Hotels Near Prémices In Paris
0.09km from PrémicesMan on reception was very helpful. Room was very tidy and clean. USB phone charge socket on each side of the bed in the over head light. Tv working. Clean sheets and bedding. Bathroom was roomy and tidy. They don’t provide any toiletries so make sure you have them eg. Toothpaste, shower gel. Only challenge was no shower curtain. Shower is over the bath. Does the job, but not easy without a shower curtain. I couldn’t see any air con, if it was really hot this could have been a challenge & may have lowered my score. Location was perfect. Very close to local metro. 20 mins walk to Sacre Coeur and this includes the walk up the stairs to it. This hotel did the job for the price & was nice.
0.09km from PrémicesThis is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It claims to be 3 stars but that's impossible, it would be lucky to be 1 star. The bedroom is not like in the pictures, it is tiny. The bathroom is also tiny measuring approximately 1.5m by 0.5m. The shower is dirty with curtains. The building's infrastructure is so poor and the walls extremely thin. I can hear the conversations on the rooms next door, I can hear the footsteps upstairs, I can hear everytime someone uses the toilet and I can even hear the water falling/being used. The doors are all squeeky and need oil and it seems like every room (including my room) needs to force shut the door with a bang in order to close. The heating is on all day and night (on max) and given the room size, I had to sleep with the window open because it was unbearably hot. When I spoke to reception to switch it off they said that there was nothing they could do. They claim to be soundproof but everything is poor. When there was too much noise outside (at 6am someone was working outside) I shut the window only to still be able to hear them. The smell of someone smoking still came into the room weather it was from the window or from the room next door. The hotel staff are extremely rude. During my stay I saw around 3 or 4 different hotel receptionists and all were rude, and to top it up they are thieves, they kept my hotel deposit and blatantly lied to my face. Extremely arrogant staff. I am extremely disatisfied with this hotel as I couldn't sleep at all with all the noise around me. And if you can't have a good night of sleep, then you won't have enough energy for the rest of the day. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. I honestly ask you not to stay in this hotel and it has been a complete waste of my money and has ruined my holiday in Paris. I also ask the authorities to re-evaluate this hotel because they shouldn't even be considered a hotel given how bad the conditions are.
0.11km from PrémicesThe location is not far from the nearby subway stations and can be reached in a few minutes. The location should also be fairly safe. There are supermarkets nearby and there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. Living in the triple room, the room is not big, the toilet is not too big, but it is enough, but it is relatively old. The main shortcoming is that the sound insulation of the room is not good. At least the room I live on the third floor is like this. I can hear the cough chat next door, and the sound of the car downstairs can be heard, so it is best to confirm the sound insulation effect. In addition, there is only one elevator, which is very small, and can only be used by one person and one suitcase.
0.16km from PrémicesWe had 4 nights at Ze Hotel. I was initially impressed with the quirky room and knew it would be small as most Paris hotels are but my good feeling soon passed. The room was stuffy with the window shut but the air cond was too noisy to leave switched on. The room had 1 bottle of water provided on the side desk and this was not replenished at all during our stay. There was a small map of Paris provided but no pen or notepad. The room was made up each day however by day 3 the house keepers didn't bother to place cushions back on the bed, rather just left them on the floor. The rooms have no sound proofing at all. Do not expect a good night's sleep here. You will hear everything from other rooms including phone conversations, bathroom use and we even had to endure 1 neighbour blowing his nose as if he was standing right beside us, it was terrible. There is no way you can make tea or coffee in the room and no mini bar despite this being shown as a hotel feature. On checkout I said that I was disappointed with noise and I was told that I should have said something sooner but they had no other vacancy so could not have moved our room. So what was the point? I was asked if I had used anything from the mini bar and when I said there was no mini bar in our room (43) the clerk was surprised. He doesn't know his own hotel, clearly. I had 1cup of coffee in the lounge which was a Nespresso pod served with cold milk, horrible. For this they wanted to charge €3.50 My demeanor was not getting any better and they decided to waive the charge. I was not happy with the facilities or quality of the hotel and wouldn't recommend it. While the location is close to Metro and Sacre Coeur, the neighborhood looks very dirty and doesn't seem safe after dark due to the number of street dwellers sleeping in doorways.

0.16km from PrémicesNo complaints about the location, cleanliness, towels, bedding, or front desk. The ancient elevator is a piece of art. Walls are quite thin, the kitchen is rather shabby but functional, and when someone started banging on a door down the hall at 2:00am, I thought it was our room for sure. One thing for families: I didn't fully understand the esthetic of the place from online pics. We finally stumbled in at 11 p.m. after a long day of sightseeing, and my 12 year old immediately muttered, "Well, this seems perfectly French..." Every wall in the lobby is lined with framed Lui Magazine covers, so topless pouting women everywhere you look. This carries over to a lesser degree in the suite where we stayed. Don't think we'd go back because of my kids' discomfort....
0.2km from PrémicesI’ll tell you who Maureen is... a great, friendly approachable lady on the Front desk!! Her English is perfect and ever so helpful! So the welcome top marks!! The room was small but very cosy! It was only 2 of us so no need for any extra. Otherwise it was very clean and more then adequate for our needs! Location is more then perfect, we actually walked to every attraction from the hotel... no rush, just strolled! Eiffel Tower Champs elysees Arc de triomphe galleria La Fayette Notre Dame Walked the river seine Louvre Mont Marte (Sacré-Cœur) And quite a few more! There is a tube called Cadet 2 mins walk from the hotel! Breakfast- very tiny hot buffet but well stocked ! Included scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages and beans! And plenty of pastries, sweets, meats, breads and surprisingly not that much fruit in offer... really wanted water melon 🍉 I love this in the morning... hope they get some in before we check in here again! Overall 5/5 !! Well done to all and thanks again Maureen for your wonderful hospitality!! Will see you in February hopefully! P.s thanks for the tips on what rooms to book next 😄

0.24km from PrémicesStill very good, I recommend it to everyone, this hotel is very good, I arrived at nowhere to put luggage, the boss also let me put it for free. Then I continued to sit down and wait, and the boss decided to let me check in early, and there was no charge. Just have to pay a city construction fee, this is very helpless! The breakfast is still very good every day. There is a French style. I am awakened by this smell every day. I once asked the waiter for one more. I will give you one more time when I see you next time. It is really warm! There is a subway station with line 7 near 400 meters. It is very convenient to travel, and this area is safer. The floor is relatively high. You can see the Eiffel Tower directly on the balcony. Although it is overlooking, it is really beautiful! The elevator is really cute! Like putting people in the refrigerator, hahahaha!
0.24km from PrémicesLocated in the heart of the 9th district, this beautiful apartment has been decorated with an eye for detail, featuring well chosen art work and contemporary furniture. On the 3rd floor (with elevator), typical of Haussmannian architecture, with its elegant wooden floor, high ceilings, mouldings, large fireplaces, big windows, it comprises a lobby, a bright living room with 2 comfortable double sofa beds, a dining table and chairs, a bedroom with a double bed and spacious closets, a fully equipped kitchen, a brand new bathroom with a big shower, a separate wc/powder room.Despite being located in one of the bobo hotspots of the city, it's very quiet at night, as the flat is overlooking a beautiful private courtyard and not the street. The nearest Metro station (Notre-Dame-de-Lorette) is only 2 minutes away.Almost every tourist site can be reached walking (assuming you enjoy walking a bit).Bikes (Vélib) can be easily rented in the street for a few euros a day.You can park nearby (less than 5 minutes walking) in a secure parking : Parking Saint Georges, 20 rue Clauzel. The keys will be handed to you directly at my apartment.Towels and bed linens are provided.Situated on the upscale rue des Martyrs, it's particularly close to Montmartre (you can see the Sacrée Coeur from the doorstep and the Moulin Rouge is 5 mn away), the musee du Louvre and the famous Opéra Garnier. There you can enjoy the shopper's mecca of Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, among many others. The street is very busy with traditional food stores (boulangeries, charcuteries, boucheries, wine cellars, fromagers), fruit and veggie stores, organic food stores, trendy cafes and restaurants. The nearby theaters and museums (I strongly recommend the Musee National Gustave Moreau, a hidden gem of a museum, formerly the artist's home and studio, and the Musee de la vie Romantique, where you can enjoy tea in the little, old fashioned garden, away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets) make the whole neighbourhood very lively.
0.26km from PrémicesMy boyfriend and I stayed for three nights and it was the most amazing hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The decor is beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had 45 minutes of free spa time included with the room which was one of the highlights of our trip. The location was perfect for exploring and sightseeing, not too close to the centre but still in the hustle and bustle with loads of great shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Overall a fantastic stay, thank you so much!

0.26km from PrémicesI stayed at Hotel Bienvenue for three nights and had a wonderful stay. First and foremost I found the staff so welcoming and accommodating, especially Natalie. She is the best! My boyfriend became sick and she made a doctors appointment for him - and even suggested checking her own doctors availability since we needed something pretty immediately. On top of that, our flights home were cancelled so we ended up booking an extra night at the hotel. While we did have to move from our original room (privileged room, it was booked by someone else) Natalie got us into another room very quickly and seamlessly so my boyfriend could continue to rest. She also made a great dinner suggestion for us via UberEats since we ended up having to stay in. We stayed in room 505 for two nights and room 12 across the courtyard for one night. The first room was a smaller bedroom with a very large and comfortable bathroom (and the tub! The tub was amazing!) The second room had a smaller bathroom but the room itself was larger. I care about design and this hotel is really beautiful. I loved the floral accents everywhere. It was all tasteful with a little quirkiness too. The hotel is a renovated older building, so yes the walls are thin but c’est la vie. The tiny elevator was fun! Location is good and close to the Cadet metro station. We loved exploring Rue des Martyrs with great boutiques and restaurants. Would definitely book at Hotel Bienvenue again!
Hotels Near Prémices In Paris Review
The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!
For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!
We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!
Convinrent airport hotel perfect for what I needed. Short walk away from transit train dirent to the terminal. Very helpful staff. Front staff speaks good English and when I had small problem in the room the reception staff fixed it swiftly and changed my room. The maintenance man who helped fixing was also super helpful and friendly. Thanks very much !
