Got a great last minute deal at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed sipping wine overlooking the water on a comfy couch by the lobby. Our room was small with a city view but clean and cozy. Only criticism is that we put out our order for breakfast the night before and it never came so we had to call room service twice and ended up giving them a phone order because no one ever came to the door to get the order slip. Overall wonderful place to stay and you can walk to everything.

Stayed here last month with a friend for a few nights since flight was cheap and it was close to my birthday. Check-in was quick and easy with Brandon and Tracy. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Our room was nice and I liked that they had cotton pads and cotton swabs in the room for guest use. There were bathrobes in the room which is nice but we didn’t use them. Desk and desk chair were a little dusty, but I assume people don’t really use it often and it’s nothing you couldn’t brush off yourself. There was a bit of street noise at night because our room was right above the neighboring restaurant/bar but that’s not an issue for me. Loved the tea selection they had in the kitchen. Laundry machines are mildly expensive, you’re looking at 8 dollars to wash and dry minus cost of detergent, but it’s worth it if you have a lot of clothes because the machines are big (we were only here for a few days so we didn’t utilize this.) For some reason all of our Uber drivers had trouble finding the location and always drove past the hotel even though it’s right on the corner but all of them were pretty nice about turning back around. This place is a short walk to Pike Place Market, which we absolutely loved going to. Tracy recommended a few places that sounded really lovely to go to, but we didn’t end up having enough time to go everywhere we wanted this time. I don’t know if this place is ADA friendly because you use stairs to go to the communal kitchen and even to the front desk but I assume there are other routes.

Breakfast is OK, the location is opposite the number 66 head, there is a large cruise ship docking every day, I am disembarked from the number 69, so book here. It is a short walk from the Pike market for ten minutes, but after a highway bridge, the area under the bridge is occupied by the tramp, and dare not go to night. The hotel has a swimming pool, too small, foreigners do not have a lot of hair in the swimming cap, do not change swimming trunks, disgusting death, just got off the water and went back to the house to take a shower. Service is general, the hotel is behind the railway, before going to sleep, the train passed very clearly, 40 knives to the airport taxi

I was a little concerned when booking, since I didn't know anything about this property, and it wasn't part of a well-known chain. However, my concerns were unfounded. The hotel was clean, all of the staff were professional, pleasant and helpful. I'm sad I never got a chance to use the rooftop deck. However, it looks awesome. There were many restaurants within walking distance, and even a convenience store on the next block. I would definitely stay here again.

Sadly, this hotel did not live up to its high ratings. They had nothing to justify the price. The room was clean and fairly well maintained. The staff at check in were friendly as were the staff who helped us with valet parking and the bag check. However, none of them went out of their way to answer questions about the hotel’s amenities. When the Internet failed us on the last day of our stay, the front desk staff told us initially that there no other complaints. Upon checkout, they changed their tune and admitted that everyone, including the front desk staff themselves, was having internet issues. I expected better at this price. While the location was convenient for tourist attractions, I recommend looking elsewhere for a more reasonably priced hotel.

Arrived very late, after a delayed flight. Front desk clerk- Dan was kind and made sure that I got to my room and showed me how to use my key in the elevator and for the room door. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Seattle as it is near the bus stop and public transportation. There are several good places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast looked good but I did not need it as I was visiting family and left too early my last day. Thank you for a great visit.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst holidaying from Australia. Quirky, fun pineapple theme throughout- plush cute dog on the bed, pineapple pic on pillow, bathrobe etc. Free welcome drink of your choice from a selection. No free breakie - but has a few things you can buy- drink, pastries in packets in a fridge in the foyer.Coffee was also sometimes available. Room was clean and had nice decor. Wifi also worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful-they happily printed off our bag labels for our luggage for our Alaskan cruise. Hotel is in a good location- easy walk to space needle, restaurants- lots of choices, handy mini mart, good coffee/donut shop close by. Bed was a bit hard for us- but that is personal taste. To watch movies you had to log into your own Netflix etc account- a few free movie channels would have been nice. Would stay here again and recommend to others if in Seattle.

I love Kimpton properties and the Palladium did not disappoint. Traveling during COVID can be tricky, but I felt perfectly comfortable at the Palladium with the precautions being taken. First, let's start with the staff. I called prior to my arrival and spoke with Jonathan because I wanted to ensure my room type. He was extremely helpful and even remembered me at check-in. We're in Seattle to celebrate our birthdays and Jonathan graciously upgraded our room. The level of service we received from both Jonathan and Sahara was superb! They were both genuinely pleasant and friendly every time we passed the front desk, and not that I'm only being nice because it's my job friendly 😉. We talked places to visit, restaurant suggestions, etc. LOCATION - located about 2 blocks from Pike Place and the Market. It took us about 7-10 mins (if that). We also walked to Pier 56 for dinner at infamous Ivers. There's countless restaurants within walking distance. We decided to Uber to the Space Needle for less than $7, which we could have walked to in probably 15mins. Arriving from the airport was about $42 in an Uber so we decided to be adventurous and take the light rail for $3 each and took about 40mins. From the station it was about a 12min walk (uphill 😊). Property - as a Kimpton it was full of charm. I missed the usual beverage offerings, but I'm sure that's thanks to COVID. The hotel and rooms are quaint and full of character. The one bedroom is spacious with a separate living room equipped with table and TV. The bathroom is amazing with footed tub and huge shower. The bedroom really makes you feel at home and not a hotel room. I just missed the character pillow. Maybe they aren't putting them out because of COVID. Overall - Stay here! You will be happy with your choice just as I am.

The hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters. The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

The hotel is a new hotel, so it is relatively clean. The bed is also large. The main attractions to go to Seattle are walking distance, MACY next door to the hotel, and Ding Taifeng in 6 minutes. The bad thing is: the hotel's windows can't be opened, and the back of the hotel is facing the garage. Because it is a three-dimensional garage, it is estimated that the 10th floor and below are all in sight. 5 minutes from the Pike market, so it is very convenient to buy things, you can buy eggs, bread, rice, seafood, vegetables, etc. The key is to bring something that can be heated. The subway is also next door. To eat seafood, the public is ranked 1st in ELLIOTT'S OYSTER, 6 minutes on foot. There is a seagull on the side, there is no introduction in the travel notes, but it is very good. It is also 6 minutes to the cruise ship. The boat should be sitting on Lake Washington. It is more than 10 dollars more than the basic model. This way you can pass the lock and the scenery is better.

Checked in on the 15th. Told my significant other to call ahead and request early checkin ( traveling with young children ) Arrived around 1045am. At first the girl at the desk didn’t even read the notes ( or maybe no notes were inputed ). Stepped into the conversation as my significant other was the one who made the reservation. I kindly asked if we could get a complimentary early checkin and that I would leave a stellar review, as the desk agent ( female ) was about to just checkin our luggage only. Jacob the FOM steps in and sees there’s a room available, gets us in AND gives us complimentary breakfast for our 2 day stay. Super friendly, super professional could tell he didn’t mind accommodating us. FYI I have a SIGNIFICANT amount of front desk management experience in Anchorage, Alaska. Being respectful and polite to the staff at the hotel goes a LONG way. Be nice. And you will have a great stay GM… it’s people like Jacob who will one day take your job if you don’t do your job correctly ;) Keep up the good work Jacob you have tons of potential! Cyrus

This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

We have stayed here several times and it is truly a fantastic hotel in downtown Seattle. They upgraded our room to a corner suite and couldn't have been nicer. Always greeted with a smile and a pleasant hello and it was obvious that the hotel employees enjoyed their jobs. The room was huge with a super-comfortable bed and an equally large sofa to sprawl out on. The views were of the waterfront and the location is in the heart of everything fun. The property has an excellent gym outfitted with a Peloton and is kept very clean. There is room to improve the menu in the restaurant, but all things said, this is a great place -- again!!

I gave a corner room, and the three adults did not feel crowded. The hygiene is very clean, and there are no traces of water stains in the corners of the bathroom! ! Coffee is a Starbucks on the bad street, and a pack of diy popcorn! There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there is a Starbucks next door, and there are also fast food restaurants nearby. Although not in the commercial area, but there are also cvs, high-end supermarkets nearby, buying small things is not a problem! ! The nearby Kerry Park is a great place to watch the sunset, which is a little tired to climb the hillside.

Amazingly nice hotel. I was really pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but oh so functional, the epitomy of interior design of small spaces. The rooms are fully smart connected, and you can control everything via an ipad, really nice. Althouhgh the rooms are on the smaller size, they still worked great for me, a 6ft5 guy. The location is pretty good -- 6 mins walk from the train station. The room is clean and the size is decent. However, it isn't something modern -- still using wall air conditioner/heater. So you will hear a bit noise at night. One thing I really dislike is that I wasn't notified that there was 23.12 USD/night charge on top of what I have paid on trip.com. And to my surprise, 20 USD is for: 1. beer for 1 hour/day (regardless whether one drinks) 2. coffee everyday (regardless whether one drinks) 3. Internet in room -- yes, this is really surprised me. I have stayed in many hotels (probably more than 30) in the states in the past. Almost all came with free wifi. For those requiring a payment, it was clearly stated when connected or notified at check-in. And even more surprised, at checkout, no receipt for this additional fees was generated nor did the customer service mentioned anything about the fees.

We stayed in Seattle on New Years. We had a reservation, and not only was it 15 degrees out and heat wasn’t turned on prior to arriving, but the back window was open. I slept with my long sleeve, under jacket, and thick over coat. The room finally warmed up by the time we had to leave in the morning. It was a fine for just a place to stay for a night, but it wasn’t a great way to start the new year.

We stayed at this motel in July 2019. It was completely unclean. There was a loaf of bread in the dresser along with a dirty fork and other garbage. There was mold and fuzzy stuff on the toilet, the shower was dirty and something red and sticky in the drawers. We were not going to be in the room except at night, which still made us cringe not knowing what might be on the bedding, and after our first night they wanted to relocate us to another room as we were leaving for appointment. Were actually irked that we did not have time to pack up our stuff and move for them - they had a booking problem. In addition, their “breakfast” was non-existent and the coffee was either out or cold. Will never stay there again!

We have stayed in this gem of a hotel at least five times now, and it is consistently excellent. Seattle offers many lodging options, and this hotel has become our favorite. We love this small chain and have stayed in nearly all of them. This Seattle hotel is the jewel in the crown as far as we're concerned, not necessarily because it is the most fancy but because the staff always go out of their way to make the experience a genuinely welcoming one. The pineapple theme is charming, and this particular hotel layers in a fun 60s theme that is upbeat and nicely done. The rooms and lobby are always immaculate, the bedding among the most comfortable of any upper-end hotels, the amenities are appealing without being pretentious. Self-Parking is safe and easy on the premises, creative snacks are offered at the desk, and the rates are among the most affordable for an area that is often challenging. We hope that someday they are able to bring back their breakfast and cute bar. The staff is consistently helpful, genuinely warm, and consummately professional, going out of their way to find ways of making our stay memorable. This particular University Inn managed to do this even in the worst days of the pandemic lockdown when we had to be in the area for serious reasons. We really appreciate the kindness and high quality that the management of this hotel manages to find in exceptional caliber of its hotel staff, especially at a time when so many organizations are struggling to keep even minimum staffing levels. Thank you Staypineapple University Inn! We look forward to coming back whenever possible!

While I came to this hotel for business, I would return for strictly a personal trip….. for me. It was my fault that I hadn’t researched the facts of the hotel not having a parking garage (there are third party garages on the street, however, there is some miscommunication on the hotel usage with the garage representatives). No food other then a couple of appetizers, no mini fridge, having to share a steam iron with everyone on the floor, and a few other items that I personally expected to have in a hotel room, but again, it was my fault for not researching this previously. In no way did the hotel or it’s marketing state otherwise. That said, Julio and Stephanie are amazing assets to the hotel. Julio assisted me with my check-in. He was personable and gave great customer service. You can tell he has a lot to do with the hotel and it’s guest running smoothly. The following day, after some mishaps I experienced, Stephanie personally assisted me with some items. She connected with me throughout the morning and personally handled some inconveniences. Not only did she address them, but she went above and beyond her duty to make me satisfied. So much so that I felt the need to reach back out to her and sincerely thank her for the work she done on my behalf. If you check into this chic hotel, in a great area, expect nothing less than a sincere and personable customer service experience.

Pros: The suites with kitchen are suitable for families, breakfast is more abundant, there is a free simple American dinner from Monday to Wednesday, and there is a shuttle bus to downtown Seattle and the market around the hotel. 10 minutes drive to Gas Park, UW, Kerry Park; Disadvantages: There are no restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. It is best to have a car or use the hotel shuttle to travel. The room too close to the main road is very noisy.

We stayed here before our Alaska Cruise and had a very good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms include a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, iron, and safe. Dove bath products are provided. Hair dryer is attached to the bathroom wall. The front desk staff were so polite and professional at every interaction. We did pay for the package that included breakfast at Toast and Toast restaurant next door to the hotel. Food was good and generous portions. Coffee is not included so take a little cash with you. Short walk to the Space Needle. Upon check in, we signed up for the shuttle to the cruise port for $10 a person plus tip. Driver was on time, very friendly. Although we did see a few homeless people, we never felt unsafe.

Very good, there is a parking lot, it is very convenient to go to the Chinese supermarket. The proprietress is also very polite. There is a kitchen where you can make your own breakfast. Access is also very convenient. The large mall has only 2 skills. In the evening, I went to eat the steak and the surrounding environment was also very good.

Good place for solo/budget travel. Every other hotel is over triple the price, I really appreciate this hostel for being affordable. I like that there was a large storage place under the bed. Plenty of room for each traveler. Bathrooms are not very clean though. The fixtures also seem old and run down. I understand that a lot of people come through, so that suggests that cleanings should happen more often. I can accept this though given that this is the most affordable place to stay in Seattle.

1 ⃣️ breakfast, according to the United States here, the public came early. #东西 is quite complete, can eat enough ~ environment can still 2⃣️ The location of the hotel is very convenient. In the urban area, it is very convenient to go out and buy something to go shopping. It is very convenient from several urban attractions in Seattle. (Note: Foreigners are hardly living in urban areas, especially in the evenings, more tramps, girls go out to pay attention to safety) 3⃣️Transportation: Several scenic spots can be reached by walking for one or two kilometers. English is good. It is economical to take bus and light rail to go anywhere. English almost used Uber ~ convenient. 4 ⃣️ hotel provides parking, but I don't know if parking charges are not. Last reminder: When setting the hotel, calculate the time difference in China, try to book the Chinese working day. When I set it, China is early in the morning, Ctrip’s staff has not yet gone to work, and the United States cannot find my check-in information. , delayed for a long time ~ but eventually managed to stay.
