All good except the TV as it play&pause intermittently the whole time we stayed at the hotel. We called the Frontdesk staff and she said she’ll ask housekeeping to check but nobody came in until we check out. Poor service!!!
Hotel facilities are outdated, the hotel has no fitness facilities, the hotel stairs can go up at will, Ladyboy knocks on the door in the middle of the night, affecting the rest, the hotel front desk service did not make a reasonable explanation, the hotel has a lot of cockroaches, but will not affect the rest , Cockroaches have their own lives and will not disturb you.

Eimy's Place at Urban Deca Tower is the newest and relaxing affordable hotel, strategically located in Metro Manila. The standard hotel rooms are good for 1-2 persons wherein the hotel offers exciting and comfortable stays while you’re enjoying the nearby shopping mall.
I like the room in Tower A more than the room in Tower B. I think it’s newer and cleaner. My room on Tower B was okay, the AC wasn’t really cooling well. The room seemed unused for some time. The view is great though!

Breakfast can mainly go abroad. Safety must be the first. Manila is more chaotic, so you must choose the hotel with the highest safety factor. The swimming pool is generally not suitable for children. It also has deep and shallow water.
Yes, remember to live here when visiting the aquarium. If you are tired, you can go back to rest and visit again. The ticket works within a day. It is simply a hotel in the aquarium. The sunset in Mani Bay is beautiful. The bar downstairs is good. Unfortunately, we Bringing a baby out of the bar must be at least 18 years old. The location is average and the tuk tuk is also convenient. The child was three years old and did n’t let us add money. I forgot breakfast and did n’t seem to eat at the hotel.
The location of the hotel is in the downstairs of the hotel. There is a McDonald's hotel room downstairs (I feel the bathroom is large). It is the same as the previous comments from netizens. There are no slippers. The restaurant is really good to enjoy the scenery, but you need to book early if there is no booking site, generally there is no good location experience
There is no breakfast in the city centre and there are many hustle and bustle around. The cost-effectiveness of health is good, the boss is very polite, there are things to find her, she is always enthusiastic to help solve.
This is the best place to stay if you wish to go food crawling in Binondo and a little bit of shopping in Divi!
Their staff are the best! They were all so nice! The guard was friendly, the receptionist, the bell boy, the restaurant staff, heck even the random staff we were with in the elevator!
I will definitely stay here again!
Not bad, the price is not high on the weekend, it is quite cost-effective, the location is very central, three meters down a 711, five meters down a 711 is super convenient, there are many Japanese foods across the street
The hotel is not 4 star, more like a 3 star hotel. All the surrounded shops or restaurant closed down. And opposite with few constructions going on. Not worth the price, but the breakfast was awesome. Hope after covid, the hotel will refresh again.
We used their garage room for a short stay priced at P999. In comparison to other ”motels”, the price is quite steep but its worth it if you are really picky with cleanliness and I would say sanitation. The place would not give you a ”dirty” feeling when you come in, Their sheets are better and rooms are cleaner. The room we were given was Room 70. There was zero cellphone reception in that room. Wifi was slow. Amenities are complete and better in comparison to cheaper motels. They also have a wide array of dishes they offer for room service but we did not order. Room design and lighting was perfect for a short stay. I would definitely come back if I am in the vicinity but for those who are looking for the budget type of motels in the 400-500 peso range, this is not the property for you.
It's ok, but I prefer the Ramada around here, it's a little better, especially the bathroom is so bad. Yuehua wins in a more convenient location. There are shopping malls and more parking spaces. If you want to sleep casually for one night, go to Yuehua, and if you like something more refined, go to Ramada.
I stayed at the temporary opening of the Hyatt Hotel era when it was newly built.
Originally a 5 star hotel. (Maybe even now?)
The bathtub is deep, the hot water is about 45 degrees Celsius, and the water pressure is good, so the hot water fills up quickly.
However, the shower on the ceiling is cold due to dripping water.
My complaint was that there were a lot of people in the EV Hall because none of the four elevators were in operation.
There were many times when the battery of the alarm clock was dead and the time was not set.
Excellent price and room despite lack of most complimentary sundries you expect from hotels. For a price of just around 15 US dollars I got a family sized suite with a double bed and a bunk bed. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, however, the property has been having problems providing toiletries. In my first visit last August, there was absolutely no toiletries provided, but in this recent visit this September, a complete set was provided. This was not such a big issue for me though, since I usually carry around my own hygiene kit. But what I keep coming back for in this property is the surprisingly excellent food they provide, which is absolute home-cooked goodness. Overall, despite the shortcomings, the pros of this property far outweighs the cons. Overall
Excellent customer service-- staffs were super accommodating and gave everything we needed during our stay! They're welcoming and kind.
Facilities-- rooms are squeaky clean, including the sheets and towels! No signs of dirt or anything. The heater in our shower room wasn't working, but that's the only thing my lola didn't enjoy hahaha she hates cold water especially in the morning lol. Sad that we didn't get to experience the pool, sauna, and gym as they're still under renovations hehe
Food-- love love the food! Free coffee every morning until 6pm! Love the view at the rooftop as well. They also accept senior citizen's ID in case you want food discounts :D
wasn't able to take pictures of the room, but what you see is what you get :)
Very simple accommodation that is close to business establishments in Binondo. It would be nice if they have free bottled water and instant coffee (3-in-one or coffee, creamer and sugar and teaspoon and cups) that the guests can consume/use during their stay.
The location is very good, similar to the domestic seven-day standard. The key is not the old-fashioned air conditioner, no refrigerator and no kettle, and the room is relatively small, but the price is acceptable in this central location, and the water heater works well. The only downside is that the outside environment is rather noisy. The sanitation is quite satisfactory, and the hotel staff are very friendly. I will choose here next time I pass by
My family and I stayed at this hostel a couple of months ago. We didn't know what to expect prior to checking in but once there, it was hands down, the best experience we've had at a hostel. The place was clean, location was great, food was delicious, ambience was awesome, the staff---even more awesome! So very helpful. We're a family of five with an infant and we were so comfortable while there. What more could you ask for in a hostel with affordable pricing? The rooftop hangout is a big bonus, by the way. Our kids loved it! ;)
It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines.
In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila
If you continue to live there, there is something nearby. This is the first time I go to Manila. I don’t know where it is. It’s better to go alone. Don’t go. The surrounding environment is the old area.
I'm so much shocked today morning Upon check-in at Century Park Hotel Manila.,
Due to My Early Arrival at 6am I was informed over the Check-in counter that I have to pay extra walk-in charges for just few hours before my original check-in time at 12pm.
Paying extra was not a issue but the problem was the Hotel wanna charge me p8k for bloody just few hours.,
I have contacted the Duty Manager who's name is
MS. BAGAWISAN April and I'm still told about the extra charges which are actual equal for 2 nights upon walk-in.. the Duty Manager was not helpful at all and she don't know how to handle the situation. I have explained to her as of i'm frequent customer to your hotel but this time i'm not satisfy with the service.
I will not return back unless i got no other options..
We arrived in the early hours and were allocated a very basic double room. It was clean but small with an awful view from the window. Next morning we upgraded to a much bigger lighter room with 2 queen beds & a kitchenette & and we were much happier. The hotel staff were lovely & friendly. Buffet breakfast with Filipino & European food was good. Location was great for bars & eateries & a shopping mall. Good value even with the upgrade charges for a city hotel.
