|0.43km from city centerWhat we loved: * Location: Best possible location to explore the city * Staff: Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, friendly and helpful * Decor: Hotel is cosy, has minimalist but modern design, looks very nice for a 3* venue * Cleanliness: Everything was spotless * Comfort: Soft comfy beds and lots of storage and surface space in the room * Price: Very reasonably priced for the quality and location, compared to other options What could be improved: * When we checked-in there was no soap in any of the dispensers and it only got replenished after several days once we asked for it directly. * Pillows are ridiculously thick, like sofa cushions. Got a neck cramp and headache from first night so opted to sleep on a rolled-up towel instead for the remainder of the stay. * Bathroom layout is not great - toilet is behind a glass door just a meter from the bed, so it doesn't leave much privacy or sound insulation. Shower floods the toilet area no matter how hard you try to avoid it, leaving a puddle right in front of the toilet. * Noise: Hotel is sound-insulated, but there was a lot of plumbing noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom at all hours - banging, hissing, screeching etc, like sleeping next to a loud fridge or boiler. The door between the lift and the floor, as well as other room doors make the room shake when they get shut, and we were unfortunate to have neighbours who were slamming doors relentlessly till 2am on our last night. * Some basic tea facilities in the room would be very useful. Summary: Great hotel at a reasonable price with friendly staff and nice amenities. If you're lucky with the room and neighbours, you'll really enjoy your stay here :)

|1.33km from city centerThe rooms were not nice and very small. The first one smelled horribly like a smoker room and the second one (115) was so small that we did not even unpack. We just went there to sleep. The carpet was dirty and full of hair, there were stains on the curtains. Also the Furniture was very old and not cozy. The bathroom reminded me of camping. We had no view at all. You don't even have an elevator from parking to the rooms and nobody helped with out with our luggage! We had to carry it all the way ourselves! We've been to 5 hotels in the Netherlands the last 2 weeks and Sandton was the worst of them, I am sorry! The others were almost all the same category and price as yours or even cheaper but way cleaner, more cozy, beautiful, great view, big room, nice service (free coffee and tea all the time in the lobby) and so on. Here you find an overpriced minibar in the lobby. 4 Euros for a Coke.... I am glad that we booked with an offer and not paid the full price which would be around 140 €. The Lobby looks nice but the rooms are very old, tiny and not renovated.

|1.08km from city centerThis is a quirky hotel in the Strijp-S neighborhood. Apparently this used to be an old Philips factory and the hotel has retained most of its industrial feel. It’s about a 4 min to the Eindhoven Strijp-S train station and about 4 min to Eindhoven Centraal on the train. There are also buses 1 block away. This hotel is attached to a bar which seemed busy with diverse clientele. Please note that there is not a fully functioning reception area with couches, coffee machine etc. although there are some movie hall type or chairs where one could possibly sit (even if uncomfortably). The guys who worked here were all nice. Special mention to Rafaele, Obi, and Bryan. These guys made sure I was okay when my bus was delayed and I needed a room for an extra night. The sheets are comfortable and the decor is very minimalist here. One can hear the NS trains from about 6am until midnight although infrequently. Light sleepers take note. I recommend the Blue Collar Hotel to anyone looking for a quirky and fun experience in the Strijp-S neighborhood.

|1.68km from city centerFound out about this small hotel from someone who had recently stayed there, it was relatively easy to find when using a SatNav but without would be more difficult because it looks like an ordinary house in an ordinary street in a housing estate in the Netherlands. Other than that all was friendly and helpful breakfast was of the continental variety, so no problem there. Dinner on the night of arrival wasn't as straight forward but the town centre is only 15mins walk away, so was easily solved. The only problem we had was parking, albeit on a street, car wise was easy, you just abandon it anywhere but we were on a motorcycle, a little more difficult. We managed to get it in the front garden eventually but i didn't bust the indicator...Honest! Would we go back, Yes but not with the bike.

|3.95km from city centerI stayed in this excellent hotel for a week during a major sports event in Eindhoven - so part business and part pleasure ! I must say that it was a great choice of hotel - really good size room with space to work , great shower and comfortable bed . Breakfast was outstanding and the choice of restaurants and the quality really good . Perhaps the most impressive thing about the hotel though was the staff; all seemed to be on the same page when it comes to giving great service . Training must be very good to get everyone to this level . Thank you Van der Valk Eindhoven - I will certainly come back .

|0.93km from city centerPullman Eindhoven is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfy, with good toiletries, a very comfortable bed and great blackout curtains. You will sleep well! Free bottles of drinking water and good coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast buffet is really great, with a very wide choice of items and friendly staff who are happy to help or accommodate special wishes. The bar & restaurant is good, a little unremarkable but perfectly fine if you do not feel like trying to figure out what's good outside the hotel for a bite to eat. The spa area is limited but nice. Small pool, good sauna. Overall this is a very nice hotel with kind staff and I'd happily stay here again, especially if I needed to be sure of a good night's sleep and good breakfast to start my day.

|2.2km from city centerThe rooms are extremely small and the hotel itself is barebones. The staff, especially the day shift, are friendly enough, but there is little to praise other than the location, which is relatively close to the city and at the same time down the road from a few restaurants, a Subway, a CoolBlue store. It's set next to an Albert Heijn too. There is a bed and breakfast down Leendersweg road which might be a better deal if that's closer to your destination.

|0.75km from city centerI will try as much as I can to explain the exceptional stay for our first wedding anniversary in this amazing place . I’ve been visited a lot of hotels in many places , to be honest I never felt this soul ! Yes there is an amazing spirit combined with amazing soul for the place ! And the team members they are the one who caused that in my opinion starting from our welcoming in the reception with a very smooth check in with Carla I guess , and the following up after I went to the room to check if everything going ok and then the amazing surprise when it comes to … I will not say I think the stayers needs to discover that :) and what the most professional guest relation Manager Melanie did and her follow up , everything mostly was arranged by her I guess as a guest relation manager definitely ! The Hotel Manager was congratulating us by him self about our first wedding anniversary! The HK Team doing excellent job as well . And definitely the roof bar ! It’s the star of Eindhoven city it gives the feeling of having everything around you and you don’t need to move from the hotel ! The teams for the bar and the amazing service team in the breakfast time was extremely giving full attention to everyone as I realized. Food quality was best in the city if I’m not exaggerating! Even after all the above words I’m still speechless :) Thank you million time for making our first marriage anniversary memory like that .

|4.2km from city centerTravelled to Ukraine with humanitarian aid on Monday 121th April 2022 and needed a secure hotel.. We booked late at night and check in was easy. The hotel is situated in a very lovely housing estate and has extremely secure parking. The cost was reasonable and the hotel is far better than the three stars. Never took breakfast on this occasion. We returned on Thursday 14th April and unfortunately the cost had gone up considerably which was disappointing. This time we did take breakfast and it was extremely good.

|1.13km from city centerExcellent check in/out system. Very clean, tidy and well presented accommodation. My room was spacious with comfortable beds. There was toiletries provided, clean towels and a large (for a hotel) multi language channel TV. The building was quiet, there was no noise from other guests, but Stratumseind is the party street so it will be buzzing until late outside. I got the hint on arrival when I found complimentary ear plugs on my pillow! Nice touch, good hint .

|0.71km from city centerCrown Hotel was absolutely lovely, the staff were friendly and the suite was massive; granted though the hot tub didn’t work on arrival however they had contacted me beforehand to offer me one free morning of breakfast and I imagine this was no fault of their own. Location was perfect and was easy to get to.

|0.67km from city centerWe recently stayed at this hotel. Communication before arrival was always answered promptly. Great location, easy walk from bus/train station. Our room to the front of the hotel on the first floor was small but OK. Tea and coffee provided. Toiletries provided. Good shower, lots of hot water. Very noisy at night from people using restaurant below....noise lasted until about 1.30 a.m. Then the local youths took over until about 3.30 a.m. screaming and shouting. Nobody to move them on. Breakfast was very good and served at your table. I found the staff very nice and very helpful, especially Susanne............We were staying another night after our holiday in Venlo so we asked for a room at the back of the hotel for this night. No problem in arranging this. Similar room but smaller in size. This area overlooked the roof of a shopping centre. There was an extractor fan on the roof that was blowing food smells in to our room when we had the window open. Also quite noisy throughout the night. I found the bed pillows really difficult to sleep on. They have the large square shape. Quite firm. I felt if I was sleeping sitting up. There were no other type of pillows available. If they had different pillows or a choice of pillow types I would choose to stay in this hotel again, otherwise I would look elsewhere.

|5.68km from city centerLet’s start with the positive: great location with immediate access to the airport’s terminal . Room itself was worn down. A lot of dirty stains on the walls and carpet. I have a lot of allergies, for dust etc. A soar throat and sneezing that disappears after leaving a room is always the best indicator for me for cleanliness. As you might guess, I had a soar throat and had to sneeze a lot. (Which disappeared really soon after leaving). Duvets and sheets were of low polyester quality, that together with an air-condition that didn’t work properly made it a very uncomfortable night. Reception staff was friendly and cheerful though. The only reason for staying at this hotel is the location, which in a certain way is worth the uncomfortable night.

|0.29km from city centerGreat Location. Staff was friendly. Lobby is nice. However the rooms are dated and desperately in need of refurbishment. Shower seems to have quite a bit of mould between the tiles. The walls have a great deal of stains. Also some very particular looking stains on the chair. The oddest thing was a weird object next to the safe in the cupboard. I dont want to know what I was used for before it was left there. Also I do not know why it is still there. Room cleaning should be improved as there was quite some dust and dirt around the furniture.

|1.77km from city centerWhat a party! After we had enjoyed the “Thym 3-gangen menu at home” a few times, it was time for the complete experience including night stay in hotel Parkzicht. Super rooms, mega friendly staff and a nice eat and drunk. The hotel room was covered with white linen and beautiful chairs, so the restaurant experience was complete, the food was served until the door and we were really sure we didn't miss anything. The next morning a breakfast in bed at the time we had agreed, this staycation did really finish. Recommended for everyone and completely corona-proof!!

|1.1km from city centerWe stayed a night in the hotel from Friday on Saturday. Top location in the centre and about 5 minutes walk you are in the centre.
The hotel is beautiful and atmosphere. Reception is OK, you are welcomed with a Cava. I gave no alcohol, no other drink was offered. It's a pity. My husband was birthday. When checking, staff could have noticed this. This would have made the reception in our eyes a little more personal.
The room was beautiful and spacious with a lot of light.
Hygiene can be better. Spinweb (maybe not seen by the cleaner by high ceiling), frog and plough some dust. However, not disturbing.
Unfortunately, there's no shower cap, but shemphoma, conditioner, bodylotion, and a fehn.
Facilities: good wellness (minpoint you need to book for hours and only get from the reception. Mi could be more efficient and customer-oriented.
Breakfast booking is not recommended free for a buffet. At 5 min walk you are in the centre with a branch of good and fun restaurants (or the Ah). Hotel could better play in this to reduce costs.
Overall great hotel if you want to stay in the centre.

|0.8km from city centerI could not fault the service received in the student hotel!! I have never met such friendly and helpful staff. They set such a great atmosphere and make the stay so much for pleasant. Everybody from the receptionist to the cleaners were so friendly and chatty! Our hotel room was spotless and really spacious with a spectacular view over Eindhoven city. The location of the hotel is ideal for anyone travelling looking for somewhere central to base with it being directly beside the train station and just a few minutes walk to the bus station. I could not recommend this hotel enough and will 100% be returning again. The weather was quite bad upon our departure and we kindly received complimentary hot chocolates, coffees and sweets from the manager of the hotel who could not have been nicer! It was such a lovely gesture and definitely made it an experience to remember.

|1.32km from city centerStaff 5/5 Room/Ammenities 4/5 The Park Plaza staff are incredible. Always friendly and willing to help. The bar staff are particularly inviting and were easily the highlight of my stay. They all maintain a proffessional bar while each having their own uniquely wonderful characteristics. Cristina is the best bartender in Eindhoven and her banter will have you coming back for more, Francesca's laugh is contagious and will keep you planted at the bar for hours, and Watela's smile will melt away all the troubles of your day. The staff at Park Plaza Eindhoven are truly exceptional and I look forward to staying with them again.

|4.92km from city centerThe hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport, a blessing if you have an early flight. Parking spots are available at a high price - for an outdoor parking… The rooms are nice, we had two neighboring rooms with a connecting door (inside the room). Everything was clean and of a good quality. Bed was of good quality too, although the pillows were too hard and too thick for my taste. What I did not like was the desk in the room: it was too small to put your laptop and other papers in a comfortable manner. We did not hear a single plain, not sure this was due to no flights (we arrived rather late and left very early) or because of the good noise isolation. I cannot comment on breakfast, as we left really early. What was amazing: the two people at the desk in the early morning did not speak a word Dutch – this was in the Netherlands!

|0.53km from city centerWhen you stay at the hotel and you want to go to the city centre then follow the path to the right as you come out the main door and follow it toward the tunnel that will take you underground under the main road and lead you safely to the centre. There are no crossings to get to the hotel otherwise. We had been in touch with Ihsaan from customer service before our stay and Ihsaan had been very helpful and professional with any queries we had. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly also. The only issue we had was that the breakfast was expensive. The food was plentiful though and there was plenty of choice for all and the service staff there were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a great location and is literally only up the road from PSV Eindhovens stadium also. It is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station which is great if you are getting the number 400 bus to or from Eindhoven airport. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby also.
