The room is the largest in my entire trip. There are more than 40 square meters. The facilities inside are also very new. The room is facing the church next to it. The room has a desk, a bed, a TV and other equipment. The shower is also very good. The shower gel and shampoo provided are very easy to use, the front desk service is very good, the fruit, chocolate and candy are very delicious. We stayed a little earlier and there is no charge. The restaurant is very much the breakfast breakfast. Pretty, but the choice is a little less, a bit monotonous, and the others are well received. The location of the hotel is about seven or eight hundred meters from the central railway station, which is the distance from a station. It is best to go out from the main entrance of the central railway station. If you go out from the back door, you have to walk 1.5 kilometers. There are three buses to the train station at the doorstep. It is walkable to the Town Hall Square and the main commercial street, St. Peter's Cathedral. If you want to go to the beach or rotate the building, you have to take the bus. The little brother who cleaned up the room in the hotel was very polite and very funny, and the points were praised.

I always love a simple but very accessible hotel and Comfort is one of them. Since it was my first time in Malmo, I chose a hotel which was just few minutes distance to the train/bus station. It is also just walking distance to almost all the places I wanted to go: park, shopping street, restaurant. In my weekend stay, I only walked to and from my destination. The lobby is cool and nicely done and I had no problem with my room. The nice touch that I happen to only experience in this hotel was the possibility to donate your clothes or shoes that you don’t intend to bring back with you thru a bag they place in the rack. Definitely coming back next time I stop in Malmo.

Stayed here for a conference, also hold on the hotel. It was surprisingly good for what you was paying. Well, the rooms need an update over all but the hotel was well taken care of with fresh flowers, welcome water and coffee for free. Breakfast was large and there was two ladies taking care of us in a great way. Staff at reception was good and there was also staff from the office who helped us out with a restaurant booking during a busy time.

Ok so I'm a solo traveller so I was looking for a cheapish hotel that was centrally located which I got. They make no secret of the fact that the rooms are small, mine was tiny but that was no issue as I'm not particularly big myself. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, shower was hot and powerful. It did get quite warm but I left the window open in the day and that helped. There is a new breakfast room which is really lovely and the breakfast was of a good standard. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms but I just went and helped myself in the dining room. My only criticism for this hotel is noise. I stayed during the weekend and on the Friday night was constantly woken by slamming doors and shaking walls, not to mention the couple in the next room having a blazing row and the person on the other side snoring like a bear. Maybe not the best if you're a light sleeper or of a larger build but otherwise good.

Last week I stayed at the hotel and paid for parking of my rental car, by the hotel. The receptionist miss spelled my registration plate wrote the manual note, they are using to the computer system and it ended up with a fine of 800 SEK for me. I immediately called the hotel and explained the situation and sent them a mail with all the info. But instead of handle it in a smooth way they started up to question if I had written an E or G, I explained that I had written the correct number of the licence plate (as I read the plate just outside the hotel upon check-in) and after several mails I also sent a sample of my writing so they could see for them self and one in the staff confirmed that it was a difference between the letters but still arguing and refused to take responsibility. Today I got an email from the Managing Director who told me that it's not their problem and I have to contact the parking company by myself, even the fact given that they wrote the wrong licence plate. I maybe do not have the most wonderful handwriting, but in my opinion it's very clear that it is a difference in the E and G. Specially after attach a sample of my E, to the hotel.

I can’t fault this hotel. Stayed here just over a week and pretty much everything was perfect. Amazing service all round, the staff went out of their way to make sure I had the best possible stay, in every department. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, lovely decor throughout the hotel in its classical design but at the same time updated and fresh. Great facilities, the sauna was a real bonus! Amazing breakfast and food at the bishops arms. Rounded off by the easy and convenient location. It would be fair to say the best 4 star hotel I’ve stayed in by a longshot :) Highly recommend it and I’ll be back next time I’m in Malmo! The only slightly disappointing aspect was that parts of the hotel were still being renovated during my stay, which was a bit of a shame but surely necessary and temporary, so not an issue! Thanks again guys for a great stay.

I was visiting my daughter who now lives in Malmo. I brought a friend with me so we needed room for the two of us. Our room at Scandic Kramer fulfilled that need. It was bright in the daytime but at night they had the best ever black out curtains I've ever seen in a hotel. I am light sensitive so this is important factor to me sleeping well. We also had a bathtub which was a real bonus because most Scandinavian hotels only have showers unless you are in a suite. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English which again was so helpful. Breakfast was great. There was enough a selection that one could choose a different type of breakfast every day. Our stay was 7 nights and I was very pleased with everything the hotel had to offer. Plus there were chandeliers and a grand staircase.

Why you getting 1.0 from me: Fact 1. On line communication was limited, last message on booking.com wasn’t even respond. Reception staff was rude, incompetent and couldn’t care less. Fact 2. After several emails, I have been left without solution, upset and highly disappointed for level of service. Fact 3. Lack of knowledge across whole company, about situation about Corona virus- even if Sweden banned non-EU flights ( coming from UK as common knowledge is that Great Britain is no longer part of EU ) I was still asked to travel to Malmo- closest airport Copenhagen was closed almost week before. By Train is taking more than one day. Fact 4. Nobody allowed me to change a date of stay, or refund. Opinion: This is not a hospitality, and five star service for the price that you pay. This is not a way how you treat your guest. This is not how you operate. 0/10 for flexibility 0/10 for relation on-line 0/10 for proactive behaviour 0/10 for taking care and understanding global situation 2/10 for rooms, are quite nice, and minimalistic Nothing personal, just face the truth and change for next time. Regards, A

We recently stayed in the Premium Suite, which was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The suite actually has a separate kitchenette (with basic facilities only), separate master bedroom, and living room with dining table where they set up 2 single beds for our kids. It also has a gorgeous juliette balcony and quaint windows with superb views over Malmo. The hotel itself is conveniently located close to the station and serves a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated near the station and near to all aktivities or shops. You can park your car outside the hotel at weekends.During the week it is a bit difficult. The hotel is very calm, the breakfast is good and the rooms clean .

Absolutely amazing! The circus carriages are beautiful inside and out, and the beds are so comfortable. Clean and a very nice and laid back atmosphere. The director and the assistant are so kind and service minded! Bicycles were included in the rent so we bicycled around beautiful Malmö. Grand Circus Hotel is also located walking distance from Beijers Park, where the very popular childrens show "Sommarlov" is recorded. We will definitely come back! ❤️

MJ`s is a cool place. The Flamingo theme is obvious everywhere in the hotel. From the funny chair in the reception to the bathropes in the rooms. Very cool. We checked in on Saturday afternoon at this time the reception was melted into one with bar and loud music came from the DJ´s amplifier. This bar is a cool place for afternoon drinks or after dinner drinks and together with the beautiful restaurant atrium makes it a hotel you don`t want to leave again. And had the beds and rooms not been so cool, you would stay up all night to enjoy :-)

The hotel has good staff, everyone was very nice and welcoming, they try to help you as much as they can. They even gave us free ice cubes and carbonated water bottle. The cleaning staff go regularly, the person who visited my room did not speak English but we still managed to communicate with basic language knowledge. Concerning the facility itself, at first, looks nice and clean, but if you stay longer you notice a few things: when going to breakfast, bowls and plates were not being cleaned properly, I checked multiple ones and they had stains somewhere on them, inside the bowl. The room we stayed in at first looked very good. But then you notice the stains on the wall, bad painitng, the stains on the bed covered by the sheet or by pushing the beds together. The beds are single beds, and the top mattress tends to slip a lot, and the beds moved a lot. The room we were in also didn't have a window knob. There is also a lot of noise coming through the pipes in the bathroom, no sanitary pad bags, but that is alright, and no toilet refresher, and to be honest whether you had a smaller or bigger toilet business, every time you flushed it did not smell nice. The room felt a bit too cold even with the heating on, I recommend bringing your own slippers as they do not have them in the room. The breakfast was not quite good, definitely not worth the price. The WiFi is okay, be careful as it does not require a password, therefore your network is very public. Sometimes the connection can be slow. All in all, the hotel as a facility can do much better, but the staff are really welcoming and very nice.

Reception people are very humble. The hotel has a warm atmosphere. Rooms are not very big but good enough with all features that you need in a room. Breakfast is very complete and well served by the staff. No lack of anything. I recommend this hotel to everybody that is on the way up north or wants to visit Malmö. Very nice hotel and a very nice city

Location is the best atribute in this hotel. However, our stay was very pleasant because we were well treated by everyone. There was this guy from Syria, whose name escapes me know, who even let me use his personal train card to go to Copenhagen and gave us all sorts of nice tips for parking, sightseeing and things like that. The breakfast was something! One morning, we woke up late and the lady in the restaurant, instead of puting everything away (as usual), asked us if we wanted flesh eggs and chocolate! I guess all eventual flaws became unoticed when you are spoiled a little...
