Hospedagem 19/02 a 26/02/2024. Hotel tem uma excelente acomodação e espaço com ótima estrutura. porém não é bem utilizado. PÉ NA AREIA, MAS A PRAIA É IMPRÓPRIA PARA BANHO. Praia de pescadores cheiro forte de peixe e esgoto no local. Com uma placa informando imprópria para banho. Fiquei no prédio novo, gostei bastante do quarto , cama , ar-condicionado e chuveiro. Ótimos. Porém o serviço de limpeza é péssimo. Não trocam toalhas não trocam roupa de cama , e a limpeza é feita somente de tarde. E se quiser papel higiênico tem que pedir na recepção, o que eu achei absurdo . Da mesma forma que para limpar o quarto tem que pedir na Recepcao até meio dia, caso contrário não é limpo. Estrutura de piscina muito boa , limpas porém com piso muito resbalento na volta o que acosionou vários tombos das pessoas inclusive eu também cai. Hotel fica aberto acesso de entrada e saída de pessoas não tem controle nenhum . Qualquer pessoa pode acessar o local. É cobrado 20 reais por dia de estacionamento, porem eles não tem nenhum tipo de controle de quem acessa o local , uma vez que fica aberto o tempo todo sem portaria Restaurante absurdamente caro e comida ruim , tive uma péssima experiência no restaurante. Fotos publicadas do café da manhã são lindas , mas a realidade não é a mesma. Durante a semana o café é bem precário com as coisas que não são saborosas e final de semana fica mais razoável. Não tem funcionários suficientes para dar conta no salão de café, pois se vc quizer uma mesa vc mesmo que tem que limpar. O hotel tem tudo para ser perfeito falta administração e mais funcionários. Supriu minha necessidade ( 5 min do Beto Carreiro ) mas não volto mais no local .

I booked a suite with a view, 12 to 13.04.24, as photos of the site, but they placed me in an old suit, which doesn't appear on the site, with a lot of air conditioners in the window. I complained with Mr at the reception and he didn't know why, but for them all right. I even told me that the room was the guests' favorite ... I paid for a suite and received a completely different room. The restaurant, as I had read in the comments, is very expensive, a 10,00 water, a long neck beer 18.00 more 10% (which I didn't pay). The garage is 19,00. Another detail is the beach in front of the hotel is inappropriate for bathing, so we can't even cut the beach, and we leave a little from the hotel/host.

Fujam desse hotel ! Apesar de dizerem que a localização é fantástica, em frente ao parque, bla bla bla, para se atravessar com segurança a rodovia é preciso usar a faixa de pedestres (a faixa à direita saindo do parque) e caso não queira se arriscar andando no acostamento estreito (que fica tomado por carros e temos que andar na rodovia para desviar - pelo menos no fechamento do parque) deve-se usar a rua que dá de frente pra faixa e ir até a primeira rua paralela à rodovia. Nesse caminho, que é curto e seguro, já temos outras opções de pousadas mais bonitas (não fui conhecer nenhuma, não posso afirmar se são realmente melhores). Já na chegada ao hotel (período da tarde) fomos mal recepcionados, quem nos recepcionou foi uma faxineira (nada contra, mas cadê a pessoa da recepção) que fez uma expressão de ”que diabos são vocês e o que estão fazendo aqui”. Expressão não muito diferente da recepção quando alguém nos atendeu. O estacionamento é péssimo de entrar pela frente do hotel e de manhã ficam chamando pessoas da rua para estacionar lá, enchendo o estacionamento e os hospedes que se lixem. Chegando ao quarto bateu aquele desespero, a porta enroscava no chão e não abria totalmente, a maçaneta quase caindo de tanto ter que puxar e dar tranco na porta, piso todo lascado, mobília (que restou) muito cansada, estragada, um lixo. Chuveiro era legal, mas ficava a um palmo da parede e tínhamos que tomar banho igual lagartixa grudado na parede. A pia vazava água e caia no chão. O mais interessante é que chegamos e não tinha nenhuma toalha, nem de chão, nem de rosto, nem de nada, e disseram que a lavanderia não tinha entregue e iam resolver logo isso. Resumindo, até a hora do banho não tinha chego, fui na recepção pedir e disseram que iam providenciar, mas nada, até que minha esposa foi lá também e disse que tínhamos crianças (duas) que precisavam tomar banho e acabou voltando com um conjunto de toalhas mais surradas que Jesus para nós 4 usarmos. No dia seguinte ao voltarmos do parque nada de toalhas novamente e minha esposa conseguiu novamente outro conjuntinho de toalhas (surrados igual ao primeiro), mas agora tínhamos 2 toalhas de banho pra 4 pessoas, top! E o rodo no box do banheiro porque a caída da água não é no ralo? E a cereja do bolo foi a noite do segundo dia (quinta-feira), com a piscina tocando música até mais de 23h (e na recepção falaram que não podíamos fazer barulho após as 22h) e uma chuva forte na sequencia com barulho de goteira no quarto. Como se dorme assim? Só no dia seguinte fui achar uma poça entre duas camas. Ah, sem esquecer do pessoal que nos abordou no segundo dia oferecendo quotas de hotel novo que pretendem fazer no lugar desse. Pelo menos a vendedora foi compreensiva e nos liberou rapidamente pras crianças irem pro parque. Café da manhã não consigo opinar, peguei leite pras crianças tomarem mas acabaram não tomando e foi só o que consegui pegar, reposição parece que não existia. No segundo dia nem perdemos tempo, fomo
