I would give negative stars if I could. Our room was dirty. There was old pizza on a cardboard ”plate” in the microwave; Bacon on the carpet (I'm guessing a former pizza topping); White pieces of ”popcorn”on the carpet; An earring laying on the floor beside a chair; The rubber cover from an earbud; Hair on the pillow; and many, many mysterious carpet spots. Also, the window in the bathroom had no way to lock or secure it closed. We went and bought cleaning supplies and were going to tough it out. But when we returned, our key wouldn't work. Some how our key that was supposed to be for our room 105A opened 105. Unbeknownst to us, we went in and left our things in the wrong room. The manager/owner wouldn't allow us to use 105A (which was cleaner) because we had went into 105. And he was annoyed that we had been in 105-- like we had done something to make our key magically open the wrong room. After being treated so rudely by the manager/owner, I called my credit card company and we promptly left for a different motel.

This trip is the most comfortable hotel. The room is large, there is a separate kitchen living room and bedroom, the bathroom is also very large, and the living is convenient for many days of living, but it is a pity to go here to spin the cable car and desert outlets. Shopping, living more is meaningless.

We stayed here because location that can go to Angels Stadium on foot was attractive. Although it is close to the stadium, Disney is a little far away and there are few buses, so I think Uber and lift are better. In addition, there are not many shops around, and it is difficult to secure water. There was no free plastic bottle, so you have to buy it in advance or buy it at a small hotel shop. It was disappointing because free plastic bottle water was attached to any hotel recently. At the beginning, we were making a reservation for only one night in order to change the hotel. I wasn't treated as a night, and was asked to check out and check in again after one night. It ’s a shame to say that flexibility is n’t working. I think you should not expect breakfast. It was very difficult to eat for two consecutive days. The Holiday Inn near the airport where I stayed the day before was more delicious. I think I will stay at another hotel when I go to Anaheim.

This place was so dirty for the price, I could not believe it. All the other hotels in that area were already booked and it was late, therefore I had to deal with the following. The headboard had what looked like a stab wound and some white substance smeared around it, yikes. Strange hairs which definitely didn’t belong to me in the bed, so I knew the bedding hasn’t been changed. Now on to the bathroom. The card in the right bottom corner of the mirror told me to “stay confident” and described an alleged 10 point cleaning process. Funny because neither the room nor the bathroom were anywhere close to clean. The bath faucet had a thick layer of mildew that looked like no one has touched in a year. They didn’t even bother to put the toilet paper on its holder and tossed it (the holder) in the corner of the countertop. They did at least leave me almost a full roll of tp though, thanks! The plug for the hair dryer was missing a light panel and looked unsafe. Shame on whoever is in charge of housekeeping at this place! Needless to say I did not “stay confident”, I only stayed because I was exhausted and all the other nearby properties were sold out.

Checked in about two hours early with no problems. Nice quiet corner room on the tenth floor with two comfortable doubles facing Angels Stadium. The two elevators never kept us waiting long. The breakfast is really great and the items offered were changed each day. What I really like about this hotel is that it is very convenient being right off the highway exit and not at all that far from Disney. There were games at the stadium every day and I think a lot of fans stay here, but we never really had much difficulty parking. I hate walking all day at the park only to then have to walk half a mile from parking to a hotel room. This hotel has very easy access. I like a hotel with a pool with enough area to sit out and get some sun. We've stayed at the Ayres Orange and their pool doesn't really make the grade because of a lack of space. At the Embassy Orange, you step out of the elevators, and right there off to the side is the gym. Then with key access, you enter the indoor pool area. The water is warmer than the outside pool and not as deep. Great for kids. Then you arrive at the outside pool which is quite large and surrounded by lots of lounge chairs. And the water is deep at 5' 6” in much of the pool. I don't care for hotel pools that are 3.5 ft deep. I mean why bother? This is the perfect hotel for our needs. The hotels on Harbor are nice, but parking is usually a nightmare finding a spot or valet only. The bathroom at Embassy has a tub plus a walk-in shower. The tubs do not have a shower. Each adult guest gets two free drinks with snacks during reception which runs from 5-7 PM daily. We've both been Disneyland pass holders for years and we've stayed at many of the hotels near the park. This is our second time staying at this hotel and for us, it really fills the bill. Plus for me, the pools make it a no-brainer. We stayed three nights over the weekend and I swear I had the entire outside pool to myself for almost two hours on Sunday afternoon. It was heaven.

Pros: Quiet and clean hotel. Good location as well. Spacious rooms. Free parking. Cons: Very limited breakfast. Uncomfortable beds - they're not hard enough. Very small refrigerator. No Safe inside our room. Phone is not working. You have to pay almost 35% more if you want to extend your stay. Front Desk Receptionists are not nice except William R.; he's nice and professional. Housekeepers are much better than Front Desk employees. Some of the housekeepers are nice and friendly.

I’ve stayed at couple Doubletree hotels but this property doesn’t meet standard. I’m okay staying at old properties but I believe operators should at very least maintain the property to keep it up. The furniture inside the rooms were rundown broken, lobby elevators keys were falling off. Room interior is dark, light switches don’t work. No standard things inside rooms such as blow dryer, soaps, shampoos, coffee machine with no coffee. Would not recommend staying here, would strongly consider Doubletree Anaheim Convention Center appears to be more updated and well kept.

I've stayed at the Big A several times within the past two years often for extended stays. The managers and staff have always been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They are always looking for, and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The Motel is generally quiet and peaceful. I work during the day and wake up early, so a good night sleep is a must. I sleep well and feel safe. My room is serviced daily, so after work I always return to a clean room and clean towels. If there are any issues they are dealt with promptly by the managers. I've no complaints, and I'm thankful for all the effort the staff and management take to make sure their guest stays are as pleasant as possible.

No problems. Was a little loud and didn't think guard cared to do anything about noise. Check in was easy as I arrived and staff had already ran my credit card so most paperwork was done. Several resturants close by so it was convenient to get something to eat.

BW's hotel is the first choice for our trip to the United States. Basically, we can set it here, the quality is guaranteed... Breakfast is also good (the last ten days are the same, and the room is clean and refreshing, more than normal) Car hotel is still more insurance, her husband is clamoring to run their family members, basically free parking, very convenient
