Came here with work for the MotoGP round at Misano. Hotel has a great location...very close to the beach and the town centre. Staff were super-friendly checking in. Room (#205) itself is clean well equipped...comfy double bed, decent bathroom with powerful shower and plenty of hot water. However, the water pipes for the hotel are positioned in the wall directly behind the bed head, so every time someone used any water whatsoever, the sound of water could be heard...very, very loud. As a result of this, had possibly the worst night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Would have raised this at check out, but the staff didn't even have the courtesy to ask about my stay. A great hotel let down by massively by noise...if it wasn't for this, the score would be much, much higher...

I ask my partner to call to the residence and ask about the kitchen equipment coz of our little son. He was told the kitchen is well equipped. So I assumed didn’t need to bring anything with me. Some of the cutleries were rusty...and most of the dishes were quite old. There was not even the kettle...which I thought nowadays it’s everywhere...there was on enough light in the kitchen. The bed was big but on my side the mattress felt like trampoline...so we asked for one more blanket to put under...ourselves... The clothes dryer was all rusty and damaged some of our clothes... When we used washing machine the clothes were even more dirty than before... That wouldn’t bother as much as one of the receptionist who didn’t greet me first not even replied my greetings...young guy, no smiling, stuck on his mobile... Overall the place was quite clean and the pool was top!

The apartment and staff at Metropol Ceccarini Suite were excellent. Great location close to bus, train, shops and restaurants. I have been traveling to the Sigep trade fair for business over some 20 years and wish I had found them earlier. The apartment was well fitted out, spotlessly clean, sizable bathroom and a small kitchen if you want to stay in. The staff were super accommodating and helpful. This is the best accommodation I have stayed in with a reasonable cost. Breakfast was a light Italian style so if you are after a buffet its not available but the café downstairs has great coffee and offers a good breakfast. I highly recommend them in any stay in Riccione.

I spent two long week ends in the past month in Lunariccione and each time I was genuinely sad that the vacation was over: kind staff, very good food quality, modern facilities and convenient location - The staff at the reception, in particular Leda, was very helpful and simplified the check ins and check outs - Very kind waiter/waitresses (special thanks to Luigi, Flo, Ewa) - Wide selection of food for breakfast. In particular, everyday there were 4 fresh cakes masterfully made by the chef, Nouredinne – his seafood dishes were very good as well - Location wise, the hotel is <5 minutes walking from the seaside and the main POIs in Riccione – I must say that I spent a lot of time in the hotel swimming pool, it was very comfy! I noticed that some other customers/users wrote complains on this website about the adults only (12+) policy. (i) the hotel clearly states this policy before booking and payment, (ii) frankly, it feels good to relax close to the the siwmming pool...

There is a lot to tell about this little boutique-style hotel. Although there are plenty of positive elements to mention, our feeling after a one week stay was not completely satisfied.  Let's start with everything good. The location is basically convenient, on a rather busy road with beaches starting at 300 m and the main trendy shopping streets around the corner. Roomsize (we were in 101, about 27 m2) is certainly above average in Riccione. Staff, all of them stylish young men, is friendly and attentive (Fabio, compliment!) . Because there is no parking space on the street, the hotel offers valet parking in their garage for 12 euro per day. The rooms offer good comfort, with fantastic beds, a safe, a spacious bathroom, a walk-in shower big enough for a family of four, expensive care products, a coffee machine, a fridge and a small balcony. Free WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly during our stay.  So where is the problem? The main issue is that design and style seem to outrank functionality, and that really starts to bother if you have a longer stay. There are plenty of examples here: most electrical functions in the room are controlled by means of several control panels, but it will take some time to figure out how they are working, despite staff explaining them upon arrival. The sun-blinding  curtains close electrically, but there are no other thinner curtains, so if you open up in the morning, you are basically standing naked in front of the window. Since the hotel is very close to the street, people outside will enjoy the view (or not...). The room is dark at night, which is of course okay, but so is the control panel, meaning you have to try and find the right button. The safe is located at a height of almost 2 meters, you will need a chair to climb on to use it - and it is not even attached to any wall. The coffee machine has a very fancy design, but it can not give hot water, so making tea is impossible. The glass design door of the fridge has no handle, so opening is only possible by manoeuvring around with a spoon. The walk-in shower is great and there are mirrors everywhere, but some functions are not working and there was another control panel next to the shower that we still didn't understand after a week's stay. There is no desk to sit or work at. The  room has either mirroring walls or dark wallpaper, so light is generally scarce. There is no place to hang wet towels and much of the space in the bathroom is given away to useless things, or not being used at all. Cleaning is not very good, there is dust left everywhere and if you walk barefoot for 5 minutes, your feet will provide the evidence. The hotel offers bicycles for free, which is a great service, but the ones we used were in a poor condition and can only be used for very short tours. We had planned a trip by bike to Rimini (12 km), but decided to use our rental car instead. As mentioned, the street in front of the hotel is busy and some noise will definitely

Dan Hotel was built and opened in 2017 so everything is new shiny and pristine. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a balcony for sitting out. The communal areas such as the room top pool, outdoor lounge, reception and terrace are all comfortable and stylishly furnished. The breakfast selection was second to none with fresh juices being made to order along with great Italian coffee and a huge selection of both savoury and sweet options. Antonio, David, Roberta and all the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The underground carpark serviced by a car lift is a great asset. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan Hotel or staying there again in future.

Stayed at this hotel for the Misano GP, fantastic location in the heart of Riccione and on the beach. The staff upon check in didnt give us the warmest of welcomes, and nothing was explained in terms of dining, the pool etc. Parking was charged at 25 euros a day, which was more than originally advertised when booking. The room was nice, clean and well appointed. The balcony was tiny with only one chair, overlooked by the very close residential flats and had a sideways view of the sea. The rooftop bar was beautiful, very nice for a sundowner and the food looked nice, although we didnt eat there Breakfast was nice, standard continental fayre. The pool is not included with the hotel price - this isnt made clear and the rates arent explained. if you want a sunbed and a towel - 50 euros a day. If you just want a towel for the pool, 10 euros. The pool area is cramped, the pool isnt the cleanest and the hot tubs were fenced off and unusable. I wasnt keen. The room was very clean, however the noise from other guests slamming doors and wandering up and down the corridor was pretty much constant - we were on the 5th floor and could still hear the glass delivery at 6 every morning slamming about, so not the best nights sleep. Overall Ok.

We chose this hotel for our one-nights stay in Riccione - I'm very glad that we did! From the moment we arrived they treated us like welcome guests. Two gentleman and one woman met us at reception, and they were so kind to our kids... really sweet to them & offered them cookies and juice (gratis!) and us caffè... couldn't ask for better customer service. Parking was easy... they have a large lot on the property (behind) that was mostly empty the Saturday we stayed. The hotel lobby is beautiful, mostly white in color, contemporary decorating style. Very nice bar next to reception (coffee, alcohol). There is a lower sundeck with a hot tub (we never visited it), and an upper terrace with a great view on the 5th floor. A very tiny elevator, but big enough for the 4 of us and our two big dogs (pets welcome). The rooms are simple... nothing fancy, but definitely sufficient, although the tv was super small. If you're like us and in town for the beach and sightseeing then it doesn't matter, I'm sure. The bathroom was very nice... seemed newly re-done and very clean. Air conditioning unit that was more than sufficient for the room size. We actually had a double, a single and bunk beds in our room. A mini fridge & two free bottles of water in the fridge. Breakfast was truly amazing... not a mere "continental" style like we expected... a wide variety of fruits, breads, cakes, eggs & bacon, juice, a coffee machine, a chocolate fountain & lots of seating. The hotel is a two minute walk from lots of shops and restaurants on Viale Dante... we were shocked by how much was going on there! Tons to see and do - great location!! We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at Hotel Edelweiss and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Riccione. We spent a week staying at the Augustus Hotel which is only a few hundred meters from the stunning beaches & all the shops, restaurants, bars etc in the town centre. The hotel is great & all the staff are so friendly & helpful. Our room was ideal & was kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels each day, very comfortable beds & small balcony. I was delighted there was a hairdryer as I had forgotten to pack mine & the TV has various local channels if you arent out exploring or enjoying the sunshine on the roof top terrace. The swimming pool on the roof top of the hotel was fantastic with amazing views & perfect for cooling down while sunbathing on the terrace. There was a great selection to choose from the breakfast buffet. Cereals, sausages, eggs, cheese, fruit, a range of breads & I was particularly pleased with the choice of vegetarian options. Fresh juices, various coffees & teas & my partner was impressed with the gorgeous cakes on offer. The staff at the hotel are so friendly & accommodating & really made our holiday into a perfect stay. We would highly reccommend the Augustus Hotel.

Pretty and well-maintained hotel on the beach. The room was small (which is typical for Europe), but there were mirrors throughout to give the appearance of spaciousness. The balcony was adequate and afforded a lovely view of the sea. The hotel staff, from check-in to check-out was wonderful. We ate in the hotel’s restaurant. We ordered ala carte, but should have opted for the buffet. But, that’s for another review! We visited during a near-hurricane, so we were unable to enjoy the beach provided by the hotel. But it looked like it would be a great place to hang out at during good weather. When the weather calmed down, in the evenings, we were able to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. My companion used the indoor/heated pool and said it was very nice.

Reading the reviews I had high expectations for my stay. The hotel certainly lived up to those expectations and some! Had a great start when Emiliano and Steve quickly collected me from the Railway station. The food had tremendous choice with extensive buffets at all three meals.I was trying hard to keep my weight from ballooning, as the food was always so enticing. Lunch and evening meals included free water or wine. The waiting staff were really lovely, always very nice and helpful. The Hotel reception staff were very helpful as well, nothing was too much trouble. A special mention for Romina who always had a warm smile on her face and was very patient! Emiliano and Steve are both terrific bike people who go the extra mile to make sure you have a good time. I had a problem with a puncture which resulted in an accident and some minor scratches to the hire bike, These guys spoke with the bike shop and agreed I wasn't surcharged for the scratches. The hotel offers very interesting daily rides for all standards. You can either do some or all of those (at no extra cost), or go off on your own. Steve is always happy to give directions or offer downloads for your navigation aid. The icing on the cake is there always a lovely later lunchtime meal to coincide with your return from cycling. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and the Value for Money is exceptional.

Hotel Dory is excellent value for money if you enjoy cycling (or even if you don't). Their rates include full board, including 3 meals a day and every meal is a large buffet with so many choices that no-one in our group of 11 was ever left wanting, even those of us that are vegetarians. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful and it is clear that cycling is a passion for the owners and tour guides. We spent a week at the Dory Apartments and our group joined various different groups for the rides. They provide groups for all levels of cyclists from competent to racing snakes and if someone in your group is not really a cyclist, they can do the Dolce Vita tour on e-bikes or take a supported tour while you go and cycle. We rented our bikes - full carbon Scott Addicts with climbing group sets :) The cycling tour guides are excellent. We had Sandor and Gulianna most of our rides. They were such fun and really patient. On our rest day we also did a tour of Rimini and a tour to San Marino. Gianni took us through Rimini and was really informative.

What an amazing hotel. It was minutes from the beach & shopping streets but once you were inside you felt in a different world. So peaceful and calm. Attention to detail in this hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and always helpful. I was staying on my own, visiting my son's Italian in laws. Sometimes it can be a bit awkward being alone in a hotel but everyone from the hotel made me feel welcome. My room was fantastic. Decor was modern and simple. High standard of fittings throughout and the bathroom was excellent. Very high standard of cleanliness. Sockets next to bed so you can charge your phone easily. Proper hairdryer. Sound insulation brilliant...so quiet in the room you couldn't hear any noise from outside. Even though I had a single room, it was still a good size with large bed and didn't feel in any way inadequate, as single rooms often do. The breakfast buffet was incredible, best I have seen in a hotel. All home made produce and nothing too much trouble. I asked for some gluten free bread and the lovely chef came out with some wonderful homemade gluten free cakes and biscotti, showed me what else was gluten free and also offered to make me gluten free pancakes. The next morning, as soon as she saw me, she came out with gluten free cakes again. So friendly & helpful. I have not had such excellent gluten free choices before in a hotel in Riccione or in London! This hotel is fantastic. One of the best I have stayed in, not just in Riccione! I would highly recommend it and I will definitely be going back.

We stayed 6 days in August at this exceptional place. I usually don’t make reviews of hotels were we stayed but this hotel deserves one. The front desk staff are very accomodating. I and my family would like to personally send a special thank you to Valentino from the front office of Hotel Lungomare for helping us in finding a solution to our problem. Our intention was to stay at Hotel Lungomare but the hotel was full… instead of saying sorry we are full and putting down the phone, he patiently looked for a place where we can stay hence us staying in Residence Lungomare. The residence were we stayed is super clean no complaints. Furnished in a modern way. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was nice and a good size and it seemed like we were staying in a hotel. We ate breakfast and dinner at Hotel Maestrale right beside the residence. The staff of the restaurant are corteous, friendly, and efficient. Thank you Simona and Emilio for making us feel comfortable. The food was excellently prepared and presented and every mouthful was wonderful.

My group of fellow cyclists settled upon Hotel Boemia for the attractive pricing, ideal location, flexibility and friendly communications during our initial email approach. The hotel staff excelled in all areas and surprised us with free kit washing, lunch for the ride and a free promotional day ( amazing complementary food and drink) at their country residence where we learned about the fully bespoke cycling support they can provide of which we hadn't availed ourselves this time. The rooms were spotless and our bathroom was worth a special mention for the size of the shower room fitted with two separate shower heads ( room 216). Our room had 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed. There were daily group rides available organised by the hotel with their resident expert who will take you on amazing scenic rides whilst avoiding the busier roads. This will save you the hours and hours I put in on Google Street view making sure our routes were both rewarding and safe. I had a very pleasant stay over at the Hotel Darsena. I felt welcome by the family, who gave their best to make every guest feel as comfortable as possible. There was always enough time for a little chat or to ask for some recommendations how to best spend your time in Riccione. The rooms were clean and provided for everything, one would expect. Wifi was fast and the whole hotel was cooled down to a comfortable level. I was surpised by the quality of the food provided, which was quite a bit above the standards, I am used to, for a 3 star hotel. Every evening, one could create his own menu for each meal of the following day. Lunch and dinner had 4 courses with 3 possible options for each. For breakfast and desserts, there are seperate lists, which only change slightly from day to day. In the week that i stayed, I was never disappointed by my choice. The hotel is in 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, with an according beach club, where it was always possible to get a lounger, even during the main season. The main touristic street lies even closer in the other direction. Prices seemed affordable. During late August most other tourists were families or older couples. As the owners explained me, the city is well known for its clubs and party culture, however due to the Corona virus, all clubs in Italy remained closed. During the night, I could leave the window open without waking up from groups passing by or hearing anything from other guests of the hotel. The hotel seemed to be especially well equipped for families, which made up most of the other guests. The owner explained me that many of them were reoccuring guests, which would come back every other year. Some of them know the family for a long time and even send postcards from vacations in other places. I had a good time in Riccione, and if I'll ever come back, I'd be happy to be your guest one more time.

The hotel is situated in a great position. Quietly tucked away, yet just minutes walk from the main streets of Riccione for eating and shopping. The hotel interior has a classic style and a very pleasant atmosphere. All staff I encountered were exceptionally pleasant and as a female travelling alone, I felt very safe here. I was very pleased with the room they kindly upgraded me to, which had a pool view and was immaculately clean and stylish. The Pool for me was wonderful and a real bonus and the area around it was fanatstic. Brekfast was served the first couple of days on the patio near the pool and was a lovely way to start the day. Breakfast itself was goof with plenty of choice and they also have an extra menu if where you can get things like Avocado on Toast and a variety of freshly pressed juices-I got a carrot, giner and organge everyday I was there. I enjoyed a drink outside the hotel in the evening and when the sun goes down, the hotel still has a great atmosphere with the lighting. When I was there I got one massage at the Spa and it was excellent. A few things to say about Riccione: It appeared to be a very friendly place. In my short time there, I experienced great kindness from strangers, all happy to help out with directions etc. There is a train a few minutes walk from the Hotel and the beachfront is minutes away too. From the train you can easily access places up and down the coast like Rimini (ten minuets away) for 1.50 euro. Trains are fast, clean and very resonably priced with a regular service up and down the coast from early morning until late at night. Good selection of places to eat and good selection of shops, which mixed high end and designer with everyday. My favourite bar was situated opposite the end of the road the hotel was on ( 3 minute walk) and is called Bevabbè. Go and have a cocktail there and watch the world go by. All in all this is a great hotel in Riccione with great service and would reccomend it highly.

The room was meticulously cleaned every morning by a very competent and accommodating team of cleaners. We opted for full board (all inclusive) and we weren't disappointed. The meals on offer were delicious to say the least. Our toddlers were fully catered for and nothing was too much to ask. They also offer a free babysitting service so that parents can dine in peace. This service alone is worth its weight in gold. The hotel is located opposite the beach which was perfect for a family with small children. This family run business is a stand out. We will definitely return. Congratulations to Nicoletta, Cinzia and the entire team. You made us feel like family.

This is the third year we spend a holiday in this hotel. The hotel is fantastic, just a few meters from the beach. The staff of the whole hotel is very kind and pleasant, more than friendly. The rooms are very well arranged, always impeccable clean throughout the stay. Food is a special story, more than fantastic. On this occasion, I would like to especially praise and greet the chef. Great regards to everyone in the hotel and I can only say, stay the same, do not change anything and we will come back to you again.
