The hotel is also ok from the airport. There are several restaurants and small convenience stores in the downstairs. The room on the third floor of our room is also OK. The carpet looks quite new. The breakfast is normal in the United States. Breakfast, location is in a small area of the hotel reception, breakfast with milk juice coffee yoghurt, as well as cereal, bread, you can also make waffles yourself, there is a microwave for hot milk, breakfast and hot water to provide perfect. Overall, the price is very high. When you check in, you will be charged a deposit of 50 US dollars. Upon check-out, you will confirm that it is returned to Cary 10 to 15 days after the end of the stay.

In the suburbs, but there are places around the supermarket to eat and refuel, self-driving is more convenient, the hotel provides free parking. Hotel service staff are mostly black, and the service details have yet to be improved. It feels like a relatively high-end domestic hotel, which is less than 4 stars.

The hotel is located more than 10 minutes drive from "South Harvard" Emory University. There is a forest park around the hotel with a good ecological environment. The service at the hotel is very good, the cookies they baked are very delicious.

The hotel is super new, fully equipped and cost-effective, located at the junction of 285 and 400. Parking is $14 per day. There is also a small garden behind, and the basic scenery of each room is good. This is the right price. There are a lot of breakfasts, although they are not eaten, but they should be good. You can book them in the room the next day. Not taking pictures but definitely better than the surrounding

I stayed here with my fiance at the end of February. The stay itself wasn't great. The app had the wrong information regarding food options. On our day of checkout, we were woken up by housekeeping at 9 am despite having a Do Not Disturb on the door. Checkout isn't even until noon, so there was no reason for housekeeping to wake us up. We asked maintenance for a plunger and they brought one up after about 20 min. We asked the gentleman where we should put the plunger when we were done. He said to bring it to the end of the hall. We understood that to mean that he would be at the end of the hall doing something else and he would be able to take it from us. That was not the case. This hotel stores their plungers and other various housekeeping items right next to the ice machine, which is extremely unsanitary. We went down to the front desk to check out and express our frustrations and the front desk agent who was working at the time did not care about our experience at all. He barely listened to us and just tried to throw some points on my Hilton account. After explaining that we did not feel that was sufficient compensation, he gave us the Front Office Manager's card, then proceeded to turn his back on us and ignore us. We felt extremely disrespected by this and I emailed the FOM and explained all of this. We waited 7 business days for a response and never received one. We finally had to call the Hilton Customer service line just to get some sort of resolution. While on the phone with customer service, they asked for a description of the FDA, so we provided one. Hilton customer service emailed us stating the hotel claims to had reached out to us and resolved our issues, when in fact they had not made a single effort to resolve anything. The supervisor we spoke to on the phone also had the audacity to try and claim our complaints were based on race because we described the FDA as an older, dark-skinned, gentleman who's name we believed started with an R. So not only did the staff of the hotel itself lie to us, customer service tried making false accusations against us. This company, especially this specific hotel, does not care about brand loyalty. They do not care enough about their guests to follow up with them. They only care about money. They just kept trying to give us points rather than the refund we requested. We finally got our refund, but it was only after we explained that we work in the hospitality industry, therefore we know the most basic standards and what to expect. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel. Choose another brand.
