5 minutes away from the subway, convenient to Xinzhai Commercial Street, surrounded by office buildings, very quiet at night, free hot spring on the second floor, the hotel is very new, service is very good, I booked a deluxe room, give me Ordinary big bed, Ctrip has not been this one or two times, Ctrip is obviously not communicated with the hotel! Overall convenient, the room is small (Japanese common disease) to get clean and comfortable just fine! The quality of toiletries is good!

I think the room is as large as other business hotels. The bathroom felt a bit spacious. It is a clean room. There is also a deodorant spray. The elevator is not available without a room key, and you can't choose the floor to go. Breakfast is a offering type. So you can't choose your favorite amount, such as Viking.

A clean place between Umeda and Namba. Umeda can be reached on foot. Nakanoshima has a library, a town hall, and a museum, suitable for a morning walk on weekends. The large bed is 1.5m wide, the room has bottled water, disposable slippers, and the shower room is very comfortable.

When I participated in the event at the festival hall, I used it. It is about 2 ~ 3 minutes walk from the subway Yotsubashi line ”Higo Bashi” station, so it is convenient from the Umeda area and from Nanba area. The festival hall was about 5 ~ 6 minutes walk, so I didn't have to worry about the time of the train, whether going to or returning to the event. It was still 3 years since the opening, so it was a new and clean impression overall. It is a compact hotel with 5 rooms on the 1 floor and about 40 rooms in the whole, but there were laundry corners and free spaces (rental space with kitchen). The rooms were a type of shoe-free up, not a bed, but a futon on the floor of the floor. The rooms were also cleaned properly and there was no shortage of facilities. Because the time was late to end the event, dinner was finished at the convenience store, but there were many good shops around. The next day, I went to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, Osaka, about 6 ~ 7 minutes walk, but I was grateful that the check-out was 11 o'clock and it was late (I was able to leave my luggage after checking out). I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to go around here.

smaller room but I enjoyed my stay there, it's far to walk to dotonbori area but it's very close to one of the metro stations. I would recommend this place, price was more than decent and they have great breakfast and lunch, all you can eat type for very affordable price. I enjoyed food and service there. Reception was always very helpful and tried to answer my questions the best they could. Next time I'll probably stay somewhere closer to centre, I'm staying late at night and metros are not working after midnight I think, but I'll definitely check this place in breakfast or lunch time. Thank you Rihga!

The room should be staying for a long time, there is a lot of dust on the quilt, there is a humidifier, but there is no water, the water is added by yourself! There is no usb charging port in the room, you need to bring your own plug. Shavers and cotton swabs are self-contained at check-in. The location is not very convenient, although it is close to the subway station, the Honmachi Station is too big to go far. If you want to buy and buy, don't live here. There are many surrounding office spaces, which are relatively quiet.

Very new hotel and very well kept. Looks and feels like a 5-stat gloabl hotel. Rooms are very modern. Bed is excellent. After a long day, bed is important and the hotel doesn't disappoint. TV is great where you can log into your own YouTube or Netflix account and watch from these services. Also, TV is big if you like big TVs. Location is not bad because it is on the main road of Osaka - midosuji. It's just that the hotel is located pretty much in the middle of two stations. So it is a good 10min walk from either stations. None the less, the hotel being on the main road means it's accessible to the main shopping area if you don't mind the stroll.

I have been to more than 20 countries and I have stayed at this hotel twice. This is the most intimate hotel. I want to go to Arima Onsen for two days, but I do n’t want to bring a lot of luggage. They said, it ’s okay, leave it here, leave the luggage to us! We wanted to go to our house for eel rice last night, but the online booking was on the 18th. The front desk clerk heard me say this and said you wait for me to confirm. Sometimes the scene is OK, but it really works later. Yesterday I mentioned going to Hokkaido today. I got up in the morning and found that the weather forecast was printed in the crack of the door to remind me that there might be snow. It may be delayed. Please pay attention. I'm so touched, they just put a word at heart. Feeling too warm for this hotel! The scenery is invincible, it is very convenient to go, and I will stay in Osaka again!

The orchid flowers in the lobby are gorgeous and I love them. I enjoyed the scent of the roses in the nearby Nakanoshima rose garden. The town of Kita Shinchi visited at night was dark. Osaka Station/Umeda
After catching the autumn leaves, I was visiting Keihan, and I chose a family who stayed in early July and had a good impression at the Westin Osaka. The hotel has a free shuttle to Osaka Station. The last departure is at 10 o'clock. Even if you miss it, it is more than ten minutes walking distance. The hotel is the departure point of the Kansai Airport bus. The price is slightly more expensive than JR, but it saves the pain of carrying luggage up and down, personally feels value for money. The breakfast room on the first floor has a great view. Outside the window are the Umeda Sky Building and the Central Natural Urban Forest Garden. Japanese and Western mix and match, rich and delicious. Tea-stained rice, miso soup, dumplings, udon noodles, grilled fish, cooking ... ice cream tastes great! The only regret is that the high-rise city view double room has not been replaced. The roof of the ten-story adjoining building has a lot of color reduction outside the window, so there is no photo taken.

The north exit of Tennoji Temple will be able to walk right away, and the drug store and the whole family are all within a few steps downstairs. There is a full-length mirror in the room, as well as a small freezer and TV. There is a common washstand in the hallway (with a hair dryer). The shower room has a single room in addition to the large bathroom (I have not been to a large bathroom, always washing in a single room), and the bathroom is also a separate room in the hallway. The rooms are all password locks and change passwords every day. Very clean, the service is also very good, a person to live, I feel that this price is very affordable.

Very very satisfied! Favorite hotel! No one! First of all the staff is very warm and patient! Secondly, the location is excellent, it is excellent! The subway Namba Station Exit 12 can go directly to the elevator to the hotel! And Namba is a super transit station, you can turn a lot of lines, the Nanhai tram to Kansai Airport can also be found in the Namba subway station, but the subway is all around, be careful not to find the wrong direction. And the hotel is bustling around, gathering shopping street, commercial street, drugstore, appliance store, such as Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, BIC Camera, Black Gate Market, etc. Very close, just a short walk. Finally, the hotel is very new and large, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the room is cleaned every day, and you can see the night view at night. The hotel's 1st floor links the back door of the whole family, and it is too convenient to buy things. Great! I will definitely come back to Osaka next time! Attach a few photos of the hotel appearance, hotel lobby, room night view for your reference.

Very happy to recommend this mid-priced hotel. Helpful staff and the room was small but clean with some thoughtful additions (not enough room for a clothes rack but lots of hooks to hang things from). Location was great and dinner in the restaurant downstairs was the highlight. The rooftop area would be a lovely spot during the warmer months.

For a single apartment, the front desk staff works from 10 am to 10 pm. Towels need to be changed. You need to take them to the front desk and the garbage will not help you clean up. According to GOOGLE navigation, get off at Nankai Railway Namba Station and walk for about 17 minutes. If you go to Nihonbashi Subway Station, about 15 minutes. Located in a residential area, the surroundings are quite quiet. The triple room is tatami-style, and there is a small terrace, which means that the room is smaller, which basically does not affect the action. However, I don't understand why there is an induction cooker in the room? And there is no cooking pot ...

I think it's pretty good overall. Just a few minutes walk from Nakatsu Station. You can walk to Osaka Station for more than ten minutes. Living alone is big enough. Prices are moderate compared to hotels in Japan. Stayed alone for three nights, the double bed in Japan was 1.5 meters. I think the sanitation facilities are fine. From the time I checked to the time I left the staff were very courteous and helpful. When I arrived, I was greeted as I entered the reception area and helped with my luggage. When checking out, the person at Reception could see I was not quite sure where to get the bus to Itami Airport so asked one of her colleagues to take me there. The lounge was quite busy for breakfast and in the evenings but this was understandable as it was during the holiday period. They attempted to restrict the time to 60 minutes per lounge visit in the evening, but even then it was quite busy so they opened up a second area, which worked well. I did not have to wait to access the lounge on any of my visits and was never felt rushed. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

The corner 々 was not cleaned well and dust was accumulated and I didn't like it. There was a bad smell in the room and corridor and it closed. There were several days when the wall was thin and the next room was noisy, and I could hear the conversation until the morning and couldn't sleep until the morning. There are often movements in the middle of the night near the fire station, or the motorcycle sound of the runaway? It is also noisy. Outside the window is a cemetery. . . If you are not familiar with Tennoji Station, you walk around with a carry case for about 10 minutes. When you return to the station, about 7 ~ 8 minutes. Room key is a password number. You can choose yukata pillow pillow amenities at the front desk. The hot spring is alternate in the men's and women's time system, and it is locked when it is a woman, and it enters the room with the password number. The hot water is twitter and comfortable. I feel very good at this hotel. First of all, the location is convenient. It takes about ten minutes to walk from Osaka Station. The road can pass Hankyu men's clothing, hipefive, and Dongtong. There are many shops, you can walk around, there are several downstairs. Convenience stores, there is no need to cross the road, there is a restaurant on the opposite side of the street for 24 hours, and there is a cafe downstairs. Secondly, the room we booked is relatively large in Japan. We have two single beds, a sofa and a small coffee table. The middle aisle is not crowded. The three-piece set in the bathroom is also very comfortable and not convenient. It is very convenient to use. I have been to Japan four times, and I have lived the most spacious this time. Once again, the service and facilities are also in place. A space is specially created at each floor. It is very convenient. The waiter is very good. At night, it should be only after 12 o'clock in the evening. Only the small door next to it needs to be brushed. The room card can be entered, there is a security guard downstairs or the police (not sure), the security is very good. In addition, we really like the appearance of this exquisite and beautiful hotel, I hope to have another chance to come back next time!

My hotel room was very clean and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Most of the staff could speak English. They were also quite kind. The resort is in a great location with easy access to USJ, Starbucks and the subway station. I purchased the hotel breakfast buffet for just one day and I was really surprised with how amazing the food tasted and how much of a food variety they had. I don’t think I would purchase the breakfast buffet for my entire stay (expensive and too much food) but it’s definitely something I would recommend trying at least once. I was a little disappointed with the very late check-in time. I think 3 p.m. is a bit inconvenient for people who have early flights. Also the amount of time it takes to check-in is way too long. I spent at least 30 minutes waiting in line to check-in because they only had two staff members at the desk checking people in..

Because the family traveled with a mouth, an apartment-style suite was specifically designed to take care of the elderly, and the children can also move in. The room was scheduled in advance in March. Unlike most hotels, the order here cannot be changed. Such a proud clause is okay. When we checked in, we were told that we could not find the order. An old man was waiting in the lobby and Ctrip helped coordinate. Forty minutes later, the hotel told me that the order was found, but the check-in date was four days later. . . So Ctrip helped to coordinate again, it was another half an hour, the hotel informed that it was a problem with the hotel system, and my order was normal. I thought it was okay, I didn't expect the person in charge of the hotel to say. . . The rooms we booked are no longer available, they are full, and we need to downgrade and refund. I suggested that if the room is full on the day, can I change it the next day, can I stay one night? The person in charge of the hotel said no, because they were already full. We waited from six to eight o'clock. It was impossible at night to go out to find the hotel. I was ready to compromise, and then a scene of dog blood happened. Several passengers checked in next to me. It was me who checked in. Reservation type. I said the house was full the minute before, and someone checked in the minute later, it was really piapia. The lies of the person in charge of the hotel were unacceptable. Why did I book early and check in early, but it was us who needed to accept the downgrade refund? Orders that cannot be changed, and the customer still has to bear the mistake of the hotel? What is the reason for this? Later, after the coordination of Ctrip, the hotel finally let us stay in the originally booked room type. After waiting for two and a half hours, the hotel gave away a breakfast voucher, but this way of handling the problem was unacceptable. Here we need to praise the staff of Ctrip and try their best to help coordinate. If it is booked from a small agent, maybe the result will be different today. Seriously speaking, the room itself was ok, but it was not as big as expected, and the activity was still cramped. There are washing machines with dryers, bathtubs, and executive suites with night views of Namba. Conveniently located next to the Windy Church Yoshinoya, Takashimaya and Nankai Kintetsu are next to it. If it is not the oolong when you check in, maybe you will come again next time. This is truly an unforgettable experience, irresponsible handling and oolong system.

The room is really what you see is what you get. The description is exactly the same. Clean and large (slightly smaller beds) I have lived in the surrounding sarasa branches this time. I can imagine how much I love it. Talk about the differences between several branches. If it can help you, please like it and let more people see it so that you can choose the one that suits you better: [Shinsaibashi branch] The most convenient way to get out of the subway station is the Sakaisuji Line and the Nagahori Tsurumi Green Land Line (Nagahoribashi Station) (It is really 20 meters away from one stop) An important subway line Midosuji Line is Shinsaibashi Station. The Nagahama Tsurumi Green Land Line also provides direct access to Osaka Castle. [Dotonbori branch] Walking to Dotonbori has the most space recently, but it is a bit annoying to go through a number of uninformed cases (who will be solicited by passengers) when you are in an alley. The closest subway station is Nihonbashi Station on the Sakaisuji Line [Namba branch] is located near Osaka Electric Street (known as Osaka Akihabara). It is a paradise that loves two dimensions, and there are many delicious restaurants, maid cafes, etc. The famous Kuromon Market is also within easy reach. The nearest subway is The station is also Nihonbashi Station on the Sakaisuji Line. It is not too far from the Nankai Electric Railway Station to Kansai International Airport, but it is a little far from the hotel to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Both Shinsaibashi and Namba stores have non-openable floor-to-ceiling glass door balconies. of All three stores have 24-hour ventilation fans, and nearby convenience stores are easy to go out. The facilities of such an old hotel are so well maintained that I have to admire the daily maintenance of the Japanese. On the last day, the entire floor was checked out for room to room maintenance. Each room had to be cleaned for a long time and the shower curtain was replaced for cleaning. I am dissatisfied that I didn't feel Japanese manners this time.
