Check in put a real dampener to our couple and 30th anniversary get away. The check in time was 3pm and to be safe we arrived at 4pm. Soon after completing all the documentation for checking in, we were left hanging and waiting for more than an Hour. We were not told anything. The male Indian staff that attended to us was friendly but disappeared after a while. The new female staff did not really know the situation and told us that our room was still not ready at 5.15pm. We were told that the manager was aware and in another 20 minutes, they would have our room ready. No welcome drinks were offered whilst we sat there being paraded to the other hotel staff and guest. The manager did not come personally to explain anything to us. We had to approach the front office staff to enquire about the long delay. We finally got the keys to our room at 5.30pm. At these prices for this higher class hotel, we would have at least expected better treatment and service. This is something I would expect at a budget hotel. Sad that it happened at the start of the much awaited 2 night get away.

Best hotel. Recommended. Basement is connected to merlion park, and Raffles Mrt station no need to cross road. Food was wonderful. Scenery was therapeutic. The best part my husband likes is the TOTO toilet bowl check it out. Satay very nice 👍🏻 Chicken rice superb.

Ascott hotel is centrally located. Raffles MRT station is just beside. I can't argue much about the location and public transportation. Only issue would be parking space. Do take note parking is not provided.. so either grab over or take public or be prepared to be slaughtered by parking charges! Overall enjoyable stay with family. There's a lovely light show when we stayed.. however it's only temporary..

An excellent hotel with good customer service. I have no complaints about this hotel certainly. I have an enjoyable stay here. With club access it allows me to relax and not plan what or where to eat. I can simply just head up to the lounge and get myself filled up with food at 5 different timing. I reached around 10.15 am on the day of check-in. Thinking of leaving our luggage at the hotel while we head for brunch. To our surprise, the staff said we are allowed to have an early check-in. The staff brought us up to level 32 where the club lounge is and asked us to have a drink while his colleague will prepare the check-in for us. We sat there for about 15 to 20 minutes or so. This time the staff who serve us throughout our stay, Michelle came to us and informed us that she has helped us with the check-in and explained some procedures and we are good to go. We were given level 29 of a twin marina view room. The room was clean and the view was spectacular. We then headed out for brunch and thereafter back to the hotel to enjoy the amenities and club access. The gym was well equipped and operates 24hours. All the equipment you are looking for in the gym can be found here. If you are looking to have a good swim the best timing will be in the morning and evening probably. If not during the daytime it was quite packed. Club access was great. The food variety and drinks vary from tea to juices to alcohol were all great. I had a few cocktails and champagne as well. The food is nice as well, such as the beef stew, salted egg popcorn chicken, black chicken soup, satay, danish and many more... There is also a limousines car available to send you to your destination within the marina area. We took it to the garden by the bay. And walk back from there. This is a value add service to us 😊 The view from the room and bathtub is awesome. You can just get yourself soaked in it with the view of MBS in front of you with a day or night view whichever you prefer. The bed is also so comfortable that you do not wish to climb out of bed. All in all the amount you are paying is worth what you are getting. All the staffs are always friendly and approachable. I would strongly recommend to at least stay here at least once in your lifetime.

As part of our 6th anniversary, my wife and I booked a 1-night stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. We checked out from another hotel around 12pm and reached at this hotel at around 12:40pm. It was nice of them to let us to check-in early rather than the standard 3pm check-in. We also asked if a late check-out is possible and they let us check-out at 1pm instead of the standard 12pm check-out. The overall check-in time and registration only look less than 5 minutes - quick and no fuss at all. The overall design of the hotel is mesmerising - fun fact it is the first garden in a hotel in Singapore! The room given to us was at 9th floor (room 0929, Urban Deluxe King Room) and the window (with balcony outside) is facing the Singapore flyer and Marina Bay Sands. It was a stunning view both in daylight and at night! The room was spacious with modern interior design. It comes with a bathtub as well. Apart from the amazing room, they also have a beautiful and shiny pool - it is a MUST to check it out at night because of the starry light effect. They also have a gym that's 24/7 available, we had a workout in the morning and they have sufficient equipments and are all in good condition. We only managed to explore Marina Square Mall around the area. It is a bit troublesome to go to Suntec City although it was just right in front of it, you need to go around, cross the bridge in order to get there. You can also walk towards the Esplanade Mall, great to go for a jogging in the morning but we didn't manage to do. They definitely deserve to be called a 5-star hotel. Overall experience was great and we'll definitely come back to this place again!

Services was good, staff was very polite and answer all my questions. We were served with welcome gift of 2 pineapple tarts and continued with some cakes and small treats due to my baby birthday celebration. Room was decorated with hand-drawn balloons and the receptionist staff follow us into our room to take picture with the decoration and send us the printed photos at the end of the stay. Room was big even with roll-away bed prepared, with sofa and work desk on the corner. Breakfast spread was decent but the food quality is good. Finally now the breakfast is buffet-style served assisted from the staff behind the glass screen. We were given bicycle healthy snacks even though we did not manage to use the bicycle. Swimming pool is empty when we go in and the marina bay background is beautiful. Unfortunately the swimming pool access is only up to 7pm which hinders us taking picture of the city lights. I hope the hotel can consider opening the access to swimming pool beyond 7pm. Overall is a great experience!

Managed to get an early check in at 1pm and staff wished an advance birthday greetings upon check in. The view from Harbour Studio room was great! Room was generally clean except some area with a little dust. Went to the pool after check in, liked the idea that children pool was separated from the main, the deepest in the main pool was1.2m. Service from the poolside bar was great too! Ordered our drinks and was delivered to us rather fast. If you are thirsty, you can also take the infused water from the poolside bar. Received acomplimentary goodies on birthday itself. Saw fireworks from my room on Saturday night too.. Had a great stay with Pan Pacific and will definitely return again.

I went for solo staycation as I had been wanting to go but sadly they closed to assist government's support in covid-19 housing of SHN individuals hence my staycation was cancelled. Glad that they open and went for a night solo staycation. What attracted me is their big room and big bathtub beside the window, and smaller infinity pool hence I look forward to staying here. I would say the location is abit far off from the attractions and hence quieter, especially during weekends. The food garden at Asia Square Tower 1 & 2 opens only on weekdays for working staff. Hence, if you are staying on weekends, u will need to walk about 5 minutes to Lau Pa Sat for meal or walk to MBS which takes about 15 minutes. Otherwise, you will need to take a train to elsewhere for meal. Marina Bay Link Mall has Subway and Toast Box opening on weekends though. There are 2 restaurants open on weekends at Asia Square Tower 2 ground level but not much variety. The hotel room is big enough, clean and I love the bathtub beside the window. Not many hotels come with bathtub that is beside the window and the view is great. Basic necessities are there, just that there is no comb. I'm quite surprised many 5-star hotels do not provide comb. I would think this is probably something for hotels to look into. They do provide a travel plug in case u have forgotten to bring. They also provide essential oil so that u can rub on to have a gd slp and wet wipe (1pc per night) for safe stay. I like the swimming pool which is an infinity pool. It was quiet when I went which is great and not crowded. There is also free whirlpool and steam room at their spa. The gym is really perfect with all main equipments there. They look new and not wear off. Maintenance is great! I have never gone to their restaurants but do note that they have happy hour for affordable draft beers. Visit their website to find out more. I would stay again probably during weekdays so that I can easy access to more food. Especially at night on weekends, it might be quieter for ladies who are on solo staycation. Hope my review helps. :)

This hotel had so much potential with such a great location (directly opposite Lau Pasat, nearby to an MRT, barely a 10 drive to town) and with rooms worth much compliments, however, there are many other hotels nearby that tick those boxes just as well, and with such terrible service & room management - your hotel is one I can easily skip especially after what had happened. I had initially booked a 2-night stay for your lofty room to celebrate my husband's birthday. (Check in Friday) We were already placed on hold upon our arrival as apparently "our room wasn't ready", but in the end we waited only to be told that there are no Lofty rooms available.' Your team's best solution was to provide me a normal room for the night of my arrival and switch me to the lofty room the following day with an extension of a 3rd night.  Afterwards we were brought to the tiniest room ever. Even if temporary, don't put us in a room of the absolute polar opposite of what I had booked for - that's really just asking for an already disappointed customer to turn furious. It didn't even have the most basic of basic amenities as the one I had booked - a bathtub for example. Which I obviously complaint about, and your staff pushed my temporary room from your Cosy to an Urban Room.  Now question is, if the next best room you could give me was an Urban, why wasn't I placed there in the very beginning? It was an eyesore to be sitting in a room I clearly did not deserve, so we decided to head out for dinner, and rushed back by 9:30pm to make it in time for the roomas advised. Afterwards again, only to be told, it's still not available. At this point, we have wasted our entire Friday afternoon & evening. Then we had to go through so much trouble to reschedule all of our plans on Sunday and Monday, just to make sure we can extend a 3rd night and check out on Monday, because clearly coming back on a separate date was not ideal due to our busy schedule, and of course, it would have made the entire birthday retreat worse than it already is.  By the time we got changed to our Lofty room, it was hardly a surprise for my husband, it just ended up being relief of finally getting what we had paid for. Also, a staff went in our room even when we had the "do not disturb" light on. With the layout of your washroom, many things could have gone south with him just walking in like that. My husband was particularly upset about that.  All that said, there is actually absolutely zero compensation for this. I was forced to accept the downgrade because we had nowhere else to go that Friday, and even though offered "1 free night", that can hardly be classified as compensation because I'm just getting what I paid for, which is a 2-night stay at the lofty, but delayed. If anything, the only thing we got was a load bag full of inconvenience and a stressful birthday night for my husband - without a doubt, it wasn't a retreat.  If I really wanted to be petty, typically when I stay at a highly rated accommodation, there would also be a little gift for birthdays or anniversaries etc, while this had absolutely none, not even a wish from the staff upon checking in. The service was no different from a 2 star hotel. Needless to say, a huge disappointment and did not live up to the expectations as a sister hotel of Sofitel. I hope no one will ever go through what I went through.

It’s my second stay in The Clan, this time, trying out their Grand Premier Room. The hotel’s location & facilities, on top of their staff’s hospitality and very warm welcome, drew me back to this hotel. Kudos to Mr. Sam Gil and Mr. Rommel who ensured that I enjoy my birthday staycay. Although I had to remind the front desk of the mini-bar preferences I sent when I replied to their email before check-in (wrong items were placed in my room), this minor glitch was overshadowed by all the good things. Below are all the highlights during my stay: * very nice view of Telok Ayer’s & Amoy Street’s skyline (my room was at the 25th floor) * great entertainment system (tv has chromecast) * impressive pillow menu - I was able to try the U-shaped body pillow * soothing bubble bath, drawn by one of the Clankeepers * birthday cake & wine ❤️ * turndown service, inclusive of special tea & pulse point essential oil freebie * free mini-bar, based on my preferred items Breakfast served is by set, not buffet, but still plenty! No more reservations required for their pool & gym, which were still maintained and cleaned regularly throughout the day. This hotel has three types of rooms: Deluxe, Premier and Grand Premier. I encourage potential guests to try their Grand Premier room - the only room category with bath tub. Staying in this room also comes with special Clankeeper services (like turndown services, drawing you a bath, etc.).

The location wise is perfect as Suntec City and Marina Square are just within walking distance. This is very convenient to parents with young kids like us. The cleanliness of the hotel room deserves a 5-star, and the housekeepers attended to our requests promptly and they even ready the amenities for kids. The buffet breakfast serves various choices of food, my kids specially love their waffle with ice cream and chocolate syrup! The chefs in Oscar are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great time during our stay in Conrad, we will definitely consider this hotel again!

It was the most relaxing staycation I’ve ever had! Check-in was smooth and they even served us iced tea and cooling towels. The rooms were massive and I love the decor! The food was absolutely delicious from Bedrock Origin! Don’t get me started on the spa which absolutely relaxing and luxurious. Everything here was different from what you get from most hotels that I’ve stayed in Singapore. There’s lots to do within the resort with free wellness activities from Aqua Zumba, Tai-chi, Bath Bomb making, yoga and many more! Definitely a stand out is that the hotel staff were extremely professional, helpful and really went the extra mile.

The hotel is being renovated so facilities like swimming pool is unavailable. There is a makeshift gym I tried which cannot compare to the original set up. The previous gym was huge and well equipped; I hope after the renovation the gym will be just as good. Room size was decent and clean. Love the monogram tea provided and even the mini bar was complimentary which I find was a nice touch. Overall a very enjoyable stay and hope to come back again soon!

I first stayed at the SEA Hotel back in 2014 as it was recommended by my aunt and uncle who always stay here when in Singapore. I love the place. It’s old and rustic (a throwback to another time) but for $100 SGD a night with a fabulous vegetarian buffet breakfast included (Kwan Im restaurant) and prime location in Bugis you couldn’t ask for anything more. Also when booking the staff are excellent in replying to queries and give very detailed information about getting to the hotel and airport transport options and nearby attractions. Free wifi was included and it was fast and reliable. The staff on the front desk were friendly especially the girl who checked me in. Bugis+ shopping mall (10 levels with cinemas, food/retail options galore and taxi rank) is less than 5 mins walk. I use this as a taxi pick up/drop off point to various attractions from the hotel. Bugis MRT Station is 5-10 mins walk and is on the airport line (10th station from the airport, with 1 change at Tanah Merah, cost only SGD 2.50) The Kwan Im Temple is right next door and worth checking out (it gets very busy with local worshippers). Directly outside is a pedestrian mall with a flurry of activity with market stalls and street vendors. The hotel is simple and rooms unadorned with only the basics but it’s all there and excellent value for money. They do request you leave your key if you go out and recollect (24 hour reception) but I conveniently forgot to do this most of the time and it was never a problem. Oh and don’t even think about bringing durians to the hotel!

We just loved the boutique and high class feel of the hostel whilst it also maintained that communal feel which we love too. The rooms were really comfortable and the mattresses perfect for us. The pods had great curtains which blocked out light and added privacy whilst staying in a shared room. Also loved the touches like two sets of lights one brighter and one a bit dimmer as well as the plug and slippers too. Location was ideal for exploring the city being a short walk from public transport, varied places to eat, a 7/11 below and not far to walk to the marina too.

Pros: Good location. Reasonable price. Check-in was efficient. Water provided. Free Wifi. Generally clean. Cons: Very small room and the space isn't utilized well, layout of room is poorly done as it makes the room feel even smaller. Bed is arranged such that one side of the bed is flush against the wall, bed partner needs to climb over me to get out of the bed - dangerous. No place to hang clothes. Bathroom is so small and there's no partition between the shower and the cistern, so the entire bathroom gets wet when showering. Sink is outside the bathroom hence the room floor gets wet. No fridge. No cupboard. Barely any table/counter space to put belongings. No room service unless you request for it at reception! Service is alright - not rude, but doesn't seem sincere.

I arrived at Hotel about 03:35 AM. It was the time that all the people are sleeping. I was a little bit confused about my check-in because when I arrived at the counter he didn't ask me about my check in information. He just only asked me that I was paid or not and I said I've paid already then he showed me my room without asking to show my passport or check in information. Did he know me that I'm the girl who booked at 19th and arrived at 20th?? Maybe!!!🧐🧐 Never mind! The room is very fantastic and comfortable. I felt like I was in an spaceship🚀😅🥰. Since I was travel alone in Singapore I was afraid of sleeping at room alone. But the hotel is very safe .I really loved this place and next time when I come to Singapore, I promised that I'll book this hotel again ❤❤❤❤❤

We were a group of 12 and opted to stay in this hostel booking the whole 12 beds room, which we were very glad to have as it was the room at the top floor of the hostel, meaning the less noisy and more isolated one from the rest of the chaos. Let's start with the room: we had bunk beds with everything you may need: sheets, pillows, curtains to close them at night (great stuff for privacy this!) and personal lockers (you need to bring your own padlock). In the 12 beds room there was a private bathroom too with 2 toilets and a shower, which was very handy as it gave us some privacy. There are also more showers and toilets in the other floors that we could use. Breakfast was provided in a weird way: the first night we arrived we noticed a big plastic box in the room. The surprise was they have left us "the breakfast" for the following 2 days in there, which consisted of bread, jam, tea and coffee. Not what we expected, but it did the job. And now let's move to the worse bit of the hostel: the common areas. There is way too much people hosted in the hostel for the size of the common living space they have. The kitchen is tiny, and there is a sofa at the entrance that is always busy and with lots of people sleeping on it, so you can't really use it. The people staying in the common areas (not sure if they were guests of the hostel or not) was a bit peculiar, so we were glad to have our own space. The front desk is not very friendly but the check-in and out was smooth and easy (beware check-in is not allowed before 3pm). Overall it's a very basic hostel but the location is good.

Was given room 1313 initially and decided to change to another room cos I went with my elderly mother, who is abit pangtang about the number. Was given 0819. Was told by staff there’s no other higher floor room. We said ok but upon entering, there was a gas smell. Cleaning staff from hotel said the rooms on this side of the hotel had not been used for a long time, therefore maybe the smell. Went down to lobby to change room and was given 1616 by another front counter staff. Room was ok but maybe shower area abit small for someone who might be bigger sized. Bkfast was buffet style, so u tick on the menu and a staff will go collect for u. Variety not a lot though. On second day, we decided to ‘tabao’ back to room to eat. We requested to separate the nasi lemak from fried noodles as we don’t want them to lump everything into the box. Upon hearing this, one of the non Chinese staff seem displeased and hinted we are supposed to dine in. When we went back to the room, we realised that they forgot some items and we went dwn again. Happen to see the same staff (who was with another Chinese colleague). I told the staff politely that they might have overlooked packing some items. She jz stared at me while her colleague apologised. I said it’s ok, I will just re-tick the menu list. Whilst doing so, that same staff brought back my earlier menu. I then highlighted what was missing and she went off ( I assume to pick up the missing items). In the end, it was the Chinese colleague who passed me the missing items, apologising again for the oversight. So, plus point for this Chinese lady and minus point for the other one ( who gave the vibes of being ‘buay song’ (displeased attitude). Managed to get late check out at 1pm on the last day. So overall, guess stay was ok.

Stayed in Pasir Panjang for the second time. To be honest, I will still choose to stay at the hotel next time I come to Singapore for the following reasons: 1. The price is relatively cheap. 2. Convenient transportation: Many buses pass by, and the station is 10 meters away; the Lion City subway ring line (yellow line) is closer. 3. Spacious, bright, and sanitary: Although the facilities are older, the rooms are spacious and there are windows in the room. The light and ventilation are very good, and they are clean and hygienic. Finally, the key point comes. Manager Cai of Pasir Panjang is very nice. I feel like I'm home when I stay here. This stay was during the period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. Manager Cai was very concerned about the guests. When I returned to China, I learned that I did not buy a mask. I sent a mask and disinfected wipes to protect me on the way. Really moved, thank you! Thank you Manager Cai!

As an Ascott group member, there are decent expectations of an Ascott experience in all the properties in which I had once stayed (Ascott, Somerset, Citadines). Citadines Rocher (recently opened in 2020) was one of my top choices in having a local staycation because of its location and price range. However, it was an overall disappointing experience, and here’s why: 1. No daily housekeeping service 2. Our bathroom door could not close. It was completely off the ledge. 3. Reception is busy all the time. Phone calls are often not answered 4. This hotel was most probably a designated hotel used for both Malaysian citizens who were unable to return home due to locked borders, as well as returning Singaporeans to serve their mandatory 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). There were confirmed COVID-19 cases within my period of stay. We were notified by a letter from the management. The least the management could do was to provide a mask or sanitizers to guests. We also chanced upon 2 medical workers fully donned in PPE escorted a guest to the ambulance. Scary stuff. 5. We took our own trash out of the room since day 1 of check-in. It was not cleared even upon checking out. Dear Citadines Rocher, please review your services. I had absolute faith and would like to continue giving my support to Ascott despite this awful stay.

The location of this hotel is definitely not as accessible as all other hotels I went before. It is only easier if you go via car for the first time. Subsequently when you explore the area a bit more, then you can try the path via the UBS building itself. This information perhaps should be made known on the hotel's website. In terms of cleanliness, one of the cups in my room was not washed cleanly. I can see the lipstick mark of a previous user, with some coffee dripping down that lip mark. Had to manually wash it. I would have been more prepared if I brought some detergent along. In terms of service, you must know that they do not provide additional towels for you, even upon request. You can only go and exchange with what you already have. Example, if you need an extra towel to wrap your hair, it is not possible. One room, if 2 pax, they will only give u 2 towels and one floor carpet. I think this is not a good point. The cafe lodge is nicely decorated, just that food have to wait at least 30mins, even if it is a simple set. And not all food are available. But can just chitchat while waiting, or maybe next time just order in advance. The good thing is that at least there is no insect in the room and bed sheets are pretty clean.

Little to what I know, there is no TV channels available in the room. Checked with reception, due to upgrading works, no channels are available. A little disappointed. As currently have to take away and dine in, there is no extra big bins to throw rubbish. Toilet is not equipped with bidets, so use toilet paper only. What i like about here is the rain shower and shampoo is provided. Towel and toothbrush is provided too. Complimentary mini-bar for drinks and consumables. Aircon is cold enough to let me wanting to stay indoor than going outdoor. Bed is comfortable with 2 pillow. Location wise is close to any eateries. Middle of 3 MRT station (Bugis, Lavender, Nicoll Highway). Definitely recommend for a stay. Most importantly, strong wifi. So no TV its okay. Too bad your home Chromecast doesn't work here.

Bilingual receptionist is really a plus point. Adding on, she is polite and well-mannered! Great stay! :) Only downside is that I have to wait for half an hour although the checkin time is way earlier than the time I arrive. Was told that an intern is cleaning the room and the intern will take slightly longer as he/she just started interning.

Orchard Road
Booked a 2 night stay here for a Valentine's getaway. Initially thought we definitely had a tub, but found out upon entering the room that not all rooms had tubs. Front desk offered free breakfast throughout the stay as there was no available room for a switch. Breakfast was provided for by Kith Cafe and was delicious. The kitchen was fully functional, and we utilised it, even the washing machine and dishwasher. Air conditioning system was a bit faulty so the bedroom was quite warm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Extra pillows were provided as well. The bathroom was huge with a large shower area (rainfall) and luxury toiletries. Service was awesome and staff members would always greet us. Pool was beautiful though there were only 2 sunbeds. Had an enjoyable stay!

Chinatown
I just loved this hostel. I read the great reviews of this place and booked to stay for 3 nights. As this was my first hostel stay, I was a little skeptic. This is the reason I booked this hostel for only 3 nights out of the 5 that I was in Singapore. My experience- Staff was extremely helpful, when I checked in I asked the kind lady on the counter for veg restaurant suggestions, she looked up Google and wrote me a list of 5 nearby places. I was early and requested for early check in but unfortunately no room was available and I had to wait but that was ok because my overall experience was great. Room/bed- I am not sure if this is the general case but my roommates were very polite and didn't disturb when someone was sleeping in the room, I reciprocated this gesture. It was so quiet and cozy that I slept like a baby. Washrooms- there were plenty and separate for men and women. I never had to wait in line, there was hair dryer and it was clean overall. Breakfast- there was one freshly made dish like fried rice and cornflake cereals, milk, bread, butter, Nutella, jam etc available. it was all great. Location- hostel was very near to Chinatown as well as mrt(which is in Chinatown) Chinatown is a great location for shopping btw. hostel had mainly Chinese ppl because of the location and I am not Chinese ,so I really like this , after all, you want to meet ppl from different backgrounds when traveling alone. Staff- staff was so polite and helpful. Linda, Daffany were such sweet people.. There was another girl I forgot her name. Thanks to them for my great experience. I highly recommend this place. I also stayed in space capsule pod for next 2 nights and so I think I am in a good position to review this hostel in Singapore.

The room may be small but it has every basic thing you need. I forgot to take any pictures of the room.. Pros - 10mins walk from Bugis. So obviously food, cafes and entertainment are all within walking distance - A big 7-11 is just right next to it. Bras Basah & Shine Korea is opposite it - The Hotel is above a cafe. So if you're feeling lazy to go out for food, you can just go down and eat or call room service and get discounts for some items since you're a hotel guest. - Shampoo and Body Soap are provided in full sized bottles instead of the mini ones which is always a plus for me. - Can also rent the Projector Lights to make your room even nicer at nights Cons - The entrance is through a cafe. So it can be quite awkward to enter or exit the hotel especially during peak hours cause you're walking past people who are sitting down and eating. - The room is not soundproof so you can hear conversations or noises outside or from other rooms Overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights stay. We may come back to try the bigger rooms!

everything is great, bed and pillows are comfortable— cleaners are very friendly and sweet, but it’s absolutely horrible to get a cab / grab home at 12/1am because all the prices go up for such a remote location and there are no more night buses there 😥 other than that toilets are clean too, aircon is cold— netflix cannot connect to the tv so please check

Chinatown
Service was excellent. When we step in to the front desk we received warm n cheerful welcome by the front desk staff name Mr Sadi with a happy friendly smiles. He is very cheerful all the time eventhough we grumble n a bit disappointed about our booking the small 6 men room with window & about the health declaration form .Due to our booking with trip.com there's indicate has window. He steadily calm us n nego with our request to change to a larger room that is a 8 men room with window. Thankfully all of us agreed. We happily stayed for the 3 days 2 nights there. Everytime when walk out of the hotel Mr Sadi n Mr Iman will smile at us n sometimes help exlpained us about some places we want to go. It was a perfect staycation there... Oh before I forget, this Mr Iman also was very helpful, he also offer his service carrying some of our stuff to our room eventhough that was not part of his job there... Last but not least, kudos to hotel staff Mr Sadi n Mr Iman and also with the best facilities eventhough its just a hotel cum hostel ....
