge. However, I would have liked some tea and coffee making facilities to have been made available in our room, but there were none. They do not provide an iron and ironing board as standard, but did manage to find both for us to use. The room, as well as everywhere else in the hotel, is exceptionally clean, however, our bathroom was very compact and it was like trying to wash in a small phone box when using the wholly inadequate shower cubicle. My husband is 6' 5", so it was no easy task! The water temperature is also very hit and miss, but you soon get used to it! We opted for half board, so enjoyed a wonderful four course meal in the restaurant every evening, which suited us very well....you choose what you'd like for dinner when you go down for breakfast in the morning. The food is excellent and the serving staff are so friendly and extremely efficient. Our special thanks goes out to Michele and Pia, and all the other restaurant staff, who were always very kind and attentive and made our dining experience very enjoyable. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake, where you will find lots of restaurants and bars, as well as some lovely shops dotted along the cute little lanes leading up to the lake. We spent many an afternoon having lazy lunches by the lake, soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the idyllic views. We found a fantastic bar a couple of minutes walk from the hotel called Cam & Gato, which is small, atmospheric and great fun, which we visited a few times once we'd finished our evening meal. They have live music most evenings. They have a piano in the bar, so my husband even took a turn on it one evening, and was rewarded with a free pint for his effo

I had to visit a company nearby, originally I was thinking of staying near Verona but the Vinitaly sucked in all the hotels in the vicinity even spills over to lake Grada. The hotel picture in Hotels.com is a little misleading, it is a picture of nearby aquatic attraction. I was looking for a building with that distinctive look and overshoot the actual hotel. I was welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, relaxed check-in. Later that evening while dinning across the hotel at a recommended restaurant, I also received a 10% discount from the restaurant when the hotel receptionist ran into me and asked for the discount for me. Parking is a bit truck and it is slightly pricy. There is no elevator so pack light.

Would like to give this 4.5 stars if I could... Communication with hotel prior to arrival was great and they organised a transfer from the airport (€40) as the direct 164 bus had stopped as we were out of summer season. We arrived early but our room was already ready, spacious with a fantastic balcony overlooking the pool and then the lake. The hotel is on the main road around the lake but it wasn’t too noisy at all. Curtains do a great job of blocking out early morning light so got a great nights sleep each night. Having water provided in the fridge (which was brilliantly silent) was a great touch but could have done with more milk for making tea and coffee, am sure we could have got more though if we’d bothered to ask! As others have commented, hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are all great and very friendly, and multi lingual too. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs cooked fresh for you, but was generally the same each day. Towels provided for the pool but the water was too cold for anything more than a quick dip. If it was heated it would have been amazing. Noticed a couple of bits of worn carpet on the stairs which if left for too much longer could become a trip hazard. Hotel just a short walk from the main town where’s there’s plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

On the 28th September my wife and I and our best friends celebrated my 40th birthday with lunch by Lake Garda From the moment we saw Giardinetto we knew we were going to experience something special. The setting and the presentation were stunning. We were then greeted with a fantastic welcome from the head waiter who knew exactly who we were and remembered all about my wife's food allergies from memory (I had emailed a list in advance) For the entirety of the meal the service was simply incredible. It was so nice to see someone with such passion, pride and detail in their work. And the food. Wow. The food was amazing. All fresh seafood from the Garda area and it was cooked and presented beautifully All in all the four of us agreed this was one of the finest lunches we have ever experienced. Can't recommend highly enough

The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning views. Hotel is spotlessly clean. A few little things that would make it an amazing stay. 1. Great if the hotel supplied a room for people with late departure after 5pm to get changed in. 2. iron or ironing service. 3. Wifi needs updating lots of blank spots around the pool area. 4. Taxi is €70+ from airport hotel if the hotel arranged transfer it would be 100% worth the cost of the stay. We would 100% stay here again. Thanks you Sky Pool Hotel for a fabulous holiday!

The Hotel Sport Olimpo offers a basic and simple pace to stay. It is friendly and welcoming and you are left to get on and enjoy your time in Garda. It Offers an all night reception which is not the case with every Hortel in the area. The Hotel is clean if a little dated in decor and appearance but it does offer a fair amount of facilities, a large open air pool, Tennis Courts which you have to book and pay for separately. There is also a golf course some where but in the immediate vacinety of the hotel. The bar also offers service to the pool and sometimes they host some live local music. Breakfast in restaurant is between 7.30 and 9.30 and it is a buffey, its vast and you will not go hungry, but it does cater more for their German guests rather than Brits. This is not surprising due to the proximety to the border. Dinner has to be pre booked and the options are a little basic, but why would you with Gards 5 mins away go out and explare the hundreds of restaurants and bars after all you are in Italy. A small draw back, even though you can get from the bus station to the Hotel in 12 minutes walking, it is situated up the hill, but once you know where it is, there is a gate (which for some reason you are not told about) half way up which offers steps into the hotel core past the dedicated apartments but it does miss all the less than desirable walk on the road around corners without a footpath. So you are not exactly on the lake and you are more likely to get a view of the hills rather than Lake, but in reality I used the hotel simple as a base, and for that its great. In short would I stay here again? Yes I absolutely would.

Dated hotel just outside Garda, up a steep drive which gives good views over the lake, very good two swimming pools with plenty of sun beds, rooms clean but basic, breakfast ok but had better. Biggest bug bear, the bars and cafe wouldn’t let you charge to the room, or take credit card. The hotel is really set up for Germans who park basically where they like and one even blocked the car park so that no one could get in or out, they decide that if they want your pool spot they will crowd you out.

The elevator in the hotel was really small and could only go in for two people. The front desk service was good. We arranged a large room on the first floor. It was heavy. No haha breakfast is rich, but it ’s been for three days. The hotel location is very good. There are a lot of sculptures in the subway station next to the subway station. It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. At noon, many foreigners buy that ice cream.

Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

Camere davvero belle e personale gentilissimo. Personale gentilissimo anche allo Spice. Nel complesso giudizio molto positivo.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

At 9 o'clock in the evening, I went to Milan to check in. The wind is light and telling me that a double booking has occurred. The hotel has no room. When I came up, I came to a waiter to take us to another home. Even the introduction did not, and there was no advance mail. The focus is on the Europeans coming in and out. So what is the meaning of your hotel without a room :)

The hotel location is particularly good, 200 meters walk from Milan Cathedral and 500 meters walk from the shopping center. The food around the hotel is also very convenient. But the room environment can only be said to be OK, but the price is almost the same, from the location, there is no need to say, recommended! Hotel service attitude is also good, that is, English is generally spoken.

The hotel location is very good, only 7 minutes walk from the cathedral. If you want to get up early to take a picture of the church, do not miss this hotel. Each room has a separate small balcony. This is very good as an Italian chain of five stars. It has reached the international five-star standard. The entrance to the elevator has free sparkling water and mineral water every day. The hotel lobby is very artistic and the breakfast is relatively rich, but the European breakfast is not used to eating. Haha Hotel's capsule coffee machine is also very good. Characteristics of many five-star hotels in Europe are also good

The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~
