This hotel is the best hotel for this trip, but the price is the lowest! Unexpectedly! The hotel has its own car park, breakfast, and swimming pool. The room is big enough, there is a hot water bottle to make tea! A ten minute walk to Arles, it's great! Five stars recommended!

I wasn’t impressed by this place. The apartment was very nice and reasonably well equipped, but that is where the good news stops. The location is on a very narrow street. Phillipe, the owner, left us instructions by text to wait at the end of the street and phone him when we arrived. We had to wait for ten minutes before he turned up, causing a major traffic hazard due to the narrowness of the street. Whilst waiting I saw a driver whack his van off the side of a wall. The steps to the apartment were, in my opinion, dangerous. If you are old, have children or heavy suitcases or like more than one glass of wine after dinner, don’t bother with this place. It was also supposed to have a cleaner. She changed the towels once a day but didn’t bother to make the bed or switch the dishwasher on. Some reviews say this is in the medieval district of Arles, but I think this is a euphemism for derelict. The surrounding buildings were falling down. My major beef was with the parking. It was a ten minute walk from the apartment in a scruffy block. Manoeuvring around the garage was very tight (Phillipe said it was easy but declined when I told him he could park my car then). 20 Euros a day to park when you could have parked on the street for nothing it was so far out of town. I feel Phillipe sensed my disappointment as he didn’t bother to acknowledge me for the rest of the holiday

An ideal base for visiting Arles and sights in the area. It is 15-20 minutes’ walk to the town centre, but also very close to road links getting you on your way quickly. A typical Ibis hotel, functional and unspectacular, but all you need at a reasonable price. Staff all very friendly and helpful, easy and free parking, and rooms that were perfectly adequate but could probably do with a make-over. There was a good choice of food, European-style, for breakfast, and they served dinner, but I didn’t try it. Other dining options in the vicinity were a number of fast food establishments and a large supermarket. Hotel has an outdoor pool but I didn’t see anyone in there while I was there. No safes, mini bars or fridges in the rooms, but a good widescreen TV, albeit I couldn’t find any channels in English. Free wi-fi. Overall, a pleasant place to stay for a few days to visit Arles, without breaking the bank. Just don’t expect luxury or anything remotely unique.

More stripped down than most Ibis hotels we've stayed at (tiny towels, for instance), but my main complaint is the unprofessional staff. We had a problem with our room lock that the front desk person was helpless to solve. She said the next person coming on at 7 pm (in 20 minutes) would help us. That person didn't come until well after 7:15 pm, though, and it took her several tries to solve the problem. Altogether our check-in was delayed about an hour. After we moved all our luggage to a new room, I showed her Ibis Hotel's famous "15 minute guarantee." She said she had never heard of it and had no authority to deliver on any guarantee. I asked her how to contact her supervisor and she stonewalled me. It's pretty useless for a corporation to spend money and good will on advertising an appealing satisfaction guarantee when guests can do nothing to invoke it.

Stayed in the hotel 5-9 September, the hotel is approximately 10 mins walk from Arles centre and it is located next to a shopping centre with a number of fast food outlets. Check in was quick and efficient, staff were friendly. We were allocated room 220, the room and bathroom were spacious enough, desk, double bed, wardrobe, bath, shower and free wifi. The wifi worked well but I did have to keep logging back into it. The room had tea and coffee making facilities. To access rooms on the first and second floor you have to walk up a winding concrete staircase so if you have any mobility issues ask for a room on the ground floor. On the first night we had dinner at the hotel, there is a buffet starter and dessert with a la carte for the main course. Dinner was plentiful and reasonably priced. Breakfast is also a buffet and is charged at 9.90 euros, so good value depending on what you eat! The hotel reception is manned 24hrs a day. Upon checkout which was quick and efficient we were given a bottle of white wine by the Manger (thank you very much) He also provided us with a coffee while we waited for our taxi. Overall good hotel for the price, decent location and I would stay again.

This smaller hotel is the perfect place to stay in Arles. Within easy walking distance of all the major sites in Arles, it is located across the Rhone River. To get into town, you cross a bridge that is featured in a Van Gogh painting (check out the easel on the opposite side of the river). The staff was so friendly and helpful-they even stayed up late the night of our arrival to check us in after we had gotten stuck in horrendous traffic and couldn't get there before 9pm. We were in Arles during the recent heat wave (45C) and the air conditioning in the hotel worked wonderfully! Parking was also free-a real bonus that we didn't often find elsewhere.

We loved our stay at Hotel des Granges this August. Our family of 4 including 2 teenagers delighted in our time in the comfortable and large quadruple room, with a spacious bathroom, air conditioning, and enjoyable pool (especially the pool floats). Pascal and Christine were constantly working to provide a comfortable stay, and they were very accommodating to any and all requests. The breakfast and dinner were delightful. Because I went to Arles just to make a transition for a night, I didn’t expect to enter a large country resort with a beautiful environment and a lot of entertainment facilities for locals to come to vacation. It’s a pity to stay for one night, and the pool didn’t go because of time. Cheng, if you can, stay for a few days.

Let me start with saying that we came from two days of no eating because of many different annoying facts. We were almost certain we would finish our stay in Arles having had just sandwiches. When one morning the beautiful, pop colours outside of the hotel, got one of us in to have a coffee and the perfume of their staff meal just got us dying of jealousy. We decided to book for the same night (Monday) and once we sat in the terrace we were welcomed by their lovely staff. Needless to say we ordered all the menu basically and it was just so bloody good we couldn’t stop ourselves and two out of the three of us had desserts as well. Totally recommended the tomatoes ricotta and cherries (so clever so simple) The octopus was perfectly cooked - not chewy, not hard, could have had three portions!! I could go on forever so I just will tell you, go! Have fun, try everything! Thanks guys

Of this hotel (three stars: in fact there is no lift and no special services are offered, apart from hospitality) one can only say well: welcome, rooms, breakfast (even during the Covid period, and for the Provence the proof-breakfast is essential) and cordiality of service. We stayed here for three nights, in a room on the second floor (only problem, bring your luggage in the room) airy and with a wonderful view over the rooftops of the city; big enough and very comfortable, quiet and bright, nothing to object. Breakfast, which is served in the beautiful courtyard on the ground floor, guarantees everything from savoury to sweet, depending on taste. The staff offers advice on where to go for dinner or where to rent a bike; the location is enviable, two minutes from the riverside and five from the city centre. The only negative note (but here the hotel has no responsibility): not having its own parking, the hotel advises you to leave your car in the public parking spaces along the river, which have derisory costs for the day, while the night are free; but they have the defect of not being guarded; in fact, our car has been robbed... if you have something in your car, choose a more expensive but also safer solution.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to taking a river cruise that began in Arles. The hotel was a perfect location for us, we arrived by train and it was about a 6 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to where the river boat was docked. The hotel is located just inside the old city walls and you can walk to all the sites from the hotel. Arles is a great walkable town with Roman attractions, restaurants, bars, shops. Our room was a superior double room which was a good size, clean and comfortable. There was a AC (but turned off as it was the latter part of October), windows that opened, a safe, mini-fridge and TV. The bathroom was big with counter space and a fantastic open shower (no tub or stall) with great water pressure. I thought the lighting in the bathroom could have been better but but it did have a magnifying mirror. Breakfast was OK. No hot items, just breads, sweet rolls, yogurt, not a good choice of cereal and canned fruit salad, but the room and location were great and I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very good, from the main attractions are all within walking distance. You can walk to the hotel from the train station. It is a very clean, comfortable and very comfortable rural hotel in South France. The hotel has a small restaurant with very good service and it feels very warm. The only thing is that the ancient city cannot be equipped with elevators, so there is no elevator and you need to pull your luggage up the stairs. Love it here!

This quirky hotel is well situated just over the bridge from the centre of Arles and so everywhere is a short walk away. You can also park free in the square outside although at busy times you may have to look hard for a space. The location is in a residential area and that's good for atmosphere. The interior of the hotel is smart and clean but 'of a time' although this means it has the advantage of not looking like every other corporate place with beds. The room we stayed in was what you would call compact but it had everything you needed including a bath/shower. (You often only get a shower nowadays.) There were minor issues on the maintenance side that the hotel dealt with immediately once they had been reported. The pool and surrounding area is secluded and whilst the outside patio is well shaded, it's about time that someone managed the trees so it is less of a forest. We had one evening meal whilst we were there that was fine although rather pricey. You could get the same for less in the town. The breakfast was very good with an excellent continental choice. Don't expect your traditional English breakfast and why would you - you are in France! For what you get the price is good although book directly with the hotel as, for example Booking.com does not offer you all the options available.

After a very long day of travel, IAD to LHR to MRS and a transfer from the airport to Arles we were quite exhausted and happy to arrive in Arles. As we were getting out our our van a lovely women, Florence, came up and said "I know who you all are"! We were made to feel welcome from the first minute. A couple of guys materialized to grab our bags and we immediately felt right at home. While the hotel itself isn't fancy or plush, the rooms were spacious enough, the baths clean and well appointed. Staff were universally friendly and helpful. Best part was the indoor outdoor bar and restaurant (best meal we had in Arles). Nice quiet location. Apartments were spotlessly clean, bathrooms nice and new. Given it was over 40 degrees most days the mobile aircon units were much used. Beds were comfortable, kitchens supplied with utensils, but take your own cleaning products, salt pepper, etc there is no shop or takeaway restaurant on site, but a large shopping centre 5 minutes drive away. Despite large expanses of water we were not bothered by mosquitos. Kids enjoyed the activities on site, stand-up paddle board, the swimming pools, horse riding. No wifi in apartments that week, it was being upgraded. Very accessible for the Camargue. The bar was hopeless, we went twice, first time the young barman was clueless as to how to change the barrel - 20 minute wait for a beer. Second time the queue for drinks was 30 minutes, inexperienced staff, we gave up. Overall though nice relaxing week.

I don't understand how this hotel is rated so highly. It is located in the middle of nowhere in Arles, France. It is part of a group of resorts bunched together in one area and it is not at all as the pictures represent! Our first room was a supposed two apartment. There was a leak in the ceiling with a bucket under it which was overflowing. I guess that was their idea of a fix. Paint was chipping off of the cabinets, handles were missing and or hanging off of the doors. Smell was horrific. We requested another room and moved to a small condo with one bedroom and two bunkbeds in the entry area. Food is horrible and expensive. They charged us 25 Euros for 4 people for diner that was uneatable. Table glass were dirty on almost every table. Very crowded, noisy, and very rude guests appear to frequent this resort. It is not up to the rating we use in the U.S., so be sure you know what you're in for! You must have a car in order to go anyway as most taxi's can't even find the resort. Did not enjoy this resort and could not wait to leave. 3 nights is too long here.

The hotel is right by the sea and there is an open-air restaurant bar on the top floor with unobstructed views of the sea. The hotel is in a good location, just a five minute walk to the old town and the luxury shopping street. If you are on vacation, it is necessary to live on the beach, because in other quiet neighborhoods, the restaurant is basically closed at 10 o'clock in the evening, and in this area, midnight is also lively and safe. I especially want to praise Ctrip. I had a hotel before, but the hotel La Malmaison Nice was oversold, and Ms. Sanna Gehrke, who was very proud, asked me to leave the hotel and exchange for a hotel I didn't like. I was still in theory, but she said I don't have to waste time, I turn and leave. Immediately, I told Ctrip that Ctrip immediately changed my favorite hotel and apologized for the inconvenience. I am very pleased to choose Ctrip, and I am picking up the hotel. I hope that everyone will not go to that hotel, the attitude is very poor, and the location is not good. Since I didn't live in that hotel, I wouldn't be able to write a comment there, I can only take up the location here.

This is a very useful evaluation for a hotel in Nice, I hope everyone can take a look. 1) Location: The location of the hotel is on the beach, it is really good! But if you are entangled in which hotel to choose, stayed in Nice for 6 days and changed 3 hotels (3 different price points) I can tell you that the price of this home is nearly twice as expensive as the others - in the room facilities and Service does not have any outstanding advantages. I will talk about it in detail later, so, simply speaking from the position, this row of hotels or homestays are all 180-degree super beautiful seascape sunrise. 2) Service: I can only give 3-4 stars to the attitude of the service staff. It is not a standard for a 4 star hotel. Relatively indifferent~ It was my birthday on the day of the hotel check-in. I didn’t feel that I didn’t notice the passport, but the friend sent the birthday cake to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very indifferent and let the porter take it to me... (not me Feeling, as a girl who stayed alone, I used to be a hotel. If it is such a detail, I can't do more details. May I have more details?) Two days in the store, WIFI broke two days because I have to deal with some work with my computer, and I always ask them when they can be good... The response is unified, the whole hotel is broken, and we are very anxious. Anyway, it’s quite awkward. As an emergency response, I think I can actually borrow a nearby wifi or other processing method... and a wifi problem can’t be fixed in two days... It’s really... 3) Amenities/services/breakfast: The bed is very soft and very comfortable, the bathroom is great, but the biggest problem in the whole house is that the 3 floors I live in, half of the house is tilted... too obvious! So every time I walk, it will be a little dizzy...🤦🏼‍♀️ mini bar provides drinking water, tea bags...but only the first day of stay, no supplements...also very good... Breakfast should be the best part of the whole hotel~ Although it is Western, the overall variety is very rich, and the restaurant is also facing the sea... It feels great when I have breakfast in the morning! 4) This article should be a supplement to the previous one: About the SPA part of this hotel~ There should be friends like me to set this hotel, but the hotel's spa area is on the first floor of the hotel... I personally feel A little embarrassing... the price is about 60-150 euros! This is the price of the spa. If you use the spa area alone, the in-house guest is 30 euros for two hours...but, in fact, just like our domestic swimming pool, there is a lounge chair...the sauna room...the money feels unnecessary Flower... After all, three minutes walk to the beach, swim in the sea, find a bar and a glass of wine to lie down, cost-effective! Ok to share this ~ Nice is really beautiful, it is worth spending a few days to get rid of!

I often travel to France, have come to Nice many times, lived in an apartment, and also stayed in a hotel. This time I stayed for 3 nights, and each of the 3 hotels specializing in the seaside stayed one night. Negresco, west end, west minister. X first comment on negresco, I live in a standard room with sea views. The scenery outside the window is good, but the glass windows are not soundproof. The hotel is still very historical, it is a landmark hotel in the local area. The proprietress has a very high status in France. The hotel displays antiques collected from all over the world. Of course, there are many Chinese elements. The elements displayed on each floor are different. On the second floor, there is a suite where the world fashion godmother coco chanel lived for a while. The rooms are old, all wooden, typical French style. The decoration is classical in all aspects, Yonghua is good for friends who like history. The restaurants are good, especially for dinner, the price is 7-800 per capita, but it is worth it. Overall, it's okay. Those who like to experience French style will recommend this place. I prefer a modern hotel style. It's okay to experience it. I went to the west end the next night. You can also read my evaluation of west end.

I ca n’t wait to give this hotel a 6-star praise. I set the wrong time and Ctrip contacted the hotel and said that only the first and third nights can be upgraded. The second night is downgraded to a superior room, which means we have to change rooms every day, but The front desk didn't communicate with me well and didn't tell me that I need to pack my luggage in advance so that their waiter will help us to transfer the luggage, which caused me to not pack my things on the first day. Laduli Macaron was placed in the mini bar. The airpods were placed under the pillows and I found that they were gone. After giving feedback to the hotel, I immediately served me a plate of super-flavored macarons. The taste was not worse than that of Raduli. The hotel thought that I lost my airpods. My own responsibility, but thank you Ctrip customer service for helping me fight for my rights. Finally, Miss Check out told me that after discussion they decided to compensate me for 100 Euros. Although I bought this for 120 pounds, it is better None is good, so the service is still in place! !! !! Let me talk about the hotel facilities. I think it is very good. It is the cheapest sea-view room I have lived in. Hahaha. The location is also very easy to find. We arrived by cable tram from the airport, and later took the bus to the airport. It was worth it. One thing to mention is: Nice's bus changes frequently, so we ask local passers-by wherever we go. Thanks again to the local residents who are kind and enthusiastic to take the initiative to lead the way. If you feel that you don't understand English well, you can ask first I asked my sister at the front desk of the hotel. Every time I asked the passerby who took the note from my sister at the front desk, and then I asked the passerby. There are everything in the hotel. I was surprised by the disposable slippers, because basically I stayed at European hotels for so long. It ’s not clear if I did n’t eat breakfast at the hotel. One thing is very interesting. We wanted to see the scenery from the old city and found that the two roads up the mountain from the old city were closed and under construction, so we walked for a long time. , I did not expect that there are actually many roads to go up and down the mountain, such as the railing path next to the hotel is one of them Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel, Nice is really awesome
